The sell side looks way better now, now that the rise of bitcoin price stopped. But that isn't the issue. The issue is that it seems that the liquidity bots did hold out orders of the market for some time. Understandable to protect the providers but for the coin it is not good. I mean look at me. I used nubits all the time to have a stable value. Though when i wanted to go out i couldn't, which effectively would have meant a lower price than $1 for me.

So i did not read alternatives. Can someone give one?

Here a screenshot from the poloniex orderbook. You see the sell side is filled pretty fine though the buy side is practically emptied out. Too few offers and the spread from the actual price is 2 to 3%.

I saw that the last time when the bitcoin price was rising but now, when it is practically rallying i see i much more. The buy side of nubits, at least on poloniex, is practically emptied out. There are a lot of nubits on the sell side but not on the buy side.

Even though i can understand that, it means that A) users sold their nubits to take part in the rally of bitcoins and B) it might be done to protect liquidity providers. So the liquidity bots don't create orders. I observed the buy side and i saw that the 300 and the 600 order was taken out and recreated at the same time. So it is pretty safe to say that these are the orders created by the liquidity bot. And they are far away from the actual price.

Though that is not how it should look like for a currency that should be stably connected to the USD. I mean that effectively means that your nubits are not worth the USD when you can't sell them for a price matching 1 USD.

How are the alternatives at the moment? Which alternatives exist and how safe are they? Something where you can go in and out at every time and where you can hold your coins safely in your own wallet instead having to trust an exchange. Of course the coin would need to be stable too, trustworthy that their value holds.

I received the info that now all investors received their coins. Please check the wallet and everything connected with the ICO properly. I will release the bitcoins to the issuer on end of 17th, start of 18th october. At that point the safety iam, as the escrow, can deliver, will end.

I ran the credits wallet as a portable software from the start. The link to start looks like this:

L:\***\CryptoCoins\Credits\credits-qt.exe -datadir="L:\***\CryptoCoins\Credits\AppData"

So there should be no problem to use the bitcoin wallet of your mainwallet. Though you need to check the commands in console first. Might be that the correct flags are -credits_datadir and -bitcoin_datadir now.

That means with this version i can simply overwrite the old files with the new ones after i made the backups you mentioned? It will not find a corrupted blockchain afterwards? I think i already had to recover the blockchain from the torrent file around 3 or 4 times. Would like to avoid that in the future.

I guess you need to decide on a direction, set your stop loss and do something different for some minutes. Otherwise you risk getting emotional and stop the position too fast.

I slowly recover and i hope it is because i slowly get a little bit "house edge".

I think i would like to see a trailing stop loss too.

Today i took the time to trade a bit on 1broker. I used tradingview for charting, read in the forex chats and traded eurusd.

I used 0.1 bitcoin only, yes, something i learned the hard way, and wanted to see how i will perform.

I know about resistance/support, candle patterns and so on.

First thing i found is that it is a bit annoying that there is no button to click in order to invest all the bitcoins you have.

Then, the leverage level is sat back everytime i set up a trade.

Besides that, i like the fast updates and the intuitive interface. It looks like you can do what you want there. Not like with other exchanges that have problems with orders. For example at okcoin.com, where you set up a stop loss and a limit order. But you only find out that the stop loss is not getting triggered because the limit order exists and overrides the other order.

Well... trading did not run so well. I had some good trades but i went from 0.1 to 0.580, then to 0.76 again, now back at 0.58 Bitcoin.

I think one of the things working against you is the spread. Market orders mean 11 pips, or so, loss instantly. Something you have to earn back with every trade. A workaround might be to use limit orders but there is the difficulty that the prices on 1broker doesn't match the eurusd-market-prices on tradingview.com. So it's hard to use that.

Well, i hope i get the hang of it. At least i did not lost much money.

Congrats to the successfull ICO. The ICO address contains 1.2 Bitcoins now.

I negotiated a three days safety timeframe after the coins were spread to the investors. That is to ensure everything works fine and that errors can be catched.

If you see a problem that could hurt the validity of the coin then let me know about it. When i released the bitcoins in three days i would be powerless if problems arise after that.

Gibt es einen Scam unter dem Stichwort? Worum geht es dabei? Fremder Leute Persoselfie nehmen? Bzw Leute dazu zu bringen sowas an einen zu schicken? Hm... ich könnte mir vorstellen dass das gar nicht so schwierig ist. Wenn man verifizieren will dass jemand echt ist dann könnte die Frage berechtigt sein. Aber dann kann derjenige sich auch verifizieren.

DarkCypher hat bisher noch keine Zeichen von Scam gezeigt. Ich werde die Coins auch 3 Tage nach dem Ende des ICO behalten um zu schauen ob es Probleme gibt. Bei Punishercoin hab ich 10 Stunden vor meinem geplanten Freigeben der Coins noch mal im Thread gefragt ob jemand ein Problem sieht. Und dann kam heraus dass statt 40 Blocks 44,4 Mio coins gepremined waren. Der Issuer hat dann eine Fake Transaktion gezeigt mit der er zeigen wollte dass er die nicht verkauften Coins verbrannt hat.

Also momentan nur 50%-50%. Was an sich ja schon schlimm genug ist.

Ich bin ganz froh dass ich 2 Scams verhindern konnte. Deswegen mach ich das. Bedeutet zwar nicht wenig Arbeit hinterher aber ich würde trotzdem wieder Angebote annehmen für Coins bei denen ich denke die klingen nicht wertig. Lieber halte ich die Coins anstatt dass die irgendwo rumfliegen.

Hatten die keinen Escrow?

Ich habe erst vor Kurzem angefangen auch bei ICO's den Escrow zu machen. Erst Stepscoin, die sind solide nach allem was ich sehe. Dann Bitrush, Punishercoin und Darkcypher. Bei Bitrush und Punishercoin zeigte sich dass sie scams waren. Und es ging für die meisten Investoren glimpflich aus. Nur bei bitrush gingen ein paar coins verloren weil der scammer die escrowadresse einen tag lang mit seiner ausgetauscht hat und ein paar investoren nicht nach dem Original Escrow post geschaut haben.

Ich denke auch ein selbstmoderierter Thread ist ein schlechtes Zeichen (das haben sie jetzt allerdings nicht getan).
Normal würde ich sagen dass Escrows nicht viel Sinn machen bei einem ICO, da man die Coins eh abgeben muss. Allerdings habe ich meine Meinung geändert nachdem 50% sich als glasklare Scams erwiesen haben.

Du hast hoffentlich Backups der wallet.dat's gemacht. Nicht dass aus irgendeinem Fehler heraus neue erstellt wurden.

Hm... they have around 10% of the outputs as fee. And the fee is not the normal minimum fee. So i probably read it wrong that the inputs on these addresses were too low to pay the huge transactions needed to take the coins out again. Or maybe these inputs came from different spam attacks where they were higher? I only remember a lot of talk about that it would not be possible to withdraw them without having to pay too much.

Das geht ganz sicher schief. Siehe die Schweiz mit ihrem Einwanderungsverbot für Deutsche.

Aber ganz ehrlich, ich hätte in Deutschland lieber das Demokratielevel dass die Schweiz hat. Dann darf man als Gesellschaft auch mal Fehler machen. Denn mit Sicherheit wird in ein paar Jahren den Schweizern erklärt was ihre Entscheidung für Folgen hatte. Wäre gut möglich dass viele dann umdenken.

Das dumme ist... solche Fragen müssen oft her halten wenn es darum geht warum wir in Deutschland keine Demokratie brauchen. Das was wir haben ist eigentlich ein Witz. Demo-Kratie heisst Herrschaft des Volkes. Was wir haben ist eher eine homöopatische Demokratie. Die ist so weit verdünnt dass sie praktisch nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Oder wie soll man es nennen wenn man einmal alle 4 Jahre eine einzige Entscheidung fällen darf und den Rest der Zeit delegiert man, gezwungenermaßen, seine Entscheidungsmacht an andere.

Na die Streifen werden da sicher häufiger sein. Nur war die Statistik über Überfälle, Diebstähle und sexuelle Übergriffe. Das ist nicht wirklich etwas das man mal eben auf Streife so sieht.

Und klar, Statistiken... nur denke ich die Polizei ist da eine Einrichtung der man noch eher trauen kann. Wenn es eine Firma wäre die monetäre Interessen dahinter stehen hat wäre ich natürlich auch sehr skeptisch.
