1321  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2023, 12:59:43 AM
JPMorgan Doubts That the Approval of a US Bitcoin ETF Would Be a Game-Changer. Such funds have existed in Canada and Europe for years already. Bitcoin funds overall have attracted little investor interest.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-07-07/jpmorgan-says-a-bitcoin-etf-wouldn-t-be-an-industry-game-changer

Why would we care about JPMorgan's beliefs?  They have already missed the boat a few times on Bitcoin.  As an aside, Sonali Basak is a good-looking woman... I wonder if she has any bitcoin.

Forget about JPMorgan, The data said Bitcoin etf is F*cking growing  Cool Sonali Basak is indeed a good-looking woman I bet she has a bitcoin  Grin

1322  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for July on: July 08, 2023, 02:29:37 AM
For it depends on the news, today Bitcoin ETF is on the way and Blackrock the biggest investment company wants to make one of Bitcoin ETF and needs approval from the SEC.

Binance and Coinbase also sued by the SEC if binance win and the sec approve the ETF it would be huge sentiment for the Bitcoin and maybe it touch 35-37K level at the end of the month
1323  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will another ETF be immediately bullish for Bitcoin? on: July 08, 2023, 02:23:38 AM
It would be brought to bullish in my opinion since etf would be buy bitcoin right? and if more institutions came up bitcoin would drive up, but bitcoin price would be highly correlated with other asset like stock and economic news.

Tho Sec seems not to approve yet any Bitcoin ETF out there

Update :  Cry

Mr gary seems dont like the bitcoin etf
1324  Economy / Speculation / Re: Less than 300 days left to halving - price predictions for The Day? on: July 08, 2023, 01:48:11 AM
Today it's 299 days left to halving, according to BitcoinHalving.info . It seems like yesterday that the last event occurred, but time flies.

How much do you think BTC will be on the Halving day?

293 Days and keep going  Grin

My prediction will same as others maybe it would be 40-50K level but Im confident at 50K level or even more. or maybe the price is going sideaway at 55K level. But one time for sure is not going to touch all time high if we look at previous halving.

But end of 2024 would be hype and time for crypto to shine
1325  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 08, 2023, 01:40:31 AM
With #Bitcoin, it's possible to take an ownership stake in the entire Internet of Value.
This was never possible with the Internet of Information.
This is one of the tricky paradigm shifts new investors must wrap their heads around to understand Bitcoin's full magnitude.

1327  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin maximum price on: July 07, 2023, 05:02:11 AM
Bitcoin maximum this year and technically speaking would be at 40-45K level.

We currently still at the 30K level this is also act as major resistance and the price seems side away at that level. if there is good news ex. Bitcoin etf approved by the SEC or binance and coinbase win againt the SEC 30K level would be support zone retested again at 35K-37K level.
1328  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin will accepted worldwide for legal then price rising $100k?? on: July 07, 2023, 04:52:27 AM
Im Gonna say but this will likely unhappen, maybe bitcoin is accepted as an asset or commodity worldwide is possible you know the news China and a bunch of others seem doesn't like cryto.

maybe in future there is one or two country will accept bitcoin as a legal tender like el salvador did but not goin to worldwide, if bitcoin accepted worldwide 100K is very easy to achieve and it could be more than that.

1330  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: ASIC Miner's Efficiency , Where Does it Stop? on: July 07, 2023, 03:21:21 AM
Just a quick search on the TSMC website that they already created 3nm chip process meaning this is crazy. maybe a more efficient ASIC is still in development.

"TSMC’s 3nm technology (N3) will be another full node stride from our 5nm technology (N5), and offer the most advanced foundry technology in both PPA and transistor technology when it is introduced. N3 technology will offer up to 70% logic density gain, up to 15% speed improvement at the same power and up to 30% power reduction at the same speed as compared with N5 technology. N3 technology development is on track with good progress. N3 technology will offer complete platform support for both mobile and HPC applications, which is expected to receive multiple customer product tape-outs in 2021. In addition, volume production is targeted in second half of 2022." - https://www.tsmc.com/english/dedicatedFoundry/technology/logic/l_3nm

1333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to banned addresses? on: July 06, 2023, 12:24:52 PM
Account banned or blacklisted can still transact as long as it is still onchain. As a single owned wallet it can transact with other wallets but if it transact with a CEX wallet there is every tendencies that whatever comes from the wallet would be flagged and get frozen because CEX have the mechanism to do such task.

True banned address only banned by the "Centralized Exchange".

as long only you have the private key the bitcoin can still be transact on-chain, and can be used on Decentralized Exchange. Mayeb you can unban by using mixing services like mixy hehehe

tho I know that some companies like Circle can ban your address in this case USDC

BLOCKED ADDRESSES & FORFEITED FUNDS
Circle reserves the right to “block” certain USDC addresses and, if such addresses are Circle custodied addresses, freeze associated USDC (temporarily or permanently) that it determines, in its sole discretion, may be associated with illegal activity or activity that otherwise violates these Terms (“Blocked Addresses”). In the event that you send USDC to a Blocked Address, or receive USDC from a Blocked Address, Circle may freeze such USDC and take steps to terminate your USDC Account. In certain circumstances, Circle may deem it necessary to report such suspected illegal activity to applicable law enforcement agencies and you may forfeit any rights associated with your USDC, including the ability to redeem USDC for USD. Circle may also be required to freeze USDC and/or surrender associated USD held in Segregated Accounts in the event it receives a legal order from a valid government authority requiring it to do so. - https://www.circle.com/en/legal/usdc-terms#:~:text=In%20the%20event%20that%20you,to%20terminate%20your%20USDC%20Account.

meaning you will not ever gonna redeem it unless you know how to mix it to smart contract who can mix without knowing by USDC team CMIIW
1334  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Tornado cash and others mixers on: July 06, 2023, 12:18:43 PM
there is actually bunch of case similiar to tornado cash us government keep banning the mixer since they argue that mixer used for criminal to launder the money.

and tornado cash actually big since it happen on ethereum and the majority of hacker laundry their money to tornado cash and the app accept not just eth but also stablecoin bnb and other this might be the advantage of tornado cash

1336  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Your experience using used miner please? on: July 06, 2023, 01:04:11 AM
I do have experience buying used miners and I bought it just for fun it is Zeus Hash with 1 MH Scrypt.

Short answer
Is profitable? the short answer would be no. is worth it? no, unless you mining just for a hobby and paid full electricity from your own pocket.

Long answer
is profitable? it could be if you rent your rig to https://www.miningrigrentals.com/ and sell it @ high price but the chance is slim to get picked. is it worth it? yes if you have free electricity and mine solo maybe you get luck and take home lot of money
1337  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: About the construction of mining farm in Mongolia on: July 06, 2023, 12:58:06 AM
1. It is located near Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia.

2. Electricity rate $0.02/kwh (floating)

Sounds like a great plan, cheap and stable energy is the best foundation to get started. However, let me just take into account the halving coming in less than a year for your profitability calculations.

is actually a good plant but the  Electricity rate is floating and like you have said next year is halving so the OP should need an efficient miner so he can back the Break-even point in less than a year. Oh also don't forget about reliable internet connection

1. very obvious advantages, why there are not many farms there?

2. Is the Mongolian government trustworthy?

3. Stable coal supply electricity and the government recognizes bitcoin mining as a legal industry.|

if like you have said "government recognizes bitcoin mining as a legal industry." why you have to worry about if legal just fill the gov. paper and start doing your business. Im rarely know there is farm in Mongolia but i do hear farm in kazakhstan
1338  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin profitable projects on: July 06, 2023, 12:42:02 AM
I agree with this

You can earn by holding bitcoin if its value increases.
Looking for other ways to earn from Bitcoin will lead you to fall for scams which takes your coins and offers you promises or staking rewards.

Tho if you still want to take the risk there is dozen app out there that provide Bitcoin staking especially the Centralized Exchange. CEX with Earn program usually had Bitcoin Staking but you must know the risk.

Secondly staking on third part on Decentralized Exchange but it carries risk too that you need wrapped your original bitcoin to wrapped version on destination chain that carries risk of being de-pegged

so the better choice is only have it on your wallet

The end of 2024 maybe we can see the bull run happen maybe start from November to December 5-6 month after halving mini bull run will occur.

The only different between 2021 ATH and 2017 ATH is the percentage from the previous ath occurred at 2017 the bitcoin only up around 200% tho it still crazy number
