Não gosto daquela "Renda" que atravessa o para-brisas!! Faz-me lembrar os naperons da minha querida avozinha!

É pra limpar a mostarda dos beiços depois de comer a bifaneca, ou no caso desse holandês talvez um frikandel.

Even if you pay, there is a chance that you won't get any decryption key. After all, customer service is not exactly what these guys are up to, as most of their customers don't want to deal with them in the future again.

Word on the street is that the dudes keep their word for better or worst. You pay up on time, your files get decrypted. You pay late by 1 minute or don't pay at all and you're screwed, it just uninstalls itself and leaves you with a bunch of encrypted files.

10000 BTC pizza, anyone?
I myself have a kindle fire that costed 40 BTC(back when they were worth ~ €3 each).
We will not listen to silly journalists and we'll just keep on spending our Bitcoins and earning more to spend again.

For a reason they're called Business Insider and not Bitcoin Insider.

You should start Bitcoin-qt with the -rescan flag when you "give" it a new wallet, or else it won't see the transactions.
The fact that "your bitcoin address" shows a balance of 0 means nothing. If you sent 1 transaction the remaining funds might be in one of the change addresses.

171  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Will Mt Gox Work if I live in Portugal? on: November 10, 2013, 11:10:27 AM
Wondering if anyone knows if cashing out from MT Gox is easy if I live in portugal? I know it doesnt work for USD but for Euros? Thanks

Cashing out fiat from MtGox is not easy. Doesn't matter where you're located, you'll always wait weeks(5 or 6) for your money. But if what you meant is if you can have a verified account easily, yes you can. My gf and a couple of friends have fully verified MtGox accounts.
PS: I live in Portugal.

Yes, before he made Inputs.io , he had already been clear, crystal clear about the risk of having a wallet that private key is shared. aka shared wallet or web wallet.
Huh

he advertised it as super-secure...

Worst than that: he was "hacking" other services left and right and berating the owners for knowing squat about security and that he was so much better than them.
Right... Roll Eyes

Latest days are full of bear traps, i suspect that the bear population is dangerously decreasing now. We need a bear sanctuary!

Sanctuary? Let's just shoot the motherfuckers right between the eyes and end their misery!
177  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My Bitcoins stolen... on: November 06, 2013, 04:58:18 PM
My server is only used for streaming within my network, and downloading via torrents or usenet.
The reason I did not have any anti-virus (ect.) protection was because at the time I installed my server I could not find a free software that would allow installation on a server.

Windows Server connected to internet without anti-virus and firewall, with Remote Desktop enabled and running torrents ?

Seems hackable to me, it might be the problem

FTFY Cheesy
Recipe for disaster!

Mas é uma palavra, não pode ser considerada em "bits".

Pq?
MiliBitcoin == 0.001BTC
KiloBitcoin == 1000 BTC
MegaBitcoin == 1000000 de BTC
180  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: O bitcoin ou A bitcoin? on: November 06, 2013, 04:38:18 PM
