Hi,
I'm just a newbie and my info might not be correct at all.
After mining ZCash in 4 pools for days (using Sapphire 1 X RX480 4G), below is my comments:
a) Nicehash - small pool, stable sol rate, low requirement for paid out but be patient cos they are just a small pool
b) Flypool - big pool, sol rate up and down all the time (cos I think the admin is working hard to tune the pool), high requirement for paid out or high payout fee for small amount
c) Coinmine - big pool, stable sol rate, low requirement for paid out, detail for user to keep track of their workers
d) Coinsforall - I just don't recommend.
So, if you want to get small mined coins in short time for limited sol, coinmine or flypool might be a good choice. If you've patient, nicehash might suprprise you.
Just some more words. Long run business make big money, good mining pool is really making big money and hope some mining pool admins understand.

@ocminer, what is the difference in miner configuration between -zwal YourUsername.YourWorker -zpsw YourWorkerPass and -u Weblogin.Worker -p password i'm trying to login to the zec pool with with Claymores miner on Win7, but am only getting auth errors and disconnects. claymore in version 1.1 should work fine, use zec.suprnova.cc:2142 ZecMiner64.exe -zpool zec.suprnova.cc:2142 -zwal YourUsername.YourWorker -zpsw YourWorkerPass -allpools 1 like: ZecMiner64.exe -zpool zec.suprnova.cc:2142 -zwal suprnova.5 -zpsw x -allpools 1 or if you want static diff: ZecMiner64.exe -zpool zec.suprnova.cc:2142 -zwal suprnova.5 -zpsw d=256 -allpools 1 I think you can even leave that "allpools 1" away with version 1.1 |

Block finding/Payouts etc should be fine. Looks like you're being retarget slightly too high from the pool, just wait about 1 minute and you should automatically be targeted down again.
Alternatively you can always set your own diff through the password field like so:
ZecMiner64.exe -zpool zec.suprnova.cc:2142 -zwal molitar.miner1 -zpsw d=128 -allpools 1 -di 1
Which would give you a diff of 128
or
ZecMiner64.exe -zpool zec.suprnova.cc:2142 -zwal molitar.miner1 -zpsw d=256 -allpools 1 -di 1
A diff of 256
Ok here is a screenshot after running about 3 minutes after starting no change.  It is not moving. Than I decided to press <Enter> and it says this. It basically said but would not copy and paste that miner thread hung and restarting. What should I set target difficulty for these 3 cards realistically? Currently it's nuts..
