2101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Gambling companies can get more users to deposit. on: July 16, 2022, 09:06:22 PM
I wonder why I always hear about problems with the KYC when a player wants to withdraw his winnings, but I have never heard "the casino did not accept my money until I passed the KYC"?  Roll Eyes Everyone understands that the long passage of the KYC (if it is successful at all) for many casinos is just an excuse to detain/keep the player's money. I don't think this is normal.
other reasons that may be given by the casino or notified by the rules when we create an account before playing. Casinos often say they need KYC to avoid money laundering attempts using their casinos.
Even before making a withdrawal, most casinos provide rules for making a few bets first, before being able to make a withdrawal.
as long as the casino keeps paying the winnings and letting us make withdrawals. I think KYC is not difficult for casino members to do.

Just because you can do something easily doesn't mean you want to do it. And if we are talking about a situation where a person can deposit money without KYC and play for it, but he cannot withdraw the winnings, then it is obvious that the point here is not in the fight against money laundering, but in the casino's attempt to delay payments. I prefer to do without KYC although I understand that if I ever reach high limits I will have to pass it.
Whales wont really be having any problems because they are  the ones who do usually needing to sent out for verification or kyc requirements which is understandable considering the amount that they are deposit and withdrawing but its a personal kind of preference since not all are really that allergic when it comes to verifications or something correlated to it.
Trust is something that we do mainly seek off whenever we do have plans on depositing on a platform specially on new ones.It wont really be enough just for you to get some consideration
just because you do see its interesting.Of course you would really be needing to research more and this would be hard on new sites but just making use of your common sense should be enough.
2102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Discussion] Should Gambling be Banned? on: July 16, 2022, 06:43:58 PM
Gambling will not be banned, even if all the governments of the world insist on doing so, gamblers will find all kinds of ways to keep gambling. If we look at the history of the players out there, there are those who are happy because of gambling, but there are also those who are suffering because of gambling.

I think regulating gambling is a good thing, but the government that feels the money from gambling taxes should provide rehabilitation centers for those who suffer from gambling (addicts).
The government can ban gambling, which has already happened in some countries for religious reasons. But those who are used to gambling will surely be able to return to gambling even in places unknown to the government.

Maybe only regulating gambling can be done by the government and making strict regulations and gamblers must be willing to be monitored by the government. This is for the good of the gamblers so that they do not cause other problems in the future because gambling can really make them addicted. But if some gamblers become addicted, the government should be able to find a solution and maybe providing a rehabilitation center is one way to help them.
I saw more countries start to open up and allow gambling. I think eventually most major countries will legalize gambling as banning it does nothing to discourage people from playing. Worst, they just lost a decent amount of tax on gambling and taxable income from gamblers. And you got it right, more regulation and laws in gambling so people can not gamble to bankruptcy and blame the govt or casino for it. Then cry about gambling is bad and needs to be banned.
People would surely find a way or path for them to gamble even gambling was totally ban or prohibited considering on how easy to play online without being caught but of course it would really be a risk to someone on doing so. Gambling is a form of entertainment and a business into its owners.You arent forced to play or go to the place which it isnt really just right for you to take the blame on why people getting addicted to it
and ending up on spending lots of money since its their will on doing so and the platform does give out the services that it do gives in terms of leisure. For taxation then its normal that it would really be giving
out big contribution in terms of economic aspects its whether the government would really be putting some emphasis or priority on it or would simply be minding their citizens addiction condition?
2103  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Prompt safe staking with good APY on: July 15, 2022, 10:46:28 PM
You can get 'real' yield by providing liquidity on AMM platforms, because fees that traders pay gets distributed to liquidity providers.
They still could face a problem of impermanent loss when markets dump or get f**ked if the owners of the project they are providing liquidity for decide to pull the rug. Most of those projects usually have very attractive APYs

Generally, the risk is way higher than the reward.
If APY's is already on the side of too good to be true then always ask on yourself on how the hell they would really be considering on giving out that percentage considering that market conditions cant really be known?
Even on legit projects or long time running doesnt really give out those kind of percentages but for the sake of competition and trying out to best out those current existing ones then they are really increasing
those numbers but we know that it would be still futile or useless for them to do so and to those who are considering staking then better think twice.It is really much more better if you do accumulate
on your own with your own wallet and earn percentage gains or profits in a years time but of course its not guaranteed for it to happen.
2104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons why people avoid KYC in gambling casino ? on: July 14, 2022, 11:45:03 PM
~snip~
May we know what crypto-casinos are asking for our details to approve our withdrawal?
^ Does not important to know them, we know that most of them are those casinos that asked for KYC verifications for their users which is very frustrating even though we have submitted KYC upon creation of our account but if we will win a big amount they will ask again. This is the reason why we should avoid a KYC gambling casino, we have a lot here a KYC casino but I prefer to use a non-KYC casino because I know they will not ask for any personal data once you will win a big amount.
If we do tend to read up every terms and conditions of all cryptocurrency gambling sites or platforms at this moment then we would always be stated that those casinos does anytime have the right for asking for some verification or KYC if they do saw some problems towards our problem behavior which means that there's always a risk for KYC but of course if you arent doing something stupid or shady then i dont see for you to
be that to worried about such rules and regulation.Here on crypto space were are really that mindful or being much preferred about anonymity and the safety of our identity which means that if we do see
a platform which doesnt ask out for some verification then this is where people do really sticks out and avoid it as much as they could.
2105  Economy / Economics / Re: The fear of Bitcoin monopoly in El Salvador on: July 14, 2022, 10:44:52 PM
In September, 2021, El Salvador became the first country to adopt Bitcoin as a legal tender; that, we are all aware of. Then President Nayib Bukele went further to spend a total of $106.3m, according to Bloomberg analysis, since it's adoption in 2021. This move was unwelcomed by citizens as they grumbled over the supposed waste of public funds but it sseemed like Nayib was looking at the futuristic benefits attached to this coins. Take a scenario where BTC skyrockets from it's present price of $19.608.8 to a high of $60k or $100k, they could become richer than China and the US combined if they decide to invest in their country like China did.
 With it's adoption, the government introduced the use of chivo wallets because of its efficiency and lack of credit consumption.

Granted, Chivo is a public ledger, hence the citizens can be aware of transactions and all that. But where I need your opinions is on this: can it be made public enough to scare off monopolists?
Yes, they might able to surpass some countries in speaking with riches but the question is, would they able to sustain? Its not comparable into those places who do get revenue on different industry and not only getting
it on an investment.They might have  those numbers but sooner or later this would really be talking about sustain and we know on who would really be having the edge in relation to this.Its totally recommendable on what President Bukele had been doing but we know that there are no guarantees that we would really be reaching those heights but if ever it do reach out then the fruit of his risk taking decision would be cherish out.
Its a good new for the El Salvador but of course we shouldnt be focusing on success but also mind off to see the cons on different angle.
2106  Economy / Gambling / Re: How do you know how to trust online sportsbooks? on: July 14, 2022, 09:42:59 PM

When it comes to review sites then the places i do only trust is

Btcgosu
GamblingBro
and the rest are shit and biased.....
On Btcgosu I saw some time ago (week or two) that they had listed 1xbit with a good rating (probably 75-100), but now i can't find it on searching. have they removed it? Or I just failed to find it out

I havent seen it on the time had read up or visit the site back in the past or simply i just missed it out or it wasnt really there on the first place?
Its impossible that it would be placed into something trusted considering the owner of this site itself is a long time member which do knows on whats happening around
into this forum.

But as expected this one is really highly updated.
You could see that its been placed on blacklist.

2107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice for poor people who wanna get some crypto on: July 13, 2022, 11:54:58 PM
Crypto is not for the weaklings and poor.what I meant is that you cannot use your day to day cash you intend using to fend for yourself to input in Cryptocurrencies which you do not know or have 30% understanding of, isn't that such a fast way to kill oneself. Don't rush and jump in Cryptocurrencies all because you have seen people cashing out, they also must have failed at some points but won't bother to share that. So take your time do your own discovery and don't push blames on people when you fail.

To get Cryptocurrency is to make money first before investing,  being sufficient will make one to have a good sleep even if the price of crypto falls.  In a case where by day to day income is used to invest in cryptocurrency if the market goes down theirs no how one won't be panic because all he/she has been invested in cryptocurrency,  no any other savings to look into , all attention is just on cryptocurrency waiting for profit desperately.
Dealing with any investment whether its on crypto or dealing with those typical or normal investment physically then you would of course needing the funds for you to start or dealt off with which it would really be just
common sense that you would also be needing money for you to acquire crypto coins or assets but there are some ways on where people do able to attain or obtain without the need of pulling funds from your own pocket
but rather gaining it through online jobs but since not all does have the opportunity on doing so thats why you wont really be having no choice whether you do buy or not.
Speaking of being poor where earnings is only enough and sufficient on your daily living which it is really making a challenge for you not to dive in into various opportunities just because you had been limit out
with these conditions.
2108  Economy / Gambling / Re: How do you know how to trust online sportsbooks? on: July 13, 2022, 10:54:42 PM
Of course, nothing is perfect. But, as you said it yourself, this forum is a good place to get reliable info about a sportsbook. Yes, there are sites doing honest reviews, but most websites with casino ratings hardly can be trusted. What I've noticed is that they can include 3-4 really good sites in their top 10, and then put on the 2nd, or even on the first place, the shady site that paid them, and since there's no forum there, you won't see any objections.
I think mostly they post dubious sites for referral links. I do not think that such reviewers are often paid for "job". We can see paid reviews on major review sites, but their review mostly shows small problems to increase the credibility of the reviewer and the casino. It's better to look here for what the players are saying.
You made a nice and true statement. The paid review sites are into business and making money and therefore they are somethings bent to be biase in order to make more money.
They will list the few trusted ones and you will believe them that you have arrived and they will introduce the shady ones among.

When I gave up was one one review site rated 1xbit so high. It was then I became convinced about the biaseness and shady deals that are done behind the scene to deceive us.
When it comes to review sites then the places i do only trust is

Btcgosu
GamblingBro
and the rest are shit and biased.....

This is why its really important on making yourself aware on whats happening around when it comes to those false recommendations and i have seen of them which do really market or promote 1xbit
which the entire community knows about on how shady and scammy this site is.
Trust is the most important thing but it doesnt really need much effort on at least making up some research before you do make out some deposit.
Dont rush up yourself because this forum itself or alone would be enough for you to find things which are legit and reputable.
2109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why would someone want to buy an old empty ethereum address? on: July 13, 2022, 09:53:27 PM
I think they are doing it for some airdrops?
There are some projects who have qualifications on some addresses to be able to get some airdrops.
I'm not sure if it is worth it to buy such old Ethereum wallets not unless it is cheap.
I am also thinking if it is still safe after the seller will give the private keys because for sure the seller can still access it if ever they decided not to forget it totally.
For sure the seller would really be still peeking with those address that had been sold and trying out to see if there's some funds that been credited or transferred to it which means that he could still make money but of course its already stealing.I dont know on what consideration the buyer do able to tolerate such risk as long it do goes in into the criteria on having 1000+ transactions inside it.
Im bit aware of those wants of these addresses. @OP, do you have idea on how much for a single address cost? (I do have some of these addresses which had been long time not been used but does have
those no. transactions had been mentioned.) hehe.

My nearest presumption will really be speaking about airdrops just like on what been said above.There might be already some qualifications for that one? Possibly.
2110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: July 13, 2022, 08:54:27 PM
Are these things similar to what we had in the 1990s and 2000s before Crypto - like buying "William Hill" or "Ladbrokes" stocks? Is it more or less the same thing just in Crypto?
This is just market manipulation coming from owners of those gambling websites, and it can't be compared with stocks in any way.
Value for this tokens will go down when they decide, because owners hold majority of those tokens, it was not fair launch but probably premined a lot.
If something is going to be  "William Hill" or "Ladbrokes" it's going to be Bitcoin, but you need to patient and not expect some random token to make you profit.

Just like on what happened on CSNO? (Bitdice)
https://nomics.com/assets/csno-bitdice
https://coinranking.com/coin/HLIN_hmDd3Auj%2Bbitdice-csno

This one proves out about gambling token based kind of investment or choice which it cant really be compared to stocks.
You are definitely right about being manipulative and this is where company could make huge money?
2111  Economy / Economics / Re: The current crypto bear could end the market. on: July 13, 2022, 07:52:51 PM
The price will never go to zero which will be the one reason to end the market. We can expect a massive dump because we experienced massive pump too up to this point. But there’s always new buyer sprouting and buying those cheap Bitcoin that been dump by weak hands and whales who take profit because Bitcoin is very valuable enough to be left on cheap price. I believe we will only see below 10K in just a very quick time because many traders will gonna rush to buy at that price level to change hands again those Bitcoin.
There are a lot of predictions from people that if the $10K happened it will be in a flash which is what I also believe but in this current market we cant categorize all the people that sell their holding as a weak hand because there are people who are into day trading and some are sold by miners who need to keep their mining activities up and working which is what the first dump we see in the market when the bear started.

We can call those people a weak hands if they sell without doing some counter measure like buying the dip and mostly these guys lose a lot of money then miss good opportunities brought up by these season, that's why mostly they threw some bad statement towards bitcoin or the whole crypto because they didn't experience good things upon facing up a bearish scenario.
Normal words to be thrown out or people could really speak up directly without even realizing on what are those words that they do have said which is something that cant really be the real deal.
People do usually said its a scam or nearing into its end when they are losing that much.Its true that current crypto bear is something devastating but doesnt mean that it would really be the end of this
market.There are only two kind of people or investor which to those who are minding off on finding the opportunity to get in while price are cheap or totally quit up just because they had lost that much?
This isnt the first time we are experiencing these declines and this should really be bare up on mind that recovery would be always next in line.
2112  Economy / Gambling / Re: KYC casino or no-KYC casino, but with no bonuses/no cashback? on: July 12, 2022, 11:42:44 PM
KYC casino , this is safe and always friendly ,because if you are not hiding anything then there is nothing that will hinder you from laying with KYC complying.
Today, it looks normal to just pass on with a KYC from the casino where we're playing. But years ago, that was not really a thing and not acceptable for most users since we'll just defend about crypto = decentralization and there's no need for any KYC.
But nowadays, it's not a problem anymore and we do understand that the governments are the one that's requiring this to them and them, they're just passing it on customers.
If there's no other place that you could run then you would really be ending up on complying on whats been asked by these casinos.If they do require KYC then you have to comply on it before you can play but basing
up with the current market today then theres only a few who do imply kyc and the rest are still on that similar situation where you could just simply play without providing those details or simply still that anonymous.
I dont care about bonuses or cashbacks because we do know that they do really set out unrealistic kind of requirements for some gamblers to be successfully able to make profits with  those bonuses.
If  you are lucky enough then good but in most cases, people do lose all of their money before they could able to reach out such threshold or requirement.
2113  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Alt coins are About to pump again! on: July 12, 2022, 10:53:09 PM
They will be the first pump you see will not be it.  This first pump will be more like the dead cat bounce.  Alt season will not be in full effect until Bitcoin truly moons again, which seems to not be anytime too soon.  Patience will be key.
from what I was observe in cryptocurrency is that cryptocurrency is general name of all the coins and the father of cryptocurrency is Bitcoin and the without bitcoin getting accelerated in the market and it's obvious that no any altcoins coin, can can be increased without the green colour of bitcoin. So altcoins don't have the capacity and the ability to increase.
Whenever bitcoin do make out a significant jump into its price then expect that almost all of coins in the market will follow and its not something shocking scenario or event because its always been like this.
But the question is when would that pump will happen? No one really knows on when it would happen because if this bear market would be over then bullish would be next and expect those green candles
would really be happening because a market cant really just having one way or path to take. If bitcoin pumps then expect that it would be dragged along the trend because confidence is rebuilt
and impression  would be positive and fear would be gone which is a normal condition or situation to happen.
2114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips on How to Manage Gambling Addiction an Open Discussion. on: July 12, 2022, 09:59:58 PM
To stop gambling you could treat it as any other addiction.

You need to interrupt the addiction loop.

Basically every time you get a trigger that makes you gamble, which gives you a good feeling, instead of gambling just do something else that makes you feel good. Over time you should be able to switch your gambling addiction to something else.
Honestly, its not really that bad to gamble it is really just that bad when you do make yourself get dragged on with addiction or making yourself get hooked to it which does simply imply that you arent really that
good when it comes to self control and discipline. Managing yourself not only in finances but also with your emotion is a must. We people are different in traits and views when it comes to different things.
If you dont like for yourself to get addicted then set limits and border.Getting out of addiction is never been easy thats why some people do end up on suicide or messing up their lives on severe manner.
If you do find yourself to be that impulsive person not only on gambling but also in other things then gambling isnt really for you or better to stay away.
2115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Strong Hands Are Buying on: July 12, 2022, 08:54:45 PM
It's a common sense not a rocket science when the price drops really hard then the whalers are starting to buy on dip for hoping to get some profit in the future. Who knows the price would suddenly go up really fast and people might lose the opportunity on dip, but that's just a speculation of course. Just make sure to always do some research first before doing any kind of transaction especially in this kind of situation.
It’s actually common sense to be honest, for any trader to know that when the price of a volatile asset drops to about 10-20% of the highest it was, it’s only wise that you buy at that point, you do not necessarily need to be a strong hand in order to buy an asset at its lowest price especially Bitcoin.

Buy the dip, that’s the rule and it is believed that investors must have known this by now, traders should not be issue.

I see lately that many are buying bitcoins in quite a large amount. Perhaps this will be a turning point where the price will reverse and return. We don't know for sure when it will happen, but from this I can slightly conclude that most likely in the not too distant future all of that will happen.
Yes, that's my opinion from the point of view of "commoners". But it would be better if we prepare from now on.

I don't see any turning point now while we are in a bearish season. I expect this to prolong until the next Bitcoin halving. Retails are obviously going to buy as they are stacking more BTC as a preparation for the next bull season. However, traders were also playing along with Btc's current volatility. That's the very reason why the price is going up and down.

In contrary to your belief, a lot of people were actually expecting Btc to fall $15k.
Have the same feeling that this would really be a long running bear market just like into that year 2018 onwards on where we've been waiting for several or couple of years before we do able to break Ath and reached out newer heights.Its not really that precise or nor assured thing but considering on having no sentiments around then it is really not bad to presume that this bear market would be long.We are playing around 19 and 20k+ price and no signals of possible price pumps but well this isnt a new thing on bitcoin or into the entire market. To those who had money to spent and invest then this bear market would be the most
ideal situation for them to get in without any hesitation because instead on looking it up as a threat they do rather see it as a good opportunity to buy cheap or get in.
People does have different perception on this kind of market condition.
2116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Recent Experience at a Land-Based Casino on: July 12, 2022, 07:44:19 PM
True, there was a more ethical way the employee could have done it, a more polite way, a way that didn't attract a lot of attention and create inconvenience to everyone in the casino. the employee has made a noise and it is clear the employee has violated the rules of the gambling house this cannot be justified even though the man is actually his uncle.  if we read and study the op story this case is like a double edged sword, if someone were to be a casino manager which choice to make, fire or
If that worker had been there on that casino for how many years then he might really be getting some consideration or warning but it totally depends on the manager on what decision he would made on such
incident.Its not really good to make up some noise specially on casino premises which do really draw lots of attention which would create out some scene which will not really be that appealing into other customers
which would neither affect or not but its not really that a good gesture to be done. Personal things should be settled on a private way and shouting inside the premises of the casino wont really be that a good idea.
Settle things on home or say or advise if ever you do see that one of your relatives or loved ones is really getting addicted with casino games.
2117  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you regret buying before the dip on: July 11, 2022, 11:52:56 PM
The value of bitcoin dropped unexpectedly this year from $30,215 to $20,385 within a few days from June 9th to June 17th according to coinmarketcap,
~~~~~~
A quick question for anyone here who purchased bitcoins say on June 9th just before the unexpected dip began? Do you regret your decisions and are you confident that bitcoins will bounce back?
Regretting or not, there's nothing you can do yet no one can turn back the time and whats done is done.Yes, its stressful and have those kind of regrets if you should have wait a little bit longer or further
then you might able to get in on that low price point but well its already late but doesnt mean its over yet you could always DCA and as long you dont sell on loss then those would be still counted
or does always have the chance for break even or profiting considering the potential of bitcoin then we do know that it is really worth on holding for long term
buy when you do see the price is considerable on getting in or buying cheap.Dont make yourself do have the habit on looking back whenever you do miss out bottoms.
2118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Grand Lotto Winner on: July 11, 2022, 10:28:08 PM
Recently someone in our country just won a whopping 401Million Pesos(7+Million dollars) from our 6/55 Grand Lotto and another Winner of 5.9Million Pesos(105k Dollars) from our 6/42 Lotto draw. I am happy for these two winners but I am a little worried since the Lotto Organizer mentioned what city they are from. I hope that the Lotto organizer never mentions their names since these people who just had a life-changing experience could be in danger if they ever revealed their names.
here's the link if you are curious about the article https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1178611
Not really that an issue if the organizer would be telling the city of that winner yet if you do tend to look for that person then it would really be vast for someone to look or to those people who had bad intentions so i dont see for it to be an issue on mentioning the place but at least the community or bettors do know with that little bit of info and as some sort if transparency.
This is the best thing when you do make out bets on lottery where chances of hitting life changing amounts could really be possible but we know that
odds and chances for those hits are something close to impossible but well, you do need all of the luck of this world for you to be chosen with those number combinations.  Grin
2119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would you advise a focus on indicators or the market itself for a newbie. on: July 11, 2022, 10:24:06 PM
On a daily basis, many persons pick interest in cryptocurrency trading but eventually get scared never returning cause may be due to one or more losses serially experienced in the trading due to perhaps their focus.
Today almost all of the internet sites, trading books/newsletters, seminars etc, focuses on indicators (which is all about analyzing) instead of diverting a good percentage of focus on the market.
For the purpose of discussion. Owing to the complexity and how confusing indicators could be, which would you rather advise for a newbie to place much focus on between the Market (trading without indicators), and the Indicators, and why?
Stick with indicators because even though those indicators arent precise but it is really much better compared on trading up on something which you arent using things or tools because it is really just a pure gambling when you do make out calls and price predictions  basing on hunches and intuition which is something not that recommendable.Better make yourself able to practice with those indicators even though it is really hard but it would really be worth on the time and effort that you had spent out if you've been doing this for a long time.Practice makes perfect as we do all know.
Dont make yourself just trade off without any basis or analysis and also a reminder that dont make yourself that too impulsive when it comes to fuds and fomos in the market.
2120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Japanese man gambled away a huge Covid-19 relief funds mistakenly sent to him on: July 11, 2022, 09:35:43 PM
We all see this situation differently, but I really feel sorry for the guy. The idea is that he was hurt because of someone else's mistake. Yes, he's also partly to blame for spending someone else's money, but if it wasn't for the transfer, he wouldn't be in trouble. I sincerely wish him to sort out these problems as soon as possible and get back to a normal life without these crazy debts and jail.
I think the sender is also at fault with this, since he started the mess in the first place. I would say he never take extra careful in doing the transaction knowing its certainly a very important one. So both the receiver and the sender have to be given proper sanctions. However, the gambler itself should also know when to spend or when not since the money is not his own possession. But since he chose to gambled everything, then he should be responsible to pay for that. I just hope he'd be able to get back on his normal life and not to be judged easily by others.
Both parties or sides does have their own fault but it would be majority on that reciever who would get much attention and pointing on fingers since its not really that right on spending up money which
isnt yours and that just which it would really be your fault if spending and gambling out those money since you've put up into your mind that it wasnt your mistake but theirs but after spending those
funds and on the time that they would really be suing you out then what you would gonna do? You would just say you have gambled all of those funds and its not your fault?
Thats no how reality works and even if its just accident then you would really be still need to face up consequences and thats for sure.
