I got a e-mail from Labcoin yesterday (info@labcoin.com) and told me he will come after me if i continue to harass him. The nerves of Alberto to even reply back with that. It seems like he still checks his labcoin e-mail account.

is this for real Huh

shouldn't it be immediately forwarded to the Lawyer?
aren't emails traceable?

rule #4 from the how to be a scammer handbook - let noobs defend you/donate to your relief fund

rule #5 - demand proof of guilt where none (or only tonnes of circumstancial) is available, then get shitty/shirty etc with the accusers. (aka - play the victim)

come on edgar, don't make yourself look like a dumb ass

what's your problem, go back and read your own posts..  your not coming across as a smart guy and you've been a member here for a while.

get yourself a miner do something different that just picking on people
229  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Announcing NEW 3TH/s and 5TH/s 20nm Bitcoin Miners on: January 27, 2014, 04:33:36 PM
Still thinks birdman and honolulu is in this scam together.
Look at the shady statements and do you guys really (really?!) think a experienced miner would send of 50BTC for "5Th miners" as a misstake?  Roll Eyes

Everybody makes misstakes and all that bullshit is not valid. They´re on this scam, and if you don´t see it then you need glasses.

if you're such a genius why don't you explain what's happen here.

you should find proof before accusing anyone as a scammer.

there are many members here that have been using this forum for a good while and we all get to know one another and we all know phoenix pretty well and if you've got half a brain you wouldn't accuse anyone especially when only spending a couple week as a newbie on this forum.  Who's going to believe you anyway you're just wasting your time and making yourself look like a jerk.

PS. look at the top of the page and you'll probably see you've been logged on this forum a couple of days total.

I feel bad for everyone that lost BTC with this scam.

but I really thing there's a good chance of getting these scammers caught.

if they did if fact use google adwords and paid for hosting etc. I don't see why FBI or police in what ever country they originated from couldn't request personal details to investigate this further.  Also if they did use the BTC to buy AntMiners from sushi, he and/or Bitmain must have their address.  If police can contact Bitmain and follow where miners get delivered to and catch these persons red handed.  whoever lost BTC here should quickly report to police/FBI or whoever investigates these crimes so they can contact sushi and Bitmain before they deliver miners.

who know's you could get you BTC back or at worst get some Antminers since it was your BTC that bought them.

I've sent PM to sushi for his assistance.  We just have to wait for sushi or Bitmain to reply.  Don't forget that China is in holiday mode due to CNY.

everyone here should work together and catch these bastards.

234 Sales and 59 Orders, which I assume means 59 Neptunes were paid.

234 sales that were paid
59 ordered but not paid

234  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM ALERT: CTS miners on: January 26, 2014, 03:09:28 PM
I've messaged sushi Antminer seller here for his assistance.
I've given him links to this thread and asked him to post message if he could help or not.

What I thought he could do is firstly contact police or whoever you report these crimes to before sending miners and give them contact details and address.

I hope that proof of the BTC trail is good evidence for police to arrest these crooks.

Lets hope sushi sees my message and posts his thoughts here soon.

Holy shit. Dude talk about it over here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=432716

To anyone else:

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT SEND MONEY !

To save these guys btc, does anyone have contact with antminer seller to tell them not to deliver these bastards?

Beside that, i ve called the real company number and the other one:the voice on both are not the same and the quality of the second is very poor making me suspect they have used any kind of voip services to do so(quality is often bad in it)

Lastly i ll call the real company first time in the morning monday (from 9 am uk time) and ask clarification and tell them to go police as someone is using their names to do this.

i hope the guys who have paid them will recover their btc from the antminer seller

it would be great if we can make this done

also forgot to add they don t have any reg num on their website ,wich is mandatory in uk

to the moderators:

Can you change their announcement to SCAM alert please to avoid people fall in this

thanks

maybe we can contact 'sushi' to help out here... if someone can prove the BTC trail came from buyers here to CTS and then mixed then to sushi and he believes us maybe sushi could stop (or at least delay it) the delivery even for a while to see what happens or maybe get their real contact details... name and address.   Maybe if these scammers notice that we're on them and they may shit bricks and do nothing about not receiving the Antminers.

this would be a great victory for the bitcoin community and make these scammers think twice before ripping off the innocent.  Let's see if we can at least get a country to begin with.

if no one what's to contact sushi, give me the bitcoin trace or instructions how it's done and I'll try contact sushi.  I can at least get him to come into this thread to have a look.

I know it a long shot but we have to try something.  It wouldn't be easy for seller to reveal customer details without some proof.

I like it better before when bitcointalk had the restrictions that prevented 'newbies' from posting anywhere they like.
if these restrictions were still in place this scam may never have gotten this far.

Phoenix is a respected member here and has been for a while.  he's help many when it came to KNC hardware and I sure he (or his brother) wouldn't scam anyone.
I'm sure even KNC would vouch for Phoenix as well.

I'm sure that BlackArrow is in Shenzhen China and as you know they're in CNY mode.  China shuts down from the 26th for I think a couple of weeks
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: January 25, 2014, 08:47:27 PM
Ah, back up again.  KnC mining perfectly, my USB BEs dying off one by one, Blade is okay as is the Jalapeno.  Waiting for a cable guy and he's to be here 23 minutes ago to 5PM.  Decided to let them in just so they know the increased power isn't for a grow house.  My chickens will go crazy and not lay much for a day.  Dog will raise holy hell.  Digital cable down.  They lowered power I think.  Probably want me to upgrade to a newer box.  I don't expect any chaff about the miners.  He will berate me on my VCR cablebox setup as I don't want the cablebox controlling but rather the VCR which has additional inputs and ouputs.  They want the cablebox first as it's restrictive.  To use the VCR and its inputs/outputs as I want I need put in a splitter.  I don't think he'll like my alternative which is one or two more lines in for free so I don't need the splitter.  Absolutely must find an alternative to cable but no DSL in this area of the hinterland.  Could get a 56k modem line.  Must stop in and see my old CCNA instructor and find out what my alternatives are - he will know.  Must keep the KnC mining.

have you got good mobile phone coverage (3G).?

I bought a Billion BiPAC 7800VDOX ADSL+ router and it has USB port which can take a USB 3G dongle.  I've also bought a sim with a network provider which has 10Gb download valid for 12 months and cost $99 AUD, which I use as backup if DSL goes down.  Seems to work just as good as my DSL.

this will turn out to the quickest and most lucrative scam of all time.

Don't give them a penny till confirmed by well known member of this forum

no offence, but I wouldn't believe/trust a 'junior' or 'newbie' member for checking them out.
he's my brother Merv, and we worked together all day plus 2 verifying them.... just sayin'

I wasn't referring to your brother, I referring to 'jointstarr' who's a newbie and said he's checking them out on Monday.

again no offence, but if jointstarr posted here something like "yes they are legit just because I seen them" without real evidence and pics, that's what I'd find difficult to trust.

CYPHER on the other hand as you also know has been on this forum longer than us and I'd trust his word before a newbie.  CYPHER did say he'd be up to visiting them and if I can remember well he said he's an hour away.  I would give him a tip if he did go, only because I think it's a waste of time.

If jointsarr does visit them, then please bring a camera (at least a mobile phone camera.. make sure it's fully charged) and take some indisputable pics and/or a video.

someone here who's got better knowledge of ASIC manufacturing than me should create a list of questions for him use while taking a video.

I hope they're legit for Phoenix's brother, but it doesn't look good so far.
