221  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If it was you on: February 18, 2023, 09:23:04 PM
Even if I already have the experience in trading, I still liquidated in the futures so I think this is not advisable to beginners because its too risky. Spot trading are advisable, you can easily control your trade without worrying about losing everything, take small steps at a time and you can be good. Learn how to trade effectively and when the right time comes, futures might be your option but again don’t do this if you knowledge and skills is still not that good.
222  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best crypto casino for Netherlands? on: February 18, 2023, 09:09:10 PM
The idea of using a fake identity and VPN is not good, there’s a lot of gamblers being caught doing this and they lose their money because most of the site prohibit this and if KYC will be asked due to suspicious transactions, most probably you will failed on this and expect that you can no longer withdraw the money.

Have you tried playing playing on those regulated casinos, almost all crypto casinos are not allowing the people on Netherland to gamble, probably they are just following the law there.
223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting fraud in Brazil 😦 on: February 17, 2023, 09:59:03 PM
In these cases, bets were placed on the competitions that we call "Series B", which is the second largest football championship in Brazil, in which the best classifieds guarantee a place for the main championship in the following year.
I believe a scandal like this was just a matter of time, taking the history of the country with previous corruption schemes, recent skyrocket of sports betting platforms' popularity locally, and a fertile niche to execute a profitable scam, like the Serie B, since attention from public and media is mostly focused in Serie A.
Its a fixed matches, so those people behind this manipulation is surely making a lot of money and of course the sports itself benefited from that and that’s why they are still doing this.

If there’s a big mafia behind this one, how can the government stop this if some of them are also involve to this for sure. This is the risk on a sports betting, hard to know if they are a fixed matches or not, its also happening in other sports.
224  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Books for trading, suggestions pls on: February 17, 2023, 09:49:04 PM
Reading books are very traditional and still provide the best knowledge.
“The new trading for a living” is a good one, though its not about crypto trading but still talks about trading.
Try also the Swing Trading by Daniel Kusmich it might help as well. Personally, i don’t have much time now to read books and I prefer now to learn online especially on Youtube where you can follow their pattern on the chart and experience it for yourself, anyway I know this is just an added information to you so keep going.
225  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto casino project - bug hunt & feature ideas on: February 17, 2023, 09:39:06 PM
Bug hunting might requires some payment since other site are doing this with a pay and usually they are hosting it after their having their own official ANN Thread, so if this gambling site is already live better to have a good thread instead.

Anyway, haven’t tried clicking the site yet do I need to register first before I can try the site?
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do You trust Tether (USDT) Stablecoin? on: February 17, 2023, 09:20:02 PM
I was very very worried about Tether in former bull rallies. But its some sort of trustable stable coin to me after many years passed with no issues. I always liked usdc more sadly but pairs with usdt are lot more common in crypto exchanges. Its like necessary stable coin to hold in some portions because of this. In my opinion Bitfinex can back Tether many years to come so, I don't think people should be worried a lot.
Despite of the fud with stablecoin, I still see USDT as one of the good option for trading but not for your holdings since I still prefer to Hold Bitcoin than any stablecoin. If there’s another problem with stablecoin, this can ruin the trust of the public and the cryptomarket can’t afford that to happen again, USDT looks more established though and being supported by many, have this coin just you ready money to buy any crypto if there’s an opportunity.
227  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Looking for Investors for my Upcoming PvP crypto Casino on: February 16, 2023, 09:44:38 PM
Thx for the tips, but how should I proof it otherwise the. Showin a screenshot of my ogu account? As said of an investor is interested i can confirm trough pms on ogu.gg on my profile (https://ogu.gg/easer)
Have you tried looking for an investor that is within your circle?
I find it more easy to gather funds and of course they can also help you manage this casinos since its still requires a lot of attentions and management strategy that you might not be able to meet once you go live. Update the OP, with your most rewarding offer and your future plans, probably someone is already looking into this and just waiting for more details.
228  Economy / Economics / Re: Cheap food: can you beat this price in your country? on: February 16, 2023, 09:38:22 PM
Do you know any restaurants which serve cheaper meals than that where you live? It must be a meal, not snacks.
There’s a lot of canteens in my country and this is the best place to eat good food at very affordable price, probably $.5 - $1 is already enough per meal if you are ok with that, just don’t expect for bigger servings since the  price is cheap. I used to live on this situation when I’m still a student, and this is still happening in a lot of areas in my country.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of Delisted Alts from KuCoin!!! on: February 16, 2023, 09:16:23 PM
I am disappointed hyperr that is the defunct udoo and idex have been delisted. What happened to the teams? I thought they were reliable, especially idex. Too bad
Probably this is just the result of their failed updates with the project and the hype was gone already, so you can expect the downside of the project but this is not the end yet since there’s still have the chance to bet listed into other exchange. Try to look for their progress, and see if Kucoin made the right decision on delisting them, for sure  all of this alts fall into a category that is not ok with Kucoin, too bad for the long term investor of those projects.
230  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen to BTC price if the US defaults? on: February 15, 2023, 09:45:09 PM
There is no way to US to be on default, that will be a huge economic crisis and probably will be the start of another war, Bitcoin will not be spare from this because a lot of people will start to panic and prefer to have more cash than to have money online. I can’t imaging US being defaulted with their loans, that can be more worse than a pandemic so let’s not hope for that and I know US is working with their loans well and they are doing everything to prevent this kind of scenario.
231  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crashscores.com 💥 Realtime Crash Game Statistics on: February 13, 2023, 01:50:28 PM
What a great site and great idea to come up with this statistics.
Crash game is one of my favorite as well, though I didn't see the site I'm playing with here but I'm expecting for more updates with this site. Its good to have this thread to see who performs the better and make this a basis to try another site when it comes to crash game. Wish to see Duelbits on this site though there's already a summary of lucky wins but its still good to see the comparison between the other site for a crash game.
232  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitnity.com - a community-driven gambling platform on: February 13, 2023, 01:33:54 PM
Good to see another community driven platform, and I'm currently looking for its advantage over its competitor especially with Moonbet.
Anyway, this site is still new and I'm excited to see another games to be introduce in this platform. Maybe having a bounty campaign can help this project be known, if there's a budget for marketing better to have  this one as well. Having your own token is a big help but don't expect every gamblers to use that token alone.
233  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do casino and sports betting platform owners gamble as much as other people? on: February 13, 2023, 11:34:25 AM
I personally feel that they do. In my childhood I always wanted my dad to become shop owner so I could eat tonnes of snack for free. I think it's very similar with casino platform owners. They probably loved gambling, they always spent their life on it and probably in time they thought it could be very profitable business to own one... Its probably logical reasoning. I think they may decrease their gambling play time after they established casino. Casino owners are generally getting rich very quickly.
Are they still allowed to win the jackpot? Though most of the movies that I've watched, some owners are indeed into gambling as well but I'm not sure if its happening in real life. Anyway, regardless if they gamble or not they are still into gambling industry and we can consider them as a gambler as well. They have a huge business to run, so maybe playing is their only way to relieve their stress from their work. Casino requires a lot of money but if they are able to established a good site probably this can be an easy generating profit for them.
234  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: LUNC - Prediction on: February 12, 2023, 09:46:37 PM

Pero if willing to hold naman and hinde naman gaano kalaki yung exposure mo sa LUNC, then you can still try even if there’s no guarantee.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rumors that US SEC would like to ban crypto staking on: February 12, 2023, 09:32:38 PM
Another FUD was brought to the market. No wonder, after all this growth, now you need a reason to drop the price. I'm sure there will be no ban on staking. Ethereum just moved to PoS and is now, for the most part, controlled by American companies. Banning staking means banning all Ethereum. No one will take that step, it's like trying to ban bitcoin mining. This is another speculation designed to temporarily destabilize the crypto market.
A normal whale price manipulation, they are hoping for another drop so they can still buy cheaper coins well they succeeded on this but its good to see Bitcoin is still doing great on its current price. Banning staking have pros and cons, but without any official statement from SEC you can consider this as a FUD and of course never believe on this or else you will panic as well. The market is getting better, expect more FUD like this since many wants to manipulate the price, either you can ride with them or you’ll take the safe side.
236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What most gamblers do. on: February 12, 2023, 09:08:42 PM
There are two types of gamblers which we all must know - and they are
- Responsible Gamblers
- Irresponsible Gamblers
This is true, only those who are responsible enough can have a good life outside gambling and yes they are the ones who have savings since they know how to handle their finances. Don’t expect that much to a irresponsible gamblers, usually they are already addict in gambling and can’t control their finances. Savings is a big thing, and if you are going to gambling make sure you only use extra money because if not, then your finances will be in trouble this is why budgeting is very important as well.
237  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why are there sometimes big difference between spot trading and futures? on: February 12, 2023, 01:24:07 PM
And another question:
At the same time, coinbase had way better rates than Binance. Is it legal to buy tons of coins on Binance, withdraw, deposit on Coinbase and immediately sell the coins, then buy USDT and withdraw on Binance again?
Probably because of the demand and supply since the every site have their own volume and that affects the rate and value on that exchange. If you look at the coinmarketcap, you'll see every coin their have their own different value on every exchanges and that is because of the trading volume. If you are planning to take advantage of the rate, you'd better to consider the fees first before doing that and see if its worth it or not, it's legal of course as long as you have your KYC you can be good.
238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: February 12, 2023, 01:04:12 PM
I read from the comments from some people saying we have a "sagip kapamilya" tonight, so that's the reason why Ginebra is not the heavy favorites.

Looks like they are correct, Ginebra are so different in this game, especially Justin Brownlee who does not have attempt based on his average. He just pass the ball and not so aggressive in grabbing a rebounds and defending. This is probably the worst game of Justin Brownlee, he only scored 6 points at the half and all the points are earn in the free throw line.

The way Ginebra played the game, its pretty obvious and losing by 30 points is quiet not a characteristics of Ginebra.
Well, this is the first win of Magnolia so maybe its indeed a "sagip kapamilya" game, lucky to those who are able to place a bet with Magnolia. Too bad to those who came to watch the game of Ginebra, they are not in the good form I don't know but its looks like they are just throwing the game.
239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: February 11, 2023, 09:53:37 PM
Next game is up between the Beermen and Converge, hoping here that SMB will cover that 6 points spread  Smiley.
We are on the same page on this one, GL to us.
I also have under 106.5 for Converge.

I'll tail on this pick. SMB did a great job on the Meralco Bolts, so maybe they will do it against the Converge who is a younger team than the Bolts. If the import of SMB were able to limit the import of Meralco, converge should be no exemption here.
They are young but capable, converge won and they prove that they can compete well with other caliber team. SMB just experienced their first loss but nothing to be ashamed because it was a close game and both teams really shows composure and great plays its just that SMB fell short. I lose on this bet because I thought SMB will be in control here, well better luck next time.
They are now tied on the same spot with a 5-1 record, Converge is doing great on this elimination round now they have to be more consistent if they want to have a good chance getting into the semis. SMB fell short because of missed free throws and bad plays, if you watch the game they are not that dominant and the missing Fajardo affects them that much. The import of Converge is doing great, and with a help of their locals they play better.
240  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Altcoin hold, sell or trade?? on: February 11, 2023, 09:43:47 PM
Hold with Bitcoin and trade with Altcoins.
This has been my strategy and so far it works, you should also consider the market condition before you create your strategy and before you execute your trade. Don’t just see the market blindly, see every opportunity and do what is right. The market is too big, there’s a lot of opportunity here to make profit even on a bear market. Hold, buy and sell, whatever you prefer just make sure you are ready for the risk.
