The real question is: how did you lose it?
243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: HELP! Bitcoin-QT crashed during a transaction and now my BTC are in the limbo on: October 23, 2013, 02:04:57 PM
Use pywallet to delete the offending transaction from your wallet.dat and get your coins back.

https://github.com/jackjack-jj/pywallet

You must start pywallet with the --web flag and delete the transaction from the web interface(localhost:8989), if I'm not mistaken.
244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Balance for individual addresses on: October 22, 2013, 10:13:27 PM
You can always use the listaccounts command. Ofcourse you'll need to add each address to one account.
And you'll need to use the command line or the console.
The following may also work.
Code:
listreceivedbyaddress 0 true

Thank you, but i find this feature useful in the main client or any other client. Why is it so hard to implement it? What is the actual process for this?

Because you can easily script something yourself using the rpc commands and get all the info you want presented the way you want.
If you don't know how to do it, pay someone. Maybe not the best idea, but it's the most practical one, I think.

And you think it's acceptable for members to threaten to shoot people whose identities and addresses are public knowledge?

Don't patronise me with your 'wtf dudes' attitude.

This is criminal behaviour and as such should be reported to the authorities.

Are you his lawyer, bodyguard, pet rock, what?

Replace your header by the following one:

The BMP image you're using is 10x bigger than the jpg I pasted above. It will save a lot of bandwidth.
250  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: October 20, 2013, 07:08:56 PM
WTF dudes, this thread is SELF-MODERATED! If OP wishes to delete the posts he can do that himself.
You guys really love to be stringed along by sockpuppets, don't you?

Goat, you sound like a reasonable person, and I can understand

how it sucks when it feels like everyone is on your case.

I would respectfully like to ask if the LiteCoin Foundation is a registered non-profit,

my reason being that if I donate then I can take it off on my taxes. Thank you.

^ This.

Well what i can tell you is that you will not be able to donate unless you are a member. If you become a member you can know everything. We have not accepted a new member in about a year and are not looking at this time. The way this is set up it is very hard for us to add people. We also have pretty high demands on members.
Why should the community trust such a secretive club to not just act in its own interest?

What gives it any legitimacy?

You should not at all trust it. We have no legitimacy in the community. You should treat us like any other random ltc supporter.

In the community? What a goof! You have no legitimacy, PERIOD!

...secretive club...

I'm pretty sure the only member of that secretive club is a goat.
253  Other / Meta / Re: Can admin see what you voted on poll? on: October 20, 2013, 04:13:22 PM
Thanks.

I see that I voted on 100 polls. How can I find these polls back and remove my vote?

If you replied to most threads where you voted you can easily find them here: LINK

Thanks so much Smiley

I can't see how to cancel my vote. Not even when the poll is still open.

Is it even possible to cancel your vote?

There is usually a Remove Vote link, but maybe it goes away after a while.

255  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Where exactly are these Bitcoins mined from? on: October 20, 2013, 02:10:25 PM
So the miners aren't really mining. They are doing work by completing the Bitcoin transactions.  Rewarded with the newly issued Bitcoins. When a block of work is done they are paid a certain amount of coins.

Calling them workers instead of miners would clear up a lot of confusion. But then you would miss out on the gold fever mentality, mob rush.

I think you may need to start here before jumping to the wiki.
And yes, what you described is mostly correct.

EDIT: Why da fuck doesn't bitcoin.org have SSL? It doesn't even redirect to plain HTTP, just gives a Server Not Found browser error page. Awesome! Roll Eyes

thanks for information now I am doing this with exchanger because I cannot wait for 3 days more  Grin

Did you notice the thread is on the Archival sub-forum, which means it's no longer valid? Wink
257  Other / Meta / Re: Can admin see what you voted on poll? on: October 20, 2013, 01:59:58 PM
In statistics of user you see that the forum remembers how many polls you participated in.

But can the admin or anyone else (hacker) see what option a certain user voted?

I would bet they can. If not on a pretty page in the admin area, at least by seeing it in the database.
The forum software only let's you vote once in each poll and it also let's you remove your vote, so it is indeed registered in the database who voted where and what.

259  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Pre Alpha] PHPCoin on: October 20, 2013, 11:33:36 AM
I thought this project to be dead due to lack of interest, but two weeks ago an user emailed me a mysqli patch to it, meanwhile I forgot my GitHUB pass to put it up there and now someone else connects this project to some deepweb market with its admin saying that I helped him. Checked my contacts made through here and still can't figure where or how.
What a mess!  Huh

lolwut? lol
I think we need more details. Especialy if you want us to help you find out where or how(what?)...
260  Economy / Reputation / Re: Smoothie's attacks the Litecoin Foundation. on: October 19, 2013, 03:51:17 PM
In what jurisdiction is the "Litecoin Foundation" registered?  Is it incorporated as a non-profit?

I suspect he's also not answering your questions...  Goat only asks, never answers.
