1881  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW ZenCloud ZenPool Hashlet - does it really exist? ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: October 05, 2014, 10:27:47 PM
so i am going to ask a question in general since i mostly post on these forums. I would like to know everyone opinion " with out the troll or negative unfounded answers " what do you all think is going on with bitcoin. Seems like it has been dropping like crazy i mean we not near any holidays or anything like that so what do you all think. Once again please no troll answers or people mad who bought btc at like $600  and now it has dropped.

thanks  Smiley  Grin

1884  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: October 05, 2014, 01:55:14 PM
ON the positive side if bitcoin goes to like $600 or $700 then the maint fees should only be like %15 or less and imagine if it went back to $1200 the it would be like 1% fee " sarcasm " i really dont know what it would be but i know it wont be no 70%  Wink

Wait I think I get it now.  The plan was to so complicate the way these things work that there was no possible way anyone could figure out if they were being paid correctly.  So they have a random number generator that spits out payouts and nobody can complain because everything is completely opaque.

Transparency doesn't seem to be a part of the strategy. Even on hashtalk it has been repeatedly asked to add the hashlet name/id/whatever to the payout table to show which hashlet a payout belongs to (without having to click on each one). But they'd rather show some useless information (do I really need my e-mail address on each payout row?) and not something that could help users to see their weekly bugs. Even their new CSV export doesn't show the hashlet name and the BTC amounts are inside a text field, e.g. "received payout of 0.00093435 BTC" - I'd really like to know what was going through their heads when they decided this is a good idea.

on the plus side you will never forget your email as much as we see it on the payouts lol

i got my 20% hash rate finally so i am happy. Also i see the price has been changed as well so that is good also they got to keep competition up. I see zoomhash is having sale of $0.55 per GHS im just to lazy to have another account i already got cex.io , hashnest and gawminers so i will stay put for now lol

This is the most confusing claim so far today:

https://hashtalk.org/topic/8483/hashlet-selling-methods

Quote
The reason we are using the Buy Back Program for Hashlet Primes is to start buying them out of circulation. This means that GAW will buy them back and not re-release them. We are going to start decreasing the amount of Primes in the wild to make them more valuable.

But as far as I can see Primes are still for sale and will remain so according to this:

https://hashtalk.org/topic/8471/introducing-the-hashlet-store

Quote
Hashlet Primes will Remain $50 Each!

Josh advised they 'would not always be for sale', but didnt say when they would be withdrawn. I did query him on this (in view of the fact the Prime's @ $50 would be a real money-spinner), asking what he intended to replace it with but got no response. My biggest concern with the site is the vagueness about their plans moving forward. Granted, it may just be they dont know exactly what they are going to do in the future and simply have ideas at this stage, but I find such responses (as above) are simply made to generate an urgency to buy without really knowing if their a good buy or not. Who's to say he wont release a 'Super-Prime' in the future, for example, thereby possibly reducing the value of the over-priced Primes by 50%?

I also find the 5% fee for the buyer AND the seller (10% total) quite exhorbitant. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isnt this more than ebay & paypal charge on a single purchase combined?
no ebay charge %10 and paypay 3% for american fund swhen i get paid for stuff i sell from people outside usa and canada i pay a extra 1% conversion fee to paypal... not sure if this applies to all normal accounts as i have a business account and prices might be grandfathered since i have had it for 15 years

ok so i will hold on buying till i see the new pricing i figured would have been done by now since it is 10:30am here in GMT -6 USA central time but i just log on and still see same prices. I will give it another hour maybe two. I mean 22:00 is 10pm in any time zone so i may just be over excited to see new price or i should say bonus 20% they mention  Smiley
1889  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW ZenCloud ZenPool Hashlet - does it really exist? ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: September 27, 2014, 08:33:09 PM
i dont even know where do i need to get that extra boost they mention. unless i missed something i thought they had option to double dip pools now on the hashlets. I want to make it clear i am not talking about primes so if that is what they was referring to please let me know as i may have misunderstood.  Huh
1890  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW ZenCloud ZenPool Hashlet - does it really exist? ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: September 27, 2014, 03:25:13 PM
weird i cant go to website i get error message 1st i was getting certificate error, now i am just plain out getting 404 error code. I wonder if they changed the site link with this update they rolled out? Maybe the site is just down from so much taffic of people buying up new offers since i know they mentioned new price on genesis. I really wish SOMEONE FROM GAW who reads the forums as previous post say you do. PLEASE PLEASE update the pricing of hashlets on the gawminers website. I BUY MY STUFF FROM GAWMINERS WEBSITE DIRECT, not from zencloud site so please fix the price issue on hashlets to be same price as zencloud website. I mean it is same product after all owned by same person right so please just fix it  Smiley

I have not seen anyone mention sale or receiving this units other than doggie and what he got i do think was a prototype unit to test out and show that it is real for people here in the forum. Last i knew he got unit  but had to wait for some software or controller dont recall. If anyone else does have experience with this company please post but not like a new created account please for obious reasons lol  Smiley
