2382  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Posting techniques for newbies on the forum on: January 13, 2022, 07:55:33 AM
Although I didn't know this thread before but I know this thread aims to help anyone both beginners and high ranking members as a learning endeavor. In addition, this forum also has a help feature in the menu, which in my opinion is quite detailed and complete. I learned a lot from there, maybe some people here need to visit it too.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=help;page=post
Right this thread is created with intention of helping the newbies as well as other members also who don't have the knowledge or idea to use all the features like how to add images, hyperlinks and create tables on the post but by having idea about them through this thread they can learn it easily. This post you are referring to is really helpful and have all the features details and have been mentioned by BITCOIN4X in above his post :

You should also thank the forum which has previously helped many users who don't know how to post only if you are curious enough about the help feature

We as memeber have also learnt all these things and how to use forum in best possible way and now we can help users with the same but if someone is not interested in learning and enhancing his knowledge then nothing can be done.We as combined bitcoin community needs to provide best information to the members and learn from them.

Will try to add more updates on this thread once i get some time for it and will do is shortly.
2383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: COPA just won its first hearing against Craig on: January 12, 2022, 12:45:53 PM
He is top fraudster among all of them and end up with all his net worth also being consumed in these legal hearings but what he is expecting will never happen because he is not the owner of those million coins and we all know the fact.

The same thing is biggest proof is the keys to prove the ownership and he can't even sign a message from that address and still believes that we would believe him? The clown has few audience like him but won't be entertaining them long so it's best to watch what stupidity he comes up with next. There was one such thread in which i mentioned about faketoshi CSW through a meme to the community and here it is :

Made me laugh hard Grin

To all the faketoshis in the market this technique is worth trying but still it won't help you.

Have a look at full thread here : Faketoshi

We all need to help COPA in matching up the legal expenses to expose this fraudster to the whole public and tell that he can't manipulate the court of law even with money power because the Bitcoin doesn't care at all and that's why decentralisation has taken place.Let him try his best but in the end he is working to prove himself the real clown.

2387  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Posting techniques for newbies on the forum on: January 12, 2022, 07:53:05 AM

On several occasions, I quite often find users don't know how to move topic, edit image size, post with code and so on. We can have a unique character with our posting style and the way we convey things, and this can only be achieved by learning and working.

I'm sure all users can do it as long as they are willing to learn and are never afraid to try. Threads like this will help them understand it, but won't be much help if they don't want to.
This is the case with some high rank members also who don't even care to have a look at these threads which can help them. They are continuing with their same posting style with no knowledge and zero earned merits to complete their campaign requirements only but it is not helping them at all.

We should increase our knowledge from learning and sharing or in simple words say exchange of knowledge with others because we are on forum for learning purpose. This thread was created with same intention of helping them.

OP thanks so much for the teas...oh sorry tips Cheesy

More BTC fall on you
+1 merit for the efforts you have put in and implementing some of the things mentioned in @op but try to use colour which are visible as yellow you have put in is fading away in light so use decent one's just a advice.

This thread is educational thread, and mostly all thread created by bitcointalk member are meant to be emulate by the beginner because the learning is the only way forward of any beginner that wants to acquire knowledge in all ramifications of bitcoin and other sub Bitcoin like alternative coin's, so studying the methodology of bitcoin in the forum is determine by observation and consciousness, Smartness and the ability to accept and indicates corrections.
Right this thread was made with the same intention like of other members who want to help newbies and Bitcoin talk community as a whole with knowledge we have and learn from others. This is main thing on which we all should concentrate and it will eventually serve all the purposes because knowledge is key to success.

2389  Economy / Economics / Re: If the government loses control of the financial system, we have a fall back on: January 11, 2022, 12:02:28 PM
Bitcoin is the back up/fall back that we need.

Bitcoin experiences way bigger swings than Lira had, so it's not yet suitable to be an alternative to fiat for broad population. Even if you consider that fiat is devaluating in long term and Bitcoin is appreciating in long term, long term is not everything. Lots of people live from paycheck to paycheck, and for them both Bitcoin's volatility or price instability of fiat can be devastating. Imagine having a serious medical emergency while your savings just dropped in value by 50% a week ago.
Acceptance of Bitcoin doesn't implicitly implies that complete dumping of fiat because it can't be done as still it is not regulated and accepted in most of the countries which creates many different problematic scenarios for all of us.We still need fiat to carry out our daily needs and expenses like you said btc is not suitable in medical emergency cases at this time as it could be down but the fact that fiat have lost more than it's original value cannot be ignored as well.

We need to take btc as investment perspective at this time and hold for long and it will matter in that period because at this time it may be sounding weird to us but the inflation is now at high levels in some countries and over it some countries are witnessing hyper inflation situation and fiat have been in continuous loss like Lira has witnessed insane depletion in value due to rise in prices and government is unable to control it.This will sooner or later happen with each fiat so we need to be prepared and btc is best alternative for the same.It is deflationary although volatile but at one point it will be reduced when more people will accept it.

2391  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: January 11, 2022, 08:19:38 AM
What are you talking about? There are plenty of crypto gambling sites that are just as reliable as Roobet and don't require any form of KYC whatsoever like Crypto.Games, Stake, Bitcasino etc.
You don't seems to understand my point clearly because i also mentioned that finding a good legit casino is main point of concern and i also known about the casinos you are talking about.Roobet is among one of them but as i am comfortable with level 1 kyc it's not a big problem for me but who wants complete anonymity can shift to others like stake so this was what i want to say.The new gamblers might go to some fake casino in hope it doesn't have any obligations but can loose funds so he must check for legit casino at first case.
2392  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why I prefer Bitcoin over any other assets and dips don't panic me.... on: January 11, 2022, 08:04:12 AM
I agree with your topic; I've seen bitcoin rising more than any other currency. But, unfortunately, even half of the people living on earth have zero knowledge. Still, the value of bitcoin has gone high in these ten years. My father once thought to invest his money in gold ten years ago. I suggested he put a small of their money in bitcoin, but he refused me after that; they lost a significant amount of money. He still feels too much regret because he did not list me.

Explaining it in your words then even only few percentage of people know about Bitcoin and then only few out of them have invested in btc.For instance say 30% of population at this time have heard about the term cryptocurrencies and mainly bitcoin of it through friends or mainstream media due to global surge as it's new hot topic but only 5-6% who understands bitcoin have invested in it and rest are living in dilemma that it's bubble, scam or ponzi due to government fake talks but they are fools themselves. They will regret later on but keeping this talk aside we still have bitcoin growth to advanced levels and once previous year we saw it reaching ATH of $68k and that's the power of btc.

With still lot more people to invest and come to know the true importance of bitcoin it has came this far and just imagine how much will it burst to surge to new levels if more people invest in it in future? The returns are immense as dollar and all other fiats are losing their value with government money printing and fake idealogy and unethical monetary policies so you need deflationary btc with you.

It will always remain ahead of every financial asset despite of the fact it's down from ATH to now of $42k but hopes are high and it will give what every holder is expecting from it but you need to have patience for it.
2393  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Posting techniques for newbies on the forum on: January 11, 2022, 07:49:34 AM
Yes, it must be done. A person who discusses must know from the beginning to the end. Therefore, in this forum your literacy is trained to be diligent in your use. That is your main capital to grow. It takes patience, discipline and tireless feeling to survive in this forum. Learn gradually because everything requires a process. Regarding the people above, you seem to be growing quite fast, you already have a decent appreciation for the number of activities and posts that you have done. So keep up the good work for this forum.
This forum is great source of learning for all those who wants to but if our motives are different as you might know what i intended to say then your Knowledge scope will always be limited and you would not rank up on forum or contribute effective to the forum. So the best part is to exchange knowledge and grow on forum. This is best bitcoin related forum where you can get accurate and in depth knowledge about anything you wish to do.

This thread only highlights few posting techniques that could help members to present the information in much better way using all the necessary tools for the same. But the content you are going to share must be of good quality to comprehend with these techniques that can help others also.Grow, learn and evolve yourself that's the best thing we can do.
2394  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Give this bitcoin test... on: January 11, 2022, 07:38:38 AM
Yes o. Some are confusing but I was very lucky. But luck is part of the exam. I hope I will get my reward  Wink
Learning is a good thing. The more you learn the more you want to learn more.
Yes i know sometimes we don't know the exact answers to some of the questions but luckily the option we select is correct but remember the best part is to go in detail of that particular question to know how it was right or say get the knowledge of regarding that thing where you were wrong or don't know the answers at all.

The reward or your merit has been given to you as i completely forget to give it yesterday as human mind is also prone to errors  Cheesy but best is to correct them.Good work and keep up the pace of increasing your knowledge and posting on the forum.
2395  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: January 10, 2022, 10:13:59 AM
I get that you may compare it to some other places, I get that you may say "but you are giving so much information on places like facebook, instagram and so forth" but none of that matters because one place being dangerous doesn't mean the other is fine for doing the same. KYC is a risky business, and it should always stay away from something like gambling, I get it on exchanges but casinos are a bit more sensitive for people who are not even criminals.

I agree with that. The primary reason I enjoy playing at Roobet is because it has proven to be a good and honest casino. However, I was initially drawn to it for the anonymity it offered its players back then. Then came KYC. I found the introduction of the KYC to be a bump on the road that I had to deal with in order to continue using the platform. Fortunately, the Level 1 KYC only requires basic personal information. Had that not been the case, I would have had to "suffer" at some other online casino.  Wink

That is what I also want to state that there are so many casinos in the market at this time but finding a legit one is main concern like Roobet has build up the trust of the users and their reputation which is why we feel comfortable playing over here and i am also satisfied with level 1 kyc as not complete anonymity is required in my case.Playing with fun on some good casino is must.

2397  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: January 10, 2022, 09:14:53 AM
Have you ever imagined that they are your referrals?  Cheesy I'm still looking for a way how to take the whale to the casino.

We could probably get one but not a huge whale that is able to wager $1B for sure and it seems that these kind of whales are probably self contacted by the site themselves to offer major bonuses for them to play on the site. Otherwise I dont see how they would change from one site to another unless there is alot more benefit for them

Most sites are using the same slots provider though so basically no reason for whales to move to another site
That could be the reason why they are wagering so much amounts on single casino and house must be providing them some good experience to bind them to that particular casino because one whale who is wagering more than $1 billion will give them so much profits and they know this fact. The slots are similar on most of them and they might be enjoying playing over and over and winning out of it or anything but the main point is they are wagering at good pace.
2398  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Give this bitcoin test... on: January 10, 2022, 09:00:29 AM
I like this test. Thank you to the poster. I did the test one time and this is my score. I know I have known many things about bitcoin since I begin to read about bitcoin. My problem now is the technical part. I don't think that what I score is all because of my knowledge. I always have luck or talent to answer correctly any question that has options.
Good to know you liked the test and your results are really good as you have passed it with flying colours and if it's first time results then you already know quite a lot of stuff about bitcoin whether economical and other general.See technical knowledge can be upgraded with time if you have dedication to learn it and this forum is great source for the same. But if still you need help read Mastering Bitcoin by Andreas Antonopoulos which is of great help

Can we have next episode of this question. As more episode is coming the more difficult.
Will try to gather some more of such questions to help you and me as well and will share whenever i got some time for the same.

Question number 18.
What is Taproot upgrade?
The answer is simple than what Taproot upgrade is all about.
You will get more of it here : Taproot proposal

And some answer also look like it has two correct answers in one question. I did guess work like 9 times and I was lucky 7 times.
There are some confusions but only one of them is correct and see you were lucky in 7 of them so you scored 41 and the rest are of being lucky only Grin. But still good and try to learn more of this stuff which will help you later on in having adequate bitcoin and crypto market knowledge.
2399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why I prefer Bitcoin over any other assets and dips don't panic me.... on: January 10, 2022, 08:45:10 AM
I agree that it's stupid to ignore what seems to be the best performing asset of the last decade or so, but I don't think altcoins should be ignored or serve no purpose. In the last few years some altcoins such as Ethereum have done well compared to even bitcoin. I think bitcoin should be a core holding, but some altcoins can also add some diversity to a portfolio and potentially outperform based on their networth growth.
See I have already made clear that btc is the best option for me but it can be entirely different on your end like we both can't have the same taste and will be having our own preferences. But for me altcoins doesn't matter at all even if they are giving returns to the holders due to lot of factors.

But if you say about ETH then i am not willing to pay huge gas for a normal transaction and the latest hard fork haven't made any promising affect rather than burning the supply with each transaction. So not willing to invest in it as well but if you say about altcoins can outperform btc then you are wrong on that part because no coin has such potential and strong technical background to compete with it.

The harsh reality which is slowly coming in front of everyone and as soon you understand this btc is a tool to protect you against this inflation and the government bullshit and their reckless money printing scheme :

And now here is bitcoin growth chart on the other side whom he's calling for complete fund loss strategy :

See how they destabilize their economy themselves and put blame on others for the same but we need to understand what is beneficial for us as the true picture is with all of us.

Not going to elaborate more because sometimes short sentences do make the big meanings.
