2121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I failed to notice this all along on: December 21, 2022, 10:07:28 AM
I just ignore this kind of projects.I do not support the idea of gradual unlocking of tokens or temporary blocking. If I buy something, I want to have access to it,so the risks are reduced. And while the tokens are blocked, the price for them may fluctuate in different ranges. Why create problems for yourself?

This is the new trend right now and we can't help but to choose any of these projects if we wanted to invest to assure our profit but this is not as easy as we know, because we need to have all the necessary information on when will they unlocked their tokens and to be as quick as we can to sell it because that's just how bad to invest in the altcoins nowadays, especially for the new ones like these. Others doesn't count the risk of holding it even after its unlocking period because they have trusted for the developers but most of the investors who bought it, will sell their tokens as soon as they have the opportunity to do so.
2122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 21, 2022, 08:39:12 AM

Without an all-star beside Luka, he will never win a title. That's how NBA is right now. In order for a team to win, you need to have at least 2 all star player on the team. You expect them to be in the play-in tournament. I believe they might make a roster change or make some trades this season, and maybe that might change the tempo of the team. I expect them to be at the 5-8th spot. Slightly higher than your prediction.

They truly need to do quick action about it because they making some huge mistakes right now about how they play and it's not effective enough to secure a top 6 spot in the current league nowadays. The western conference is truly wild random play nowadays and some straight wins these next few days will lift them up to the top and might gonna hold it well if they managed to change their line-ups and the way they play right now of course. Surely Luka is a star player but he really needs someone to rely on to take some contested shots and clutch shots whenever he is doubled.
2123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Destroy Crap Altcoins? on: December 21, 2022, 08:16:36 AM
I invested in altcoin also I the CRAP altcoins? those must be dead completely because this is the roots of abuse from manipulations and scams , I still don't get the Idea why there are still others that tries to trust those when it did not even help the market at all?

Especially the hype of pump and dump coins that they are often used for scamming their victims because they know how to manipulate their minds luring them to some green scenery of its price for the past few days and when they see lots of people buying it, they will gonna execute their plans and hugely sold out their tokens and boom! the price will crash and won't gonna recover again like what has happened with the Squidgame token and others like it in the past.
2124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 Oscar Awards betting and discussions on: December 20, 2022, 12:09:57 PM

last time oscar was a pure drama  -- i hope this time they would not do the kind of slapping drama again
among the list of movies I haven't watched even the single one- I am going to watch all of them and will bring forth my suggestions

I never thought they gonna make some bet out of the result of this award and the drama was all stage because seriously man, these people are actors and they have been doing these things for years now and they have all the necessary tools to make it looks real. We don't want it to happen again because it's not really worth it you know?

They did it for this year because they might gonna make him the host again and talk about last year's drama to extract a joke out of it again.
2125  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sometimes a good explanation is all it takes. on: December 20, 2022, 11:21:16 AM
This is what the mainstream media does especially those who are supported by banks and their allies. They really wanted to make bitcoins the bad guy when some exchanges failed or some fraudsters or scammers used bitcoins as props for their evil deeds, they will gonna highlighted the name bitcoin to make it as if it's the culprit. Yeah! good explanations and truthfulness is our key to cleaning bitcoins and the crypto industry itself. this is not a joke because these hostile people are funded to do their job and they are not gonna make it slide once they found a lope hole.
2126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cock fight game on: December 20, 2022, 10:34:06 AM
Most of the games in which animals were involved were much connected to the tradition and culture. In the name of harming animals more and more activists come out against them. This shouldn't happen, because they're following what is being followed by the ancestors.

We are thankful for these kinds of people who are making some changes and sacrificing their time and money to pursue these goals because if no one will ever step forward to do an action, they will forever mistreat animals as if nothing like a tool. PETA for example is one of the known organizations to help abused animals and other non-profit organizations as well.  But the problem for the others are they went way out of topic when they even push not to eat animals just because they cannot consume due to their lack of understanding, now they want people to follow them also which is not right because some of these livestock animals are meant to be eaten as well for us to consume.
2127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoiners kill Bitcoin, and governments are happy, boycott the CEXs on: December 20, 2022, 09:24:26 AM
Maybe we need a guide here that shows how to use this exchanges and also some funding for advertising etc. it is hard for a non cex exchange to compete if they don’t have the advertising.

Just like fiat and Bitcoin, Centralized exchanges should be allowed to operate side by side with their decentralized counterpart. People should be allowed to freely choose the one they want to use because they have peculiar reasons for their choice. People using CEX should not be viewed as traitors or hypocrites because you might not know their intentions. Someone might have a financial emergency and these exchanges would be the best platform to convert Bitcoin to fiat. I am sure in the nearest future there would be better alternative to these exchanges and people would gladly dump their services.

I agree about the usefulness of the CEXs as well in times of need but let's not totally ignore DCEXs because this is where our true freedom is. We don't need to use KYC or whatsoever things that will show our true identity unlike these CEXs nowadays. That's right we need to push the use of DCEXs, especially after what happened with FTX and others. now is the time to prove to them that we don't need to be locked in by the government to use their totally controlled exchanges rather we have always our own options to trade on our own with or without their help.
2128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 20, 2022, 08:37:04 AM

actually i think the Bulls should try to get Derrick Rose back and let him retire as a Bull.  Lonzo isn't going to be coming back any time soon if at all since he is still having knee troubles.  Based on the reception he got vs. the Knicks I really wish they would do that.

I doubt if they gonna do that because it was their decision to trade him when he was making a name in Chicago Bulls but when multiple injuries caught him and they see that he no longer passed those acrobatics moves he once had, they traded him and he cried because the team was really mean a lot for him back then. You can see from an interview on Youtube that while being traded, he cried because it broke his heart really bad that time. Prime Derrick Rose was so amazing and he is the primary reason why the Bulls is a popular team back in the 2010s.
2129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recently launched Trump NFTs used images from small clothing brands on: December 20, 2022, 08:09:57 AM
Lol! The pictures are hilarious! Also what's surprising is that, all NFTs are sold out within a single day! That effectively proves that even garbages can be sold as NFT and that will also make you a good amount of profit for no reason or effort.

The entire NFT ecosystem is non sense and the biggest non-sense leader of all time, has joined the bandwagon! Like a match made in heaven.

The super nonsense is the NFT items that are not worth it because they came from nonsense but still people are willing to sacrifice millions of dollars for it to create a temporary hype to promote to the people and when it happened, they will introduce their arts which will gonna be worth more than that and so on so forth. I think if it's only art from popular artists it would likely make sense and also they made the price not too high. Right now, the trend is the metaverse and it has lots of support from all over the world.
2130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 9 yrs ago today a legendary word was born !! on: December 19, 2022, 02:03:55 PM
When we make deep findings of people holding cryptocurrency and especially bitcoin for long time you will still find out more, because i believe that this thread will interest people and especially those who panic during when the market is full of bearish, during cryptocurrency investment what is necessary is to know your target, before you can keep your investment for long time.

This is an inspiration, especially with the current situation of the crypto market and the history of its always recovery is also a part of the trust of the investors because no matter how we see the bad situations of the market today, we always have the good and positive news where it will gonna recover and even push forward to create new ATH. When you dig enough and look back at the history of its price, you will find some interesting comeback and some inspirational stories that came from successful Hodlers as we called them.
2131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2022 Discussion Thread on: December 19, 2022, 01:10:00 PM

after all it will not be possible for france to get the world cup in a row of course argentina will also not let it happen again give it up for the umpteenth time, they continue to play as best they can in extra time, that's why argentina's champion mentality is huge and argentina deserves this world cup after fasting since 1986, I think the match is also over, I just want to say congratulations to Messi et al as well as Argentina  Wink

That was really an unforgettable world cup and the most exciting one since they scored the same until the last minute and resulted in shooting penalties in which Argentina won. France was the favorite to win the Final but with top plays and defense coming from the adjustment of how Argentina played, they managed to hold them to 3 points. Congratulations to Argentina and the other teams below them, they fought really hard and they deserved to be congratulated as well.
2132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High Profit Projects Are Prone To Scam on: December 19, 2022, 11:37:08 AM
Try to avoid cryptocurrency projects that promise returns? More like totally avoid projects that promise returns; regardless if the claimed returns are excessive or not.

Exactly, I think profit making should depend on project quality and market condition.

More likely all of them have some nice promise about their future developments and promotions but only a few projects fulfilled those promises and from those few, only in rare cases you can see they actually going to the next level where they will become popular and legit investment like Binance and others. But for some other projects, they lose hope and often abandoned it when they don't get their road maps fulfilled and the bad thing about this is they leave their investors with some false promises that they will gonna bounce back but not really do anything about it. This is where most of the time newbie investors fell victim because they cannot distinguish the false from reality.
2133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: December 19, 2022, 10:03:05 AM

Then there's no risk for Garcia that the big fight might not happen. With his focus now is on Davis alone, I expect him to show the best of him in their coming fight. Davis hasn't made a statement yet if he would also do the same which is to cancel his tuneup fight, if he would do that, the better so they will be 100% focus on beating each other.

That would be better and preferable since these two are one of the most mentioned boxers in the boxing industry nowadays and they will gonna make some noise next year if they decided to fight against each other. I think if Garcia has the real power and speed to hurt even the caliber of Tank Davis, then it would be an easy fight for him but we know he is vulnerable to getting hit with solid punches, and if Davis will caught him, he will surely feel it and he would gonna surely feel the pain.
2134  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you ever wonder where the money sent to Ukraine is really going? on: December 19, 2022, 09:10:44 AM
Man! if this is true or not, I'm sure donations will be decreasing because of this doubt and donators might probably just look for some legit people to help because this time they are not really sure whether the money they gave reached the people they wanted to help. Right now the war is not intense since how it started but since it happened, they are getting multip help from multiple sources, and hopefully, it reaches the poor, women, and children who are really suffering from this senseless war.
2135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 19, 2022, 08:32:08 AM
LA Lakers won against Washington Wizards. The plan was to put the game in a blowout, rest their core players for the game tomorrow against the Phoenix Suns but the Wizards kept on fighting until the end. So close that Lebron almost lost the ball at the last possession that could've been a disaster for them to lose the game.
I doubt the spreads are covered today. Nets versus Pistons was also a tight game, the same with Nuggets versus Hornets. I think both games started with -10.5.

They have been playing great these past few days and without AD I thought they will gonna messed up once again but they still keep fighting and doing all they can to slowly increase their spot and surely not get more losses before AD will return. It was all good when he successfully defended Kuzma from that 3-point line because if ever he made that shot, then it would be a big embarrassment for LBJ. In the end, Kuzma is getting some reactions from fans that he is really loyal to the Lakers.  Grin Grin
2136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Physical Bitcoin Shop in Port Harcourt (Nigeria) on: December 19, 2022, 08:06:20 AM
I'm more interested in the outcome of your investment and since you gonna hold it until next year then, hoping you have a wonderful year of your life please keep firm and be patient about the crypto market situation these upcoming months since it's not yet the Halving season, I'm sure there are lots of ups and downs. Be sure to have perseverance and courage to keep your bitcoins till next year or till after the bitcoin halving for there will be great positive news after that because it might be another bull run and another ATH as well.
2137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Caleb Plant vs David Benavidez on: December 18, 2022, 02:19:08 PM

Well, that clears the issue regarding their upcoming fight. It's been revealed already that this fight is already official but I'm leaning on the reasons that they haven't got the right date yet to put the fight. As we all know, organizers will bring the date where they maximize their profit and they are also clearing who will fight in their undercards. Hopefully they can finalize everything before this year ends so that the fans of the respective camps can prepare as well.

They wanted to stay away from the other big fighters' schedules to secure their maximum profit because they might conflict with the upcoming fights of more popular boxers as well which will gonna decrease their sales. Anyway, this fight seems gonna be one of the anticipated next year and it would be good if they gonna plan for February because there are no big fights there I think it's fine to have a conflict with one or two fights since their fight is at the other place anyway.
2138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All Hal Finney's Tweets on: December 18, 2022, 01:36:06 PM
Obviously, there are making some good progress here this will be their way to improve Twitter before they make some huge updates next year. looks like there are more updates coming after this one. Before they gonna put some use of their Doge coins on Twitter, I may say these updates are not really the one we from the crypto community looking for because the moment he gonna put Doge coins on Twitter, that's when the investors will gonna celebrate and I think they will also consider giving bitcoins to attract more users to use their social media platform. They will gonna also remove those accounts or suspend them when the owners are in jail because obviously they are not the one who is currently using them and until they get out they will be freed again.
2139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Mercito Gesta (January) on: December 18, 2022, 12:30:19 PM

Age matters a lot because if not, Pacman would easily be able to beat Ugas when they fought. I guess this is the last chance for Gesta to prove that he is still good in this competition, at least he was able to fight a champion and a chance to get his belt if this is a championship fight. I love Filipino boxers but I gotta admit here, Gesta is too old for a young Garcia.

Pilipino boxers are not mutants and of course, they also get themselves in trouble when they face an opponent that can take their punches and outspeed them. I discover this reality when I watch how Donaire was defeated by Guillermo Rigondeaux in his prime. He even got dominated when fighting Inoue in his old version. I think this will gonna happen to Gesta since he is not that good at taking some solid punches and cannot keep up with fighting high-speed opponents such as Garcia. anyway, a fight is still a fight and they will gonna unleash their fists next year and will gonna prove us what is real and not our speculations.
2140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: December 16, 2022, 12:11:02 PM

We can hype and do our job but if they are not interested nothing will happen. Spence and Crawford claimed that they are the best fighter in the world in their division but are afraid to fight each other, maybe they are just trying to make the bad negotiation and excuse on why the fight did not push through. How long do we have to wait? I hope Spence will lose so no more Spence vs Crawford hype.

Record is more important to them than proving and clearing the doubt of anyone who is in doubt of their real boxing skills, obviously, one of them is afraid and cannot risk his record against a potential and formidable opponent that has the same chance of winning against them. If this was the 90s, then we have already seen this fight years ago and they could have been in their trilogy if they had a great fight against each other but these days boxers that are having clean records are afraid to lose and risk it against a fighter of their level.
