2201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Harsh Reality About The Current ICO Project on: November 12, 2019, 06:25:58 PM
offering large prizes to early investors is a common strategy undertaken by most new projects, therefore to attract market investment. my advice before investing in any project is reconsider and don't use all of your money just to invest in the project.
These large prizes are what I really see as the killer of majority of these projects because that is what gives them the power to actually manipulate the market as they like and the thing with their investment is that virtually all investors have the same mentality and mind set about the project, none of them wants to stay for long with the project again, so the moment that the project sees a little increase after they have entered an exchange, they pull their investment out immediately which is because of their lack of trust for the project and the project future.

If projects really want to stop all these dumping instantly, they need to learn to actually control the amount of coin that is being allocated to these investors in the name of giving them huge rewards just to invest in the market.
2202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 Years Bitcoin (Honor for satoshi nakamoto) on: November 12, 2019, 12:09:32 PM
He's really amazing, and at this time I still can't believe that someone can remain anonymous and not being found till now. Even when John McAfee claimed he will expose Satoshi Nakamoto, I knew that was a joke and he won't be able to do anything. Some people just keep chasing clout and that includes all those that have claimed to be Satoshi Nakamoto all this while, and they all got burst and shamed. Another man worked for it and they are trying to reap benefit that isn't theirs.

A lot of times I do wonder what kind of person this Satoshi, like it's not really everyone that can keep calm, especially seeing a lot of people claiming to be who they are and trying to reap where they did not sow. Other people would have come out from hiding.
2203  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of banking industry in blockchain on: November 12, 2019, 05:46:01 AM
Clicked on the link and it was not working so I decided to search it up on Google and got what I was looking seems, It seems like they changed the link or something because the error I got was that the link could not be found.

Seems like blockchain is more recognized than I thought. So, I checked the chart provided on Changelly and about 30% of industries that makes use of blockchain we're a government-industry. There are also other industries that were listed.

It's great to know about that, but my main area of interest has always been on Bitcoin and not Blockchain, though I know it's not going to be possible for them to accept bitcoin, they will only be able to work with blockchain.
2204  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin demand in economically volatile countries surges on: November 12, 2019, 04:33:07 AM
Oh, before now I came across a post that says there have been a lot of people buying bitcoin in Argentina, and I thought that was not true, and now here's this post to verify that he was saying the truth. Well, that's good to see that a lot of people are now buying bitcoin and especially people in Venezuela; I hope that bitcoin is going to help a lot of them escape the poverty they are facing in that country.

But, I'm wondering how exactly they are going to survive through bitcoin if not through the price increase. And moreover, it is not every one of them that could afford to buy bitcoins. Just like where I live, it's not everyone that has the money. Some people are struggling to survive with the little money they have, and putting that away to bitcoin in the name of making money, they will just end up starving. Most people use the little money they get for buying food.
2205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How we can introduce bitcoin to local people on: November 11, 2019, 07:10:25 PM
If we keep preaching bitcoin to local people, they might not really understand it as much as we who are already in the system understood it, and I think there should be something in the practical life that will assist in helping us get them to know more about bitcoin, which is going to be the payment system on every merchant store or site.

When PayPal initially started, there is absolutely few people that new about it, and they started creating awareness gradually which they started from merchant, as people where going on those merchant sites, they were seeing the log as payment method and was personally researching on them till they got to know much about it. I think this method too can work for bitcoin in creating awareness for it to the local people.
2206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Technology "bottled" up on: November 08, 2019, 07:42:38 PM
Blockchain system is a future technology that every company in the future cannot avoid, I am sure in the future every company will use Blokchain technology or they will be left behind, it's all just a matter of time.
It is not only companies that will run blockchain technology, even the government will also run blockchian technology directly too because they are beginning to also see the benefit of in it. Although they never had issue with blockchain technology, the issue that they are having is with cryptocurrency which unfortunately too, they can’t do without and that is the reason we may see that companies and government are all working on having their on cryptocurrency which signifies that they are all embracing blockchain technology.

This is why it is important that we stay by the project that we have committed our money on for investment because when this blockchain era starts, that is when we will really get the benefit of all our investment in these projects.
2207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning Interest with Bitcoin? on: November 08, 2019, 04:51:26 AM

Yobit Invest Box: 0.1% daily for DOGE
I don't find the Invest box for DOGE on Yobit. The investbox is still running or not?
Isn't that more like staking because the last I heard of this doge interest is that you have to stake the coin, and the amount required to stake is really much that people cannot afford that much. I have not been seeing the invest box in the Yobit for some times, now, and this is one of the thing that has been making me to check Yobit out because naturally, I would not dare to go near that exchange that contains shitcoins.

It amuses me how they are the only one that have provision for that on doge which I know completely well that Doge is not a shitcoin, they would have just done that on other exchanges, except it is a personal project that is being run by the exchange directly. They might be having little issue with the invest program and we will watch if it will be restored.
2208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening with ETHEREUM Now? on: November 07, 2019, 08:22:24 PM
I want to know the opinion of all crypto friends in this forum about Ethereum, because the price of Ethereum is currently unable to rise beyond the $ 300 figure. ethereum prices are only between $ 150 - $ 250. and this incident makes me wonder, why did this happen to Ethereum ??
Nothing more than bad and failed ico project, they are the ones that did that to Ethereum, let us not overlook the fact that for Ethereum to grow, people must be having demand for the coin, and the two major things that has been creating demand for the for Ethereum is ico projects that are built on ecr20 token and the use of Ethereum for payment purpose itself.

If I may ask you, what makes you demand for ethereum coin? You demand for ethereum coin either because you want to use it to purchase these ico project or you want to use it to make payment for things, but when last did you buy ethereum token for ico, it must have been very long because there are no much ecr20 tokens that is really doing very well because of the lack of investors’ interest on those projects as a result of scam and lots of failed projects.
2209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Africunia [AFCASH] website hacked - Users beware! on: November 05, 2019, 08:16:17 PM
What if it was eve the project that did that themselves because I have lost trust in the project ever since they have been dribbling us about the establishment of their exchange which could not even make people to withdraw this africunia cash, at first, they went to list coin on fork delta I think, or is it ether delta, one of these useless dex exchange that no one wants to pick interest in buying the coin, later they released a fake exchange that has no volume and since then , I have decided not to give a fuck to the project again, After all, the 4000 Africana cash that I have was from their bounty, thank God I did not put my personal money in there, so they can take their cash back, I have more better project to use my time for and get some benefits.
2210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's lesson on: November 02, 2019, 08:15:33 PM
at my opinion, the main virtue of Mr. Satoshi is not to create something amazing, but to have the willpower to abandon his creation and disappear leaving behind a new industry and billions of unspent dollars in the account
That world abandon is quite a very strong one, because satoshi completed his work before leaving, he never left any job uncompleted, it is only when he leaves the job uncompleted that we would have said he abandon it, and for the fact that he did not show his face, really would not mean that he has abandon the project.

He only disappeared because he knows that what he created would shake the government a little and the first thing they might be doing is to actually start looking for him, to either modify the technology to their own favor, or forces him to do something to reverse the cryptocurrency usage. I have learnt too much lessons from him, which we need to take the thinks of people more important than our selfish interest.
2211  Economy / Services / Re: [BOUNTY]🔶vipgame.io🔶 | SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN-$$- Up to 0.006 BTC per week on: October 23, 2019, 05:26:11 AM
Do my counted posts but unpaid rollover to next week? That would be awesome.
Rollover? What is the benefit of that from the owner's view? They need advertisements and that would be possible when you write new posts.
2212  Economy / Economics / Re: The Central Bank of Facebook on: July 12, 2019, 09:44:02 AM
No one ever said it is the new world currency, that’s not going to happen and anyone saying it is just being dumb. People just believes that the Libra coin might gain lots of attention and might make a lot of people to choose it as their payment method online, some even believes that there is every possibility that the new coin is going to put PayPal under, that’s if lots of companies starts to accept it and if it is also available in so many countries. We don’t even know that for sure, this is all hype and nobody is even sure about it. So I am just going to wait till the coin is released before I start believing anything about it
2213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Teaches Me New Patience And Experience! on: July 11, 2019, 10:35:43 AM
this is my experience...

as we know Crypto Market is very volatile and very unexpected, more because of its anonymity. Trading is also risk-related, so you succeed as a trader, you have to have an open mind about trading, and you can't do fundamental analysis like you do for forex, because the opportunities are so low that we know when there will be big purchases or sales. However, trading can be very useful if you trade one day and focus on long-term investments too.

when you think the market has reached its lowest point and you can do simple technical analysis and find support or resistance - this will not give you a perfect picture but you can still find the mindset of traders in the past with this tool and speculate.

Balance and make a good plan before making a decision, it's about how patience will play a big role in this market, always doing research on market movements with every coin you will drive, buying at the lowest point and selling when you see good opportunities, always calm when analyzing your assets. and one is not greedy. if you see an opportunity, just throw it away!

How about you? I want to learn from your experience too.
Anyone who is investing and trading cryptocurrency, whether for a long term or on a daily basis should have plans. If you don’t have plans then you’re just there to waste your time cause you’re not even going to achieve anything, and will be running around in circle. You should know that the market can go against you at anytime and also have it in mind how much you can afford to lose before you call it a quit, or how much you plan on making as a profit. That way you will know what you want and then work on purpose and once you have accomplished that, you can decide to wait and see whether more profit will add on to what you have got or not.
2214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't doubt the power of Staking coins on: July 03, 2019, 11:42:05 AM
Oh yea, there is another one that I saw on Coindesk some few months back and it was still a start-up, the name is Battle star. They claimed to be giving up to 30% annually to investors, though it can as well go as low as 5% depending on how things are that year. It was around March that I read about them, so it's up to three months now… I haven't tried them before and I don't know if there is anyone that has tried it out yet. But the 30% they have promised, if they are able to give as much as that, then it's going to be quite interesting working with them.
2215  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you describe the situations of the crypto market today? on: June 21, 2019, 08:32:26 AM
As we experienced for the past few months, crypto market price is still declined and maintain its position.

For me, i really believed that somehow their are big people or personalities behind it,who controlling the crypto market, it's a some sort of strategy for them to be able to gain huge profit.
To me its no longer a new thing, I always expect things like this or the opposite to happen,. This is cryptocurrency and they are volatile, most especially Bitcoin, so you should always expect things like this to be happening. So this is not new to me cause I have been for like more than five years now. There have been times the market is like this and times it is even worst. Bitcoin has managed to break the $9000 resistance level and has been around $9100+ for a while. Some people are saying that it will be heading straight for $10,000 within a short while.
2216  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining in the cloud vs simply buying bitcoin on: June 21, 2019, 07:50:22 AM
Let me assume that the market is in a very good condition and there is every chance that I'm going to make huge profit within a year or just few months just like in the past few years when there was bull then, then I'm opting for buying Bitcoin direct and storing in it in my wallet. That would be more quick to earn my profit than making use of cloud mining. I haven't made use of cloud mining before but based on what people have told me, it takes long to make any profit from cloud mining and the profit is not much.
2217  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Most Promising Cryptocurrencies to Invest in 2019 on: June 19, 2019, 06:41:40 AM
2019 knocking the door. I have to prepare my investment plan for 2019.
I want to invest in some altcoin. First choice is Ethereum then Eos, Neo,
Ethereum classic (ETC). I think these coins have good potential for investment. Any kind of suggestions?
LOL, did you just mention all these coins without mentioning bitcoin? I'd rather buy bitcoin and forget about altcoins. Bitcoin is a better option than all these altcoins you're seeing. Majority of them are useless and I will trade them out for more bitcoin. I'm not trying to say that there are no good Altcoins, there are good ones in the market, but majority of them are not worth investing in. If you're buying Altcoins you should only be buying the top ones that you're sure they already going to grow at anytime and not the ones that are new and you're not sure about them. Prices shouldn't be an excuse,  I see some people using price as an excuse and buying shit coins. There are cheap good Altcoins out there just like XRP.
2218  Economy / Economics / Re: Transferring of wealth from the impatient to the patient! on: November 17, 2018, 06:04:14 AM
I will like to say the plain truth about what I have think laid ahead of us as an investors, traders and speculators on cryptocurrencies market. Many of us that know about cryptocurrencies and bitcoin since 2010 and 2011 and did not see any reason to buy and hold till 2017 before selling will testify that impatient is the reason why they are not millionaire in the local currency.
in cryptocurrencies market we are witnessing transfer of wealth and this transfer is been done through creating a system that make some group of people selling their holding because of the fear of what the future hold. The wise one are buying and hold for 2 to 3 years before thinking to sell.
if you want to be a future millionaire  and billionaire? then think on how important it is for you to keep holding and patient with the market and in 2 to 3 years to come if you will not be in money, this money always come from the impatient one.
Goodluck to you friend.
I quite agree with you that being impatient can make one to lose or not profit as much. But can we really blame the impatient who is satisfied with his/her profit or the patient one who is holding big bag of shitcoins? Being patient and discipline is crucial in this kind of market, however one must wait with common sense.
Yeah, the level of impatience of a lot of people in the past have made them to miss being a part of the market today and even if they are, it has made them to miss the profit some early holders are even getting right now even at the dip. Yeah, that is exactly how it is.

The funniest part to this whole thing is the fact that in as much as they all keep saying banks have been stealing from them, you just realize that even at this stage, the same gullible people who want to get rich overnight are still allowing the same banks and financial institutions to play with their emotions and get them thrown out of the market, since all they will ever be is weak hands.
2219  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which way is best risk free profit for you in crypto world? on: November 17, 2018, 05:24:49 AM
I think there is no such risk free profit methods in the crypto world. All the methods include some level of risk, but maybe doing the bounty campaigns is the lowest risky method, because you aren't investing your money, and in the worst case you risk wasting your time and effort.

Bounty indeed is the lowest risk method to get some crypto tokens. We will need to sacrifice our time and efforts only, without the worry to lose our own money. But the chance to get small amount of money or even got nothing is big since as I heard, there are many bounties that don't pay the participants. Luck will play a big role in bounty stuffs and things.
Mining has no risk, there is nothing to risk at all. The only thing is the expenses you will have to make, but you can still choose to do Cloud mining with sites like Genesis Mining, there is no risk at all. Bounty are sometimes scammers and you might not get paid, but that depends on you, if you’re very careful in choosing bounties, then you won’t fall for that. Trading has the biggest risk.
2220  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading or other business what do you choose? on: November 17, 2018, 04:51:35 AM
of course I will choose to trade in bitcoin because with bitcoin trading and some other cryptocurrency I can benefit very much without having to work under the hot heat, I can do bitcoin trading inside the house and casually there is no pressure from the office.
First, bitcoin is the oldest and most developed one. All other altcoins are good too, but the profit ratio bitcoin is giving to its users can’t be seen anywhere else in market. But yes, this is agreed that altcoins are quite cheap and affordable to every single person whereas for bitcoin either you must make good money to buy them first or you must buy them in percentages.
