2141  Economy / Services / Re: Will pad your feedback rating on Paxful/Localbitcoins etc. on: June 19, 2018, 03:46:00 PM
Willing to complete multiple small transactions and leave really positive feedback on your Paxful or Localbitcoins account or other site.  Just create an offer for a smaller amount and I'll "buy" from you, and leave feedback after you release coins.
You know you are offering a service which is not morally right? I will tag you after posting this. Please do not offer this kind of unethical service.
2142  Other / Meta / Re: List of suggestions (in no particular order) on: June 19, 2018, 03:42:52 PM
I like #2, #3, #5 and #6 however I think the version we are using currently is too different from the original up to date version of SMF currently they have. Simply installing the new mods may create a total mess.
2143  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Zerobank cryptocurrency on: June 19, 2018, 03:25:01 PM
Helloo everyone an intersting project in which we can faith blindly
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4361343.0 <== [AIRDROP][BOUNTY] CREDITS Ambassador Campaign started 200 000$ [Mainnet in June]
Try this however do your due diligence.

The reason I am recommending is, I have initially invested on their ICO and had a good ROI. Also the project seems ok to me.

Seems like I had a wrong direction. Are you promoting a cryptocurrency meaning Zerobank cryptocurrency?
2144  Other / Meta / Re: Please unlock my account (manji) on: June 19, 2018, 02:09:29 PM
So I a bit worries whether Cyrus or theymos can disable message from newbie or I wrong if I'm bump PM every day?.
You are safe from this issue. If they would disable message from newbie then you would see a red marked warning that you can not PM them. Let's wait for your luck.

Press Ctrl + F5 to refresh the page cache.

tried cleaning my cache memory

It's related to the forum cache.
You mean server side issue? I am pretty sure it's nothing to do with the client side coz I already tried cleaning my cache memory before I noticed the change earlier.
2146  Other / Meta / Re: what is actually our mission in the bitcointalk forum on: June 19, 2018, 01:41:01 PM
Seems like a type of those kind of mega topics we see in Bitcoin Discussions and Altcoin Discussions boards  Tongue
However, here is my trying...

You are asking personal mission or collectively?

Personal mission: I like spending time with this community, I found a like minded group to express my liking/disliking. I needed a healthy community to hangout and I guess so far I happy here.

Collective mission: Of-course to keep the Bitcoin alive. The sole purpose of this forum (i guess) was to promote/spread the name of Bitcoin and we still have this same purpose.

PS: Would you at-least let me know which one you are seeing from your side? 1 or 2?

I can see 2, the one from MB8 coin.
Yes, just few minutes (less than 2 minutes) ago I also seen the changed one. I am still searching for a reasonable explanation.
2148  Other / Meta / Re: AVATAR playing hide and seek on: June 19, 2018, 01:32:37 PM
WTH!!!
It's working now LOL
By the way, anyone has a reasonable explanation please?

PS: I will lock the topic after 24hours from now, just to hear some of the ideas if you guys have any to avoid it.
2149  Other / Meta / AVATAR playing hide and seek on: June 19, 2018, 01:25:44 PM
I just can not find the topic we have discussed before about this avatar issue. Please accept my apology to create a similar topic again. I need your input please.

As you can see from the image - now, number 2 should be my active avatar but it's been few hours I do not see any changes on my avatar space. I have tried logging out then in, tried uploading several times, tried without having an avatar, tried refreshing window, tried cleaning my cache memory - possibly I have tried everything but with no luck yet.

After you upload your avatar, you may need to reload some pages to see it.
I understand this as well. I believe I have waited reasonable time so far.

Any special advice?

PS: Would you at-least let me know which one you are seeing from your side? 1 or 2?

Update
2150  Other / Meta / Re: HELP ME PLEASE MY ACCOUNT WAS HACK on: June 19, 2018, 01:12:44 PM
the recovery process is an absolute mess with only 2 guys taking care of it. They should hire more staff for quick account recovery and spend less time on less pressing matters.
I do think from the same page. It's too much for two person especially I bet when they are super busy. For some reason a 2FA would have been nice to avoid all these manual loads.
2151  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin Pizza Day - Why old members are no longer active here on: June 19, 2018, 12:54:08 PM
Who has a lot of money, why should he sit on this forum? Who has the high-level knowledge, is engaged in business, and not posting unnecessary messages.
Why do you think like that? I bet there are people who love spending time in the forum, they do not count the money.
2152  Other / Meta / Re: One small Forum improvement on: June 19, 2018, 12:35:25 PM
Merited replies could be always shown higher, cause they could be useful for readers. It's not a problem to highlight them a bit more. When you see interesting topic and more than 5 pages of not very different opinions, do look through them all?
Seems like you are making good sense. What you are talking about is, a sorting feature to sort posts by merit - ascending and/or descending however you like it?
2153  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin Pizza Day - Why old members are no longer active here on: June 19, 2018, 12:27:06 PM
Lack of innovation is the one I guess killing the forum. In addition with you example:
Consider Facebook in 2010/11 and now. Back in those days Facebook used to look like a simple php driven website and now it a massive application with enormous features.
Bad example: I liked Facebook more back then, before they forced a timeline and started deciding for me what I want to see (because they earn from it).
I've seen several forums "innovate", and in all cases I liked the old version better. For me, a forum doesn't have to change it's looks and behaviour once it works well and I know where to find stuff. A forum upgrade would also mean existing scrapers won't work anymore.
I do like the added Merit though, and I'd love to see more upgrades like it.

That's true, with every facebook and messenger update I always sit wondering what they could possible have done to make it any different from how it was that would benefit the user (I think a lot of stuff they do now is for maximising profit). I don't think your data had as much value in 2010 (there's also the google incident and how they've changed what was a perfectly good logo). ?
Facebook is now too much with monetizing data that's where it is going wrong IMO.
I am not sure if everyone is facing this problem or not... it takes longer time to load the contents on FB now a days especially when I use it from my computer.

Anyway my point was adding some features like: receive notification when someone mentioning your username, a follow button or something that will enable your to receive notifications when your favorite user create a topic or post a comment etc. Some new features for better user experience.

Yes, I do like the merit feature and I am sure there are a lot of people like me who finds extra energy to do more because their work gets recognized.
2154  Other / Meta / Re: Solve Captcha before posting in a topic? on: June 19, 2018, 12:17:06 PM
Google is working on that with reCAPTCHA v3. It takes away the challenge part and just works on assigning a score to actions and then using that score to determine if it is a bot or not. I'm not totally convinced it will be successful as I imagine the bot writers will just work out action the site administrator has assigned as good and get the bot to do them. But it does seem at least the direction of travel is away from direct challenge captchas which don't stop bots anyway.
Why do I find it heard to translate your tech explaining posts? May be you are too technical to go over my head  Tongue
By the way, I like reading your posts especially those explains technology.   Smiley
2155  Other / Meta / Re: let's cut the bullshit on: June 19, 2018, 12:12:21 PM
There's nothing inherently wrong with signature campaigns.
Like I said earlier, I do not want to be a part of any controversy, negative vibe where I do not feel 100% ok.

Being a part of any signature campaigning is a commitment to the manager, from that perspective I was committed to yahoo62278 as I was doing his job. Once I got confirmed decision from yahoo62278 then there were no reason for me not to leave the campaign.
2156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when you are over 50% lose on your trades? on: June 19, 2018, 11:50:24 AM
50% loss? I think, I will rest for a while and refresh the mind. afterwards invite fellow traders to discuss, and determine strategic steps for recovery. just think of exercises to strengthen mentally.
Since the market dropped from 19K btc price to till now I am basically away from all sorts of trading LOL

Holy cow!!! Now it's -62.58%

The captchas are killing me instead of aliens!

Can anybody read this? Wink

Were those really real captchas or you painted them? I doubt they were real and if by any tiny chance then I need to hire an alien to read them  Tongue
2160  Other / Meta / Re: Solve Captcha before posting in a topic? on: June 19, 2018, 10:58:17 AM
I actually have no idea how the captcha tech works. Like in my OP I said, I would not personally like solving captcha before making a post but I will accept this barrier if it makes the spambots jobs harder but looks like it's not that hard once you have a script.

Quite simple.Every captcha has an ID,the bot takes the ID of the captcha you get when you login (automatically detects it I guess) and upload it to 2captcha server (just an example of service).Next, those services also have an earning program (People solve captchas for money $0.4-$0.8 per 1000 I guess? Don't ask me why they do that for pennies -rip these poor souls) so in short, your captcha is solved by someone else using the captcha ID)
Regards
