2081  Economy / Economics / Re: Bill passed requiring drunk drivers to pay child support if they kill parents on: April 23, 2022, 02:31:16 AM
This should be widely applied so that drinkers are aware of the consequences they will have to bear if an incident occurs. We can't stop companies from shutting down beer, but we can put in place tough laws to prevent overuse and injury to others. In my country, the government has just increased the penalty for drinking while driving. Accordingly, just drinking 2 cans of beer with an alcohol content, the driver will be fined 60 days and have to pay a fine according to regulations, the fine I see has increased 3 times compared to the old fine.
2082  Economy / Economics / Re: Life is a puzzle ! on: April 22, 2022, 02:48:10 PM
I think Life is not a puzzle but Life is a mystery, we never happen what happens later, we do our best but it is not necessarily able to produce the best, but we must do the best, sometimes life is strange because stupid people can be more successful than those who are clever.
Life is not fair, it is true that sometimes stupid people can be more successful than clever people. But that's not the majority and it's not that we feel unlucky, it's that we live loosely, not trying our best. So, no matter how difficult life is, as long as we make efforts and try, I believe everything will be rewarded.
2083  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is it always about price? on: April 22, 2022, 02:35:58 PM
What is the reason and purpose you entered this market, make money fast to become a millionaire or is it because of the technology of the future?.

Most people when participating here the ultimate goal will be money, so the price will be the most concerned and mentioned factor. No matter how good a coin is, how advanced the technology is, if it does not bring profits to investors, it will die and no one cares. Crypto is like a money game, profit is still the top priority.
2084  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive income : Bank interest vs staking on: April 22, 2022, 02:21:12 PM
It can't be denied that staking is the most profitable technique today, with staking we can get big profits and even many projects that offer APY of up to thousands of percent, and bank interest is currently very unprofitable because it only earns interest of less than 1% per month.
Not the most profitable but one of the ways to make profit here in cryptos. Most profitable I believe is trading because there is no limit in trading. You can make unlimited money as long as you are a skilled trader. The next one would be is investing but just like in staking it requires patience since the goal to make better profits is by selling at higher price and that doesn't come easily but it takes time.

Be careful on projects that claims thousands of percent because they are good too good to be true and likely a scam. I better stick on lower percent because they tend to be more legit. We keep money in banks because it's safe and convenient but don't expect much that you can earn on them.

I almost do not believe in projects that provide APY up to thousands of percent, it really looks like a scam or it won't last more than a few months. this really brings too much risk, I would never staking such projects.

Should choose projects with a reasonable percentage and those that have been recognized as safe to invest and stake. Along with that, choosing a platform to stake is also extremely important, we should only stake reputable, leading platforms.
2085  Economy / Economics / Re: What should be a good ROI for a startup? on: April 22, 2022, 02:05:47 PM
Entrepreneurs struggle with their ROI on businesses. Starting a business is not a difficult task but sustaining it becomes challenging. I've seen a numerous companies go bankrupt after good years of sales. Knowing the reason behind is lack of future projections.

According to you, what should be the ROI for newly launched startups?

My views are around 15% per annum but it would take around 6.6 years to earn the initial amount back. Would it be a bad decision?

I don't think it's possible to set ROI in a generic way. Will have to depend on a lot of factors, what your business is, how your competitors operate, how much the initial cost is…I think we should consider all the factors to be able to come up with a relative ROI before embarking on a startup. Besides calculating the monthly ROI you will receive, you should also consider if your business is not performing as well as you would like, how much more money will you have to spend to maintain and grow in the early years.
2086  Economy / Economics / Re: Who will Replace Russian Gas Supplies to Europe? on: April 22, 2022, 01:56:19 PM
Honestly, with the current situation no one will be able to replace Russian gas supplies to Europe. If any, then Europe would not have to depend on Russia for a long time without any alternative. And when the war broke out the situation became tenser and tenser, Europe rushed to find new suppliers in vain. That true Saudi Arabia, Venezuela ... can supply oil and gas to Europe but building the infrastructure will take years and all is just a plan and will only take place in a few years.
2087  Economy / Economics / Re: Read If you are between 18 and 68 years old! on: April 22, 2022, 01:31:35 PM
Gilbert's Research shows people from 18 to 68 underestimate how much they will change in the future, because of that they miss long term financial plans! What do you Think? Do you have any long term financial plans?

Since you are asking a question on the forum about bitcoin, most likely the majority will answer you that they include BTC in their financial plan. I believe that this method has the right to life. For as we have seen, in recent years people who have invested in BTC have been in a winning position. Especially those who chose long term. I am sure that many here will agree with me that BTC in the future will show results that are almost as good as in previous years. Therefore, the decision to include BTC in the long term financial plan would be the right choice.
Winning position is still that something questionable since we know that there's no assurance when it comes to future of Bitcoin but somehow after seeing a decades time then
i cant blame on why the community does have much that trust towards Bitcoin. Most people would really be seeing this to be a good investment for you to take but of course
always be minded off about the risk because nothing is guaranteed. Its better to start when you are still you which it is ideal on having that kind of goal or target.

A lot of people were in a winning position when investing in bitcoin in the early days. Bitcoin is arguably the most profitable investment, but don't forget that the higher the reward, the higher the risk.

I'm not saying bitcoin will die or go to zero but be a smart investor don't put everything in one basket, spread it across multiple investment channels. There are no guarantees in investing so have a backup plan.
2088  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia Was Prepared to Withstand Sanctions. Why Wasn't Europe Prepared to Impose on: April 22, 2022, 01:13:08 PM
Of course, Europe did not expect such actions from Russia. Russia began to prepare for large-scale sanctions after 2014, although then they were very small compared to 2022. I think they prepared not quite correctly, because all external assets were blocked, which greatly broke its economy.

Russia certainly has made very thorough preparations, but perhaps they must also be surprised by such draconian sanctions. It is true that their economies are being ravaged by sanctions, but Europe and the United States will also suffer significant damage from their own economic sanctions. It seems that neither side benefits, the only one who benefits in this situation and I think is none other than China.
2089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There too much information about btc on: April 21, 2022, 10:51:25 PM
Information about Bitcoin has been around since the birth of bitcoin, besides the good news there is also a lot of misinformation about Bitcoin.
Therefore, you should only read information selectively and from reliable sources to avoid causing panic. As an investor, you should follow the positive news and ignore the FUD as it will adversely affect your trading psychology. Time has proven nothing can stop bitcoin from growing so just invest and believe in bitcoin.
2090  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: buy my home with bitcoin on: April 21, 2022, 10:35:42 PM
When the bitcoin price was back to 64k dollars then, the people easily buy your house with their holding
Buy easily? That's a huge expectation up there.

Buying a house using of any kind of currency has the same process for any buy/sell house transaction. You cannot just buy a house just because someone is selling it. As a buyer there are lots of things you need to consider since it should be in legal ways.

The buyer will be happy to buy the house when bitcoin is at its peak price but the seller would want to sell the house when the bitcoin prices are low so that he gets more bitcoins. Due to the volatile nature of bitcoin, people do not want to do transactions in bitcoin and prefer stable coins to do the buying and selling.

Buying and selling a home is a fairly large transaction, so buying and selling with bitcoin is also said to be quite risky for both parties because the bitcoin price fluctuates wildly by the hour. Buying and selling a home involves legal proceedings, so make sure where you live bitcoin is legal or you'll be in trouble. I think it is much more convenient to buy and sell with stable coin or fiat, then we can convert to bitcoin when we want.
2091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is for Holders! on: April 21, 2022, 10:01:49 PM
Is now the time to buy bitcoin?
I‘m still working hard on my daily work Cry
Sorry for pasting the link here, just for live Cry
https://www.getscoupon.com/

Bitcoin is an investment for long-term holders, although the price of bitcoin has increased several thousand times or even tens of thousands of times compared to the original price, but that does not mean that it will not continue to increase. The most recent ATH was 68k, so I think 100k isn't too hard for Bitcoin, it's just a matter of time. So if you want to invest in Bitcoin you can buy bitcoin anytime with the current Bitcoin price still very cheap compared to its real value.
2092  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 21, 2022, 09:09:48 PM
There was a different scenario than I expected in the Juventus - Fiorentina game. But I also thought like Juventus would eliminate Fiorentina as a result. Juventus won the game by 2-0 and advanced to final round by 3-0 on aggregate. Fiorentina played really well in the second half in fact but it was still not enough for scoring even one goal. If they managed to score, maybe things would have been quite more interesting. Now we are going to watch a finale between Inter and Juventus. It's going to be fun hopefully.
Unfortunately I missed this match because of a sudden business at night so I only know the statistical results from google, and this looks like pulling Fiorentina in possession of the ball 69% and the 17th kick is very different from Juventus but in the end Juve were able to step into the final thanks to persistence in scoring his dual goals, but Fiorentina are still not lucky enough even though they have completely mastered it but Juventus are lucky to win.
The final will take place 11/5.

I think Juventus has done what they should have in that match. everyone expected Juventus to win that match. and it would have been a little bit of surprise if they actually did not win that match. Fiorentina did try to do their best in that match but they could not make anything out of the possession that they had. and we all know passing the ball aimlessly is not going to do anything.
2093  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 21, 2022, 07:09:40 PM
It looks like it is official for Manchester United indeed. I hope that they can start off with a clean slate with Erik ten Hag next season. They really need to sober up as soon as possible now. This season isn't going to end well for them. They might not even qualify for the Europa League if they go on like this. But the most important part for them is now that they must have the right game plan for the team and they need to improve themselves a lot in some positions. And I believe this can happen only by some new transfers.

Agreed, I truly doubt that Manchester United will be able to qualify for the Europa League this season because the team in front of them is Arsenal who is three points ahead of them and they also have one match in hand.

So things really don't look good for Manchester United. They are also not in the best form. to be honest they are not in good form at all. in the last match, they lost against Liverpool by 4/0 goals. A loss against a team like Liverpool is understandable but that scored line is never acceptable for a team like Manchester United.
2094  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia Was Prepared to Withstand Sanctions. Why Wasn't Europe Prepared to Impose on: April 21, 2022, 03:17:39 PM
Who funded Russia? Are they not the Wests? After Russia invaded Crimea in 2014, the Wests are still buying oils and fossil fuels from Russia. They showed they depended on Russia when there are many available alternatives. West can be said to be the cause of the war. I expect all imports from Russia into Western nations should have ceased since many years ago. Then, Russia would have not have such power and weaponry they have today.

The bitter truth is everybody only care about their own interest. Russian fuel is cheap and is located right next to the EU which makes it reliable too. You said there are many alternatives but can you show us some of them? Don't you think there are plenty of minds that are sitting there to find a good alternative to Russian fuel? Why didn't they find that yet?

Look what experts say:

Quote
“There’s just no way even OPEC+ and even combined Iran and Venezuela could make up for it,” Vandana Hari, founder of energy intelligence firm Vanda Insights, told CNBC’s.”

No option for the EU would be better than Russia, The German government also recently announced that it will stop importing Russian oil from the end of this year and stop relying on gas according to the European route. But they never mentioned a replacement, who would replace the Russian oil supply for them. It seems that all they are saying is to intimidate Russia, they cannot find an alternative.
2095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 20, 2022, 06:07:06 PM
according to consistent media reports, arminia bielefeld has sacked its coach Frank Kramer. the relegation-threatened club is in 17th place in the table four matchdays before the end of the season and now hopes that the players will get a new impulse and save the club from relegation.
Arminia does not seem to be able to get out of the relegation zone. The decision to fire the coach needed to be taken earlier. Now that the coaches have changed, the new coaches do not seem to be able to perform well with the team. Let's see if their performance improves. But personally I don't think we will see Arminia Bielefeld in the Bundesliga next season.

To be honest, if they somehow manage to win only one match and the teams around them does not,  they have a chance to get out of the relegation zone, but that seems highly unlikely to happen. They have played really bad in this season. And I really do not know if it was all about the manager because players are not performing as there should be in my opinion.
2096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we going to see a new altcoin boom soon on: April 20, 2022, 03:42:18 PM
When bitcoin rise above 60k$ or reach a new ATH maybe the altcoins will be having a big boom, i think we already experienced this before so there is no need to ask we know that most of the altcoins is a bitcoin dependent and if bitcoin fall down beyond our expectations we can also expect altcoins to also fall quickly no doubt about it.
It happened exactly that way. When we reached 68k levels, the price of altcoins rise as well since they were same against bitcoin but bitcoin was higher against dollar so it went up. Not only that, but after it dropped to like 58k levels, alts kept on going up, which caused almost all of the altcoin boom that we have seen during that period.

I am not really sure if it will happen again or not, but I know that it is certainly not a bad expectation. Whenever bitcoin goes up, we are going to see other coins to go up as well, and if it is a huge hype then alts will go on even after bitcoin. But if we are talking about like 10%, then it will go up and down together.

I believe it will continue to happen because that is how the market works, the dependence of altcoins on bitcoin is so great that it is difficult to separate. As long as bitcoin recovers, we will soon see a boom in altcoins, so just observing bitcoin price movements to get an idea of the price movement of altcoins.
2097  Economy / Economics / Re: Share entry level commodities plays on: April 20, 2022, 03:25:10 PM
It would make sense if we could recycle old aluminum cans. In this case, it could be profitable. I think it makes no sense to collect all this garbage to do something yourself. So we just make more garbage. There are special organizations that use waste. Let them do their thing. I don't like the idea of collecting old cans.

It's a good idea, but it's more suitable for small businesses than doing it yourself can be difficult and even hard to get the expected results.
To do this, we need to have a warehouse large enough to hold a large amount of used goods and take a long time to collect them.
2098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this true? on: April 20, 2022, 02:51:17 PM

Indeed, not all projects experience the same thing. but I see there are a lot of projects that make a down-market excuse not to release their tokens on the exchange.

When a bear market occurs most people will look to safe havens such as Bitcoin and top altcoins as they reduce risk, so if new projects release their tokens on the exchange it will harm themselves. Investors will not risk speculating on new projects, which is quite risky. The best way is to choose the time of the bull market because then it will attract many new and old investors and if the market trend is right the success rate of the project will be higher.
2099  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin's price stabilize someday? on: April 20, 2022, 02:34:33 PM
For long-term investors, price stability might be an ideal situation. But if you ask about the traders, I am quite sure that they will be enjoying these price fluctuations. For them, bitcoin stability would come up as a challenge to survive.

Even as a long term investor, if bitcoin becomes stable I don't think anyone will invest in bitcoin anymore. Whether day traders or long term investors, all want to make money from the market and if bitcoin becomes stable and not profitable anymore they will leave. Bitcoin volatility is the characteristic of the crypto market, so it will be boring when it is no longer volatile.
2100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 18, 2022, 06:50:56 PM
Bayern Munich probably doesn't care that much anymore. They messed up in the Champions League and the Bundesliga title was already in the cards a while ago, even if it's not official yet. We can only hope that the title fight will be more exciting next season, because Bayern was actually supreme again this year, although they secretly lost a few games here and there. Dortmund should normally be able to get much closer than they have so far. RB Leipzig too.
Yeah, they really don't care at this point. Anyone even suggesting they might lose the title even if they were to lose every game left in the season's ignoring the fact that even at their worst, everyone including BVB has been wholly incapable of capitalising on slip ups. Bayern have to lose all their games left, and BVB win all their games left. Really, the way their form's been even with the Yellow Wall behind them, not happening.

There is certainly going to be a little bad buzz in the team right now. They lost against ATM which is not actually that their level to be honest. No one has given any chance to Villarreal win against Bayern Munich in that match. But Villarreal did actually end up winning that match and that is going to hurt the players in Bayern Munich morally.
