241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Beterbiev vs. Bivol - Undisputed Light Heavyweight Championship on: May 04, 2024, 08:12:10 AM
Unfortunately, Artur Beterbiev is once again injured and this fight will be postponed. The rest of the card, which is the 5 v 5 Matchroom vs Queensberry event will still go on. It is still a good card headlined by Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang but its still a disappointment that one of the most anticipated fights in recent history will not be happening.

Beterbiev is no stranger to injury. Many of his fights have been postponed due to injury. This is why he has so few fights for a 39 year old.

The cause of the postponement is ruptured meniscus
Quote
A torn meniscus is a painful, but treatable, knee injury.
There are 3 bones in the knee. These are the femur, tibia, and patella. The ends of those bones are covered with cartilage. This smooth material cushions the bone and allows the joint to move easily without pain. The cartilage acts as a shock absorber. Between the bones of the knees are 2 crescent-shaped disks of connective tissue, called menisci. These also act as shock absorbers to cushion the lower part of the leg from the weight of the rest of the body.

Age has something to do with this based on one article and this is treatable but it will take 3 to 6 weeks or 3 to 6 months due to the severity of the rupture or tear so it is possible that the fight could happen before the end of the year, its unfortunate but since Bivol is healthy and it will take Beterbiev to heal he can still maybe we will see a Beterbiev against Benavidez since Benavidez is now campaigning in the light heavyweight.
If ever this is a surprising turn of events.
242  Economy / Gambling / Re: TonPoker - Telegram Poker Room on: May 03, 2024, 03:26:34 PM
Sorry to ask but what’s your relationship with the site? I noticed that you used a referral link in your thread which means that you could either be here to just get people to register through your link OR be a legit representative of the site. Is there any way we could confirm your relationship with the them so that we would know that we’re dealing with a representative should in case any issue arise.

And By the way, welcome to Bitcointalk - do well to work on your the thread (if you’re not here for referrals) that would help get you more attention and discussions here.

Hello, sure. I have relations to the company, I used refferal link to track registrations if any. I am in touch with developers and my role is mostly attract new partners/affiliates to promote TonPoker.

I guess we may create freeroll for BitCoinTalk, do you think if it may have sense?

You're not different from being an affiliate its different when you are in touch to being a part of the team, if you're just in contact because we all can contact developers too then you have no part in the development and addressing of issues, but if you're part of the team than you have access to the development group and back end of the platform.
The platform has issue on the price of the exchange if you're a part of the team then you can easily address this one but you choose to ignore because you're not part of the development team and you cannot provide a definite answer.
243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting for reality not club affection on: May 03, 2024, 03:00:03 PM
... a friend once adviced me never to put my favourite team on my ticket, unless they are in form, am a Manchester United fan but most times I bet against them as long as my ticket is concerned I don't have a favourite team.

You can bet on your favorite team if your team is capable of pulling an upset I have done this on my favorite basketball team and they sometimes upset a strong team, the only time that I do not bet on my favorite team is when they have a very slim chance of beating the opposing team, like if their strong or star players are out of the game.
But there are blind followers of a team and they will bet even a small amount as a show of support, I don't think I can do that even if I have excess money if there's no chance of winning then I let it pass, I have no obligation to bet and lose money I'm not that rich.
244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devin Haney vs Ryan Garcia on April 20 on: May 03, 2024, 01:07:29 PM
Not defending Ryan, but let's put it this way, a boxer was also found to be positive but he didn't win the fight, Michel Rivera suspended six months, fined 15% of purse for failed drug test.

So there is an argument that even if you uses Peds, it will not help you win a fight as the example above. Ryan doesn't look jack at all with all this Peds accusations though. So this remains to be seen and the timing of the released of this news, when everyone was celebrating Ryan's victory, they try to destroy and discredit it by some entities.

After the break out of the news, Ryan became a hot topic and had so much criticism, that those so-called experts even asked to make the fight a no-contest, these are the same people who predicted that Ryan would be overwhelmed by Haney and beat him.
Ryan denies it

Quote
“Why in the world would I volunteer for a drug test if I planned on taking drugs?

“Make it make sense?” Garcia concluded.

https://www.boxingscene.com/ryan-garcia-protests-innocence-following-failed-drug-tests--183248

We all thought that this was over after Ryan upset Haney there's too much drama going on in the fight and the drama still continues and it's more controversial now.
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 1xbit violated self exclusion terms, do not want to help on: May 03, 2024, 12:51:44 PM
Hi guys

I see a lot of people saying they did not scam me yet because I did not gamble with a lot of money.
People here have a reason to say that because 1xbit is a notorious scammers their reasoning and warnings are real

Quote
I want to state that I have withdrawn 100MBTC before (in march as well) when it was 6K euro, without any problems.
I have also won on their website cash prices from tournaments from the value of 500-1500 euro worth of BTC multiple times.
So you're saying that it's safe to play in 1xbit because you'll receive your withdrawals that's your fact for now but still, the reality is you could be the next victim

Quote
They never scammed me and were good to me,
For now, you will be a laughing stock for defending them when they finally scam you, so don't say that you are safe

Quote
I never complained before or had any issue with them but this is just really bad customer service when it comes down to self exclusion and the safety of players.

Are you not putting your account in trouble if they find out and trace you, these people never respect their players they scam their players whoever they are.

246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which device do you prefer for gambling ? on: May 03, 2024, 05:39:40 AM
When it comes to gambling I prefer a personal computer, I have good concentration with a wide screen and I can only gamble at specific times that will help me to avoid becoming addicted to gambling, I have a friend who easily gets addicted because he gambles with his cellphone and he bet almost every hour or when there's nothing to do like when he is commuting or when having a break in his work.

There's a time for everything we all know the more you indulge and if there's a way to play anytime, anyplace you could become addicted to gambling so I prefer to play using my personal computer because of my preference and I want to limit my time playing, and only when I'm home.
247  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Gambling popularity sa social media on: May 02, 2024, 03:55:20 PM

248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Claw Machines: a category of gambling? on: May 02, 2024, 03:08:37 PM
~snip~
Ohhh I see, that's why sometimes it's really hard to get some items in some claw machine especially here in our place, it's kinda difficult to get some items even if you have skills in doing it but when you come in japan, I've watched a lot of videos showing that some people are easily catch some stuffs because of tight set up of claw and if I'm able to visit that country, I won't miss to try their claw machines because for sure I will enjoy doing the catch there.

Yeah, I think you can still get lucky if for example one of the strings of the thing you want to grab get stuck in the claw or something like that.

There are a lot of claw machines that you can find on Youtube there are so many of them that you use many methods, I don't consider it gambling it is more skill-based, with effort and practice you can go to the game zone and get as many dolls as you want just like this video here

Claw Machine Hack They Don't Want You To Know!

Only those newbies who try to use the claw using a hit-and-miss method when there are a lot of methods and something to look at when trying to claw a doll or a cash like this video here, and the one that tells the trick is just a kid.

249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can You Submit KYC Before You Win Big on: May 02, 2024, 12:11:41 PM
It is better to do that but it should be done at reputable casinos like Stake you can ask to submit your documents so you can start playing with peace of mind, there are two things that you need to do to keep your account and your winnings safe and that is passing a KYC and playing in a reputable casino.

But that doesn't mean that you will not encounter any problems because casinos will still restrict your account if they find you cheating or manipulating, KYC is for issues related to double accounts so when playing in casinos be sure to abide by their terms and get an update on the status of the casinos, for all we know they are doing fake accusations.
250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devin Haney vs Ryan Garcia on April 20 on: May 02, 2024, 11:07:09 AM
Well, it looks like Garcia had one hell of a plan. Make everyone think you’re crazy and get the odds stacked way against you. Then bet millions of dollars on yourself to get a huge payday if you win. Then finally use steroids and don’t make weight to give yourself a massive strength advantage. Dude is playing chess, but this is pretty disgraceful. Still, I think he took home over 50 million…

It is also possible that Haney's loss will turn into a no contest and there's also a possibility that Ryan Garcia will penalized for cheating, this is a serious repercussion is it worth all the risk so he can bring home that $50 million, if this is the case then Ryan has no intention to become a boxing great as he is more focus on money that he is going to take home.

This is Ryan's announcement and he plays victim to his announcement, we'll know in the coming days what will happen to this findings, so the drama is not yet over when we all thought its over.

Quote
“I’m here to address this bull-fucking-shit claim that I cheated,” Garcia stated in a video posted through his Instagram account. “Everyone knows that I don’t cheat. What can I say? Why didn’t they come out with this before the fight, if they found it before? Why would they let me step into the ring as a cheater?

“I come out with the victory and then they post this. These are people that are trying to attack me for whatever reason. No weapon against me shall prosper.”

251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo Alvarez - Jaime Munguia May 4 Super Middleweight Championship on: May 01, 2024, 03:55:20 PM
Damn. I haven't heard about Jaime Munguia; maybe I'm not really a boxing fan. Lol. Did some research about him; he has a very impressive record with 43 wins, 34 of them by KO and zero losses. They're both Mexican. I think at the age of 33, Canelo is still young. This fight isn't about young boxer and a veteran boxer. I watched some highlights of Jaime Munguia; he is a heavy puncher. Man have a one punch punch power. This fight might go the distance but I think Canelo can manage to win this one. And it won't be an easy fight for sure.

He may look impressive if you base it on his record but the question is who has he fought against who has Canelo fought, The majority of boxing experts and followers think that Canelo has a huge edge in terms of power, skill, and experience, Munguia only has his youth and his hunger to rely on so on fight night we'll know who will play better.
My bet is Canelo will win by a unanimous decision but after scoring knockdowns, he will be in total control in the latter rounds when he finally checks and neutralized Munguia's power and skill, but of course I don't rule out an upset because Munguia is capable of upset.
252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will you do if you find yourself in a similar situation like this? on: May 01, 2024, 03:31:06 PM

Assuming you find yourself in a similar situation as this, what will you do? How will you handle the situation to make your parents trust you again?

Its not easy to regain the trust of your parents because of gambling, because parents do not want us to become addicted to gambling because they know that we can lose everything to gambling.
All you can do know is to how honesty that you will not gamble again and you will work to try to pay the amount you've loss, parents are the most understanding in this world.
If they see that you repented and will do good from now on they will trust you again and speak with you again, its your parents they only want what's good for you.
253  Economy / Gambling / Re: Joya.Casino| Rewarding Casino | Vast Welcome and VIP Bonus| 20% Weekly CashBack on: May 01, 2024, 01:58:40 PM
I mentioned on the scam report that it's too early for a casino to scam players, this will stop them from scamming more people this report will go viral online for everyone to check the status of this casino, I also recommend that people stop playing on this casino.
Scammers sometimes don't care. We have different shades of them. Those that build the scam over time and the pull of a massive exit scam and then those who after seeing a few hundreds of dollars just decided to make off with customer's money regardless of how new their service is.

I believe the casino might be run by the latter, or they just set up a casino with very little money and thought they would automatically start profiting from the word go. I mean, they couldn't even afford to fund a simple signature campaign and just ended it abruptly.

It looks like they are accusing the complainant of false report and Joya casino even claimed that they are the victim they stated that they refunded the complainant, but the complainant denied this and even challenged the casino to show proof.
.. by the way they can't show any proof of hash txid or any kind of proof because iam swear they are lying for everything

If they can show proof of refund then they will lose their reputation this is not good for the casino its better for people to be warned on the status of the casino and hopefully those who continue to or have intention to play will be aware of this accusation.
We will know if a casino is still good to play if they can protect their reputation and they can pay people of their winnings, will this the end of Joya casino for $1145 only.
254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An interesting story and experience of a gambler on: May 01, 2024, 01:24:02 PM

Again, alot of money can be made through gambling if one is lucky,
If you're lucky but luck is not something that comes to you most of the time it's rare and before it comes we already lose a lot of money chasing that luck so we can make a lot of money and luck comes in an unexpected times and circumstances, so don't play money that you can't afford to lose thinking that the next session luck will be on your side.

Quote
but it also can destroy the person if he or she does not, or fail to control him or herself..
Anyways, lets discuss about this, feel free to put your comments below.
Too much of anything can destroy and when it comes to gambling you will be devastated because you can lose all your material possessions, your mind, and your relationship leaving nothing and always it's too late to regret and blame gambling, it's better for a gambler to check his behavior.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: April 2024 recorded the lowest amount lost to hack. on: May 01, 2024, 12:25:59 PM

25.7 Mil is still huge but considering where we were in the past the number reduced drastically, is this due to the people are more aware of crypto scams and avoiding hacks by tightening the security measures?

We should be improving and people should be more aware of hacking and scamming, we should never stop improving our security because scammers and hackers never stop to device a scheme to scam and hack people.

I hope the number will go down next month until it comes to the point that it's not alarming anymore, the worst kind of hacking is when an exchange is hacked or a project does a rug pull because it not only costs a lot of money but it cost people to lose confidence to invest or trade.
256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo Alvarez - Jaime Munguia May 4 Super Middleweight Championship on: April 30, 2024, 02:51:18 PM

I hope robbery in this sports is a thing in the past already. We have social media channels, video streaming platforms and blow by blow accounts of sports commentators and bloggers -  to know the real happenings in the fight, but unfortunately, this sports still rely on judges' score cards and what the referee decides inside the ring. Let us see if this fight will go the distance and if Canelo can justify the fact that he is the heavy favourite here.

There are still unfair judging and bias judges just the recent Haney - Garcia is one big example how can De Luca scored the fight even at 112 when obviously between the two its Haney that is battered by those strong punches, yes he can score but Ryan's punches makes a difference.

Canelo is fully aware of that which is why he make sure to seriously hurt or knock out his opponents he doesn't want to rely on the judges anymore, even though Canelo is the strong favorite to win the match and many are betting on him if Munguia shows a strong showing the judges and the refs should show fairness, the boxing community are watching.

It appears that you are the perfect victim for the trolling of King Ry in social media hehehehe. This occurs to people who are always believing in what they read on the internet or in newspapers. They are using you and taking advantage of you my friend. King Ry has tricked many people already, I shake my head that this is still working on some people. Everyone should begin to be very skeptical on what Ryan will say. He will be a crazier troll or he might be starting to have a real sickness in his head. I am quite certain he is only trolling.

We all are a victim of his trolling  Cheesy Cheesy I'm just surprised that he easily mastered the art of trolling this will make bettors bet on his next fight, with Ryan's success in trolling I'm sure he will repeat it on his next fight, but it's still good entertainment, we come to watch on all what he says and intentions.

I have this feeling that Ryan doesn't want to build his reputation in winning a lot of titles but more on making fun of everyone and making money at the same sounds more like Jake Paul's antics.

I hope to see both of these two clowns in the ring it's going to be a battle of thrash talks and trolling, but Jake Paul needs to beat Tyson first.

Someone betted on boxing and lost the game but the gambler out of grieve of his lost is trying to ease his emotion Said, It is okay as it is for at least the guy I betted on made me lost the game but had unfortunate for him too to had taken beaten of his life.
I think such is and aggressive and irresponsible gambler who gambles on the peak of what he can not afford to loose.

Gamblers are like that they will say anything to ease their emotion, there are such things as emotional bettors, and these bettors usually are betting to make money and words are just a means to tell themselves that he is in a better position, but the fact is he is not, the boxer that loses and taken a beaten made money whether he wins or he losses, While the bettor who losses the bet is going home without anything.

I have one guy here in our country who fought in the World Title he was knocked out but still felt good because he made a lot of money from that fight, he bought land and a truck with his winnings and set up a trucking business.
260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devin Haney vs Ryan Garcia on April 20 on: April 29, 2024, 03:16:54 PM

Ryan's success is going on his head he also mentioned that he also wants to fight Anthony Joshua can you imagine that, he thinks he is invincible right now, he admitted that he had ADHD in one of his interviews we can understand his situation but telling something almost impossible is something worth laughing about.

His likely opponent is Pitbull Cruz because he has a good chance of beating him compared to Spence who he only wants to fight because of Derrick James issue.
Right now with Ryan Garcia's success, all eyes are on him because of his unnatural antics outside of the ring.
