1561  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: October 17, 2017, 05:16:25 PM
Experience can sometimes be useful in games like poker or sports betting, but still a high probability of success depends on luck, not on years of experience.

Totally disagree with you !!
In fact, nobody can deny the effect of luck in gambling but I also think that experience also has an influence comparable to that of luck. Otherwise, in my opinion generally every gain comes from 40% of the luck and 60% of the experience.

Experience is going to help us to determine to continue or not. Sometimes we wont really know that we are already in a pinch unless we are experienced about it. If we are experienced then we will know that it is time for us to stop. When it is time to stop then we stop immediately however if we are lexx experienced then we might not want to stop
I believe no one needs experience to know when to stop or not as that requires just common sense. I have seen so many people playing for years and they have never learnt that lesson in those years. So, if that has to do with experience, how come they haven't. That has to do with being able to control your impulse and if you cannot do that from the onset, there is no way you can get it no matter how long you have gambled.
1562  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loses and wins on: October 17, 2017, 04:30:37 PM
I already forgot my loses and winnings but I am sure that I am more on lose that win..oh well that's gambling! I learned my lessons and I stayed away in gambling for awhile now.
With the exception of those who win the jackpot, most of the gamblers are mostly on the negative side when their gambling history is completely audited. just like yourself, I only gamble when i have at least an 80% chance of winning.
That is just the truth. However, we overlook this a lot and always utilize the little we have profited forgetting how much we have lost.

If you ask me, there is no way I have seen that gambling can give you at least 80% chances of winning and if that had been happening, so many of the gambling sites today would have gone down, even poker that seems a bit of luck and little calculations still balls down to huge luck. So, it is more like 50:50. Sometimes I even feel the winning chances are lesser.
1563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite type of gambling? on: October 17, 2017, 01:06:53 PM
My favorite type of gambling now is just keeping coins at my wallet. I believe that btc will go up even more than what it has now. And keeping btc itself is already a gamble.
I like your honestly mate!
More importantly, that is just the truth and the funny thing is that not everyone is cut out to go through all those high risk thing when you know the chances of you losing your coins is kinda high.
At least with your coins in your wallet, you can just capitalize on the value increasing over time than trying to gamble the little you are looking forward to.
1564  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how improve trading on: October 17, 2017, 07:28:27 AM
There are many things that person needs to know before he or she starts trading Bitcoin or altcoin. First you need to learn what make price go up and down. Second, you need to follow worlds happening, because that will have impact on price also. When trading Bitcoin for some altcoin I would always check price of that altcoin and how often does it fluctuate. According to that you will know how much that coin is worth, and is that a good thing for you. Always look for your needs in first place.
Honestly, there is so much to trading that meets the eye until you get in. It is very easy to imagine trading by buying on lows and selling on highs until you get to that point and then realizing after a while that the decisions can be crazy.

Other than that, there are always some good times for traders and bad times as well, but removing all sorts of emotion and knowing when it is the right time to get out irrespective is very important and all these comes from learning and experience.
1565  Economy / Economics / Re: Appreciation of bitcoin on: October 16, 2017, 08:24:28 AM
I am among the many people who ride bitcoin, and I have invested in savings in the future.
The future is bright my brother and anyone who can see that now will most definitely thank their creator for making them utilize the chances they have had at this moment. Now is good but it is obvious the future is better and one day, we will all be in the ride looking back at this day, telling ourselves, it has been a beautiful ride all along.

Appreciations of bitcoin will definitely continue as the spread of bitcoin awareness is keeping echo into all parts of world. I am too one of the bitcoiner who believes bitcoin will hit millions dollar level too.
1566  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: October 16, 2017, 05:59:28 AM
A lot of people will be using this coin but I would not say almost everyone, there are still people who are doubtful about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and banks and companies will do everything they can to hold it down.
If you are still worried about people's doubt, it will be a thing of the past very soon when people will no longer be doubtful but only angry that it is too expensive when they end up finding out the price some people even got 1 BTC at today's price. Gradually, the currency is being recognized in most places, I even read recently where Pacific Nation of Vanuatu is accepting bitcoin for citizenship and it is going to keep getting better.
1567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Wish I never bought altcoins on: October 14, 2017, 07:38:21 PM
Would have been much better off just leaving everything in bitcoin. Altcoins suck.
I really know that feelings Grin and it sucks truly but it is just how the market is. They are taking the plunge as the boss is climbing up the ladder, they just had to take a bow.
Do not worry the boss will soon go to bed to relax soon once tired and the market will be back to normal and then we will start seeing some of the little kids jumping around again, pumping up .... I hope you understand perfectly all I just said. Grin
1568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum in 5 years on: October 14, 2017, 06:45:50 PM
Ether is starting to have a lot of competition they'll have to figure something out if they want to stay on top.
They are really sure having a lot of them coming up lately. Although, the first movers advantage will still always be there for Ethereum when it comes to smart contract. However, if everything works well for them with the upcoming upgrade, it might still be very hard for other altcoins to catch up with them. the next 5 years though will be a good one for ETH if everything goes well.
1569  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how improve trading on: October 14, 2017, 12:00:45 PM
Well, trading of altcoin is almost the same as gambling because if someone don't have the require skill and don't know the right to loop some crest in the trading chart such person will loose his/her money just like that. So, it best to always put into consideration the past history of coin, volume and number of exchange where you can find the altcoin before making a trade.
You are very right with putting the past history of coins into consideration. However, sometimes, you just have to be smart to make quick good decisions as even the ones with good history might still mess your activity up. Also, trading is something you can minimize the risk of losing once you are good at the profession compared to gambling. With gambling, you are just at the mercy of the house edge.
1570  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Im looking for a trading bot on: October 14, 2017, 11:09:01 AM
Hello,im looking for a trading bot, i want to make 1-2% daily
There are so many of them out there. While some are easy to set up, you might need some little help online setting up some. Trading bots are good for sure but it depends on how you yourself set the strategies for them to trade with. While some are fully automated and can get you going quickly without much stress, they still come with some little risks too.

Here is a link that can give you some information on some bots for autotrading.

I hope it helps you.
1571  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to start trading with a very small amount on: October 13, 2017, 07:39:47 PM
trading is not easy as you will loose money before you will eventually gain some cash, but it all lies in your decision making skills, nothing more
I think thats normal for a newbie to make mistakes and every mistakes you will learn something so the next time you trade, you are aware of how it goes. before i started to trade i study the dos and donts, with a small capital i bought a coins that has potential and listen to my friend who teach me how to trade.
Unless you are a genius, extremely talented or a lucky person we are all going to make mistakes when we trade, the issue is what we do once we make those mistakes, many people never learn from them and that is why you always see them making the same mistakes over and over again, but if you learn from them you can progress to the point you become a successful trader.
Even pro make mistakes or rather make the wrong predictions and even if it seemed right at first, so many factors can make the whole game to change. It is necessary to always learn and not rush into trading hoping there will be some luck standing by ready to dish you some good profit every time as a newbie. It takes some  learning, some experience and some dedication.
1572  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I expect BTC dump before another fork? on: October 12, 2017, 08:10:55 PM
Should I expect dump before another fork and put my money from crypto to USDT or shall I put everything to BTC ?
I am pretty sure the market itself has answered your question already looking at how things have ended up turning out and I hope you made the right decision. It is much expected anyway looking at what happened in the previous fork and how so many people have learnt from it.

With respect to bitcoin prices, the pumps and dumps are happening but in long run only pumps are conquering at the end. Hence we cannot exepect any long sustaining dumps in near future.
1573  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Going Above 6k Soon!!!!! on: October 12, 2017, 07:36:22 PM
Yeah at lease you are saying about soon and when? is there the actual date about that? It seems the bitcoin is very difficult to pass the resistance on $5k. the bitcoin needs more people to buy it and make the price will be very high.
There are no actual date mate. But soon it will happen cause as we see bitcoin now is increasing beacuse of some good reason that happening now in the market. Maybe there's a lot of buyers now beacuse of this scenario bitcoin increasing to the predicted value. Maybe in the first week of November bitcoin will reah $5000 or $6000 its to early right. But ithink this scenario is just a beginning. In my prediction if bitcoin continue to rise until year end ithink bitcoin will reach up to $10000.
It has been a while that resistance has been hard to break even before the recent mid September FUD. No one still knows how that would play out yet before the first fork, but I believe once it breaks that $5500, then coming back down may be a bit hard. Most of the movement we are seeing now is as a result of the altcoin dump and most of the new huge investors may still want to know how the November event will turn out first, but however it is, anything is possible.

1575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Altcoin to invest for 2018 ? on: October 12, 2017, 05:35:46 PM

Thanks in advance

Im gonna go for ATS/Authorship Token, because its unique and creative at the same. I think it gonna boom in 2018.
This coin is not going to boom at all. What made you give this statement ?
I don’t think so people have even heard name of this coin. I will suggest you too stop wasting time on this coin and go for bitcoin, the legend of the crypto world. Altcoins are never ever going to produce the results that bitcoin can do but is still you like altcoins, go for waves then.
1576  Economy / Economics / Re: Money above all things, Yes or no ? on: October 12, 2017, 03:36:35 PM
I can see that people nowadays are busy searching on money and everything depends on money. People nowadays never go to church just because they would rather earn money rather than praise God. Others do not pay respect to elders  because they earn money for them or richer than them. Well for you, is money above all things ?

Yes it’s true that nowadays all people at any age are now searching money and depending on money because there is no “free” in this world. We all have to buy what we need in order to live. So if we can’t buy it, we can’t also live.
But it is not true that they are not going to church. Yes there are that kind of people but when you said “people” you are talking about “all people”, just say “some people” because I work and seek for money but I still go to church. You said “PEOPLE nowadays never go to church”, you’re one of those “people”. Do you also not go to church?
Other do not give respect to elders because they already have money. But money is not above all things. We cannot buy happiness with the use of money. Money can make us what we are not and because of that we have no respect to others and in the long run we end up alone.
Yep, the distances from our religions are playing key role in making us crave for unlimited money. The beauty of this temporary world is attracting us to be part of it on the expenses of money.
It is shown to us that money is the key to success in this world and without money you cannot attain fame, a big name and success. But those who are sensible they don’t place money above everything in their priority list.
1577  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoins - skyrocketing demands in Asia on: October 12, 2017, 02:59:11 PM
bitcoins - skyrocketing demands in Asia, it is true........So, what are the reasons behind this?

The last time I checked, Asia is a continent, and China was having issues with the use of bitcoin. Maybe some countries in Asia are now accepting bitcoin, but China government has not given a full usage of bitcoin yet which is giving a tough time for miners in the country.
China is indeed a part of Asia and it had recently blocked bitcoin but the good thing for crypto market is that bitcoin defeated China and it survived the hurdles created by the sleeping giant for bitcoin. Bitcoin has proved that this currency is decentralized and no country can get control over bitcoin. Yep, many countries have started utilizing the amazing features of bitcoin such as Pakistan, India etc.
1578  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best way to invest/grow your Bitcoins? on: October 12, 2017, 12:39:23 PM
There is no other faster way to grow bitcoin than trading, now I'm investing big for Centra Card, now the price is still cheap because many investors sell CTR, I'm sure 3 more months will be the same as Monaco card whose price currently reaches more than 160k satoshi.
Trading have always been a very swift way to make more in a very short while for those who can go down that road and have all the skills it takes to trade effectively. It is not a shortcut to making it big in the crypto world, and just like forex trading, it takes some knowledge, skills and attribute to be able to thrive in that profession but it is worth it.

However, for ICO, it takes huge commitment to doing research so as not to fall in the hands of scammers who will zap away with investor's funds. I have heard so much about centra though and knowing they already have a product speaks some volume.
1579  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: October 12, 2017, 11:31:51 AM
there must be a responsible state or memorandum of understanding from various countries to declare EURO as the currency of europe. The connection with bitcoin is the same, but the problem is that bitcoin applies to broader domains on a world scale making it impossible to agree fully because of factors of interest. There must be at least a clear regulation of every country involved in the deal.
It is easy for European countries to adopt Euro. But having one official global currency ? it is not possible. And the worst part cannot be controlled by any government or country ?
It cannot work. Highest that will happen is having it as a currency that every nation can decide to adopt and legalize as a secondary currency just like any other currency in the country.
1580  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Amount of BTC for trading on: October 12, 2017, 09:10:57 AM
Hey there!
I would like to ask you what you concider a good amount of bitcoins for daily short term speculations. How do you think what is the good number for beginers / advanced / experienced traders? Or maybe it if better not to short and just buy some of any good alts and wai for a pump (like some days or weeks)?

i think  its best to start with small amount if you are just a beginner in trading...
then just add a little more if you think your beginning to trust your trade so you can avoid big lost
Experience is always needed no matter how much you have learnt as this will help you build confidence and this is why trading with a little amount for a start before going in big like you have said is a very brilliant idea. It is not wise to start with a huge capital anyway, thinking you have all it takes already, that is just like playing with the tip of a fire.
