How do you know when to stop?

I'm stopping when I lose my bet,never don't try to recover your loss you will lose more.I play only for fun,when I lose my bet I stop to gamble.

I play poker so it's different for me, I guess.  I start by setting aside a percentage of my bankroll to devote to my session, depending on whether I'm playing a ring game or a tournament, and then I set a session duration period, again depending on the game.  If I'm playing tournaments, my duration time is dependent upon the tournament schedule and structure, but if I'm playing a ring game, my duration time is set at 6 hrs which I determined, thru studying my game play history, is my optimal performance period.  I quit when either my bankroll percentage stake is depleted, or when my duration period has been exhausted, which ever comes first.

I also play poker and this is a very good tip. Right now, what I do is play first 10 deals to gauge my opponent, I never go all in in these first deals unless I have Full house and up. In this way, I can confuse my opponent and most of the time it works.
When I play dice, or slots, I never bet the minimum, because I believe that the more games you spin, roll, the greater your chance of being hooked.

You're just depending on your card if you don't know how to bluff opponent your not a good player tho, Player who can make bluff is actually winning the game the most if your just waiting for your card to be perfect it will take time before your get what you desired for your card

If you're just playing just to bluff your opponent  you will lose your money how if your opponent are not affraid to fight you back from betting then you will bet too because you already started it? But you had the choice to stop or just surrender your card. Im not waiting for my card to be perfect its always on the desk on the card.

Yeah I agree, it's like you're glued to your seat or something that even though you already know what the outcome may be, you won't care as long as you're gambling away. I've had that experience as well on poker tables couple of years ago both in a casino or online. When I look back at it now I don't really see the point or how I couldn't control myself then. I guess you have to be mentally prepared really when you start to engage in a specific  type of gambling because you may end up spending more than you can afford.

Well many times we are forced to stop because we obviously have to run out of balance sooner or later when gambling. And that is what usually ends up happening, for me anyways because I keep gambling until I have nothing left.

I was talking about the chance of winning for having a bigger bankroll. If you do have bigger bankroll, you can keep on gambling and gambling again and if you lose for awhile, you can just do a comeback and keep on covering your loses.
