That's the thing. How do I know the recovery is genuine service or scam? -snip-
I'm personally a bit skeptical of how useful this type of service can be, especially in this type of situation, but the first thing to do would be to look them up online. If you can't find anything from Bitcointalk, Reddit (with a decent amount of upvotes and comments), or an article (excluding press releases and sponsored articles) on a reputable website, then you should probably stay away from them.

No other options for users like him. There is no way Paypal will really allow users to withdraw their BTC. -snip-
I wouldn't be so sure about that. Skrill started supporting cryptocurrencies long before PayPal IIRC and although they didn't support withdrawals at the start, they ended up doing it: https://twitter.com/skrill/status/1364277436519772163So if they're serious about acquiring more users and not losing their current ones, they will definitely follow Skrill's steps.

Do you have your private keys in a txt file?
You can just paste them in electrum. You will literally import private keys into electrum wallet: -snip-
I don't think that would work. Not using the UI anyway. Electrum checks the private keys before importing them so if you paste 100 private keys, you're not going to be able to import any of them because the "next" button will be greyed out since one of them is incorrect.

I just found an alternative address from their fb page post and it worked fine. Are you also unable to login from their sub page? https://btcpop.co/home.php#/landing/homeIf you notice, between the main page and sub pages have different tab icons. If you think it's fine, then give it a try. But I suggest you don't use the main account. DWYOR That's not working either. I don't have an account, but I tried to log in with random credentials and I got this error: Unable to open a connection
Same thing when I try to create an account:

I just checked their platform and from the looks of it, they seem to be the CEX version of Pancakeswap. I'm not sure about the specific coin you mentioned but by looking at the biggest losers (24% change) it appears that they are useless coins with no use case and with huge circulating supply, you know the type of coins we've been seeing for the last few months (like SafeMoon, ELON, etc.).
So no, I doubt that the team behind the platform has anything to do with the pumps and dumps, but I would still hold them responsible since they are approving this kind of coins for listing.

You just need to bring your Identification Document- ID when you visit the branches in Dubai, Istanbul, London, and Kosovo. It does not matter whether you are a local citizen or a foreign visitor.

If you're not willing to wait, you can just sell the BTC for USD again, and then find someone to buy BTC from using Paxful or Localbitcoins.

-snip-
[2] [1] https://docs.zaphq.io/docs-desktop-getting-started#step-6-channel-backups[2] https://blog.muun.com/why-not-just-a-mnemonic/

Truth be told — potential regulatory problems aside, I'm quite certain that demand for bitcoin payments is just so low that it might not make sense for them to allocate manpower into having bitcoin payments. And why doesn't a platform of the same kind, but using bitcoin, is able to develop itself to compete against the big ones?
We actually have existing crypto freelance sites. Obviously userbase is drastically lower than major freelance sites though. I don't think I can agree with you on this one. Implementing bitcoin payments shouldn't require that much work unless they're planning to run their own nodes, etc. which most businesses are not interested in doing. As for the demand, then I'm pretty sure a lot of people would like to see it, maybe they just didn't show interest. Freelancer platforms are full of developers and tech-savvy's, exactly the type of people who you would expect to be interested in bitcoin. We can also look back a little, and see that Fiverr used to accept Bitcoin (2014-2017). So even now, 5 years later when the demand should be higher, it seems like there's still no interest to add it.

I don't think that neteller is accepted payment method on Binance P2P because it only supports bank other trusted payment solution. Since PayPal is not allowed in Binance, I believe this rules apply to neteller since they are just same and both I don't see on payment method on BinanceP2P.
I don't if other country binanceP2P allows it but I highly doubt it. On decentralized P2P exchange might accept this kind of payment method or our very own currency exchange here in the forum.
I understand that OP has no use for Binance P2P but just wanted to correct what you said, Binance does support Neteller actually. As for PayPal, you might be right but I'm not sure. Did they make an announcement about it? I couldn't find any but I was surprised that even though it's listed among the payment methods, there are only 2 sell offers in EUR.

No, there is nothing to be worried about. If you visit Exodus.io you'll get redirected to the .com version. The team owns both domains.

there is no clear platform for 'outsiders' to see current progress of things in plain english and in a clear list of progress. -snip-
Would you say that the milestones page is also a good indication of which features/fixes to expect, as well as the version they're planned for? I guess it could also gives an idea of when a new release is coming, but I'm not sure how accurate it is: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/milestones

Yes, everyone can create an account and if you want to order the card, you will have to be from the U.S, UK, or EU so you should be fine. Even if you're not currently residing in these countries, you could just send it from someone there, because you just need an address for the card shipping, and AFAIK, proof of residency is not required.
You can then simply link that Visa card to your Neteller card. Withdraw the funds as I said, and then transfer them to your U.S or any other bank account. I can't think of any reason why this wouldn't work for you.
