2101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing decision on: August 31, 2018, 11:45:44 PM
For the time being, don't invest well.
The market is too unstable now. And the market has been falling, and it has been falling every day for a few months, when buying is likely to continue to fall.

Is this your contribution to this conversation? We all know the market has problems, but there are many projects that are ongoing and can  make the rise again.
A lot of top crypto coins in the market is still on dump and thats a sign of good to buy or good to invest. Eth is one example, drops the price below than expected. Buying at the moment is guarranteed profitable.
Before you decide to invest make sure you're already having good strategy and not in emotional, be secured by choosing those promising coin in order you can expect good profit return at the right time. It's a common for us to invest to, continue growing our money which we're only monitoring it's fluctuation in prices.
I thought that you don't need a strategy but you should do a good analyzation. That will give you the more accuracy to determine which is the best coin and it will decrease the risk at the same time.
but it needs a deep reseach to determine which is the best crypto.
2102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: right time to buy eth? on: August 31, 2018, 11:31:13 PM
ethereum going down day by day, so i am confused now, cause i want to invest here, what do you think about eth ? i mean this is the correct time to buy eth? or i should wait more?
You should wait more until the bitcoin will have done with SEC regarding the bitcoin ETF application. The more people will go to the bitcoin and try to take the advantage of the bitcoin ETF rumor.
That will give you a lot of chance to buy ethereum when the price is so cheap and consider about the fact it will get another difficulty increase and it's really worth to buy it.
2103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is a bubble? on: August 17, 2018, 11:39:25 PM
Hello. I want to hear your opinion. Cryptocurrency is a bubble? How long will it last? Is it worth continuing to invest in it?
This is a perfectly reasonable question, but do you think 10 years for a bubble is a lot or a little? How do you think the us dollar is a bubble?
If we talk in General for the Fiat currency. you could say she's a bubble, too. If a country is rich in oil or gas, it has an advantage in its national currency. As for bitcoin, it is a resource that we mine by machine as well as gold. and there is a certain amount of it. It is not enough. Therefore, bitcoin and most of the famous altcoins will live 100 years for sure.
Actually the practice of mining generates nothing but just to verify the truth of every blocks, different with mining gold that you will get gold out of it, if we switch for proof of work to proof of stake it will basically be the same thing but the different it will be more efficient in terms of electricity.

2104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Alternative to Myetherwallet on: August 17, 2018, 11:34:30 PM
I think for now Myetherwallet and Metamask are still the best wallet.
Just recently used mycrypto and I honestly think that it's a solid wallet compared to MEW although it's like hardforked version of myetherwallet
but honestly hardware wallet is still the best, its integration to many of ethereum online wallet is simply really secure than copy-pasting your privatekey and risking of it being exposed anywhere.
2105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your wallet from hackers on: August 17, 2018, 04:30:30 AM
Best way is use hardware wallet, if you are using MEW, you can make offline transaction and it's all safe.
I honestly think that offline transaction is far better than hardware wallet only if you know what you are doing and also giving an additional security features installed to your isolated computer, it's like giving absolute no access for hacker to even connect to your IP because no internet means no chance for hackers.
with hardware wallet it's still have some flaws and bugs here and there no one knows whether the hardware wallet could hold for a long time without being hacked but the chance is kinda slim thought.
2106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what happened to ethereum? on: August 17, 2018, 04:05:49 AM
I can not say exactly what happened with eth. It seems I heard something that it was a deliberate price reduction by selling a large amount of eth. I do not know when, but the ether will be exactly restored.

yes what I heard was that there were a number of eth sold on a large scale so the price dropped very drastically. I hope that before the end of this year, eth will succeed again as before.
May I know where this source comes from? as I've seen the whole market is going down and I think that ETH is affected by that too but seeing that someone else saying there's a huge selling of ethereum to the market kinda got me curious.
Last time I heard such thing is EOS dumping their ETH just to pump their own coin but you see their coin value is basically the same or even down.
2107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the King of ICO, Do you agree? on: August 17, 2018, 04:02:49 AM
Yes, while it can be said that ethereum is the king of all ICOs, as on its platform more than 91 percent of all ICOs are conducted. This is the most reliable and promising coin among all types of crypto currency. Ethereum is now too too undervalued. In my opinion, its price is about $ 300 too low for such a coin.
So does with other altcoins and even bitcoin, but what causes this? bearish market, yes, the current trend is price decrease, bitcoin has huge influence over any other alternate coin
therefore if bitcoin down will simply means altcoin down aswell since most of the altcoin having its fiat equal value from the coin's value to btc converted to btc rate to USD.
2108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoiding the KYC procedure on: August 16, 2018, 11:50:31 PM
Well, I think that when a project asks for KYC procedure (especially regarding large investments) - that's good and shows that they're very serious and responsible.
But for people who actually invest (and thus have to pass KYC) - that's another headache - as not many people are willing to share their passports' data, bills info and etc
This is one of those topics that is very difficult, in one hand I will admit that I do not like the idea of KYC at all, but I understand why it is being implemented, however what we need is a KYC for the developers of icos, many projects do not reveal the real identity of those behind the project and if you do not know who they are, then why they are asking that information out of their investors?
about that i think that is why people not really trust about anonym Developers. no developers identity sometime make the project have less investor because trust is important in this business
anonymous developer is a big no no, the risk is just not worth it and there's tons and tons of project out there that simply reveal the team member making the project more reliable
so there's really no reason of why you should choose the project with anonymous developer. just leave it and move on, it's not worth the time.
2109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPEN TO ETH??? touches below 300 USD!!! on: August 16, 2018, 11:21:51 PM
do you think that ethereum team or foundation sold his eth hahahah maybe, like in 2014 vitalik buterin sold his 25% ethereum for cheap price
If he did everyone will be freaking out and it will be over all the media but I guess it's not. the market is just too bearish, bitcoin dominance increasing to the point it has taken half of the market capital
so what do you expect from that situation? eth price will just be as low as it can if it keeps getting crushed by bitcoin and affected by bearish market aswell.
2110  Other / Archival / Re: ICO without whitepaper on: August 16, 2018, 07:38:22 AM
Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper
The White Paper serves as a more detailed explanation of the project that will be introduced, so it feels if an ICO project without a White paper seems to be less professional and should be questioned about the clarity of the project.
A project without whitepaper will definitely seems like an unreliable and untrusted project because why? whitepaper generally includes detailed explanation as you said and how the project will work including technical analysis, solution and even formula that will be used to create a project.
without it, it's like we are believing sometimes that comes out of random person brain without knowing whether that could be realized or not and that will be a waste of money.
2111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Algorithm to find out altcoin scam on: August 16, 2018, 07:20:39 AM
This kind of thing is full of trickery, now by using common sense and a little bit of logic, how can an algorithm distinguish between scam project or not if human who creates algorithm that have feeling, common sense, brain and strong logic can't?
even if there's this kind of things then Im pretty sure that it will be useless, pretty much a gimmick I'd say. It's always better to learn by yourself and then you can automatically distinguish the suspicious ones.
2112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is ETH very cheap now? on: August 08, 2018, 06:08:52 AM
With the price of ethereum standing at $600+ around February compared to what it is now not to talk of the peak it reached last year,  ETH is considerably cheap to buy now and in due time the value will soar again
Already in August, and the current price of ethereum, according to CoinMarketCap, is $ 374. Over the past 24 hours, the market has fallen very low, bitcoin and ethereum have again fallen to their lows. Apparently, this is one of the lowest prices of ethereum. In the future, he will get a good profit from the one who is now buying cheap ethereum before the Plasma project is soon introduced, which will allow this coin to have a throughput of hundreds of thousands of transactions per second instead of the current fifteen. Ethereum should then very high rise in its price.
"lowest prices of ethereum" this one kinda reminds me the good ol' day when the price of ethereum is just $2 biggest traded in poloniex and sadly i don't buy every single of them.
If you guys are too worried of the price, just see how it's still up thousands percent and it seems no one of use give attention to that.
2113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coins do you like besides Ethereum? on: August 08, 2018, 05:59:55 AM
I will choose a coin after a while. The coin is too much now. Which coin do you like? Please tell me some reasons. I will thank you very much.
Besides ethereum, I like
Bitcoin
NEO
EOS
Litecoin
Waves
IOTA
and this is because they have very promising potentials, they are safe, secure and reliable. They have good support system, technical and management team and also a very good community.
different with me I usually prefer coin that has real usage like storj and many more. storj it gives you the ability to pay for renting cloud storage and by that it has some real usage unlike other that only have speculative function for people without no real usage. that kind of coin tend to have a really big price movement because of the speculation.
2114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: which exchange you usually trade ? on: August 06, 2018, 03:35:33 PM
HI there ,

what and which exchange you guys usually trade ?

Hello,
It all depends on what coins you want to trade and at how many exchanges are listed. In the various exchanges the price of the different coins varies. So it's good to check out where it is most profitable to sell or buy.
The price varies but not too much, and if it is, then there'll be someone else taking advantage of this price and make a margin trading and having fun with all the profit with nearly zero risk.
but maybe, in an exchange with relatively low volume there'll be a big difference in prices but I dont know exactly.
2115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can we protect ourselves from scam? on: August 06, 2018, 07:03:43 AM
It is difficult to determine ICO scams because, scammers are now professionals.

All the discussion and information about to protect and get rid of scam projects, All this has been done by professional scammers.

So if we choose legit projects, it is also a good consultation with professionals who review legit ICO projects to protect us from scams. It's just a matter of paying, but we're definitely safe investing.
Yeah, that was I bolded above is a better way to determine which ICO's are good. Only professionals can smell if that project is smell like fishy and I'm sure that project is a scam. Like choosing a good and professional expert manager that who manage the ICO for the whole project they know much better than us because of many projects they handled.
Searching, reading and studying that's the major part that we something to do to know further in the project.
Looking for professionals advises is ok, but it's not an absolute guarantee that you will be free from any kind of scam, as you know that the scam could impersonate to be a legit ICO just like few ICO I know that turns out to be a scam although people are heavily interested in it. actually there's no absolute way to know whether an project is scam or not to be obvious but determining project is legit by looking into its legal data and many more could really help.
2116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google to ban crypto ads on: August 05, 2018, 11:35:04 PM
In my opinion google will going to do it completely they will just blog crypto ads for temprory or this rule will not going to apply, they just want to find out the real stuff thatswhy they are doing this.

I think that over time they will change their mind. Here, Facebook decided to develop its own coin and, at the same time, allowed advertising crypto currency.
cryptocurrency advertising is totally fine as long as it's not ICO or any kind of that because they are afraid that their advertisement program will be misused by irresponsible ico developer that will just run away after gathering some of money, kinda wise considering that they may not have the time to inspect into each ICO while compared in this community where the community will judge which ICO is fishy enough.
2117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency back from the dead? on: August 05, 2018, 11:32:05 PM
After several month we saw crypto currency prices is decreased fast, and a weeks ago the price is going up, but now looks go back to the bottom, the chart looks so confusing, but in my prediction if crypto currency getting better in august, so we must be happy, because I believe crypto currency is the economic future of the world. But if this august, crypto currency is fall again or maybe have no positif movement, so this is the end. What do you think buddy?
It honestly wasn't dead at all, the problem with people thinking the bear market has been too far long is that they forget one crucial idea, maybe the bull market was too quick instead of bear market being too long ?

We had these types of prices like $5k or $8k or what not for a while and than when $20k happened it was there for a quick second and than everything went back to their original prices, maybe this was the bitcoin price all along but someone just hyped bitcoin out of nowhere and people really just went with it and $20k happened but initially who knows maybe it wasn't a proper pricing for bitcoin, at least not yet. So consider the fact that bear market didn't take too long, it was bull market that was too quick.
That's also need to be considered as one of many factors. to be honest, the $20k pump really looks a bubble that being overhyped by people and that turns out to be true when the correction happen and the market being dumped so hard to the point right now where it's just too hard to reach ATH again.
2118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lost etherwallet private key? on: August 04, 2018, 08:15:53 AM
I have lost my etherium wallet private key.Could any one know how to recover my private key.

Just forget about it if it is a myetherwallet account.
simply have a new wallet and save your keys

don't get compromised and don't pay anyone to get it back !!!
Most of the people have the same problem, they do not keep backup to their wallet and mostly remain as careless, which create problems because once you lost your wallet address and if you do not have any backup then it is difficult to restore it. In fact there is no way to recover your wallet once you lost it.
That's it, even MEW themselves has already give a brief warn when someone is generating a wallet and strongly even obligate to backup it people just couldnt careless about it.
a wallet that lost its privatekey is esentially a lost wallet, no way to recover just like as you said.
2119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the benefits of Crypto Currency? on: August 04, 2018, 07:52:07 AM
what are the benefits you get in Crypto? And how those it affect your daily living?

There are lots of benefits. First, would be the efficiency of doing transaction and payment method. Second would be the accessibility. It is not limited to just those who have the money.
excuse me but I think that it's limited to those who have money, you're not going to get your bitcoin out of thin air, even miners require so many equipment to mine cryptocurrency
so basically it's limited to those who have the money because it's basically money.
2120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will NEO become strong? on: August 04, 2018, 07:42:43 AM
Seeing the concept of the NEO itself as the Chinese ETH, i think that this altcoin exactly can increase. It has a great chance for the future to grow up eventually. However, now the price is still as the other coins. This rate is heading to be lower and lower. But at least, it has interesting concept so that this coin can head to be one of the brighter future coins.
It's chinese ETH but I heard that the "original" ETH is the most popular cryptocurrency in china overtaking bitcoin position, and there is EOS that recently gaining its popularity.
NEO in this case is simply overshadowed by ETH and EOS, NEO really having hard time to beat that two, each of them offer different advantages but really good.
