You can only do load management if the player is injured, to prevent further injury. That is with the doctors professional consent, not with the players feeling. What if they are on a back to back games, first game is not televised on national TV, then a player can choose not to play because he is obliged to play the next game tomorrow because its on a national live TV.
I think that is right. They can opt to load manage on games not nationally televised or else they get fined. Now, this clearly tells me that NBA is just all about the money. lets get real  NBA is about money. You cannot run that organization without income. As said doctors will provide like a documentation to explain everything.
But those doctors are still within the NBA jurisdiction so we will go back to nothing.

The current admin is ensuring the athletes will give their best by giving a good reward, when they win gold, that's equivalent to million already and that amount is already a life change amount in the Philippines.
The problem with Philippine Sports is not the reward after winning the games but the funds to support training in order to win a medal. It would be extremely hard for athletes to win international tournaments without international exposure and training first. |
