Wasting my time tried 3 different bat files to mine on suprnova and get rejects also not showing my hash rate on suprnova odd thing is mining pasc on suprnova works ok
Show your bat file echo off cd c:\claymore\8.0 setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 EthDcrMiner64.exe -dcri 13,13,13 -epool eth-eu.dwarfpool.com:8008 -ewal wallet/vinc2 -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://pasl.suprnova.cc:4316 -dwal workername.password -dpsw x -allpools 1 You're missing -dcoin pasc there - or am I blind ? nope was me that was blind working now many thanks i just gotta sort a wallet now pain not being able to mine direct to exchange You can mine directly to Cryptopia's wallet - I think they've resolved the issues with depositing funds. I've also tried to get an info about an bittrex listing but I guess they don't have an API interface for this cointype.

haven't been able to connect to nodes for a couple weeks now... anyone have a set of working ones?
no one is capable of posting their nodes??? It's dead, Jim

Can we use GPU/CPU to mine this coin or it's ASIC?
It's a normal scrypt coin.

Unfortunately the KMD suprnova pool is closing down.
Is it because people felt entitled to KMD mined on forks or just no time to deal with issues at this stage? If the former, I sure wish they'd reconsider. Such demands could be taken care of by adding a one-liner to the Terms of Service! Too many issues with the coin at the current stage of development. Jl777 is doing all he can but there are still attacks, forks etc and miners usually want a steady, stable income.. Forks hurt my reputation as well as the coins when they happen too often. I'll might reconsider adding kmd at a later stage again

so i sent to cryptopia from suprnova but the coins never arrived, you can send them from exchange right?
Got a txid of the payment? You should be able to look it up in the wallet blockchain explorer yeah but i'm not worried it was a very small amount, just to try if it work i see in the block explorer it is sent to the destination account, correctrly, but nothing on cryptopia, i've contacted them OK, let me know how it turns out. If you see them in the Explorer, they're there

TOP...thanks OCMiner...it was a question of time, that you finally found us! :-) Thanks! Better late than never

Had over 200 KMD balance on Suprnova. Now it shows 0, all gone. I checked transactions, shows nothing. Earnings have been reset to zero as well.
Those were coins mined on the fork which are unfortunately lost I'd recommend switching to the official pool for now

do you have write all hash modules for all coins for your pools ? do you not use github for research anything? i am not sure. ocminer don't write rubbish please. this is not an attack on your person ... just be honest... end post. @ocminer, correct me if I'm wrong but... Suprnova uses MPOS pool software but that software doesn't support many of the coins Suprnova supports. You can check for yourself. MPOS has a very limited scope. OCMiner has written custom code to support a bunch of coins not included. Coins like Pascal which is closed source and ZEC before there were ZEC open source pools available. He can integrate these new coins with MPOS so that you can have a unified login / workers across all your Suprnova pools. It's kind of clever and I'm slightly jealous of OCMiner. Exactly and the modules I write are really modular, they also work with other frontends (like Nanopool or nomp) and work there as a drop in solution.

Hope pasl.fairpool.xyz will be back up , because I mined some coins there , and even talked with the admin and he said it will be ok .
We should wait for him before accusing.
Thanks
the real coin publish for all the source code for pools and more.... do you use github??? Real coin? You mean the other coin? They published nothing for pools, just a shitty miner at the beginning, everything else (sgminer, ccminer etc) came from their respective authors ahahahahah it's true .... ahahahahah .you don't use hash module and another software from anothers authors.... ahahahah. do you have write all codes by you for yours all pools? Yep, all the hashing stuff is done all alone by myself. That's actually how many pool ops make money, people / farms buy that code from them do you have write all hash modules for all coins for your pools ? do you not use github for research anything? i am not sure. ocminer don't write rubbish please. this is not an attack on your person ... just be honest... end post. Huh ? No, I don't see any hashing modules for several coins like Pascal, ETH, Decred, Lbry etc. on github - I've wrote them all myself. Also ZEC was written by myself when it launched

It doesn't matter if the timestamp is in the past, it doesn't give the miner any advantage. That's why we never issued a fix for that.
However the timestamp cannot be any more than +15 seconds into the future. Because if a miner finds a block with a timestamp into the future, no other blocks would of been accepted until the current time was equal to or greater than that block. So that's why we put out a fix for it.
I understand that but it is awfully ugly and suspiciously looking to received blocks with past timestamp. If he has no intention to hold blocks why not send blocks with real timestamp. This is the issue with the original pascal, the timestamp, past or future but still not real. Maybe some miner software is not rolling time correctly, the role of the pool with the timestamp is just a "relay" - I hash whatever comes from the miner including timestamp. Afterwards modification of the timestamp is not possible because it was hashed earlier, so if I would "mod" the timestamp the hash would become invalid. Maybe some miner software is not roliing/updating time correctly, I've tested with nicehash on the pool but it's rather unlikely that they have that issue.
