2241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: airdrops campaign on gleam and other platforms. on: December 12, 2022, 09:49:53 AM
So adding another account  and disconnecting current discord or telegram account is a reason to be disqualified for ongoing Airdrops? ( Which we participated with current discord or telegram account ) I mean is that a trouble making option to previous Airdrops we have participate before linking new discord and Telegram account?
Maybe not I guess. As long as you dont connect the previous accounts used by that social or any platform since it will flagged as multi account unless you inform them of changing something but thats really gonna be contradictory situation right. Anyway if gonna join here on forum then its not allowed but if thats on others maybe same or not so strict.
2242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I failed to notice this all along on: December 12, 2022, 08:32:59 AM
I messed up pretty bad, I build a crypto portfolio with over 3 projects with bad tokenomics, if you don't know, vesting in another word means token lock-up, the team will lock part of the token supply for a period of time, and later they release them.
Actually vesting on a new project is really risky. I have the same case too. But of course I understand the risk then I go for it and let it be. Investing is also has a chance to lose money and not only to earn from it. But surely there will be time that you get the advantage of it. Its just the market now is down and we cant rely on these projects now cause even its good it still gonna give us false hope.
2243  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: November 2022 worst month for cryptocurrency newbies here is lessons. on: December 11, 2022, 03:04:08 PM
It’s intriguing how SBF try to save company that went down due Terra Luna incident and then they experienced the same loss.
Probably his grave mistake to did that when he isnt sure of a recovery yet due to market downfall. Its like his trying to look genius or famous om the crypto realms but the truth is, market collapse cant be save by such exposure like that. Maybe he thought it will be bullish due to him but see what happened? CZ and others recognize whats cooking inside and that lead to a more serious damage to FTX.
2244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDC is not safe on: December 11, 2022, 02:34:58 PM
Even with big peg these stablecoins arent really gonna make us safe. Yes in crypto world the importance of stablecoin are being valued at. But to be more safe is hold your actual fiat to be more precisely safer. In trading I think usdt is much better to use due to massive volume but this isnt decentralized as it can be. Frozen asset were recorded foe such accounts in the past. Means even at this point it can happen to anyone. Stablecoin like ust before is trusted and become a trash token now due to destabilisation of its system which could happen again to any of these.
2245  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be careful ! on: December 11, 2022, 10:32:30 AM
Could it be that your account got compromised? Cause if its security has been deactivated possibly someone might tapped into that and you didnt noticed. But if not then errors comes from the binance app itself then try to reach out on their customer service.

But if you navigate on the security activity on your profile youll see if theres changes. Im not sure if this a is new feature but seen it and might be helpful for monitoring if theres a threat on your account. (some form of history regarding it changes or alterations)
2246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest Scam History in the Cryptocurrency on: December 10, 2022, 07:16:36 PM
At this moment the biggest scam in the Cryptocurrency by market cap is Ethereum. It's far ahead of its competitors.
Ethereum is really a good project so how come you are seeing it as a scam in history. The highest project in altcoins which are suitable with all the dapps are currently booming. I dont know why some called it as scam as this will not be justify as there are many people relying on the effectivity of eth. Yes it did transfer from PoW to PoS but its really an amazing L1 among its competitor.

2247  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top whales shake out and fuds starting with xrp 3 fuds on: December 10, 2022, 07:07:01 PM
I wondering do really people belive bad news it's clear that bad news are there to just scare retail traders.

Don't be like weak hands don't be scared of bad news
Yes in my opinion, bad news or fundamental upcoming topics are really affected with the ongoing news. Yes people are really easily get scared when it comes to price action but the more the you get fall on such even small is really differentiate the changes.
2248  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New here on: December 10, 2022, 04:13:38 PM
I just recently found out about Bitcointalk, and I heard its a really cool place to talk about different topics and bitcoin mainly. I currently invested around 1400USD in different cryptocurrencies. I came here to learn new things about crypto and meet new people. Cheers
Yes its a perfect hub for bitcoiners and those who are interested in discussion on blockchain and crypto. Can I ask which cryptocurrencies you dispersed the 1400usd. I do hope that you didnt allocate a lot on some shitcoin hence picking low cap top coins like lets say top 100 to 200 coins and tokens.
2249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Crypto to buy for 2024 ? on: December 10, 2022, 01:49:47 PM
1- ETH---10X  Shocked
2- ADA---20X  Shocked
3- MATIC---10X   Shocked
4-SHIBA--100X  Shocked
5-NEAR---50X  Shocked
6-DOT--20X  Shocked

what's your idea? Cool
Maybe we should be conservative with our prediction as those 10x is highly possible only if the market would be good depends on the entire movement of bitcoin and major coins.

With that 10x on eth might be impossible if weve checked its current marketcap. The other L1 might be possible considering their current marketcap.
2250  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: November 2022 worst month for cryptocurrency newbies here is lessons. on: December 10, 2022, 11:08:19 AM
Those events that lead to bankruptcy arr probably due to heavy and overleverage of their platform. Leaving some users broke due to the process. Its one of the most mistakes of all that funds should not be stored heavily on centralized platform.

November indeed is one of the worst month but surely it will not be the same on the following to come could be worse or yet can experience a bullish recovery.
2251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel about using NFT staking for token rewards? on: December 09, 2022, 03:11:53 PM
Many gaming altcoins are doing this
This is the trend before. But honestly there are so much losses incurred on those nft staking. But it due to market condition actually. Since the p2e era, the staking on nft arent become profitable now so Im not sure if this kind of field will recovery in due time but if the market able to catch up it will come back I guess.
2252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about filecoin? on: December 09, 2022, 02:04:11 PM
Anyone that knows more about this coin can post here to let me know if the coin is worth going for or not. Thanks in advance.
Ive been caught up by this coin before, I think. I bought some of this coin during its $37 and then thats it. The price continous to go down until now so Ive accept the loss of it but I dont have some funds for doing dca maybe the downtrend could be the lack of activity om their part but their technology is also good though.
2253  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A Bitcoin Question on: December 08, 2022, 07:04:54 PM
Assuming everyone has an equal number of bitcoins in their accounts when the final bitcoin is mined. Does the value of my Bitcoin increase if, one day, everyone else loses their private keys but me?
For a typical scenario yes. The price would go to the moon considering you are the only one that holds the remaining bitcoin. But in that particular story, its quite impossible to happen right, yes there are some who loss their private keys but not to the point like half of them have negligence on that kind of important thing.
2254  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: You can Make 785 + Merits as well in 365 Days on: December 08, 2022, 05:08:57 PM
Maybe someone who received a lot of merits truly deserved it. Hey man congrats its not like you asked for it but if its due to your effort and dedication to this forum. I may not known you but seeing the people who give you merits seems that your post are of quality one and of helpful one. Its gonna be a high road ahead of you and that merit could be more in the future just continue to be like that.
2255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: nano ledger - staking? on: December 08, 2022, 02:15:05 PM
I put some ETH, ETC, LINK, DOT, BNB and MATIC on my ledger. Is there a way to generate a passive income for these if I keep them on my ledger?
I think most of the tokens can be staked through out their ledger but needed to connect to a secondary dapp that supported nano ledger. Cause Ive seen some doing that, using staking on their tokens even inside their ledger.
2256  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The future with Bitcoin is bright on: December 08, 2022, 10:48:55 AM
But as a newbie that want to tread this path, what are the things I need to know about it? Will buying and hording for a long time profit me?
Yes buying and holding (not hoarding) will beneficial for long term. But dont assume any profits with certainty since you are also taking a huge risk by purchasing a volatile asset that could go up and down. But we all knew that theres no other way for such investment but to go up right?

Most people are easily get scared when they see negative on their portfolio but I say thats normal. Its a part of cycle and must be experience. Theres a lot to know more about bitcoin and youll be happy you did research on it.
2257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Crypto With a Job.. on: December 08, 2022, 09:46:54 AM
I believe in long term investment than scalping or day trading. Because that will make a huge profit with a highest return. But scalping always don't work properly and it needs to do more
technical analysis.
Ive also doing this. Having a job might be quite busy sometime and trading or scalping might contradict on your mental health. Doing a buy low sell high long term goal is much relaxing than that for me.

If you are gonna do full trading then focus, drop your job and do that. But for part timers its highly not advisable. So better be firm when deciding.
2258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your opinion on the future of Decentralised exchanges on: December 08, 2022, 09:12:58 AM
Will decentralised exchanges get more attention now that FTX secrets is all out? Will people now trust decentralised exchanges more than centralised exchanges? Cos the only thing still standing tall right now is Binance, I believe this is the only CEX people still give full face 😂  but it seems like Uniswap and Pancake will take the lead in near future?
Yes Binance could never be replace as trusted among cex and that would continue for more years to come. Somehow the event circulated on FTX, trigger some users to take a look deep on decentralized approach more. The convenience brought by cex somehow shattered due to a lot of losses of many people and that leaving trust on those very low.

Now that it happened. Surely many will do more security on their funds moving into non custodial wallets and services.
2259  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How bitcoin has improved my life on: December 07, 2022, 08:05:11 AM
You did raise a point, he didn't say $ he said just millionaire.
So, if he is indeed from Nigeria, 1 million would be around 2000 euros, which is a pretty doable thing even with a very small loan and a 2x increase in price.
But at the same time, it's not that much of an improvement and life-changing event either.
Oh maybe he is really a millionaire but not in $. Cause that would be really shame to do bounty knowing you already got a million dollar.

Maybe we can say for him thats a life changing or at least improve of his life. Not all can earn very huge profit thats why I was just confuse with the currency and the million word.
2260  Other / Meta / Re: I am beginner please help on: December 07, 2022, 08:01:48 AM
I listened about Bitcointalk.org from social media from a video on YouTube but I learned for posting and now I am posting but I don't know that where we will get our earning with posting and how can I see my earning mean that I don't know about earning of posting if I get junior member rank then how can I earn from posting where I can see my earning please help
You should not focus on worrying about your earning and please dont get the impression that being on forum is all about money earning. Newbies should literally dig deeper on whats being done here. Yes there are earning possibilities but its not a sense that your goal is only about that. You should contribute and learn on how to make to become a good member here and hence a bitcointalk user not a bounty hunter.
