I saw the news about Dwight Howard is playing on the league in Taiwan. There's now a follow up news that a team there too, the GhostHawks are wanting to take Carmelo Anthony to their team.
So, it's very likely that he'll take the sign there and play for that league. I felt bad again for Melo when he's got stuck with no team want to take him just like the past seasons when he's on the same situation.
But hopefully, he gets to sign there and play against Dwight's team.
Carmelo isn't signing in that league. If he doesn't get signed anywhere here he will just retire. Most likely he gets picked up mid season. His wife La La wouldn't live there she likes the LA/NY life. Well, if there is no other option then playing in Taiwan is better than nothing. He is not that valuable anymore in this era of NBA basketball though he still has it. He can still be competitive coming from the bench. He can showcase what he got in Taiwan, play basketball that he loves and earn a decent income. If Howard and Carmelo becomes successful in Taiwan, it can be a trend for veteran NBA ballers that can't have a contract in NBA. The schedule there is not that hectic like NBA so even veterans can perform better there. |

The rumor tend to be true about EG releasing their current roster and picking up the SA team. As for these pro players, they want to stay in the NA because the competition there isn't as tough as the EU and CIS region. I guess all of the contracts of the 6 man of EG has expired and EG has seen that they need to change their way to see some new changes of their Dota 2 team. Good choice though as these SA players have shown that they've got what it takes to put their performances in the next level. I'm sure that they'll improve a lot having this huge org on their back. South American teams did quite well last season and in TI so maybe EG has thought that would be better if they hire SA players to be on their roster. We will be missing Arteezy though in EG. He has been in EG for quite some time now. Hope he finds a good team to join next DPC season. There are lots of team changing their roster, so maybe one of them will pick up Arteezy |

Completely new team incoming for EG regarding Dota 2 after 5 years  . I'm curious what players we will get as EG still remains one of my favorites teams from dota 2 scene but I'm also curious what road RTZ will get because at first sight , Team Secret instantly posted on EG tweet about RTZ and he could be a great fit in in Secret in this moment. What do you guys think about this move ? Was a good move by EG ? I think a rebuild is always welcome , even in Dota 2 but it's a sad one for RTZ fans. Very close game at the moment, anybody's ballgame for now with the Beermen trailing by 5 points. Scott is not having a spectacular game but there is still a quarter to play and they might catch up in the end.
Magnolia won the game and they remain on the number 1 spot. It's a very thrilling game but the better team won.  that is bad news for San Miguel fans. San Miguel now slides to #10 with 4 games left in the conference. Without June Mar in the lineup, San Miguel finds it hard to win games. There is a possibility that San Miguel will not be able to make it to the playoffs. Their remaining games include Phoenix, TNT, and Meralco. These teams are also fighting to retain their slots in the top 8 of the ranking. Expect them to give San Miguel a hard time. Maybe the easiest game San Miguel will have is Terrafirma which is at the bottom of the rank with no win yet. |

Yes, it's possible and there's a rumor of LeBron going to Phoenix Suns which I think may be a good deal for them and to CP3 to be able to play alongside him. I don't think they'll have that chemistry for a trio if KD will be traded there but I doubt if they'll play alongside with each other.
I do not know if this setup will be successful. First, instead of going younger, getting Lebron together with CP3 gets the team age older. CP3 and Lebron are now getting injuries prone so that will leave Durant playing most of the time. This team composition is good for the tickets but will not win a championship. And what will happen to Booker and Ayton? I think the Suns are building their future on them which I think is better than getting old Lebron and Durant on the team. |

Wow! Faze dropped a lot. From top 1 to number 8. I must admit that I'm really surprised to see Outsiders at top right away. I know that Majors are the most important tournaments for teams. The more they are successful the more they get points in the end. However I didn't wait for Outsiders to go five places up already. But they totally deserve the lead in the ranking after an incredible success in the Major.
Heroic have risen the most obviously - 8 positions. There has already been a huge improvement in their effort in the recent times. I was expecting them to do a good job here but this was more than I expected from them as well. It looks like the era of NaVi - FaZe duo is closing now. Especially FaZe are a huge mess now.
I am kind of expecting the finalist to jump a lot in ranking since the top rankers before are all early exits. Faze, Vitality, and C9 has a series of bad tournament so I am expecting them to drop from their ranks after Rio Major. What do you think will happen to Faze? Will there be a rebuilding after their performance in RIO? |

Gambling is a habit so difficult to stop
Through out my days as a GAMBLER I have seen and had so many people who for some reason have decided in their mind that they want to stop Gambling but in the latter of things said I eventually see them again involving themselves in gambling acts.
So many people actually tell themselves lies and intend to keep going on with those lies and continue saying this popular quote "this time no more I have quit"
Except for people that take the act of gambling for fun who are really not affected by gambling so many people have uttered these particular quote noted above
It has come to my notice that these people don't actually know what to do. instead of saying that they have quit they should know that they are actually going on a gambling break..
It depends on how deep the addiction to gambling is. If a person is addicted to gambling already, he will have a hard time quitting on his own. There should be an outside factor that will force him to stop gambling for a long time and develop another habit that will replace gambling. Friends, relatives, and loved ones are a great help to keep addicted gamblers from coming back to gamble. While moderate gamblers will find it easy to give up gambling because they have not developed the habit yet and they are not addicted yet. These people can quit on their own. I think I can quit on my own whenever I wanted to quit gambling. I am not that addicted to gambling. Gambling is a habit so difficult to stop
But not impossible. If you do some search I am of the opinion that you will still find people that have stopped the so difficult habit with help and discipline. Stopping has to be a strong resolution, something that you are determined to do. If you know stopping gambling will be difficult to achieve, you can reduce the number of times you gamble, till when you can go some days without considering it, and then you make the final decision to stop since it has become possible to go days without it. Quitting is a gradual process. You are right. It may take time and a lot of effort, but it is not impossible. It is always doable as long as you have the will to do it and a supportive community that will help you gradually get away from gambling. |

The Asia Pacific Predator League 2022 for Dota 2 didn't made that much noise since this is just for mostly SEA teams. I still believe that both Warriors and Lakers will make it to play-offs and I'm surely they will find a way to do it.
It's still too early to tell, for the Warriors I believe they will, but for the Lakers, it's questionable for me. I do not know what is wrong with the warriors and why they are losing lately but on paper, they are supposed to be a strong team. Maybe there is too much offense in their team that defense is already neglected. They are giving the opponent too many scores. This season they are 119.2 opponent points per game. They are the highest so far. This shows how lacking they are in defense. The Lakers are questionable to me too. At the rate they are going, they will not make it to the playoffs. They may not even make it to the play-in. They need drastic changes to their roster in order to improve their standing. The Lakers desperately need LeBron, but it's obvious that he should fully recover first. Otherwise, he risks aggravating his injury again. So it would be quite expected if he missed the upcoming game against the Nets. Of course, we can't rule out that it might be a close game, although I'm more inclined to think that the Lakers could lose their 6th game in a row.
Actually, the Lakers still have a good game, but they just can't close games. They had a good game against the Kings and only lose by 6 points. Westbrook is performing well with 21 points and 11 assists. They could still beat the Nets if Westbrook, AD, and Walker continues to have good game. They just need to figure out not having that 3rd quarter woes and close games. It seems you predicted how the game would end mate, the 3 players you've mentioned end up doing great and became the reasons why they defeated the Nets despite being named as an underdog because Lebron James is not playing with them. I like the game earlier and hopefully the Lakers will remember what they did because it's not about who will lead them, it's about teamwork just like earlier and that almost all of them are passing and touching the ball to find the right player to do the attack. What they showed earlier is the exact performance they need, Loonie Walker could be your best shooter if you will find him the right spot. I predicted it alright, but I still lose my bet. Too bad for me, I did not trust my own analysis  |

Yes, but the most important is they already have a twice-to-beat advantage. Big win by converge, they are not tired of winning as they are keeping the win streak. This is so far the best conference, they should keep their import for the next conferences, just like what Ginebra did to Brownlee.
The top 4 can still move since Magnolia still has 4 games left and Ginebra 5 games left. Top 2 is not yet secured so they are not yet secured of twice-to-beat advantage. But the top 3, Magnolia, Dragons, and Converge already secured a playoff spot. The rankings can still be rearranged. Magnolia has a tough schedule. Their next matches are San Miguel, Bay Area Dragons, Meralco Bolts, and Rain or Shine. These are tough teams to beat and Rain or Shine and San Miguel needs to win to earn a playoff spot. The Brooklyn Nets play is just too obvious. Just don't let Durant get the ball and all is well. The Lakers won thanks to that lack of ball rotation from them. Plus, AD is superb today as he leads the team with 37 points and 18 rebounds. This is the Lakers that I want to see, transition plays, everyone touching the ball to get their rhythm, and letting everyone contribute on both ends of the floor. They did a great job even without Lebron, I hope this continues. Davis is a monster tonight, with 37 points and 18 rebounds. That is the Davis that the Lakers needed. Westbrook is mediocre again this game with just 14 points and 12 assists. Walker and Austin Reaves are great help with 25 and 15 points respectively. And just like that my bet with the Nets loses again. Just like I said earlier, if the Lakers played like how they played against the Kings, they have a chance to beat Durant. And they did. When Lebron is back, things will change and it will be his style that will be implemented. Although Lebron is just a player but he only acts as a couch sometimes, it's not too obvious though but that's what I'm seeing. Good job by the Lakers, winning is very important for them to be in the playoffs spot.
You are probably right. The rotation will change back to what it was before when Lebron is back in the rotation. Hopefully, even if he comes back, the ball movement will not be gone. I know he needs to chase stats and score to be the number 1 all-time scorer, but I hope he put prioritize winning rather than his stats. |

Another game for Lakers tomorrow morning but I don't see them winning against Nets who are playing great without Irving but they could play even better with him on the squad...but who knows when we will see Irving back.
I lost betting against the Nets last time so I'm taking them this time hehe. I think handicap odds at -6.5 can be covered. Irving is still suspended based on some news reports and that is probably a good thing. He's looking forward to playing again they say but most fans are probably happier that he's on the sideline. Irving is still not playing tonight against the Lakers, but Curry is picking up the slack he left. Surprisingly, they are performing better now. Ben Simmons is still not reliable with just 2 points and 3 assists against the Clippers. Kevin Durant will have to do the heavy lifting to carry his team against the Lakers. If Lebron suddenly decided to play, our bets will be in big trouble. I also bet on Nets but Moneyline only. I believe this will be a close game. That was a great show from Outsiders. This is why I'm not trusting enough of Heroic when they won against FURIA. They have their moments, but somehow they're not stable enough to win consistently. Congrats to Outsiders who literally outgunned, outmaneuvered, and outclassed Heroic in just 2 maps. You can tell that these guys grind so hard because of how smooth everything is in their execution and their retakes. 16-5 in OVP is really depressing for Heroic, considering that that map is heavily CT sided, and they didn't make something great out of it.
I already saw how good they are in the game when they played C9 in the quarterfinals. They are very adept in the game, and they move as one. Jame's mechanical skills are also top notch. I know they could win against Heroic, I just did not expect them to dominate them this much. Heroic did not have much to show in Overpass. They were massacred in that map. I thought they could turn around when they switch sides and it is Heroics turn on CT but they could not do anything against Outsiders. Outsiders deserve to lift the trophy. In Mirage, Heroic was still able to give a good fight but in Overpass, they are totally overwhelmed by Outsiders.
Now I feel stupid for taking Heroic to win the grand finale though. I totally would have gone with Outsiders to win or normal circumstances but Heroic was impressive yesterday against Furia so I thought they would have a solid chance to pull this one off again. I wished it was 3 maps though because I had another bet on over 2.5 maps but its just silly Heroic already achieved too much. Defeating Team Liquid in the Legends stage, then Team Spirit in the quarterfinals before dropping Furia in the Semis. It is not a bad achievement. Outsiders just have better mechanical skills, coordination, and understanding of the game. It is just not yet Heroic's time to be champion this year. |

Congratulations to OUTSIDERS for bagging the IEM RIO Major 2022.
They should great mechanical skills and complete understanding of the game. They put Heroic into a clinic as they overpowered them in both maps Mirage and Overpass.
In Mirage, Heroic was still able to give a good fight but in Overpass, they are totally overwhelmed by Outsiders. Jame is extra great in the finals. He is a monster.

In the last games without Kyrie Irving, the Nets got some considerable victories, will they now stay with that performance and beat the Lakers? (although lately the Lakers have been performing poorly)
I am not sure if Lebron is still out for this game. He is listed Day-to-day so there is a chance he will not be playing tonight again. If that is so, I am guessing that the Nets have a better chance of winning this game. It might be a close game though because I have seen that the Lakers had a good performance against the Kings, short of winning the game. If they perform like that again against the Nets, they might have a chance to win against Durant. Wow! Celtics are back in that godlike form from last year play-offs and if they keep playing like this and if Tatum keep putting scores like this , I think Celtics has a massive chance again to fight to Play-offs finals and then NBA finals once more.
Yea, and the Celtics are just warming up but it is expected that they will play more impressively because they are now a much experienced team and the fact that they've reached far last season made them more stronger this season. Currently, they are on their 6th win streak, maybe they could surpass the Bucks streak this season. The playoffs of the East will be epic with Celtics at their prime and Bucks on their prime as well. Giannis is a complete player right now and with his team, they will reach great heights. Jayson Tatum and Jalen Brown are also on their peak right now and this duo is almost unstoppable. It would be great if this two teams will end up in the Eastern Conference Finals. |

You already won the first game, Dragons won and covered the high spread. Unto the 2nd game, a hot converge vs ROS, I think I'm going to bet on the underdog here due to a very attractive odds, I'm waiting for a live game and wait until Converge will take a decent lead, then I will hammer the ROS ML.
The game between ROS and Converge are pretty close, getting into the second half is hard to place a bet. This may take a lot of risk for you already but it looks more interesting. If ROS can maintain their lead and good composure in the second quarter, they can have a better chance of winning here. I miss to place a bet before the game start so I wont take any risk for now and just enjoy watching the game, I still see Converge to win here. ROS now is leading with 14 points, so most likely they will win this game. Converge is on a huge run already, maybe they are a bit tired now and they will give this game to the Converge. Anyway, even if they'll lose, they still have a good standing. Well, Converge is not ready to give up the fight and lose their win streak just yet. They made a big 4th quarter run that the ROS did not find an answer to. They were able to win the game 102-101. Converge improves to 8-2 with a 7-win streak. They are now tied with Bay Area Dragons with the same record. Rain or Shine slides to 4-6. |
