2021  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand or know the whale's next move? on: March 15, 2022, 04:40:45 PM
I don't think you would ever have the chance to know what their next move is complete. I'm curious as to where did you find out something like that? Maybe the user here that you are talking about is a whale too? Is that what you mean? Lol.

All I know is the Telegram group that monitors whale movements within exchanges and the blockchain but does not predict or announce the next move.

2022  Economy / Economics / Re: Sanction is the right option? on: March 15, 2022, 05:37:55 AM
Those countries that have been able to be superpowers can be scary to deal with; imagine what they can do, and I agree with you that sometimes, the history lesson is not enough to result in an unending cycle that would affect millions of people again. The weak will always be oppressed, and the strong will be greedy, and I think that's what's happening with small communities, imagine if it's countrywide crushing another country.

I hope there will be peace and prevent any useless death that wouldn't be good to anyone. It's always a risk, but war isn't the answer.

Sanctions that result in something would be reasonable, but do you think it can affect them entirely? I think they still can stand firmly within their ground and wouldn't have any problems with it or something.
2023  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Does This Always happen? on: March 14, 2022, 09:52:49 AM
That means it's not meant to be. It can always be like that. It's impossible to always keep on winning, especially if you are trading in the cryptocurrency market where it's volatile, and you could quickly lose your investment with futures and other stuff like that.

This is where you would consider how much you would risk and how long you would wait for that to be in your favor? Can you average your entry? Continue to see the red in your portfolio? Etc.
2024  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So will the Tailand Baht symbol ฿ not be confused with the Bitcoin symbol ? on: March 14, 2022, 09:38:36 AM
The only people who would probably be confused with this are those who have no idea what Bitcoin is. They might discover or see it as "0.005 BTC" and think, how would they divide the amount of baht ฿ that they have or something. It would automatically trigger them or understand that it's not Baht but BTC. People from Thailand or people who use Baht would be the most confused out of us, but it's not that confusing,

How about Bytecoin and BTC? Or any other type of crypto that has B on it? Lol
2025  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Wont Sell his Bitcoin on: March 14, 2022, 08:31:17 AM
Since it's a reply from a tweet, wouldn't it be less exposed rather than tweeting it normally? Like starting off that certain thread?

I think that in this forum we don't really care what he says, although it must be recognized that he has a short-term influence on the markets.
For sure we don't care that much but the majority of people do. (Probably before especially when Doge was hyped) but not now, I guess.
2026  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I’m planning to surprise my soon-to-be-bride sister some BTC on her wedding day on: March 14, 2022, 06:42:02 AM
I'm curious as to what the reaction was from your sister. Because they might use it for something that could make their future or something, or it could be another saving type for the newlyweds. Hopefully, the couple will continue to support cryptocurrencies because this is the future for sure.

Don't forget to buy for yourself Tongue
2027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which are your favorite crypto launchpad projects and why? on: March 14, 2022, 03:38:16 AM
Launchpad is to Launch IDO. It's the same as IEO that is held by the centralized exchange. Projects Launch their project to Launchpad and anyone could buy from there initially unless there is no Whitelist.
All I have seen needs to have pre-registration and needs to have that KYC, IIRC. Or it's in centralized type of exchanges? Probably the launchpads like coinlist or something related to that?

It's true holders multiply their investment sometimes, but there is still the risk of Rug pull. The project sometimes removes Liquidity by selling their tokens.
Basically selling their own beliefs or just in need of funds. Is there a famous project that utilized launchpad and rug pulled?

So it's not like IEO that project wouldn't skip with the funds instantly.
So with IEO, they get it directly? The funds? I'm not sure of the differences lol.
2028  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which are your favorite crypto launchpad projects and why? on: March 14, 2022, 02:41:13 AM
Is the launchpad similar to the ICOs, IDOs, and IEOs? Is that the "trend" with those types of project launches? I haven't tried the launchpad thing, but I remember seeing it on Binance. Is it the same as that? Or do you have to have a different account on a foreign exchange?

I'm interested in having that kind of multiplier on your investment. That's the wow factor if you have chosen the correct project to invest in.
2029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pi network on: March 14, 2022, 01:20:40 AM
All I see with Pi is their promise of something that is not yet into fruition. It's a scam that makes money from ads when you mine Pi on your phone. It's just that it makes them believe you are earning something because of the visuals in the app, but it has no significant value or anytime in the future. I don't think there ever will be, though. Just be careful with your information and something.
2030  Other / Meta / Re: Not sure is the thread is legal. on: March 13, 2022, 03:02:52 PM
I agree that this is probably just a scam attempt. They are taking advantage of the news that are happening and thinks that it's going to work or something. Also, having a threat over life is a serious offense for sure, wherever you are in the world. It should be monitored or something.
2031  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin ATMs forced to shutdown in the UK on: March 11, 2022, 05:43:26 PM
I think the government is just up to the point that they want to control everything that could cause the economy, whether it's scamming or money laundering. If they don't have any percent or tax being contributed by the owner of the ATMs, then they would just remove it.

Is there any legal bitcoin ATM there at all?
2032  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming tokens to invest in on: March 11, 2022, 09:49:12 AM
I think there are a lot of games that would be worth investing in and I think Illuvium is one of them. They are planning to be the best and first triple-A game rate that would give players the opportunity to really play to earn. The developers came from various gaming studios that produced known games so it will be one of the best games out there to be played.

It's hard to invest when those types of games become hype and it would be expensive at the start. I do hope that it would become one of the best games. Not hyping but basically, it looks like it's going to be one of the best.
2033  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What newbies first crypto step should be on: March 11, 2022, 08:05:32 AM
If they ever stumble upon the forum, I think they would have an easy step-by-step type of thing to follow because I know that's how I learned when I was still a newbie in crypto. The Beginners & Help stickied topics are enough already IMO when starting.

Newbies - Read before posting
[General] Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why?
[General] How to earn Bitcoins

Earning BTC or any crypto to buy a hardware wallet is a step IMO.
2034  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exposing the Investment Scam - opictrader.com - Opic Trader Scam on: March 11, 2022, 07:50:56 AM
How did you get to know this opictrader in the first place? Do they use details that they can buy from phishers of information or something? I want to know to prevent future activities that could cause people to put money in this kind of thing mistakingly. It's best to learn to avoid it rather than curing it in which *you were already scammed*. It will be hard to recover, or you will have to accept that you were scammed.
2035  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Verge article on the escapades of Justin Sun on: March 10, 2022, 08:48:18 AM
The part of the article where the people surrounding Sun have lost track of what is right or wrong has made me concerned about the other things that we don't know yet. If he can go and do something like that, what else is he hiding? The man is good at being hyped and being talked about, and he is still having fun, and I probably think he would be caught into something. Of all the things he allegedly did, it would eventually go there if it was true.

I hope that Netflix or any documentary producer would focus on Sun's life story and let people see and understand who he is and see if he is right or wrong. It would probably be interesting.
2036  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The power of a questionnaire on: March 08, 2022, 03:00:28 PM
I guess it's somewhat okay to know what could be happening with the project when you are questioning the teams or admins involved. It's important to know what their plans are and the road map so that you can see its validity and seriousness with the project.

It doesn't mean that they cannot rug pull, though because you can easily prepare answers to questions that are common or something.
2037  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Currency Game on: March 08, 2022, 05:17:24 AM
Can't find "Crypto currencies Game" though.
cannot find it either , have used multiple search engine and multiple sites but yeah there is nothing in related to this specific Gambling game.
And I don't think someone will develop a game and name it "Crypto currencies Game". It's too generic and doesn't give much thought to what the game could be. All I'm thinking of it when reading that is that it's possible for trading or something and you are playing with different crypto or something.
2038  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It seems that more people taking crypto trading as full time job on: March 08, 2022, 01:56:31 AM
There are different kinds of traders that are thinking applicable to almost everyone like
  • Individual Traders
  • Institutional Traders
  • Algorithm Traders
  • Advisors

If I were to choose it, I'm an algorithm trader that lets a program trade for me, and I know that I will only select a good bot like Gunbot. So technically, I'm a full-time trader while just letting a program trade for me.

Ifyou dont know how to trade good use good signals for spot and futures trading right now many people become traders.
Maybe you are talking about advisors? They provide signals and sharing of ideas towards their selected asset or something.
2039  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Disorder ? on: March 07, 2022, 03:38:35 PM
I think every country and leader should have somewhat of a stand with gambling addiction or addiction in general. Most people that have this kind of disorder would probably have tendencies to have a relapse and continue doing it. There's not much education with this kind of thing where I live, and I hope there are at least people who care about those who could have this.

Not a joke, just like mental health. I think this is the condition as well.

We all know casinos are for-profit, and it will look like that, but it's still the person that gambles that is at fault.
2040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Currency Game on: March 07, 2022, 10:03:53 AM
You basically described what games are and it's a multiplayer thing and how it will be a decentralized game in which players actually own the items.

Are you talking about gaming in general or a specific game? Maybe you should elaborate on what you are talking about because we are not magicians to know what you are thinking.

Can't find "Crypto currencies Game" though.
