2281  Economy / Economics / Re: Nigerian Banks To Close Accounts Involved with Crypto on: April 26, 2021, 02:29:03 PM
This is probably the most absurd idea a bank should ever do unless these transactions are used by criminals. These will further force nigerians to have P2P transactions.
The absurd thing is that money laundering pass under the nose of these banks and they enjoy the benefits of using the bank without worry because they don't use cryptocurrency. I don't know if they are are aware that they are hypocritical or they aren't because it is the tradition in their industry.
There's no new about it. Africa has a very bad economic growth in which we can see it reflects on their leaders know that there is a lot Ponzi scheme that has started there and the bad thing here is that even their government don't know how to resolve it. There are so many money laundering issues that have been stated in that country and I would not be surprised that Africa is one of the poorest countries all over the world.
2282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Transaction Fee on: April 26, 2021, 01:37:23 PM
All of the things that you want to be an instant need a bribe and it is also works on bitcoin transactions. If you want to get a faster transaction then you must pay a huge or big transactional fee, but if you are willing to wait then probably you may avoid those large transaction fees but then remember if you always want fast and comfortable transactions then you may always choose to pay more transactional fees than waiting for so long. Always remember that.
2283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: RIP - One of the first Bitcoin code reviewers dies on: April 26, 2021, 12:36:06 PM
This seems to be his account here on Bitcointalk: dakami (just four posts made on this forum). The email on his Bitcointalk profile matches that of his blog (https://dankaminsky.com/bio/), so it does look like his account (besides the phrases stating so, on one of his posts).

Could be interesting for Bitcointalk to have a who’s who section, with a brief biopic to core bitcoin/Bitcoin contributors, and their profile here.

What a nice catch sir! Now we know that Kaminski becomes part of this forum way back then, yet we are so sad that a bitcoin contributor and a good programmer who knows a lot of languages especially in c++ has died. May his soul rest in peace in heaven. He is a good and well contributor to bitcoin especially from what I've read on his blog. Always remember that some of us here because of you. Another good programmer dies and my deepest condolence to his family.
2284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are comfortable investing in government controlled investments on: April 26, 2021, 11:51:49 AM
Simply because the people knows that the government can cover a huge security all over of their investments and also the reason behind this is that the government itself also offers a lot of investment platforms that are legal in the law so that people may patronize the government controlled investments. Another thing is that it is more comfortable and efficient to invest on the controlled investments of the government as they feel more secured about it.
2285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If I die can someone achieve my btc. on: April 25, 2021, 03:12:12 PM
I went to market with my wife to buy things for our new born baby, after my wife selected baby things that Worth thousands and I paid with my btc,the transaction was very easy and faster. When  we returned home ,she asked if you die can I achieved your btc or continued with your account? Because it's very easy and faster in trading and transaction.
Of course yes she can acquire your bitcoin especially your assets as long as she knows the seed phrases or the private keys of your wallets so that when you die she can easily access the wallet that you are using. Another thing is that when you buy a ledger and share with your husband then probably you will be able to have access also on his wallet. This is a good thing to do when you have a family because whenever you died there is always a person who will be able to acquire the assets that you've left.
2286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devices used for Gambling on: April 24, 2021, 01:20:49 PM
Whenever I am playing poker I prefer to use a desktop computer or personal computer because it is more comfortable to use for me as it has a big screen in which you clearly sees the game that you are playing but when I am outside the house or if I am in a certain trip obviously I prefer to use phone or tablets as it is very to bring and very accessible whenever I want to play poker online.
2287  Economy / Economics / Re: How is it supposed to be alt coin season after bitcoin falls? on: April 23, 2021, 02:06:36 PM
I hear everyone talking about how it's going to be alt coin season when bitcoin season is over. But how? Whenever bitcoin falls, for some whack reason alt coins follow suit. Even those coins whos projects have nothing to do with bitcoin like Vechain.

I really feel like we've hit the market cycle top earlier than expected tbh
How can we say that after the bitcoin season will be follow by the altcoin season in which we clearly see the market that yes the bitcoin is slowly falling but still the altcoin is following the path of bitcoin. I don't understand why people still saying that this is the time of the altcoin even though they are seeing the sudden fall of the altcoins in which it includes the whole market. We see that on the past few years, whenever the season of bitcoin is already done the altcoin will rise but look at now, the altcoin is dumping also. Is this really the season foe altcoin?
2288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learn to laugh even if Bitcoin is crashing on: April 23, 2021, 01:29:10 PM
That's right! Just laugh while seeing the fall down of bitcoin *sarcastic* and watching the holders to hold so much time. There's no guarantee that the bitcoin will continue to drop down as we can see, the whole market is kind of red in which almost all of the coins including the altcoins are getting dump right now and we all know that the altcoin season is just starting and yet we are seeing a huge dump on it. What would be the next happening in the market? Hoping to stop the dump and red tide of the market.
2289  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do in 2030? on: April 22, 2021, 12:14:26 PM
In the year 2030, I think that I've already have my own family and kids also I am seeing myself to be a successful man during that year because my goal is to be financially ready once I've build my own family and kids. During that year I've probably see myself as an crypto enthusiast in which I have some business that is operating through the used of cryptocurrency in which these is where I belong. Investing in a very young age can make us successful on the succeeding years.
2290  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will drop to 20k is not time to buy btc now on: April 22, 2021, 11:13:15 AM
To be honest if you will be able to try every single person here in the forum, they will definitely say that the bitcoin will never go to that dip of around $20,000 and also I doubt that it may drop on that kind of super dip. We can see that the market is red this time in which almost all of the cryptocurrency are getting low including bitcoin, but what we are pretty sure about is that bitcoin will not go to that dip because the market correction was really strong and it will not happen to bitcoin to dump so hard.
2291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cars That Can Be Purchased with Bitcoin on: April 21, 2021, 02:56:58 PM
Glad to know that other than Tesla, there are also some companies who are accepting bitcoin or cryptocurrency as a mode of payment to buy cars or even luxury cars. Due to this I confidently say that the adaptation of bitcoin or cryptocurrency is really worldwide happening. Bitcoin was really the biggest cryptocurrency all over the market cap and I am pretty sure that this will help the companies who adopt it to increase their sales as it added to the transactions of their company.
2292  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is falling down. Is it the end for it? on: April 21, 2021, 02:07:53 PM
The most significant aspect of the cryptocurrency market is that it will fluctuate over time.  If anyone thinks that the cryptocurrency market is always upward, he is under the misconception.  At the moment Bitcoin is moving upwards but for quite some time Bitcoin has been running downwards.  No worries, Bitcoin will soon reach its peak again.
The most significant yet the most dangerous one because anytime the cryptocurrency where you invest your money may fluctuate downwards in which you may burn all of your money in an instant or in a one-time sleep, but don't worry everyone as we can see that the market correction is just starting and yet we are clearly seeing that the bitcoin is very close to the $60,000 peak so let's just wait for it because I believe that it will surge again.
2293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk please stop messing up the crypto market on: April 21, 2021, 01:09:40 PM
Am I the only one who finds his tweets and market manipulation annoying?

A lot of newbies falling into the trap unfortunately. BTC is strong and won't be affected too much but Dogecoin is just increasing its pump and dump reputation. Sad.
Actually, a lot of people here in the forum see the tweets of Elon Musk as quite annoying in which many people find out that he is just controlling or manipulating the market in terms of the hype. Just like the hype that he makes on the meme coin which is the dogecoin really pumps up and it is because of the hype that Elon Musk brings. Another project that he hype was the Elongate in which many people invest here because they thought that Elon Musk will eventually invest also here. People are very easy to deceive and we must be careful about those kinds of deceiving actions.
2294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a Responsible Gambler on: April 20, 2021, 02:11:28 PM
Dont end up your life just because of that debt of yours.Yes, it might not sound simple but it isnt just worth to have some suicide because of that. There's always a solution to the problem.
The mistake you had done on here is that you do still believe that you can pay up or make that money grown and able to repay those debts via gambling which is really a very wrong mindset.
Come to think that if you had able to put those amounts you borrowed on trading capital then you might still have the chance on earning money.
It might not be that fast or big as gambling outcome but its a bit assured that you can really play with it and those funds wont be vanished in a short span of time.
I don't think so the best thing to do is to borrow money and put it into trading so that you may earn and pay your debt, because many says that the chances of winning in gambling is more than staking or putting your money into trading another thing is that yes it is really a wrong mind set that you will borrow a money in order to gamble again so that you may be able to pay your debt because it is hard to play that you are thinking that the money you are playing is the money that you will pay to your debts. When you are gambling or playing it is good to have a good and relax mindset in order to think the best moves.
2295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin creates bond and trust among its users on: April 20, 2021, 12:20:22 PM
I feel that when I start on bitcoin I gain also some trusts from my buyer whenever I am selling some cryptocurrency and the trust of them that I am gaining but also take not and always remember that there are also people who will be able to get use of your being trustworthy in order to scam so always take note to be more careful also whenever you are making such transactions however, I am pretty sure that there are also users who are worth of our trust on making those transactions.
2296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC and Illuminatis on: April 20, 2021, 11:02:26 AM
Then what if the illuminati or the so called elites are the one who makes bitcoin? I mean what's the point if they are project of elites or illuminati? For me there's no matter when it is project or someone elites are investing in bitcoin because money is money. To be honest people don't care if it is from illuminati or not as long as they are earning money in a good way. For me I don't care if it is from illuminati or not because as long as I am earning money I don't care where it from.
2297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Your Bitcoin Wallet Be Hacked? How Can You Secure It? on: April 19, 2021, 01:44:47 PM
Any wallet can be hacked but if the owner of the wallet knows how to secured their private keys just like passwords, emails and private phrases they can avoid those things and also as long as you are the only person who knows the private keys of your account. Another thing is that you be also careful on clicking different websites because there's a lot of people who are making phishing sites in order to get the information of everyone and it may includes the information of your wallets and seed phrases. So the best thing to do to be more secured is also to be more careful on doing such things.
2298  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can We find the wallet address of coinbase? on: April 19, 2021, 12:58:00 PM
To be honest, locating or finding the wallet address of coinbase will be really hard as it has the feature of generating a new bitcoin address or cryptocurrency address and that's why I don't think that it will be possible to locate a address in coinbase. Coinbase is a type of wallet that is very secured because you can generate wallet address as long as you want, by doing this it will be hard to trace the transactions that is being issued in the account.
2299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LOONG TIME, NO SEE! on: April 19, 2021, 12:14:53 PM
I was ordering BTC and I was astonished to see how fucking high tx fee is: $27.00!!!!!! I was like, did something happened? I remember it used to be like a penny. I see the minimum fee is like $7.00 knowing fully well that it will take forever to get it confirmed. So.. I shit $18 in tx fee and it took like fucking 6 hours.

WTH is going on? Greed?
Obviously you already know why this is happening, why gas fres or tax fees are increasing and this because of the reason that the bitcoin and other cryptocurrency are very high today. This is not about greed but this is also the effect or cons of sudden pump up of the bitcoin as well as the other cryptocurrency. Maybe there's also a lot of reasons why the gas fees are kind of high today but this is the main reason why it is getting higher and higher. The more that the market is green or pumping, the more the fees are also increasing.
2300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: April 19, 2021, 10:53:39 AM
Hi guys ! My name’s Dave.
ข่าวกีฬา
Is it possible to do money laundering via bitcoin? I mean as no one knows if you have bitcoin and how much bitcoin do you actually own, it could be used to convert black money to white right? Or at least store your black money without much hassle. But there is the risk of its value but I think for people who have lots of black money and don't want to be caught, this risk might be worth taking for them isn't it?
What are your thoughts?
Actually it is really possible to do money laundering through the used of bitcoin as bitcoin is really hidden in which no one will be able to know if you already holding a bitcoin because your the only one knows your wallet and no one will be able to have access on it. As I've been watching several videos including reading the different stories of Xian Gaza in which they can hide their money or do some illegal things by just hiding their money into cryptocurrency especially in bitcoin and no one will be able known of this because they can transfer it to different wallets in order for them to be not trackable.
