1561  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: How much do I need to start mining? on: May 22, 2023, 12:42:38 AM
Just Like you I want to start my own mining farm but like it or not it needs a huge capital that is obviously more than $1k to buy new gear I dont mention about shipping fee and then the electricity fee internet fee the list can go on. Especially if you live from third-world country like I did the money above 1K is expensive and that is a lot of money.

If you have free electricity  like totally free or still want to know the taste of mining you can buy a used miner ebay maybe on your local marketplace there is dozen.
For now maybe you can buy some used miner and sell it again for profit or do something else and I know is sad  Cry
1562  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Miners Should Consider the Lower Transaction Fees on: May 22, 2023, 12:35:39 AM
No Bro and welcome to the harsh world I mean that is obvious to approve the high transaction fee first if miners approves a lower transaction then there would be no High transaction fee out there.

Although if you have pool or free tx accelerator you can still get approved with low fee, although I think mixed fee would be okay but I don't know would be approved by community like in one block 85% of transaction filled with high fee and rest of it filled with low fee I think this is a good idea
1563  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: What's the differ between mining and trading? on: May 22, 2023, 12:18:22 AM
Trading can do with a machine too, tho is called trading bot and there is dozen of example out there.

The Simply way difference between mining and trading are Mining is uses machine to generate more money basically you just buy some efficient miner from Manufacturer like Antminer or Avalon and then give em internet and power you will get return.

While trading is way to generate more money from volatility simply version when the price down you buy and when the price up you sell so you can get profit from different price rate. But you need lot of knowledge and skill rather than mining
1564  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: BRC-20 needs to be removed on: May 21, 2023, 01:02:47 PM
To be honest BRC 20 is a great idea where we have smart contract like Etherum did build on popular and most recognizable blockchain BItcoin but it overloads the Bitcoin Network?'

I am just curious is there a possibility that Bitcoin has layer 2 but way way more efficient like Eth did with their layer 2 chain polygon arbitrum or optimism
1565  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Which consensus is more promising, in your opinion? on: May 21, 2023, 12:59:36 PM
In my opinion, consensus will always have both plus and minus like everything else. But I would prefer if the coin has both of proof of work and proof of stake, just opinion image if Bitcoin has the great system of Proof Of Work right now and combined with Proof of Stake as layer 2 speed and security will be top notch right

1568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether to buy Bitcoin based on monthly net profits on: May 20, 2023, 02:06:23 AM
As long tether not using it as collateral Im fine with that because last I hear Luna is using bitcoin as collateral it becoming shit and lot of people suffer from their De-pegging currency. and I do believe what tether do is not for bitcoin maximalist but for profit again since they are company and looking for profit
1569  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much does Bitcoin affect other cryptocurrency? on: May 20, 2023, 01:54:48 AM
YEah bitcoin is like a king of crypto or just simply like Mr Powell's speech when Mr powel said want to raise interest rate the whole market stock commodities forex and government bond is moving various movement. it happen to bitcoin to and its different you can simply invest on bitcoin and forget about it or try more volatile asset on altcoin so if bitcoin up the altcoin can up 2x percent than bitcoin vice versa.
1570  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I convinced my stubborn neighbour working for a central bank to adopt Bitcoi on: May 20, 2023, 01:34:13 AM
It is great if you convinced your neighbor to buy 1 Bitcoin but you must know the consequence because if those 1 BTc price plummets you might be one person to hear all the angry and sadness and maybe can hurt your relationship.

If I were you I will tell him that needs to learn more about Bitcoin and always do your own research before investing.
1571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why so many mixers all of a sudden? on: May 20, 2023, 01:29:07 AM
Chipmixer is seized by the government and pretty much mixing is a profitable business. Just by looking at the campaign alone, you can see a bunch of it, and all of it pay a heavy amount of money for signature. The business is high profitable just like gambling that is why is all over the place and after the chipmixer is gone there is a big hole and everyone want fill that hole.

1573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [Link] How to be eligible for potential ZkSync retrospective airdrop on: May 20, 2023, 01:08:21 AM
This is why I never get tempted to try these airdrops because I know that it's not going to be free and those who got the airdrop deserve it so people should not be jealous about them. They can get a thousand or two dollars if they sell the dropped coins but it does not mean that all of it is their profit. They will still need to minus their cost to get those amount. They will be glad if they can get 50 or 100 dollars on these.

The fees in weekend are low due to the fact that there are less people are doing trades. It's because it was their rest days from their outside/main jobs. If we want to save a fee, we can also transact early in the morning like 1 or 2 am because most people are now sleeping during those times.

The last ARB airdrop one of the people in the telegram channel got 200K by doing like this and farming it uses multiple accounts Shocked but it will heavily cost lot of money right.
1574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin retirement benefits on: May 19, 2023, 03:24:14 AM
In my opinion bitcoin can be a retirement plant in fact fidelty investment offering 401(k) plan with cryptocurrency in it/
"In early 2022, Fidelity became the first major financial services firm to offer investors the chance to add crypto assets to their 401(k) retirement accounts. The company is a giant in the retirement business, holding more than $2 trillion in 401(k) assets, and administers the pension plans of more than 23,000 companies across the country. The company announced in April that by late 2022, employees will be able to add Bitcoin to their 401(k) accounts—if their employer allows it.
" - https://www.investopedia.com/how-fidelity-crypto-401k-works-5324019

But It thing the best is to keep it more diversity since crypto is high volatility
1575  Economy / Speculation / Re: The price of bitcoin is not rising soon!. on: May 19, 2023, 03:17:37 AM
Bitcoin is also a part of the world economy, so macroeconomic factors also play an important role in developing bitcoin. I also do not believe that bitcoin will recover and grow while the world economy is struggling with a mess. Second, history is not in favor of the bulls either, as the 4-year cycle still has a long way to go, and the halving hasn't happened yet...There is nothing in favor of the bulls at this point. Unless something unexpected happens because this market is still manipulated by market makers.

Agreed and like your personal text Life is Gambling  Grin

According the nicehash https://www.nicehash.com/countdown/btc-halving-2024-05-10-12-00 the bitcoin is need one year to get halving and like the usual need another year to push till All time high
for now maybe there will be a mini bull run that happen on every year
1576  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoins held by the US government on: May 19, 2023, 02:46:43 AM
Is the information published by the United States about the bitcoins it owns 100% accurate, or is there some exaggeration to create a state of fear in the market?

For example, I read in some places conflicting information about the quantities seized from the Silk Road (much less than what was reported).

Also I'm wondering why US sells bitcoin sources in batches? I mean, the US governments are not friends with Bitcoin and they don't care about the market crash if the quantities are sold all at once!!

Even tho the source is not 100% accurate but we all know that the US has the bitcoin from silk road and etc and We all know about chipmixer maybe they added a little bit from chipmixer too.

Im curious to why they sell in batches but the best guess is the US need a better price or there is no exchange that have liquidity of cash if they want to sell all of them.

One thing for sure that big red candle stick on daily timeframe is coming.

And Lastly what they are gonna do with the cash after they sell all of it
1577  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: The EU is on the verge of creating a new AML regulator that will oversee crypto on: May 19, 2023, 02:38:52 AM
More Regulation I don't know if this would be a good thing or a bad thing, I recently saw it on Twitter but cant remember the link and basically crypto can stay on Europe but with strict rule and from exchange to wallet need to be licensed.

The Good thing is EU at least don't ban crypto, and people can enjoy crypto trade and so on.

The Bad things is privacy and of course if everything need to be licensed this gonna make crypto Centralized right?
1578  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC 100K FOR 2024 ! on: May 18, 2023, 12:40:20 AM
I dont say this is impossible but if we look at the chart if we are going to 100K there is burden or lot of major resistance need to be destroyed including the previous All time high at 60K level. an we need more adoption and loose government rule I think to made this happen or some of big companies start to adopt cryptocurrency

1579  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance support employees help customers in China bypass KYC. on: May 18, 2023, 12:34:53 AM
Just now I finished reading the article and found that what is happening is really crazy. As it is very easy, according to the article, to create a verified account on a reputable platform, since the price of $200 is a very small amount compared to the product provided. Also, I am surprised that there are customers in such a market, since the seller must be trusted, who can close the account he created at any time or manipulate wallets. Also, how can a person trust an account that is not in his name, send money to it, and risk that no one notices it? I find this really crazy.

I agree with you I mean 200$ is not really small amount but if this only for bypass KYC this really cheap amount I mean the buyer can sell his kyc or making his data to do kyc in other platform for free
1580  Economy / Speculation / Re: The price of bitcoin is not rising soon!. on: May 18, 2023, 12:32:31 AM
There is so much noise in the real world I mean the economic is not stable yet from the pandemic and then there is war that going on Ukraine and Russia and other things inflation and recession happen so much government things that made things doesn't work at the end.

If we look at the other investment like the Stock market it also hit hard because of recent event including the collapse of a couple of bank. This might drive the price bitcoin to fall and not rising yet
