I wouldnt call myself an investor simply because I havent been doing it long enough to justify calling it my career, I am just trying to do my best in figuring out if im putting my money in the right place, I would call the recent news as positive but I am still probably going to wait till I see something physical

Everyone has been asking the same questions over and over for the last several days, I dont know why but Ken decides to not answer any of the questions and even wants to have power to manipulate the thread

There was a point brought by DaT stating that if Ken did in fact have the money to purchase all required devices / R&D why is he raising more capital, there should not be a need to have walls of 5 million and 1.6 million if Ken already had all the money to purchase everything,

frankly unless you bought in at .0025 there isnt any reason to hold AMC shares til Ken can answer clearly everything directly and prove that he does in fact have the NDA with eAsic, to many questions and not enough answers

Im sorry to say it but I got rid of the rest of what I had yesterday after s_stylez P.I. - like post, dhenson's post of the virtual office box and Ken's absolutely horrible way of handling the current situation mostly by staying quiet or when answering giving only mediocre answers and more promise I had enough,

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but in this case I was blinded mostly in the huge raise in share price, I am just thankful that I got out in the green but the people who bought in out of the large wall are the ones who are really suffering right now,

Ken until everything is changed from the bottom up everyone in this thread who was calling pump and dump was on point, some handled it way more professionally and like adults than others but the point was brought to surface, I wish you the best but things are definitely in need of changing,

You obviously didnt understand what I said, I was saying the word Stupid is a word I do not like using because I value both sides of argument as long as claims are valid,

I dont want to use words of little value but you guys are being stupid by thinking that most of us are buying for the dividend, this is not AM we are buying shares because most of us believe that AMC is currently undervalued, we are betting that the next guy will pay more for the same shares in the future given Ken Slaughter deliver on all his promises

Swede 60m shares are just completely dead and not being used no divdends being paid or being sold how can this be added to the valuation of the company if they technically arent even being circulated yet,

I get the idea behind oh Ken could just crash the price with the other 60m shares but that would devalue his holdings and his company why would he do that if he could make more by actually running a legitimate business?

The question regarding VMC was not clearly answered mostly sidetracked with speak of AMC, is AMC the mining company and VMC the hardware selling?

from what Ken has said or if Ken can answer directly, the dividends are not being withheld or are they? from the phone call Lewicki posted I cant tell exactly if they are or are not Pre-NRE til the amount is paid,

Some things I can verify is that the NDA does exist with the CEO or COO Stanley Wong of EASIC and from previous experience with NDAs they usually are to protect details of contracts with significant value, I have no idea what the NDA states so im excited to see the actual scan,

at last traded price of .001 x the 40M shares the current value of the company is 3.8M, this is ambitious but more believable than the other numbers being thrown around considering the assets+projected revenue, although a company shouldnt be valued with theoretical numbers we are waiting for more information on unknowns like the EASIC chips and Avalon chips arrivals,

I am not buying on this news but I hope to hear better with more time, we can only hope Ken is actually doing what he says and hopefully there is a better future on the horizon,

If your asking me if I 100% trust Ken, I Don't, if your also asking me if I bought in for dividends should also be a big obvious No. I bought in because I thought it would do exactly what it did which was blast up in price whether it was manipulation or not the shares are so cheap = lots of potential buyers.

Second your math seems pretty good right,

AMC capital fund:  20 000 000
Treasury shares :  32 000 000 (?)
Shareholders:       8 000 000 (?)

Treasury + share holders = 40m + AMC capital fund = 60m

to my understanding there are 40m shares that are being paid, 20m of which are in the reinvesting of equipment and 20m of which are on BTCT and Bitfunder to be bought, all 40m is getting paid dividends but at the moment most are in Ken's possession (my guess)

I have no loyalty to Kens company or any investment for that matter, but do I want my small gamble to grow absolutely I want to use that money and have fun,

at the moment there is a lot of misinformation and question I have them as well im just trying to see through it and at least do my small part since ive been doing my research.

I have to say Ken's setup of announcing news and building a wall was setup for failure, but my main concern is how Ken has stayed extremely quiet throughout this ordeal I am assuming he also is not pleased about the recent price disaster but Im sure it would ease some peoples minds about the recent events,

All I know is that aside of the 40m and 100m share ordeal, the 60m difference is not added for about 10 months so any math incurring the valuation of the company should be multiplied by 40m

I am still going to hold because the 20 BTC I put in was a weeks worth of dividends from AM shares and was a gamble to begin with and will end the same way, but I am holding because Ken has 6 avalons and chips on the way and from the current setup half is going to reinvesting of equipment and 20m is getting paid dividends,

Well things are definitely put into question now and I think Ken over estimated how the news would effect the market, everyone calling it pump and dump was also helpful, it is what it is and cant be right all the time every dog has his day so bears and the like, laugh it up,

These accusations are also a bit ridiculous, if people are claiming pump and dump ken would not be setting a price to sell the shares nor announcing that what he is doing, do some of you play the real markets? because CEOs and chair/board members buy and sell massive amounts of shares all the time, If Ken was pumping and dumping wouldnt he want to announce better news than what he said and then crash the price? isnt this what a pump and dump is?

it would be different if ken was accepting money and then paying old investor dividends with new money because then this would be a ponzi scheme but we are buying shares in a mining operation, we know he has guaranteed income, as long as the person running it is trustable the company should in theory do fine

Ken has not lied about anything he has said in the past and if you remember he was so excited to give the news he forgot the avalons were even coming (or he just was short on time), buy or sell do what you will but I guess the bets are set for 3 months to see whose outperforming who, I could care less since I own shares in both AM and AMC,

Not a problem, its a great mentality to have as an investor and doing so is what separates the good from the best, hopefully we both see a great return on AMC im already pretty damn satisfied so far
