IIRC, I've seen a headline that Gensler applied for a consultant on Binance and that was pretty much like that but then probably rejected so he's out there protecting the interest of their economy movers, the banks.
While it's that he can't kill crypto but what he does together with his department is disturbing and making rounds and noise all over the world even if he's just targeting what's inside the US.
Pretty much of a fact there about 2019 application of Gensler. Maybe his bitter about it and wanted some revenge on CZ for not being taken back then. But thats unprofessional and conflict of interest now that he is head of SEC. Also theres rumor that he is manipulating the market to earn profits. A news circulating that he was spotted shorting the market of $2.5m in bitcoin on a coinbase account. Pretty mych favor what he is done in the past few days of his action on Binance and Coinbase. |

The most famous memcoins do have utilitarian features. For example, DOGE has always had a utilitarian feature in the form of convenient value arbitrage between exchanges because DOGE commissions were very minimal.
Yes store of value which arent different on utilized projects. But there are some meme whom trying out to have a utility still its primarily growth will be based on hype and pump and dump from the general community. Erc has higher fees and its slower but still remains the favorite In terms of fees obviously bep20 is the lowest compared to two. But I like eth ot erc20 ecosystem more since its more wider and has more potential. There are more shitcoins that rug on bsc than eth. Plus you could use other network or L1 now. There are plenty of lower fees and has good ecosystem too. You dont need to stick with common or major usage of those two anyway. |

That is depend on the user actually. Ive seen newbies from scratch that easily gained traction and become high rank so fast. You can see someone potential the way he post and interact here and some merit sources find them interesting. Not only them but also other users that are fond of their posts. Anyone can help but I believe no one is obliged to help newbies to rank but maybe guide on the right track. |

The reason why the bitcoin market is not reacting so much to the SEC and Binance issue as much as we may have expected is because it appears to be more of a social attack rather than a direct attack on bitcoin network protocol, mining operations or blockchain technology.
Some are senseless already about the issue on government anti crypto rally or trend. Though Binance are put into this kind of things. People on bitcoin infustry wouldnt badge abiut this, remember how many fud are circulating against different platform especially on cex when it comes to being an anti-crypto. Also Binance is the number one exchange and these things are only for Binance US customer. They really think they can do whatever they wanted. |

Im not saying succesful but maybe meant survived, on being a memecoin. For a shitcoin who started to have a liquidity and got volume, is already succesful inspite of thousands of rug happening. Only one lost? Thats odd. Its super effective method whatever it is. Plus can you share some proof this could be just a show off in any case cause the win rate is too high. Actually not all have that perseverance. Elon is a great guy and we have seen it and his countless effort prevail. Im sure he have some failures too in his task or job. No one is perfect but if someone is quite afraid to make mistake then they never grow. I myself tied with that and been contemplating eversince. Got some fear of losing and making mistakes. Until now its the same but its really hard to be that confident when you arent happy with what you do. Theres a difference. Someone is gonna pursue something he like obviously. |

I read on twitter that SEC given Binance.Us 10days to give back the funds to the customers for this issue. Im not sure if its verified info as it just a screenshot though, but I think CZ's hat is strong and will likely fight back on the matter. Coinbase too are being tailed after Binance so there is an ongoing war vs crypto considering those two are top firms in crypto industry. |
