Question is did you reach out to them to get a response as to why your account was locked? You can't just claim you were scammed without hearing out their side of the story. Your beginning sentence is rather vague, but if this is the trust wallet you are talking about, then yes you can use it, so far, I haven't seen any serious issues about it leading to loss of funds from users.
