1321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum on: February 21, 2022, 01:16:00 PM
Bitcoin vs Ethereum is a highly discussed topic across the globe. Quite a serious and recurring speculation in my opinion, Bitcoin is only considered the ‘golden’ coin because of being launched first. Ethereum on the other hand has also offered significant growth throughout its journey. So, yes, both have their own pros and cons and why not purchase both?
Because it's expensive to buy bitcoin unlike ethereum which you can get much value out of and the network of ethereum has more usage than bitcoin, I think that Axie Infinity uses Ethereum network for their game plus it's a chance for some people to try and replicate the success of other people who have bought bitcoin and so they try and get ethereum in hopes that they might get the chance.
1322  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Crash in The Next 2 Weeks? on: February 21, 2022, 12:35:07 PM
What was the regulation though, if it's something big that's going to affect the economy or the market then we will probably see a crash in the prices hopefully I get to save up some money in the case that the prices are really going to go down, I don't want to miss out when crashes in bitcoin market happens.
1323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where can i find the top company analysis on crypto on: February 21, 2022, 11:44:58 AM
I don’t think there’s such a thing like that (but correct me if I’m wrong later on). Why would there be some company that can give the best analysis in the crypto market when there’s no such things as guarantees or promises in this space? All of those influencers and so-called technical analysts are just speculating prices but I am not a fan of those who says “BTC will moon by 80x this year”, bla bla bla, etc.
It's difficult to find one and I don't think that such company is worth your time and trust because you're going to be listening to someone's prediction of the market and we know how we treat opinions in this volatile market right? With a grain of salt because they're more likely to be wrong rather than right. I would stay away from this people unless they can show proof that every analysis that they do leads to a win.
1324  Economy / Economics / Re: Nice job Justin! on: February 19, 2022, 03:31:58 PM
They'll definitely lock up their banks if people starts withdrawing their money altogether because banks don't have enough to be able to do that, it's definitely a bad situation for Canada but given the current situation is in the country, it's difficult to sympathize with the country as their government is the antagonist of their own people.
1325  Economy / Economics / Re: People over 65 having most of wealth in US on: February 19, 2022, 02:44:57 PM
Not every person at this age that has knowledge of crypto will become billionaires like those old capitalists, some of them might plateau along the way and some might quit in crypto altogether. And the one's that's going to get successful are the ones that will be able to gain a lot of successful investments.
1326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The most reliable coin to invest in is Bitcoin. on: February 19, 2022, 02:08:11 PM
I wouldn't say reliable though, that can mean that you can just pull off your bitcoin anytime and still get a profit, I think it's more on trusted rather than reliable. Remember that investing is risky and there's no such thing as a reliable investment because all of them are vulnerable to bear markets and that could spell disaster for someone who thought that they're reliable.
1327  Economy / Economics / Re: Your opinion on side jobs on: February 18, 2022, 01:44:03 PM
Side jobs is an indicator that you're main work isn't providing you enough money or that you're scared to take a leap on that side job even though it's your passion. Side job is a good way to make money, even though it might sound like I am against it, I highly respect the people who do this although I don't really like the idea that we have to rely on more jobs just to get by.
1328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can NFTs disrupt the traditional economy? on: February 18, 2022, 12:56:14 PM
I don't think so, let me ask you this though, do you think that paintings disrupt the economy? If no then that's probably the same with NFTs as most of them are like paintings, they're overvalued and sought after by many because it's a status symbol. The world of NFTs is too small to be able to disrupt an economy and even if it has the capability, I don't see how it can disrupt though.
1329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why I can't access a casino while my country isn't got blacklisted? on: February 18, 2022, 12:10:28 PM
Either it's on their side or your side, you can't do much on the former but if it's the latter, your ISP (Internet Service Provider) might've blocked that said website which might explain why you can't access the website. You can also try contacting the customer support of the ISP to discuss the issue. Also you can probably message the casino that you want to play in if they're in this forum and ask if you can use VPN.
1330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Amir Khan vs Kell Brook - Feb 19, 2022 on: February 18, 2022, 11:25:37 AM
I'm sure they will land power punches against each other since they are both skilled boxers but who has the tougher chin though? We already know from his past boxing matches that that is Khan's real weakness so I am siding with the bookies and going for Brooks.
That's a pretty niche factor to decide who's going to win, I am pretty sure that Khan is aware of that and he is probably preparing to do a counter if not defense. Brooks is a good fighter too but I don't have the confidence that he will be the winner in this one although I am still indecisive with Khan too.
1331  Economy / Gambling / Re: Profitable Poker Bot ready for use ! on: February 17, 2022, 05:27:54 PM
There should be a video showing in detail how your robot works and proof of possible wins a means of convincing. But I was expecting you build enough trust on the forum first a trust strong enough to have users subscribe to your bot. Lastly a document of how many wins your so clwimed bots have achieved so far maybe from this one can risk funds to get a personal experience
I think this is needed and it's fishy that OP has to go with PM to send details when OP could just post a video of the bot as an assurance that it's going to work and at the same make OP credible, never knew that there's such a thing as poker bot but I can see why there's one, the bot has the ability calculate if you're going to have a higher chance of winning.
1332  Economy / Gambling / Re: Livecasino.io -Welcome to a new crypto friendly casino!!! on: February 17, 2022, 04:50:35 PM
Is there an expiration date for Livecasino.io BitcoinTalk Promo Free Chips?
Yes. Free chips have a 2 week expiration date.
That's a nice addition, helps you in preventing players from hoarding free chips, is the odds for the free chips the same when you buy one though because most gambling sites that offer something for free tend to put a subtle rigging when a player uses a freebies in their site. Hope that it's not a sensitive issue to ask.
1333  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1win on Bitcointalk! on: February 17, 2022, 03:52:31 PM
As i understand, the OP need just a nice thread. It is possible, as members said, with copper member. If there is no experience - it is possible to hire someone for creating such thread. But there is one moment that is enough important for me - the OP have to answer in his thread, so if the OP has 2 choices with hiring: to hire one man for create thread and answer the questions or to hire someone to create start post, buy the copper member and create thread and answer by himself.
Inactivity leads to distrust, pretty sure that OP somehow knows about it because I believe that responsiveness is the biggest way to gain clients and earn their trust, maybe OP didn't find this forum a good place to promote his/her website. Hiring someone to make a thread is really good, you don't need to pay a lot but you're sure to get a quality thread so if OP goes back in this thread, hopefully he/she takes the advice of making the thread much better.
1334  Economy / Economics / Re: The U.S. is considering a radical rethinking of the digital dollar (CBDCs) on: February 17, 2022, 03:01:21 PM
I can use the QR code to withdraw from the ATM anytime I want, that is a mobile phone, QR reading, ATM and money all involved together without a need for cryptocurrency. That is exactly how the digital currencies will be like, nothing even close to in my mind.
That might sound like a good deal but I'm telling that it's going to be the same thing as fiat, they're just trying to use the facade that it's like cryptocurrency when it's just a digital dollar that's much more convenient for them because they can pump out billions of it and they didn't have to waste their money on ink and paper for printing. CBDC is not something good because if it functions the same as fiat then you can probably expect it to fall like fiat.
1335  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin failed to fulfill the purpose it was created for ? on: February 17, 2022, 02:13:06 PM
Bitcoin is still doing fine and there's not a lot of people that's using bitcoin around the world so I wouldn't say that bitcoin has failed to do what it was supposed to do, it's progress, where in the definition of progress says that the change is instant? I don't think that there's none in there. Don't get frustrated, remember that if you're impatient, the metaphorical door is open and you can easily leave.
1336  Economy / Economics / Re: Why many USA senator against bitcoin? on: February 17, 2022, 01:23:58 PM
Because they're old and they are still stuck in 60s where they're still young and they still don't feel any ache in their joints and that they came from a generation that think that they're the best generation and that they believe that we've peaked and they don't like new technology as they deem it blasphemous to their beliefs. I think that's the only reason for why the US senators heavily oppose bitcoin, other than being lobbied by banks.
1337  Economy / Economics / Re: Canada to freeze Freedom Convoy Protestors bank accounts... on: February 17, 2022, 12:38:41 PM
I don't think that it's going to stop th supporters though because I am pretty sure that they're going to find ways, remember that P2P is still an option in this situation and it's going to be difficult for the government of Canada to stop that, they'll going to eventually yield to this protesters because we know and they know who's right in this situation.
1338  Economy / Economics / Re: US national debt exceeds $30 trillion on: February 17, 2022, 12:03:58 PM
Basically, this debt is not the problem of the USA but of the lenders who are mainly foreign countries and which invest their export surpluses in dollars, first and foremost China and Japan. With the USD as the world currency, there are hardly any alternatives that have enormous export-strong countries. As long as this is the case and the US does not overdo it with debt, then they can continue the debt game forever.
It's not a problem for them too I think, pretty sure that the lenders have some sort of favor attached to the loaned money so as to prevent a one sided deal with the US government, and the way I see it, I think that the lenders are happy that the loan isn't paid yet because they enjoy the benefits of having some sort favor with one of the superpower nations in the world.
1339  Economy / Speculation / Re: How come BTC is not at least $75,000 yet? on: February 15, 2022, 01:43:30 PM
Despite a big drop in the price of BTC to its all time high of $68,789.63, the number of unique addresses still stayed the same, suggesting that people are willing to hold or invest in BTC at the current time. This shows a strong level of confidence in BTC, which is gradually increasing in value. If we take into account all the good things Bitcoin has to offer, I think the $75K price will be only a drop in the bucket once Bitcoin enters the mainstream. Anyone new to this field is sure to be influenced by now or then. A high market dominance allows BTC to run for a long time, so we're waiting for that.
Well, a lot of posts on the Internet about hodling bitcoin have been drilled inside the minds of the crypto people so it's no surprise that they have confidence in bitcoin, not to mention that the history of the bitcoin market is enough proof already that it's only going to grow overtime which adds to the confidence of the people that their investments, if they hodl long enough, they will reap the benefits.
1340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I’m planning to surprise my soon-to-be-bride sister some BTC on her wedding day on: February 15, 2022, 12:48:31 PM
That's not actually bad, and you already have all the criterias for her to qualify to own a cryptocurrency so it's only a matter of amount and time that you're going to give that bitcoin, just make sure that you tell her not to ever forget or have a paper for her to write the important credentials for accessing her wallet, she's going to get busy so I am definitely going to assume she might not prioritize cryptocurrencies in her early years as a wife.
