1941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Sports Betting for You? on: January 13, 2017, 09:18:31 AM
Compared to any other gambling types, I am able to manage myself into profits only with sports betting.
I strongly believe sports betting is for myself to make profits to compensate the losses I have faced in other gambling. I am using my sports betting profits for other gambling to have entertainment. Sport betting is not entertaining me usually.
On what part which sports betting is not entertaining?Actually it is enjoyable specially when you see your team is already winning on in the times that there are close fights these really give a thrill into a particular bettor of a certain game.Sports betting do have an edge compared to full luck based games if we are speaking on winning percentage.
well i guess it's just the matter of gambling games taste, some people are indeed didn't like to gamble on sports at all and prefer just to gamble on some card games like poker , blackajck or maybe try some luck on slot machine pretty much more entertaining rather than have to watch boring game that they not even understand how the rules etc.
1942  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: January 13, 2017, 09:09:44 AM
If someone wanted to move $1,000,000 using bitcoins, they would need about 1,428.57142857BTC if the exchange rate was $700 per 1BTC

Anyone with that much BTC? Let's say they'll get it from an exchange. Then that exchange would have to halt trading just to serve one order. That's just for $1M... So would moving a much larger amount be possible with bitcoins provided that the exchange rate is still pegged at $700-$800?

you don't move the bulk, you script the entire amount to move in smaller pieces. you are not paying more, the fee is a percentage, so ten 1 dollar tx's pay the same amount as one $10 tx.  i used an exchange earlier as an example, but if you have $1M on an exchange, it is from trading and not dirty, or you moved it there for some stupid reason.  the exchange has your private key and the only scripting you can do is possibly through an API.

$1M dirty is in a wallet that you control and you have the ability to move it in bulk if you want, but you should be scripting smaller moves simultaneously

exactly, for it all to be clean, don't move in bulk. but laundering is equated with moving large volumes of cash from one place to another. then with bitcoin, it won't be possible move really large amounts. and with billions of people all over the world wanting to move large volumes of money undetected, would bitcoin and/or other cryptos be their option?
yeah there a lot of way to do it smoothly, you don't have to exchange all the bitcoin to cash in one day right? do it piece by pieces , day by day as natural as you can. have heard some stories about this kind issue before and it's always been a tough topic to be discussed, never easy to prevent money laundering in bitcoin with its feature.
1943  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loses and wins on: January 13, 2017, 08:56:23 AM
So.... how much have you win or loss gambling ?? And what did you stake ?
I've lost about $60 so far but im planning to win it back. Pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered.
A saying well said, however i still need to learn it since my greed is my downfall. Guys and girls
how much money have you made or lost gambling ? Any pointers or warnings ?
If i already lost money nor bitcoin from casino website or rea life gambling i never tried to chase or planning to win it back im being lose of tempered and lose emotion i know that money important to me when i decided every time i gambling i made approximately $1000 Dollars lose.

I admire you for knowing when to stop chasing losses. When I started gambling, I never had this kind of thinking back then. I lost $100 when I tried gambling and I never thought that I would lose more when I tried chasing it. Until I realize I already lost $900 chasing that $100 loss. Now, I am wiser. I would say I only gamble what I can afford to lose and try to avoid betting high amounts.
i guess everyone when gambling have similar experience in getting profit or losses. i have experienced something like chasing small amount just to make it even but then i lost the whole money that i have deposited. stupid dumb experience but it's has been precious lesson.
1944  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: January 11, 2017, 01:24:42 PM
Banks look after your money, they lend it out, charge interest and then pay you interest.  In theory.  Bitcoin is just a bank account in isolation with none of the supporting infrastructure.  With no banks, who will give you a mortgage or an overdraft?  Where will small businesses get their startup capital from?
I agree with your points that banks have a lot of other tasks to complete not only to save money of people so banks will not be disappeared with the establishment of bitcoin.
Certainly the country will protect the bitcoin, channeling money and money circulation of course still the task of the bank. Although the bitcoin already massive use will never eliminate the function of the bank.

What? Do you think that a country will protect bitcoin and not the banks? There are even countries that are not welcoming bitcoin.

And that is a sign which bitcoin cannot replace banks. Because those services that are being provided by the banks are important for the citizens.

Because people that are not knowledgeable with bitcoin are not going to trust it easily.
i wouldn't say bitcoin can't reaplace banks. cause nothing impossible and so does in this matter. indeed for now we can't see a strong reason why banks could be replaced by bitcoin, but who knows in the future? where bitcoin / cryptocurrency system urgently needed . people would of course follow and use bitcoin technology instead banks.
Its obvious that its impossible to happen and people are always taking care their money where they can save their money for safety.. do you think people will trust bitcoin and save their money for the long time in bitcoin.. they are always want that their money to be safe.. so banks is their to taking their money..  because bitcoin still online currency and they can not trust their money in bitcoin wallet..
as time goes by actually people can welcome to bitcoin , they would get used to it. but yeah we have to realize that it wouldn't come in the near future. there a lot of things should be done first. bitcoin not yet even established. how could bitcoin replace banks that have exist far away from bitcoin.
1945  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice Games Are So Much Fun on: January 11, 2017, 01:13:46 PM
My fave right now is bitvest for dice can't get enough of it.
Its really fast, 1% dice with up to 999x speed allowed.

Currently been chasing 99.995 for the 19800x multiplier ive hit it a few times now im chasing it with 1k bets.
Would be a nice hit right now with btc being up.

I've seen someone hit that kind of big multiplier he won 6 btc , I'm not really sure how many rolls he make but I'm pretty sure that rolls worth the risk.
it's really always about luck no matter how much rolls you did and how much multiplier you set as the target. someone even can hit the 99.995 in the first shot if they are super lucky enough. dice game actually yeah really fun with this way , i mean to chase high odds and won it.
Well, if you want to win in dice games, you will need a lot of luck. Dice is very fun so that I think it is only created for entertaining purposes since it is hard to obtain profit from dice. However, there are few people can earn much from dice with autobot and tool and it confuse me a lot. They have the evidence of dice profit up to 10BTC. Maybe those pictures are fake. IDK  Huh Huh
you should never trust on any strategy/method in gambling especially dice games. they are totally fake, it's just their claim and can't be proved. as you said in dice needed a lot of luck , so why you should trust on something like that tools/bot/winning strategy ? just do random bet , enjoy the game and just walk away when you feel it's enough.

It is not something that's true friend. Because there are some people who can benefit from using a strategy/method. Indeed some are not successful when you try the methods/strategies that exist in it, but it is not all wrong from the game or a game is not fake!!. But that's only part of the distance and our thoughts in order to unite with the good, for a gambling won't give you great advantage if our bodies don't want to work just as well. The most important thing in gambling is able to control itself, if it can be done then everything will give the best thing

since this is a topic about dice game , i would insist to say there is no strategy can work to provide you a winning in the long run and profit. just show me the proof or some case that someone successfully making profit steady with their strategy, you just play with the luck nothing more. things just become complicated with strategy or bots.
1946  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: January 11, 2017, 12:53:02 PM
i think that the best way of making steady income is to participate in signature campaigns or just buy a lot of bitcoins and wait
You're right. Now, I take part in a signature campaign, which is generally paid, but the risk is small, and I don't spend much time every day.

No, signature campaign is not the best way of making steady income. Because it has a limitation and it can end anytime whenever the company that you are advertising wants to stop that immediately. For me it is better to make yourself engage with trading because it is more possible to have steady income with it.

It is not everyday that you can earn from trading even when you invest in a couple of good altcoins. Unless you're willing to sell in a very little price increase, of course. I think signature campaign is still more steady than trading because weekly you'll get paid from signature campaigns. If the company has closed down, you can always join another signature campaign. There are campaigns like 777coin, Bitvest, and secondstrade that always has an open spot. If your posts are good, you don't have to worry about joining a different campaign.
earning from signature campaign would not provide you a good amount to spend in real life , it's just like a little extra income but yeah you can earn bitcoin steady compared to trading that really hard to get a consistent profit. most of the times it's required a lot of times too. also if you are interested in writing a blog , do it and become a publisher on bitmedia.io so you would get paid in bitcoin.
1947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone ever stop gambling? but then gamble again? on: January 11, 2017, 12:37:40 PM
It's me. It's really hard to stop gambling man, even i try to stop gambling but it's only keep for 2 months and i comeback into gambling. I don't know why it's so hard to stop on gambling, i think it's because i already lose much money on gambling and i want to bet again to win back my loses.
it's not only you , but i bet most of gambler can't handle gambling addiction , most of them frustated trying to get out of this bad thing. a professional help would always be the best answer for this problem. and of course it cost a lot of times and money too , but it's worth based on people around me they have done this and now free from gambling so far.

I cannot say all since there are people yet can manage their gamestyle so that they can overcome to their addiction, and not all gamblers are addicted onee since their are players who only plays for short time period, and although professional help might be helpfull but the main thing we should gonna go first for relatives help since they are the best adviser and managers for us to stop to gamble.
i'm talking about most people / the majority. so the result will be they would always incontrol of gambling addiction they can't handle it. the power of easy money always lured them to keep playing , keep coming back no matter how broke they are due gambling. it's something that called as an addiction in gambling.
1948  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: January 11, 2017, 12:22:20 PM
Whatever definition we have in our mind, we will agree that we all do that because of money, we want to gamble due to the fact that we want fast and easy money, but it does not happen at all. While in trading, it's more legit to be consider as an investment because you invested your money with whatever asset you want (preferably bitcoin) and in times you can sell it for profit you trade it back to fiat.
a lot of similar things actually , but gambling of course aren't an investment . it's more to something that can earn you fast money with easy way. while investment required more work. both are indeed have same concept on getting additional money .
Yes i think for those who have thought that gambling is an investment they are wrong and so is of the view that can get fast money from gambling is also wrong, nothing is easy in a gambling luck was clear very decisive.
but still a lot of people come to a casino and gamble there to make a quick cash. not an investment at all , gambling should be done in certain game while investment just storing value and hoping to get profit by its increment . couldn't agree more for those people who not consider gambling as investment, it's misleading honestly.
1949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: January 10, 2017, 03:04:34 PM
i cant treat like greedy , i control my feeling , and always play with small amount , i always win
You always win? believe me it's just you're getting a good luck. But indeed, if you can control yourself in gambling, you are a good gambler because self-control and discipline is the most important thing for you to succeed in gambling and that you're not addicted. But it is great if your victory continues for a long time, it means that your strategy was running smoothly.
He's just lying. You can't always win especially when you're gamble. Even though he's used highest win chance, he'll losing in the end. Maybe he's just gamble 0.001 btc (because he said he's just played with small amount) and always stop when he doubled his btc (I'm sure he was just lucky enough, there is no any strategy will works for a long time)
yeah any strategy used in gambling would never work if you try to apply it for long term, too much factor that supporting the house edge would always in benefit. and we are as gambler have 50/50 chance in short period but then if you play regularly for long term it could changed to 10% for you and 90% for the casino.

And the longer you stay in the casino to play, the more chances of you losing what you have won. So once you hit, whether big or not, you should go home and enjoy your winnings. You can't beat the house.
true , that's why you have to know how to handle your emotion . so you wouldn't lost everything no matter how long you stay in a casino. self-awareness required here to make your past losses remembered and you wouldn't do / repeat the same thing for twice .
1950  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your average bet per game? on: January 10, 2017, 02:41:45 PM
My bet is different every game of gambling. when I gamble sports bet probably many of her but when I would use the gamble dice gambling strategies start with a small bet to reduce risk

If I am certain with the sports that I'm going to bet and especially with the team that I am going to support. I will bet higher than I can but that is just happening occasionally because most of the time I just bet 0.001 BTC and its a case to case basis with my analysis if I will going to increase my bet. I just bet what I afford to lose.
0.001 bitcoin are really small amount , you can't do much with that small amount bitcoin. also imagine if the bitcoin price equal to $10 per 1 bitcoin? would it be still worth for you? no i don't think so, that's why i prefer to use percentage and usd scale to gamble . max 25% of monthly earning i use it to gamble , so far so good.
using 25% of monthly earning seems too risky for me to spend a lot on playing gambling but well it seems it does really work for you.Yes,0.001 bitcoin is too small to play on that and if you play on sports then it would be the minimum amount and if you play dice you cant really expect to make profits on it unless if you are lucky enough.
anyways i said up to 25% of my monthly earning, usually i take 10% to 20% only to gamble, so i can say 15% it's my bet average. as i'm aware too that gambling on the amount that you can't afford to lose would always ended up terrible bad. stay safe and have fun.
1951  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know when to stop? on: January 10, 2017, 02:16:20 PM
If you play gambling you should know your limits on playing it, Before i am playing gambling I set my self to a goal that should i stop playing it. Because if you want too many profit you might lost because of youe greedyness. Control is the key on winning and you need luck too.
That's something everyone should learn, we must know how to control ourselves in gambling, otherwise we will not be successful on it. Making a strategy is vital but without proper execution it will be useful for any gambler, it's pretty simple to figure out how to win but in the long run it's challenging.
i'm not sure about become successful in gambling can really be realised, it's rare thing. i have spent years to gamble and yet i didn't found myself in successful. better to stop any gambling activity you have ever did. and spend your time elsewhere. honestly i think gambling wouldn't give you a good money even you win good amount .

Those people who are just becoming successful in gambling are the ones who have the rare luck in this world. And even how many strategies you got there as long as you don't have big bankroll, you can't be successful in it. Most of the people that are successful in this industry are the already rich enough and since they're rich enough, they want to expand their riches and don't stop at all. But for us who are just normal gamblers, we need to stop when you think you are losing a lot.
i don't agree with you about you can't success as long as you haven't a big bankroll. i even think that the bigger bankroll you have the bigger bet amount you will made , there is no difference. it's just the matter of how hard you manage it all until the end to make it profitable, almost impossible. you would never stop gamble if you can't handle your greedy however.
1952  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINROYALE.COM 2.0 • New Design • Provably Fair • 1 BTC Bonus • Max Bet Doubled! on: January 10, 2017, 01:22:21 PM
Hello,

I have been a player of CoinRoyale for about 3 months and am very satisfied with it. All their games are professionally designed and is very fun to play with. Around the same time as C3POwnBits' problems with a deposit (which CoinRoyale claims is due to a system issue), my whole balance was unexpectedly withdrawn! My balance is not much but it is worth $300 USD, which is a lot of money. I did not request this withdrawal, and I do not know where the withdrawal of my bitcoin balance is going to. The status of the withdrawal was shown to be "unconfirmed" for about 3 days, which gave me a little hope that it is a little bug and I will get my balance back with help from CoinRoyale admins. Today, the transaction is confirmed and I fear that I have lost my balance with this site. Please see this transaction: https://blockchain.info/tx/c7200afb770ff167ab1547f524fb7e728233ba252f21d1f102f74c6eea94729a

I have emailed Victor from CoinRoyale multiple times but the only email he sent back was that my bitcoin is going to that address above and that is not my wallet address, and completely ignored the statement that I did not request this withdrawal. Looking at all the replies and reputation of CoinRoyale, and from my prior experiences with them in the past, this casino seems very legit and I would love to continue my interaction with it, but the admin has been known to have been slow in replying and assisting players and I do hope he resolves my concern soon, otherwise I fear I would lose my balance for no reason but to a "system error". Luckily, I only have 0.33 bitcoin in my balance at the time of the "system error"...imagine if you have a much higher balance?? Would the balance "randomly" withdrawal itself like mine did?? Until CoinRoyale resolves my concerns, reply to their emails, and assures players that their balances are safe, I do hope you guys watch your balances and accounts carefully. I will give CoinRoyale a few days to reply before I formally post in Scam Accusation as I feel this situation is very unfair to me, and hope that by posting this publically, CoinRoyale will act faster than it has been in the past.

CoinRoyale, please investigate this ASAP and please see that I did not request the balance withdrawal and formally request that I get my balance back, please.

Hi Arthur,

Unfortunately, we can't protect all of our customers' account since we have no control over how strong/weak their password are, or reinforce 2 factor authentication on their account. Like all other major service providers, I think it's fair to say users are responsible for the safety of their accounts. Also, it's really hard to prove whether the withdrawal is unauthorised, or not.  I guess it's a pretty tough situation.

I can help you look further into what IP/referrer info accessed your account during the time of the withdrawal. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Hi Victor,

Thank you very much for replying and assisting me. What you are saying and what the people above are saying is very much correct. It is technically my fault that my account is not secured enough and to reinforce the 2FA on my account. This has not happened to me before and I am kind of shocked by it. I have logged into bank accounts, played at other casinos and have not gotten my passwords stolen before. My computer does not have any viruses and is protected by antivirus, anti-phishing software so I don't know if it really is a hacker attack but it seems likely. :-(. I do want to turn over any stones though just to make sure. During the time of the "withdrawal", you did stated that you had some server issues regarding C3POwnBits's deposits above; do you think that might have to do with it? Again, if you look at my account carefully, one day, my entire balance was withdrawn, then the next day, 0.005 BTC magically appeared (no record of a deposit), then was withdrawn 12 hours later (as you can see in my account), my balance right now is 0 BTC. Something seems fishy and can't just be my computer. Your site stated that it is Safe and Secure and is McAfee Secured and just want to make sure everything is accounted for on your site. I have placed much faith into the security of your site and unfortunately I must regret it as seeing random withdrawal and deposits (with no record of it) on my account is not professional at all. Can you look into this for me??

Thank you.
i suggest you to ask victor for IP addresses that have accessed your account , if you are not using vpn or something similar you might could see if there is someone get access to your account , or it was just coinroyale bugs or something. really tough issue, even you have no experience being hacked, your computer clean secured by top antivirus, you should set 2FA to get higher security level. goodluck art9295!

1956  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who can tell that when our luck come to us? on: January 10, 2017, 11:32:00 AM
Luck is something that people use to convince themselves that what they are doing is the correct choice.

They are looking for moments where they are "lucky" to convince them to go gambling. And if they lose it all they blame it to bad luck, even though they may have made stupid bets.

In short, nobody can tell when you are going to be lucky. It is all statistics in the end.

Right, my mind is not accepting that anyone can tell us that now luck is coming and than we start to play gambling. May be this thread is out of my mind, but believe me no one have a right to tell us that luck is coming. Because We know about the luck especially in gambling, when we know the result, if we win than we think that we have luck.
luck come randomly , and yeah you will realize that the luck are on you when you have won the bet. because there is no luck in losing right? things make gambling loved by a lot of people it's due they are looking for their like everytime they give a shot.
1957  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: January 09, 2017, 08:48:24 AM
Nowadays, a lot of gambling sites offer a bunch of free money(bonuses, giveaways, contest, faucet etc). Playing with all of those stuffs for sure will decrease our chance to lose our capital and we still have the chance to gain some profit. That's the only way that I already know on how to turn gambling into a profitable activity.
Yes, It's just "will decrease" your chance to lose your money, although you could lose all of your money too when you're trying to reached min amount from one of their promotion, let say deposit bonus  and you must roll over 40x from your deposit. You are also can see people aren't interested too much like that promotions except they are found a promotion which really can make +EV for them.
sometimes doing something like that are really feel wasting time, rely on some bonuses or giveaway. not really worth. prefer to not gamble at all. and to make +EV it's a rare scheme to be happened. that's make gambling itself mostly aren't profitable if you do it for long term purpose. in short time you might could collect several profit. but not with long term imho.

the situation like this would make player on disadvantage , but however it's their fault to not set the 2FA, it's important to set it in any account that involving money in there. i would say the same , if the account not secured properly then it's your fault you can't ask for refund or anything. but if you do set the 2FA in your account , this case worth and should be investigated.

Have someone else have control over your money.
Hold no credit cards, no bank access and no wallet other the enough for what you might need for daily life.
So at most 20 dollars - 50 dollars in your wallet, also a number for a hotline for gambling addiction.
Hey, mate, do you think is this possible in this real world, without credit cards and enough money people will come out. And you said we have to keep one person to control our money if we can rich we can hire people otherwise we have to keep our one of a family member. I think this is very complicated. But if we follow this method it may be work.

Well there is free services that do this for people.
But family is the best method someone you know that also don't have a spending prob or a gambling issue.
Some addicted people chooses to get the service of the professionals because they are ashamed to tell their family that they have a big gambling addiction problem. For me, family is the best people to go to when it comes to big problem, they will care for us more than a professional does.

Being with your family there's always a connection that would help you quit because you will realize you love them more than any other thing in this world.
both professional help and family support are same important , you need it to get better result and more effective. quit from gambling addiction are indeed wouldn't easy you need a powerful desire and a lot of effort to make it happen. go for professional help and try to open up your problems to your family would help release you from gambling bad habit.
