Believe me, back in the days I liked the name of the coin immediately after it was launched and in the next few weeks I was able to mine 100-180 million coins/day with just 6 x R270x. I've ended up with more than 3 billion coins and participated in the "pump" when it was listed on Cryptsy (we were devastated in minutes) and lost 137 LTC (LTC price was more than $20) in seconds. I am extremely sorry for selling my coins that early, but that's the way it is...  |

Yes, but that was happening back in the days, when people were hyping coins (+ some news) in order to gain more attraction and there you have it: "natural pump". I can't really understand why people continue to pump abandoned coins (such as the Moneta Verde u mentioned). The dev is gone since 2014 for crying out loud. About a week ago one guy spend $125,000 worth of BTC on a pump just to show he can do it... |

I think that you can't compare world's wealth with Bitcoin's (or gold's) market cap. Many people are comparing Bitcoin with fiat money, so let's assume they are right (though I'm not sharing their opinion). I haven't made any research recently, but I believe that money in circulation around the world are rougly $75 trillion, which gives 10% for the gold.

Looks like SIA's developer is still active and that increase in price can be natural. Look @ abandoned coin like FedoraCoin, which doesn't even have a working website, but its market cap at one moment rose to $10.5Mn. How about AIDEN? It was more than 6000% higher than yesterday. Now that's a pump!

Why? I think its to generate a grater volume of ARC, the PoW distribution fell short because of all the PoS blocks... Might be a good idea also to encourage more nodes on the network. As much as the idea of an almost eternal blockchain sounds its kinda insane to have an elevator pitch that includes "Max coin supply of 42Mil will be reached in roughly 7000+ years". I have been told to have a futuristic mind, but the idea is still scifi even in the Age of Aquarius, or is it? Well... with such low supply probably it won't hurt that much. Good luck! |

you can get like 5-6 % profit on btc monthly if u keep them on polo lending thats like 72% in a year ... and not only that you can get out without the problem of non-liquid alt market

Good point and I support it, but try convincing people to work for the idea and not for fiat (i.e. BTC and others). It is extremely hard. I always feel bad, when people are looking @ the cryptocurrencies as a way to earn few more $. |
