You have that sometimes (on all pools) when someone hashes with the wrong algo - he'll be automatically banned in a matter of minutes |

I'll try it again tonight and let you know.. But maybe it's more simple to just adapt a python proxy to the stratum stuff.. I'll have a look.

I tried this one https://github.com/bitbandi/decred-proxy ... it took me some time to figure out the fucked-up dependencies of go-ethereum before I was able to build it just to discover that it doesn't seem to support stratum to the pool and even with getwork it gives me this "Error while refreshing block template on SuprnovaHTTP: unexpected end of JSON input" constantly. hmm, i'm not sure yet, I'll have to take a look at that decred-proxy from bitbandi there myself. you want to point all your rigs to the proxy and then to the pool, right ? Yep. Hmm actually that proxy works for me.. Though it's hopelessly obsolete as it hasn't got stratum implemented. Which URL did you use for the proxy ? http://dcr-gw.suprnova.cc:9111 should work fine |

Why would you do that?
What do you get?
Is this true? People get 120% their normal rate when they use this?
I do that sometimes, it's a PR measure, currently there is no bonus but you can rest assured there will be some in the next weekends  And the 0% fee? How do you make money then? It's only 0 fee during the promo periods... |

0% fee and 20% Bonus is not always on suprnova, it's just there sometimes when there's a bonus round (mostly on weekends) Suprnova is mostly PPLNS - not PPS. |

If you want to make it fair, use a new algo which has not been used previously so you have at least some time where only in-wallet mining / cpu mining works.
Forget all the "mainstream" algos, there are optimized miners for almost everything.

Stop with the fake hype, GRS already crossed the segwit line first. Don't be marketing fake news. Its only the coins on Poloniex that are the serious coins. The rest don't count. Thanks god thats NOT how it is actually Lot's of good, innovative and promising coins are NOT (yet) on Polo and yes, GRS has Segwit since monhts already. |

Nothing you can do against ASICBOOST - you could reject blocks which only contain one TX but this would sacrifice the effectiveness of the pool / miners. Hopefully SEGWIT will be enabled fast - no more ASICBOOST then |

I've lowered confirmations to 40 now.. So you'll get your coins almost instantly considering the usual 258 confirmations for this coin

Anyone else having problems with confirmations on suprnova? I have been waiting almost 16 hours and still nothing Is this normal? Thanks! IIRC we have 300 confirmations and block time is 10 minutes... So just calculate 300 * 10 Minutes = 3000 Min / 60 = 50h But.. Hmm.. might also be 5 Minutes Blocktime and only 25h waitingtime not 100% sure currently... |
