I'm out on this coin for now pending any updates or news from the dev.
I'll continue to hold and stake but I'm not mining anymore. Kind of sad if it turns out the dev has abandoned this coin as its the first coin I've seen in some time that seemed to have potential.
Still no reply from dev to PM's so its definitely looking like this ones a dud.
Agreed. Giving up on this coin as well, too bad. The Hashpay banner competition has also been abandoned https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1124973.msg11888876#msg11888876Volume on Bittrex is down to 0.23 BTC

As Bittrex is the main exchange that this coin trades on my focus is solely on the distribution chart there. As for who may hold what or what their intentions may be I can't say but my hopes are that these folks who are accumulating HAP know something that the rest of us don't.
Yea well reading back through this thread its obvious the user 'hashpay' is simply the 'mouthpiece' for the dev behind this coin. As to why 'hashpay' hasnt posted, no-one knows it seems, though it could simply be there is no news to share. Maybe the dev is 'out of action' for now for some reason. We can only surmise. I still find it somewhat disconcerting that 'hashpay' hasnt posted anything since a major sell-off of coins that dropped the price significantly over a week ago. Like you, I'm hoping there is a very good legitimate reason for no new posts and continue to mine & hold.

Take a look at these distribution charts. First from a few days ago, and the second from 2 mins ago: Notice anything? Hey 6strings, whats the correlation of this chart to http://hap.explorer.ssdpool.com:9163/richlist ? The chart only shows 1 wallet over 100k while the block explorer shows several bags of 100K+ and quite a few wallets close to 100k which also dont show on your chart? As a side note, I also wonder how often the richlist is updated as I currently hold 20k more than the list shows

also the shop page works fine for me. what issue(s) are you referring to oldminer?
The page wasnt loading properly and then after several attempts it wouldnt load at all? And it still wont hours later? Oddly a friend of mine here who also happens to be the same ISP also suddenly cant get to can't access reddit, 8chan, or 4chan as well. So we must have a network issue going on here. If I remove the https from the hashpay url I can get the site but it renders like this

Hi all
Ive got a problem with a used Thunder X3 I acquired recently. The unit stopped mining shortly after I got it. Bfgminer initializes but never starts hashing. After much troubleshooting I managed to get 2 of the Asics connected (64 chips) mining but not all 4. I determined this was a PSU issue and so bought a new OCZ Fatality Gold 1000W unit. The problem is this PSU powers on ok after I added a jumper to the motherboard plug, but if I connect even 1 x Asic from the Thunder X3 to it it instantly powers off when I turn the PSU on (I assume this is some sort of safety switch kicking in). Ive tried multiple Asic boards but still no go.
Anyone come across this before? I read that the power requirements for the Thunder x3 is 1000W as it pulls 930W or so at the wall, but assuming I'm cutting it fine with the power supply, it should still power on 1 x Asic board from the Thunder x3?
edit: The Asics still power on ok with the old Cougar 1050W Gold rated PSU, which doesnt cut the power when I connect 4 x Asic boards.
You get 996w out of that psu on the 12v rail, and it does sound like a safety kicking it, that unit is weird even when underclock for heat I don't see much a drop in power. I still think it is the PSU but I don't know much about how running a single blade works. I would probably just switch out the cougar for OCZ and use the OCZ for anothe project. Yea thing is I dont even get to the point where I get to launch Bfgminer because the PSU powers off instantly when a blade is plugged in so I dont think it has anything to do with clock speed of the blade.

I see you guys are talking about the biggest address holding HAP http://hap.explorer.ssdpool.com:9163/address/H6X8PLvXQDY3iLaTynKkQ1tUBBJjSZSf23This one is holding all the BURNED coins after the ICO. That means the coins will never be moved. I also believe that a lot of stuff happened up until now with this coin so that developer will just leave it. The coin has a problem indeed and that is the low profile. A solid community should be build before expecting any higher price or an over active and enthusiastic developer. Ok, but whats to stop the dev dumping the coins anyway? And if he can do that, why hasnt he? Don't get me wrong. The lack of posts from the dev lately does have me concerned, coupled with the fact I (& probably others) have PM'd him and he's logged in & still failed to post, which hardly instills confidence in the coin.

Setting up the processing power shop, modifying the wallet, and paying for sponsorship on Bittrex are 3 things he didnt need to do if the plan was to dump and run off with the money. Add to that he seems to still be holding a large bag, makes me think this coin is still on track.
It may turn out to be a brief opportunity to get in on the ground level so to speak, and snap up a large bag at cheap prices, before the price goes back up to where it should be.
^^ Exactly that! You are not just an Oldminer, but also a Wiseminer as well. Thanks bro Its a gamble (as it always is with crypto) but I'm still betting on this coin. Lets hope we're both right.

Yes I have noticed that it hasn't changed as well. Same thing with many others on the rich list. http://hap.explorer.ssdpool.com:9163/richlistI am thinking some hoarding is going on and that something big is to come down the pipe soon. The dumping we see now is to manipulate weak hands. Hold your HAP is my suggestion. I am thinking along the same lines. Maybe the dev is mining himself and buying up cheap coins? Can not agree more with you both, nothing significant happened, it's listed on Bittrex, few bagholders for sure they have reasons to hold that sum of coins, so I think that the price will explode in one moment...hope so Setting up the processing power shop, modifying the wallet, and paying for sponsorship on Bittrex are 3 things he didnt need to do if the plan was to dump and run off with the money. Is there some reason people think the dev left? Did he say he was leaving?
lol fair point. Though do they usually say they're leaving? I guess some people are just wondering whether they should wait til he sends us a postcard from the Bahamas?

Sometimes you have to take FUD seriously but usually you should ignore it, its manipulation and you know it: GAME OVER!!!
900 sat dump Dev is lurking and dumping. Can't you see that? Where are these fudders coming from lol? Saying that dev is not active is clearly fud or you are blind mate check previous page
Dev fools you with empty promises no delivery yet. And why is dumping when dev gives his posts? Answer!!! the dev is rather active i'd recommend ignoring user "racejs" I have no benefit from my posts. I bought @4k and hold. Wanted to warn people! Why dev didn't give any info on project development? He was here yesterday for couple moments. And when dev was posting large dumps happened on people, who ^^ believed and put buy orders. Let's wait for devs post! If HAP is legit, 10k+ can be reached. Only if... Would a group cuddle help?

Hi!
Am I the only one, that are not getting stakes anymore? It keeps saying "generated but not accepted" - I am on the newest wallet and it haven't been a problem earlier, just the last 4 days.
Try running 'repairwallet' from within the console. This is a result of 'orphan' blocks. Well, it is strange that I suddenly have all my stake blocks "orphaned"... Not a single stake amount for the last 5 days... It used to work like a charm. More than 150 coins lost with no stake amount :-( Where are these payments coming from? A pool? Crowdsale? Bittrex?

Morning all !
Yesterday we announced the business plan for “HashPay the next step”, today we have some news for you guys about the technical development including the source, our dev will implant masternodes that will benefit HashPay and it’s holders in a new way, when tests are completed our dev will post here and go through all aspects, but all will be automatic and real easy to setup for everyone, to give you a hint - you more you put in, the larger is the reward, but also some will go back to the miners as bonus at our pool.
HashPay the next step !
Interesting.
