Not until I can purchase my very own mac computer, because they do not allow development on anything but their operating system.

And it's for this reason (among others) that I would never support Apple or any of their products.  I like to use Flash just because Steve Jobs hated it so much.

or you can be like me I don't pay for electric I get it free hahahaha.

Think I'd rather pay for it.

Go right ahead. me its included in my lease agreement so I am not stealing so there is no crime.

Then it's not free, you're paying for it as part of your lease.

Yes that's true my lease is less what you guys pay for your electric alone I am not complaining haha.

Bragging about living in the ghetto?  Whatever floats your boat...

Pencils do not contain lead, they use graphite.
2085  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 1 BTC = Accepted Block ? on: June 23, 2015, 08:07:36 PM
Those are accepted shares, you did not find a block.
https://www.google.com/search?q=bitcoin+mining+accepted+shares

The time it takes you to earn 1BTC depends on your hash rate and the pool you mine to.

I'll have to verify everything node-by-node while juggling power so it doesn't burninate, so I might not have news on that for a few days.

Way cool, can't wait to see the next round of results.  The 18-chip board it gonna get a lot of people excited.

They don't tell you if you're in, you have to check the google doc in the first post.
2089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are key scramblers effective in beating keyloggers to protect our btc wallets? on: June 23, 2015, 03:53:16 PM
If you are infected with a keylogger then you've got bigger problems to worry about...

Fix your security issues that allowed a logger to get on to your machine in the first place.

Why do people freak out every week about when they're getting paid?  We always get paid on time, and it's only a couple cents.  Are people really that hard up they need extra pennies RIGHT NOW?

flo rida!

BTW  I think it is a truly brilliant nametag for a rapper.

I'd heard of him many, many times, but only now seeing it spelled out realize it's Florida.  ha!

I also prefer carburetors to EFI.

I'm surprised, EFI is way more tunable and customizable than carbs, especially when you get into writing your own engine management programs like I have.  I've contributed much of the tune to my Mustang, including stuff other than the usual air/fuel and timing, such as the mass air meter tables and transmission shift graphs/algorithms.  Way more fun than turning screws on a carb!  Tongue

Yup, the 18-chip boards look very promising for what they may produce, can't wait to see those come along.  I've got an S1 and S3 that I would use as donor to upgrade to this design.

I would look to replace my 2GH/s nanofury sticks with these stick as well, 4x the hash is alway welcomed.

You don't use escrow for paypal.

Talk to your CPA, not an internet forum.

Your url should be:
Code:
http://[ip address]:[port]
It's not a directory path.
Obviously you'll have a different ip address for accessing from within or outside your home network.

First step is port forwarding, this won't work if the port isn't forwarded to the machine running cryptoglance.
2098  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 0.5% fee anonymous solo bitcoin mining! 67 blocks solved! on: June 17, 2015, 09:47:32 PM
Do what I did, solo mine off your own node for a while then mine off this solo pool and compare results.  Solo mining off my own node was problem after problem, I gave it up quickly.

Hmm.  Kind of hard to compare results unless you hit blocks both ways.

What problems did you have solo mining off your own node?  It's pretty straightforward.

I too prefer to solo mine here for the performance, but my own node is always in the end my list too.

I had connectivity issues with mining my own node.  I had other errors but I can't recall their exact nature.  I couldn't set it mining and walk away, something always needed baby sitting.  No such issues with solo ckpool.

So sad to see BTC go, this was the first place I tried mining when I got into it many months ago.

My miners will point to Kano's ckpool after summer is over, hopefully more will follow that direction.  That pool is run too well to only have 1-2PH/s pointed to it.
