To give him the benefit of the doubt I don't think he ever said who got taken exactly. It does seem odd that he has a nonchalant attitude about it. Speaking of nonchalant, Paul Vernon's Cryptsy gets hacked, so he calmly goes about business as usual, finds a new Chinese cunt to fuck, then abandons his wife, two young kids and his clients who trusted him, and moves to china where he innocently proceeds to delete Cryptsy's servers. It seems odd that nobody else is tied into this scam besides Homero. At a minimum you would think his brother, Stuart Fraser, any accountants, Joe Mordica and possibly Fraser's son would all be tied into this. My dad had a friend that did 15 years in a Federal Prison for turning a blind eye to his company stealing people's retirement money. His partner was actually the one doing the stealing, but the punishment was the same. Mordica is a good question. He was running the data center that didn't pay their bills or actually have hashlets. Not sure how many other actual people were involved. How many people does it take to make pngs and code up a website that says it is giving you imaginary money? |

The (good) thing is there are two components to this all, criminal and civil. The SEC if I remember correctly is only civil. Yes, they are more lenient if you plead guilty pay fines and restitution, get barred from activities, do community service etc. There is still the criminal aspect which I think is or was tax evasion money laundering, sanction busting etc. There was always this SEC first case civil aspect which kicked everything off, while we were waiting/hoping for the criminal aspect to follow with the IRS, FBI, DHS and whoever else. That's never been addressed openly other than for sure he broke numerous laws in that sector (criminal). If this plea is real, maybe it includes all the behind scenes that went on or are going on in the criminal aspect of the case. If so, for sure he will receive jail time. If it is only a plea against the civil case of the SEC, then there is a chance they will not jail him, but surely the criminal aspect of the case will then follow. Based on the wording of the leaked info and based on common sense if it can even apply, they bundled up the civil case and the criminal case and he will plead against that combined. Simply because he would not have any resources left to fight a criminal charge after giving up all his ill gotten gains to the SEC.

I am someone who saw that GAW was a scam, tried to tell you and the "team" that GAW was a scam, and now see another operation that makes absolutely no fucking sense run by people who don't have dictionary, can't meet a deadline, lie, fail, and were too stupid to see that GAW was a scam.

My whaleness of buying 1 ion in February made me the 23rd greatest ionite in the world. That makes suchmoon the chapion according to price is right rules.
Now before anyone gets any weird ideas to make fun of the bagholders that only 22 people bought more than 1 ion from ionnomy.com in February, keep in mind that in this contest you lose points for selling ions or withdrawing them, which I'm guessing many did to participate in bittrex once the ionomy market shut down.
Also keep in mind that in January, with no excuse for mass exodus from ionomy.com, I came in 27th after selling 2 IONs.
Suchmoon, post your ion address so I can send you what is left of my 1 ion after the fees, and as for the BTC unfortunately I don't have enough to cover the fee, so I guess I will send you more IONs if/when I am able to do soething with my .00002430 btc.
