2261  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: https://crypto-exch.com/ Scam SITE on: February 03, 2023, 02:14:27 AM
there is a bunch of fake exchange out there, I personally never try a brand new exchange till getting more user or at least listed on coingeckor or coinmarketcap

you should too and there is no way they got a huge volume when the domain alone registered on 2022-11-20
so be aware and always double check it first before do any deposit to new exchange

check WHo is too
2262  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Jackbit.com casino holding my funds and refuse to provide the reason on: February 03, 2023, 02:10:34 AM
Six months is just too long to resolve the issue you can create a flag now and ask others to support it, I have read similar issues getting resolved in less than a month, newly launch casinos should at least avoid issues like this when they are starting to build their reputation, it's ok to hold one's account and do an investigation but not as long as six months, it's already a warning sign for them and gamblers should be aware of this.
Personally, I don't play on JackRabit but I do agree with coin-investor 6 month is very long time. But are u really not doing some illegal activities?
If don't just say on their public group usually or try to email them one more time
2263  Economy / Speculation / Re: FED seem like the most powerful manipulator overall on: February 03, 2023, 01:28:42 AM
Bitcoin is part of the financial industry, in previous years, we did not see any correlation between bitcoin and the traditional market because bitcoin was too small to mention. But now things have changed, and in the future, we will see more correlation and influence of political and financial news affecting the movement of bitcoin.

Yeah, to be honest, I don't like when some political change disrupt the price of an instrument :') because one bad news from them one big candle stick is showed up

I don’t think they manipulate markets. They basically say months in advance what they will do. If there is a surprise hike it’s usually because some data made them make that decision such as almost having double digit inflation last year.

Yes and No they don't directly manipulate the market. and yes before the make a decision there is forecast based on data before and current data. But when they meet on that day the final decision can be very different that is why maybe OP is trying to say
2264  Economy / Speculation / Re: FED seem like the most powerful manipulator overall on: February 02, 2023, 01:53:45 AM
As far as I know back a couple years ago bitcoin doesn't have a correlation with traditional market instrument since bitcoin is first of the kind and the market run 24 it very different but I don't know somehow right now bitcoin has a correlation with other traditional investment. maybe it because there so much institutional traders come to crypto

and yeah FED pretty much can make a dozen of profit before they speak up about anything  Grin Grin Sometimes i have imagination I'm insider of the fed i will all in with x1000 leverage before they speak up to the public
2265  Economy / Speculation / Re: what now ? on: February 02, 2023, 01:18:16 AM
No one know where the bottom are, it just like buying some shitcoin and hope it become one bitcoin oneday and the be honest 23-24K is very early and this might be a short term rally and you are not late at all  Tongue the bitcoin ATH is 60K+ which mean there plenty of room left

and when I look at the chart bitoin seems exhausted but the fundamental news is supporting the price that is why bitcoin price is up till this date
2266  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is getting ready for $25K, How? on: February 02, 2023, 01:07:37 AM
Yes sir but 25K is today maybe,  Grin oh and yes your trading view is locked when I tried to open it up. Thanks to the fed make it bitcoin price even higher :p
But to be honest it little bit scary if we are gonna buy it today, at least do enjoy and take profit some if u are buy @ 15K price  Grin but 1 bitcoin at that price already make 9K profit  Grin

2267  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you consider spreading FUD to be unethical? on: February 02, 2023, 12:17:33 AM
FUD is not just came from the haters, it can also came from manipulator and that’s why the market will always be volatile because many wants to create panic so they can buy any coin again at a cheaper price. If you see an opportunity like this, better to grab it instead of panicking. Spreading FUD is unethical and its already part of the market, if you have a weak hands and don’t know what to do, expect to lose the money in an instant.

Oh yes this also true that they not came only from haters but still they still contribute and not gonna stop.

Part of the 'game' I guess. Some are intentionally doing it because they want to create a wave, wherein profit could be earned by riding on it. FUDs are always expected to assets or anything that is dependent to market or majority of people's demand. Well there are indeed people who became victim of FUDs but if we would look on a deeper perspective, we as investors should be aware of what we are doing in the first place right? So maybe that is their negligence. It is money we are talking about and that is an enough reason to be "extra" on many things. FUDs are either on a positive or negative aspect. It could be fear that the price might increase already so you have to buy in an instant and such. Bottomline is to study your next move to not be caught by such beliefs.

I watched youtube recently and there is something that ended up in my brain, sometimes whales, hedge funds, or other institutional traders need more liquidity which is why maybe they creating this.

if you guy traders should check this out too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f19bfHpCths
2268  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Mungkinkah untuk menambah Sub board lokal? on: February 02, 2023, 12:04:28 AM

2269  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 12,000 in 2023. on: February 01, 2023, 04:24:12 AM
If you lot of times look at the economic calendar the inflation rate is decreasing rather than 2021-2022 the economy not fully recovered but it heal. The price of oil also drop down at least its better that couple of month ago.

maybe we will see a recession in a country but i think year 2023 is getting better we still @ january but bitcoin already reached 23K this i already an achievement
2270  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you consider spreading FUD to be unethical? on: February 01, 2023, 04:17:49 AM
It's totally unethical; no but's. It's like saying scamming is okay because the victim didn't educate himself of scams — it's unethical regardless of how dumb the scam is.

I do agree
Although whether like it or not fud or fake news will be there till the end of the day, cause Haters is gonna hate and it always like that right
2271  Economy / Economics / Re: US home loan banks lend billions of dollars to crypto banks on: February 01, 2023, 04:11:01 AM
I just google it I dont know if there is real-world crypto bank but after some searching the CNBC Report - Silvergate Capital shares jump after BlackRock reports an increased stake in the crypto bank. You BlackRock is a behemoth right i think silvergate wont bankrupt soon

I think we need more Crypto banks so who do regular bank services it attract more user to join crypto right?
2272  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Mining on the cloud on: February 01, 2023, 01:50:29 AM
Yeah I don't know if there cloud mining last time I hear is Genesis Mining and Hashnest I have tried it out but not touch ROI Grin and after I look it today hashnest seems down and the genesis mining says the website made "heavy maintenance " since 2022 Grin maybe there is dozen of ponzi scheme that called itself as "Cloud Mining" but rather you tried out CLoud mining

I recommending buy BTC with Dollar Cost Averaging till you get brand new mining rig
2273  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: LOPTOP MIMING on: February 01, 2023, 01:39:10 AM
your question will be answered by an expert here, but I just want to share my experience back a couple of year ago bitcoin is already mined on ASIC so I tried mine altcoin using a laptop it's brand new laptop 600$ Lenovo G40-70, I mined by using my GPU and CPU 100% all night and I use laptop cooling and 2 week later the laptop died  Grin Grin but luckily I still get a guarantee on my purchase.

So what i want to tell you that is never try mining on a laptop unless for educational purposes  Cool

buy bitcoin and hold it think is better
2274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So far so good with Bitcoin adoption on my side but I have question on: February 01, 2023, 12:35:00 AM
Right. When I give financial advice to other people, I fear it won't work for them and will cost them money. As someone who knows them intimately, it would make me uncomfortable with him, and maybe he would too.

That's why I always advise people who want investment advice to seek more information, but I will accompany him as long as he is looking for that information so that he doesn't go astray. I also put more emphasis on the person that there is a risk behind everything, and he should think carefully about that risk.

Yeah I know it, sometimes all advice doesn't work to our friend but it does work when we using it, and it also comes to trade. everybody knows that trade is risky and bitcoin is very volatile but some people who don't know trade it always say get easy money the truth is  Grin Grin
2275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So far so good with Bitcoin adoption on my side but I have question on: January 31, 2023, 03:08:29 AM
Do not give financial advise to other people, because they will put the blame on you, when they lose money.

Yes its true I hade the same situation like this although that person is my brother and not blaming me, but still there is feeling guilty about it  Cry

but for now when people asked me Ill give them basic information and redirect them to youtube and always said that there is always risk on any kind of investment
2276  Economy / Speculation / Re: Month January 23 - the best month since bitcoin? on: January 31, 2023, 02:35:47 AM
According your table the best month October look at that 10 Year and only 2 missing its like a win streak just like February did better pack it up right now and selling on February buy again march sell it on April or July
2277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Life Insurance on: January 31, 2023, 01:47:53 AM
There is no need for a centralized system which helps people to save guard their bitcoins.
Owning Bitcoin means being responsible for your passwords and more importantly, your keys and seedphrases, which always gives you access to your funds.

Agree, one of bitcoin biggest quote is "be your own bank" so the security is at your risk.

Although I found some crypto insurance but it never gets redeemed before and it usually covers the smart contract which means only the specified EVM chain that available to cover and usually it cover DeFi solution not bitcoin

you can search in here https://coinmarketcap.com/view/insurance/

well know
  • Nexus Mutual
  • InsurAce
2278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Issues with Proof-of-Work on: January 31, 2023, 01:04:36 AM
there is always debate between proof of work and proof of stake and indeed you are all already know the side effect by choosing one of those,

but we can't blame the all Proof of Work take example bitcoin litecoin and dashcoin has their own ASIC meaning is very efficient compared to GPU and CPU mining and the end of the day transition from fossil fuel to renewable energy is everywhere.

and the Proof of Stake is evolving too there is plain PoS, there is Delegated PoS there is Masternode and etc right
2279  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Remove Your Seed/Recovery Phrase From Centralized Password Managers on: January 31, 2023, 12:29:56 AM
Check my mail, and this statement was given: "Oh no—pwned!"pwned in six data breaches and found no leaks (subscribe to "search sensitive breaches"). This "subscribe to search for sensitive breaches" simply means they are also seeking traffic and email data.

Other ways of password protection were suggested, which are some form of random sites too; they might be active and protective, but I can't use them if my saved passwords on Google are already breached, which means the safest way is to go old school, like I do with my wallet security, and write down everything on paper and take charge of my own security. Thanks to this thread left to me alone I could have not known of my password being leaked.

Great it can help you, I have found my email and password and leaked in other place as well because I'm recycling my password on every site back year ago but now I'm using password generator and save it on bitwarden.

Using old school way is good but I think you should using password manager too
2280  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could this be the reason for the recent rise in Bitcoin price? on: January 31, 2023, 12:07:54 AM
After all, the reason I find most plausible for the price of bitcoin to rise is that the world economy is showing signs of recovery after a year of crisis. After 3 weeks of announcing a decrease in CPI, yesterday's PCE also decreased, showing signs of stronger economic recovery. And many people predict that with inflation indicators showing signs of decline, a Fed rate hike of only 0.25% is entirely possible. All news is good for the economy, so it is understandable that the entire financial market is benefiting from that.

Yep you was right and we already on the first yearof 4 year cycle "History doesn't predict the future. But this is the history. 4 year cycles so far. " - CZ https://twitter.com/cz_binance/status/1620058528747753473

I think back a couple of year ago bitcoin have nothing to do with US economy  Grin but now bitcoin part of it like stock and other commodities
