Certainly. This is the point of concern and it should be the point of concern for every exchange out there to make sure they have a great security system. Binance has made great money and was able to recover from the loss but I doubt for any other exchange to do so. So what needs to be done right now is to make the security system much stronger and only then a crypto user would be satisfied. |

It all depends on your risk tolerance. I like to gamble on lower tier coins every now and then but I only use a small amount of money. looking back at the historical charts you an see how fast some of these coins can move. They can go 100x in a few days which is pretty crazy.
I do not think that you will risk with 10 thousand. It will be not wise at least. Investing this sum, it is better to choose the most trusted variant. Buy Bitcoin as soon as you will never lose here finally. I do not think things will stay the same way forever. Sooner or latter, we will get the value drop again but regardless of the value drops, the market for Bitcoin will experience a boom after every recession so yeah, it is a better option to have some Bitcoin in your wallet and HODL them until you make the maximum money with it. But you need to have high patience level as well. |

I read few posts today and people keep talking about IEO losing price well here is my own thought
1)IEO projects from popular exchanges are safe and not scam and thats what matters most
2)just because its IEO don't expect quick profits ,they tend to drop in price and that doesn't mean they won't recover at least
What IEO fix is 'getting scammed' and not always profits for investors, thats why I keep telling people not to rely on exchanges only ,just because an IEO is from popular exchange you still need to do research on the project yourself to at least understand what they are introducing
IEO is another scam crap, which in most cases is increasing in price just because the price is inflated specially Exchange. It is only the exchange does not swing the price up - the price instantly drops and brings losses to its investors. I think you need to know more about IEO. It is a secured fundraising mechanism in the crypto space which has actually made it possible for the crypto startups to raise money to fund their operations and this makes sense. Unlike what would happen in ICO, nothing happen in IEO of that mind. The crypto project has to go through a very well planned and vetted assessment and once it passes the assessment, it get ready for the IEO so you do not have to mix it with ICO. |

I dare say that a hardware-wallet (= personal wallet) should actually be safe as the private-key is isolated from the internet as long as you're storing you're recovery-seed offline in a secure place. But I agree - an exchange is not a wallet and should only be used for trading. Could not agree more but there are options on these exchanges and since you are using their service, the users might want to just use the options available to them. Like you put your money in a bank without thinking about a possible hack, same goes here. Binance has been great in announcing that it will cover the losses of those who suffered but yeah, they need to upgrade things and work really hard on the security thing. |

Losing 7,074 bitcoin is very sad for Binance, we know Binance is one of the secure trading site but that's happened last few days ago which is really bad. I think more traders of Binance are affected on that because they have doubt to keep their coins to Binance and pther I think already leave because they did not want to lose also their money. I hope Binance team will take an action for this and secure their security and they need to upgrade and develop more secure system so the hacker will not easily hack.
There is no doubt in the fact that it is a point of concern for the exchange and this was a failure of the exchange to be honest but one thing needs to be cleared here. Had the exchange not been Binance and had it been another exchange, it would have found it very difficult or impossible to recover from the loss. Binance proved its metal by rising up in the critical time and this is something that makes Binance the best. |

We just have some few exchanges in the world that do not list token in their exchange, maybe due to the policy of their countries government, but apart from this, you can trade your tokens on any exchange in the world, they are not separated from coins, so it is very possible to dump your tokens for coins and also your coins for tokens. Though you can try making use of decentralized exchanges that only accepts trading of ERC20 and other ethereum token. |

What does this community think of Cardano and EOS? If you had to pick one which one would you choose?
I believe that everyone has their opinion to which coin is best than another, some group of persons might like cardano while others will like EOS, this is the norm in the crypto space. I personally like EOS more than cardano, this is not because cardano is not a good project, but I haven't taken my time to study it in order to understand what the blockchain is all about, as much as I have studied EOS, I use EOS for deploying of dapps and it has always been cool, though when I am able to study cardano, I will then finally decide which is best for me. |

Well the coin you mentioned are all good coins, but they are for a long them hold since this platform are already facing some issues that they need to solve before they will be able to move to the next level, though whales don't care about the issue they face and might pump the price of the coin to a height they want before dumping off on exchange, maybe you should try making purchase of coin like eos and also tron, they are very good buy and you won't regret hodling them. |

Hey i'm a crypto newbie and I recently bought some BCH from coinbase then transferred it to my coinbase wallet app on my phone. I've since tried to transfer it back to my coinbase account in 2 separate transactions and they have not arrived. I can't find any trace of the transactions from my wallet app to my coinbase account. I can see the transactions from coinbase to my wallet but for some reason the addresses are not the same as the addresses in my wallet app. I used my phone to scan the qr codes when sending back to coinbase so not sure how I could have sent them to the wrong address.
Can somebody help me find out whats happened and where my BCH has went?
I don't think it is possible to send a coin to an address and not see it unless you send it to an address you don't own which would be very bad because in the crypto space it is not possible to recover a coin sent wrongly, this is why everyone is always advised to check the address over and over again before sending coin to avoid sending to an unknown address. What I advise you to do now is to double check the address you sent the coin too via the blockchain explorer to see if you really sent it to your wallet or not. |

Martingale is useful if you know how to use it on certain games but if it was a game that is purely dependent on luck then it is not the best type of strategy you have to use, to be honest. It will ruin you at the end of the day, mostly with lots of losses compared to winning. I wouldn't recommend this kind of strategy to someone if they don't have enough knowledge about the type of gambling they chose.
I have used a lot of strategy but most of the time I was failed to get a profit. I think no strategy will work since it solely based on luck. If someone gets lucky, they will win. If there are more ways we can cheat the system while gamble it would have been fine but nothing like that either. Strategies have been applied personally and still end up loosing, so, no strategy work for a longer time in gambling, discovery it today and patching it tomorrow. That's true becasue have also tried it out but never work as plan. Some people are luckier than others, and me for example, is not good for luck. Have gambling for sometimes now and still loosing my games most of the time. Am on the opinion that, strategies hardly work becasue they never work for me. This is because you do not get the same strategy applicable for the second time in whatever you gamble at. Because you do not have the same situation every time you gamble. In sports, you have a changing circumstance with the passage pf every passing second so you just have to move with time and not stay back sticking to the same strategy. Same goes for poker but you should have rules. |

We could not say that this is a sign of bullish run as we have in this situation before that after market price rise up it will become a big whale traps but this market up slow movement is better than seeing the whole crypro currency market in dip. I truly believe that it is a bullish trend in the market currently. You are getting your value raised and to be honest, the lost trust in Bitcoin is kind of restored due to the rise in the prices. The previous rise you are talking about was artificial rise and was not really a bullish market which is the reason why people refrained from investing and kept on HODLING. I believe this is what we have been waiting for. Prices continue to change and this is a natural thing happening in the world of cryptocurrency. What we need to do is follow the flow and try to maximize every momentum that exists. Our ability to analyze prices is very necessary in situations like this. The price of Bitcoin will always change and what will determine is ourselves. This is not just the case in crypto but almost in every market. This fluctuation give space to new investments and this is something we are having in crypto market right now. And yeah, you do the TA and FA to see the expected rise in the price of Bitcoin. You either get the data for every rise for the past weeks or could run a time series test to see what value you get but above all, follow the market signals. |

Binance getting compromised means there's no exchange platform in the industry that's 100% secure so it's very important for us not to always keep our assets on those platforms because anytime can happen any time even in one of the most secured of them.
All of the exchanges are working very well especially the top 5 are performing extremely well and we as traders and investors should not ignore the importance of these exchanges. Now, many people are getting worried about the Binance as they are not sure for next time but they have to be sure. As said, not all the exchanges are 100% secure but these leading exchanges will now increase their security by 2x. |
