Someone may be turned to beckon on the GPU miner? I have it starts up, connects to the pool but all the pools say that the invalid shares

Ah you're the one flooding the pool with invalid shares ?

The GPU miner will work after block 20500 - not earlier, did you read the text in RED on the pool header ?

It's not launching, it's just changing it's algo

Its correct address this ? : stratum+tcp://xzc.suprnova.cc:1569

.

Yes, all good

Without optimized AMD miner this coin has no future. Releasing GPU mining with no optimized miner for 80%+ of miners just smells like instamining attempt.

At least's its POW. Most new coins launched these days are all ICO and POS. Very rarely is a non-clone coin released that's POW these days. ZEC was the last I can think of.

It's not launching, it's just changing it's algo

New Port to mine with after the fork to the new Algo will be 1596 on https://xzc.suprnova.cc - only new miners will work, not the old ones. New miners should be posted here shortly

your pool is already working on testnet right? i see accepted hashrate with the new miners and that port

Yes, i'll just switch the ports to mainnet once we've hit that block

small typo on suprnova web page: port: 1569

Both will work, 1569 and 1596 Smiley

i just tested my miner setup and 1569 didnt work, thats how i noticed, i suppose it will be enabled later

exactly, i didn't want to confuse people if they point new miners to the port now, see accepted shares but no hashrate on the pool (because it's testnet)

I'm confused. How to test new miner before cutover?

you can test on 1596 with new miner if you get accepted shares but for obvious reasons the hashrate is not counted nor displayed on the pool
1426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: Pascal Mining What Pool is Better? on: February 10, 2017, 12:55:38 PM
nice pool suprnova , but I really hate the prop system ,  I find so many blocks with my gpu's  but that does not seem to matter with this system Sad  really fd up !  , And for some strange reason my my name never comes up @ the blockfinders list .  , and its not 10 blocks or something I stopped counting @ 20 or 30 something  ,   does anyone know a pool where you get the full block reward if you find any  ?this seems like a waste of hash ,

and I mean some pool clearly not a pascalpool since there are only 2

Payout system is PPLNS on Suprnova and  full block reward you'll never have on a pool, you'd need to solomine for that.
1427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: Dash pool dash.suprnova.cc 0 % fee promo, port 80 mining, ASIC ready on: February 10, 2017, 12:53:14 PM
6 KHash ? You probably mean MHash ? With 6 KHash you won't get 0.1 dash in 12h, you rather need much more since the block reward is pretty small on dash. luck is great on the pool currently, so you already got more than usual for your hashrate.

No confirmations at suprnova since many hours. Any problem?

Hmm, I see blocks confirming as usual.. Nothing special or any problems there

Sorry there was a problem yesterday with the load balancer which has been fixed today.

And the account is also unlocked.

Hi everyone, we have a big problem. Over 80% of mining hash is on Suprnova, this is not good for decentral.

So what?  Do you think ocminer is going to risk his reputation to double-spend nearly valueless coins on a brand new blockchain?  PoW mining only lasts another couple days anyway.

in supernova it shows ./ in front of cpuminer, and without the .exe

That's how you would run the command if you were on Ubuntu or any other Linux OS. Can you paste your whole command?

Suprnova seems down for me right now also, wouldn't cause your miner to error out.

Turns out that supernova is linked to an incomplete miner for windows.

Binarys got removed, however a new miner will be out with the new algo soon
