2441  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: January 05, 2017, 03:26:58 PM
If at all if i am gambling i would do it to make some profits and it is not a fun game at all.I do have a lot of other activities to do in the real world if its for fun rather than wagging my money over it.

My recommendation would be, if you are gambling for profit. It is much better if you are going enjoy every bet's that you make. Because that's the essence of gambling to have fun and if you win that's a good thing for you. But if you lose, then just think about that in return of your lose, think it as a payment for the entertainment that you got from casino.
If you already make up profit for good why continue and enjoy every bet you made? Why not to be contented and then withdraw i know you people are making fun if you loose money either you not win in every game. It's hard to those people who play more greedy they can't return what they've lost already.
It is the nature of the human that they want more and more and eventually they do not get satisfaction until something happened wrong to them, and then they will lament for what they have done in greed.

Playing gambling for profits will always end up in regret for sure.
2442  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How was your luck in 2016.? on: January 05, 2017, 03:01:39 PM
during my gambling activities in 2016 i was never counted how much lost or how much profit did i get however if i may to calculate that my luck in 2016 is more better rather than in 2015 because on that year i have experience big winning several times
I also never feel the need to count that what is my winning and losing graph, because I always play gambling with a limit and never try to cross that limit, I will also like to say that I will continue gambling even in 2017 with the same plans because I do not want to play gambling fur such amount that will make me mad if I face loses.
2443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you care about bonuses on btc casino ? on: January 05, 2017, 12:52:36 PM
No I don't care about them anymore because I see them more of a gimmick to lure you into their casino. But you have to realize that you will be spending alot more than you can actually get back from these bonuses and promotions that they flash at you to get you to sign up and these promotions that they have you take part of. You don't get them unless you spend 10x more to just get them in the first place. Roll Eyes
Usually I also do not care about the the bonus on btc casino because most of the casino give bonus and then recover it back through house edge. I think before joining a casino for availing bonuses, we need to investigate about the gambling site's policies only if we find satisfactory terms then we start playing with them.
2444  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your best luck and worst luck gambling experience? on: January 05, 2017, 11:19:43 AM
I think there is always a mixed situation in gambling some time I remain lucky and make some money while other time I lost a lot but still I remain moderated in both losing and wining. I think there is never a worst situation in gambling for me at the same time I am not rich with gambling yet.
2445  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamling with a high risk and high rewards or low risk and low rewards? on: January 05, 2017, 11:07:26 AM
I prefer low risk low reward type bets because for high reward high risk bet types if you be very lucky to win or you will loss your bet but with low risk winning probabilities are better even if winning is small but its winning
But I will always like low risk and low reward, the reason is very simple as I do not have enough money so I cannot afford high risk to invest big amount of money in gambling.
I like to play gambling for a long time for that reason also I will like to play with low bet amounts.
2446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: January 04, 2017, 08:21:22 PM
I store my Bitcoin at an online wallet and that is also many used because you see that many people is storing their Bitcoin at an online wallet because it is easy to save it there.
Some people are even storing their Bitcoin at their own computer but that can be risky because you can be also hacked or something.

I use online storage to keep my Bitcoins too. It's risk, I know, but the service is easy and accessible for anyone. I don't have capacity to download a good desktop wallet, so I don't have much to do...

But people using their computers to storage their Bitcoins are safer than we using onliny storage methods. If the computer is offline, without internet, hackers can't steal it, the only issue can be if the computer stop working, broken.
Mate the hackers can attack the computer without internet too via a malware or they can even use ransomwares to hack you. I think better are online wallets only if they provide private key like blockchain provides. And if security is a major issue setup 2FA in your wallets.
2447  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: January 03, 2017, 09:45:41 PM
Why not we believe this , Since in the bitcoin wallet there is no chance of loss your bitcoin and Second thing no wether in what amount is looking to make investment in bitcoin . But here the main matter is that in which thing in bitcoin world you want to invest your money .
Because every field in bitcoin is profitable but we need to take our steps carefully .
besides profitable, potential of bitcoin continue to develop very large, especially the growth of bitcoin users, including quite high. This of course will make the future of bitcoin becomes brighter, and that's the reason why I believe in bitcoin
Yes bitcoin is a trusted currency, you can trust on bitcoin without any doubt and fear, and you can only make money in bitcoin if you have fully trust on bitcoin. I am using bitcoin for last couple of years but still did not see any scam in bitcoin. therefore to me bitcoin is really trusted and reliable currency.
2448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you regret spending money on this year? on: January 03, 2017, 09:24:04 PM
Considering you could have used the money to buy bitcoins and essentially double your money instead, what purchases did you make this year that you are now regretting?

If you knew what you know now, would you have been more frugal with your money?

I blew $2000+ on a vacation earlier this year. I could have easily postponed it by a year and bought bitcoins with it.
This probably would have been enough for 3-4 vacations.
Yeah and then you could have enjoyed a lot more with the same amount since the bitcoins grew quite significantly recently. Though I won't blame you hehe because come on spending bitcoins on vacations is like a dream come true. Spending our earnings on vacations sounds great to me.
2449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: January 03, 2017, 09:08:59 PM
Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. Is that why the btc made for ? I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. Is not it a misuse of a currency ? Block chain tech is a awesome tech and btc is getting popular. I hate these misuses of precious btc. It hurts me. This will lead into unhealthy society along with unhealthy future generation.
Some people just prefer bitcoin over fiat simply because it is way easier to get bitcoin and to earn it the real money, from my own experience I have tried to earn some cash from the internet but with no luck.

Until I found out about bitcoin, it is true that I cannot live without fiat because it is what the world is used to , but using bitcoin is a much profitable than using my local fiat.

I think there is demand for both fiat as well as bitcoin. But when it comes to making an investment for the future, people will prefer bitcoin over fiat.
I had the same problem of making cash through internet and it was solved when I came to know about bitcoin.
Fiat is something that would never end, no matter what people says and do but fiat is a endless thing.
Bitcoins since have been growing since a long time and there are no issues of charge backs like in paypal some scammers scam innocent people.
2450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: January 03, 2017, 08:03:31 PM
I consider trading as a professional activity. It requires analysis, research and others knowledges. Gambling you just require luck. But yes, maybe there is a thin line between then. It depends on how you do trading.
yes that is a face, trading is really a professional activity while gambling can not be consider as professional activity, because gambling is banned in so many countries and is consider as illegal activity in so many religions.
In fact I never heard from some that his profession is gambling, gambling is a short cut activity for making money but the risk factor is always there, because it totally depending on your luck and your experience and your skill cannot help you too much in gambling for considering as a profession by giving consistent income generating opportunities.
2451  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: January 02, 2017, 06:32:31 PM
Investing and gambling is a matter of decision making so this things will always rely on you. How much to lose or to gain is depending on your bets , same with when or where will the betting be. High or low risk it doesn't matter. The risk is always there.
yes no doubt about that that there is always involve risk in gambling but it depend on your bet if you put high bet then there is high risk but the winning amount will also be much more as compare to low bet.
I think there are so many other factors also involved to this concern, like it depends on your way of gambling you play, your experience also matter there, your skill and your luck also responsible for that. So, I think not only gambling but trading and investment can also be consider as high risk investment .
2452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do any people gamble under the age of 18? on: January 02, 2017, 06:21:53 PM
i do not know about it , i think may be there is ..
because users bitcoin there is under the age 18 too  Smiley
As it is my personal experience that I have seen so many people who are under the age of  18 and still continue gambling in casino, so it is for sure that they must be losing money,  according to my analysis I think the majority of the boys who are under the age of 18 use to play gambling online because it is difficult to trace them there so easily.
2453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling vs Real Gambling on: January 02, 2017, 05:57:43 PM
any government, any organization will struggling to ban online casino

Not every government will bann online gambling. Take a look at UK, they are the home of tons of sportsbook site and the government take a huge tax from all these gambling sites so with this extra income from gambling sites, it is almost impossible for them to shut the operation of those sportsbook
I think like that, if any country that banned gambling this is because there is no country-specific rules and feel yet think that gambling industry could provide revenue for the State, in particular direct taxes and taxes from the gambler.

No government can ban online gambling. They have to have control over every computer and internet connection in their jurisdiction to prevent their citizens to gamble online. They cannot tax it either as most gambling sites would not even declare they are operating a gambling site. Also, their bettors would not declare their online gambling activities. Let's face it, no one likes paying taxes.

They could because they own ISP in your country and all they need to do is to ask the ISP to block all the services to a specified target sites and you wont be able to open it up unless you move up from your country. The taxes actually applied to LEGAL sites not those illegal sites that we have seen many around
But, if they block your ISP then you can play it using a Net Café. As they have double or thriple ISP and they cannot block it because they may know about that that ISP belong to an internet café. But still I will like to add that most of the time it is not possible to hack your ISP so easily as it is difficult to trace your while playing gambling online.
2454  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: January 02, 2017, 05:25:36 PM
Because for many governments, Bitcoin is considered a threat to the local currency, and therefore, to the centralized model of power that the state imposes on people. The truth is that the more you fight against this kind of technology, the more people are interested in understanding what's behind it.
Yeah bitcoin has a huge potential for the use of all people in the world, certainly when the government adopted a bitcoin, certainly everyone in the country will more often use the bitcoin that easier
and of course it would threaten their currency
Yeah, bitcoin has the potential to become the best alternative for fiat, and if it becomes something that all the people use it will take down other currencies, some governments don’t actually support because they are afraid that their currencies will go down if they do, others just accept the fact that they can’t stop people from using it so they embrace it and start using it.
2455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We need an incentive to make first world population use Bitcoin on: January 02, 2017, 04:14:41 PM
An incentive? Let's think first about who will provide it. Who will pay for it? Who will organize it? The BTC foundation? Coinbase? Your family? All the users of this forum?

Exactly. So many threads about the same thing. Until somebody spends some casn nothing is going to ahppen.
You are both right that nobody in their right mind will spend his personal cash to advertise Bitcoin in a big manner. But we can all still do something. Start using it, not just holding. If you run a business then give a small discount for people paying in Bitcoin. If you run a Bitcoin company then you could do some advertisement for your business and this would also be a litte advertisement for Bitcoin.
The companies that actually use bitcoin are small companies, if we want for bitcoin to become something that everyone uses and become the best alternative for fiat we need big companies to step up and start using it, like eBay or Amazon to make it as a payment method so that it becomes more popular.
2456  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: LONG TERM BITCOIN BUYERS on: December 29, 2016, 09:04:09 PM
It will depend a lot of the Bitcoin price. If I bought for $500, when it hits $800 and I know the price won't be stable, I sell all, wait the price down again and buy more one time. If I know the price will be stable, I just hold for the next "flash" pump. This way it's possible to make a good profit, the currency volatility allows we to do it, it's amazing.
Yeah holding bitcoin is always depend on the price or market movement.
Even though a short term of holder can gives you a lot of profit. Example, this year we can see that the price in the first quarter of the year is pretty lower than now but now you can see that the price is almost double or nearly tripled so it is not always depend on how long your will hold but depends on how the market moves.
It is one way to say it , but the market depend on the people who hold the bitcoin , it depends on the demand and how well there are suppliers there are , if people sell there will be less demand which means price goes down , if people hold more demand on it and the higher the price is, it is all connected.
2457  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you plan to sell? on: December 29, 2016, 09:00:22 PM
I plan to sell when the price of bitcoin is around 10,000 dollars. But that may seem really far fetched but I think it might happen but not in the near future. Bitcoins doesn't have enough supply to supplement the demand for bitcoins of the whole world. Maybe we will all be millionaires when this happens but it would be really far away. Or... the price would really plummet and never come back up and we all lose interest in bitcoins. Who knows...
Ii is with no doubt that we all want to sell bitcoin at a price of 10000 $ but that is not achievable in the near future, and it is true that the bitcoin is limited but who knows maybe in the future a new technology will allow us to have more bitcoin and then what ?  the price of the bitcoin will fall and it will be a waste so we should not be greedy.
2458  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which is the best mixing site ? on: December 29, 2016, 08:52:21 PM
Suddenly there are many bitcoin mixing services (or at least many of them running campaign here). Still I like to recommend cryptomixer, bitmixer and bit blender. Cryptomixer and bitmiser are establishing themselves as so reputed after year long their promotions here. As of now bit blender also seems more promising.
2459  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Could someone explain this to me? on: December 29, 2016, 08:47:56 PM
Thanks for explaining .I never knew all this :/ I just withdrew all my venmo funds and I'm closing it after it hits my bank . Thanks again
Closing your account alone will not shut your problems completely because even after closing your account also they reserve rights to send you legal notice and to recover the funds in the case of a dispute.
Better gather more information about the sender of those funds and enforce him to escrow something for the period of 180 days till becomes unable to cancel or file a dispute.
2460  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin in 2017 on: December 29, 2016, 08:38:19 PM
I think that in 2017 we will see a rise of the bitcoin in the market, first the price of the bitcoin might go up to 1500$ by the end of the first quarter, and that will bring many new users to the bitcoin and also a lot of investments with it, so it is no surprise if most of the big names like Amazon or eBay starts using it as a payment method, and we might see banks starting to adopt it.
