1441  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin pricing on: November 17, 2017, 01:21:25 PM
Why the price of bitcoin is changing quite fast....Why so?
Well, there are so many factors right now making bitcoin to grow pretty fast and most of it has been the previous and upcoming hard forks. However, there are so many upcoming developments which is also bringing in new investors which I believe is also one of the reasons why we are having some high spikes in the bitcoin price and volume as well right now.
1442  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best way to quit gambling and start trading?? on: November 16, 2017, 08:23:54 AM
It is likely be better starting trading and leaving as trader. But remember, trading is not easy. we need an analysis how to be trader (Good choose coins + have a big change to change the world.)
Absolutly right! For people who think that trading is an easy domain to earn money, This is wrong, It's right that is not too risky like gambling, but if you want to increase your chance to make profit in trading, you should learn and gain some knowledge about atlcoins, then you can predict well, and you will earn a lot of money.

Trading isn't an easy domain to venture especially after frustrations in gambling and so i will advice against quitting gambling to start trading but rather you can quit gambling and start something else that wouldn't be able to drain your pocket like gambling.
You can learn how to play safe in trading and do it well, but you cannot do that in gambling. With gambling, it is either a win or a loss and you cannot control the effect or really predict any move unless you have a limit for your loss.

In trading, if you can learn, you can make right and good predictions and even when they are wrong, you know the decisions to make quickly. Only in trading can you make a lot than losing a lot compared to gambling which is totally based on your luck.
1443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think you are a gambling expert? on: November 15, 2017, 06:26:08 PM
I am 100% sure that I am not a gambling expert and I think no on is expert in gambling that to the extent they will not lose. You maybe an experience gambler but that is not an assurance that you will win everytime you will gamble.
Absolutely. Anyone who self-proclaims to be an expert in gambling is either deceiving himself or trying to make himself feel cool since luck has always been smiling on him.

Like you have said, nothing like being an expert in gambling and the only thing that makes one even experienced is the fact of being able to see all and all and knowing that there is a limit to everything and most especially in gambling which then helps one to always control those gambling impulse that may end up making you lose a lot.
1444  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What happend with BTC? BTC is going down under 7000 USD. on: November 15, 2017, 05:47:58 PM
You bought near the top and that is always a bad idea, I’m not trying to bash you or anything but you do not seem to know a lot about trading

That guy didn't do wrong, he bought BTC when it just had dropped (from a short spike, but still) 500eur.

Meanwhile a lot of people started buying, at the top, an already overpriced BCH. And these won. Call it balls or luck, but that goes against your "buy low sell high".

I hope the BCH isn't gonna kill the BTC. It's already going down right now, maybe that will push the BTC back up. Surely it made some people very rich.
Most people always make one funny silly mistake when a market is being pumped; they always end up trying their luck and then ending up as FOMOs. They are usually always the ones at the losing end anyway.

For those who could not get in at the early stage of the uprising, they could have just stayed out. Some bought the speculation thinking BCH is about gaining ground, now they have fallen for the manipulation. That is just what BCH will always keep being.
1445  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My first day of trading on: November 15, 2017, 01:44:27 PM
The first time i traded it ended up horribly wrong,i could have settled with 15% profit but i got greedy and lost almost 150 usd.At that time 150 was a very significant amount for me.
The more you trade and increase your experience and get exposede to all the different methods the better it is.
Btw keep it up.
Usually, most people always have those first crazy moments when it comes to trading. Trading is not an easy job to do and most times even if you have learned, there is still some practical stuff and little mistakes you will need to make to learn more. The initial learning is like a foundation or a base to knowing what to do in trading, but in making decisions without getting emotional, you will have to learn all that on your own.
1446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is exchange? on: November 15, 2017, 12:54:02 PM
Hi,

Every exchange adding a new btc, eth, token address on the exchange website.
I think they need some private key to set the transaction on this websites.

So is this private key stored in a normal database?
And is this safe?
If you want to trade on an exchange, use only the coins you can afford to lose on the exchange in the event of any hacking or scamming. This is because, most exchanges are centralized and you do not have access to your private keys, which makes you not to have full control over your funds. If anything happens to the exchange, then your funds are gone, as simple as that. Probably exchanging with your friends/colleagues/neighbors could be a quick solution here for avoiding exchanges.
1447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Can i trust EtherDelta with my Private Keys ? on: November 15, 2017, 10:44:15 AM
i am using etherdelta for almost three month now i cannot see any harm in it they fix the transaction speed and the site became more user friendly  so don't worry
The adjustment into making the site more user friendly is really a good thing.
A lot of people have complained about this and most especially the lagging. It is good to know they are listening to their users and I will give them a plus for that.

Etherdelta has been the favorite of most people when it comes to ERC20 exchange and they have never flopped at least so far with those who have been using them since there has never been a negative experience.
1448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Really stupid ICOs. The ones that make you say: what the fork on: November 15, 2017, 09:04:32 AM
Someone just posted a link to an ICO whose 'tech' section was this (whitepaper released post airdrop):

logarithm -
"Hello, we are working on long-lasting mathematics and blockchain systems.
In the near future we will bring a new virtual power with the combination of mathematics, logarithm and blockchain.
We invite you to this gentle with TOKEN which we distribute for free now."
There are just some whacked ICOs that on the spot, you will know this is not going anywhere. I really do wonder how they come up with those sort of crazy unrealistic ideas that obviously would not even fly and then you still see investors contributing largely to these guys and that is even what perturbs me the most. I cannot even say the number of such ICOs that I have seen but I guess everyone now wants to start an ICO.
1449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In Bitconnect we trust! $2.8million in investment, 29000 USD daily.. on: November 14, 2017, 03:20:33 PM
I laugh hard when people speculate on coins, remember all the speculations against bitcoin and its still pumping up, bitconnect has been around for over a year now and since day one, there have been numerious nagative speculations, if i were you i rather invest and stop speculating, currently am earning over $29k daily and trust me, as long as bitcoin lives, bitconnrct lives. $2.8m in my account and still growing.
https://youtu.be/XNW_Sb4vsJM
Rubbish!
Anyone that falls for this kind of pyramid schemes will always have themselves to blame for it.
I would not imagine myself first listening to someone with a single activity account who obviously knows that he is advertising a Ponzi and then decided to open an alt for that. Lies!

You better get a job OP, because the world is wise enough never to believe all these false bullshits.
1450  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do you spend your money from Bitcoin? on: November 14, 2017, 01:04:24 PM
Today's economy is either rising or falling depending on the consumers and sellers. If you join the Bitcoin, there is a high probability that you will gain something from your money because there are a lot of opportunities here. So my question is, "Where do you usually spend your money that you have gained here in Bitcoin?"
Honestly I convert my bitcoin into paper money so that I can provide the needs of my family. Bitcoin has a big help to everyone of us especially those who don't have job. Bitcoin really give you financial freedom.
Yes. It has really been of good help to the unemployed, most especially for those with families who had been finding it a bit tough and hard to cater for them initially. Not everyone have a chance of a good job at the moment based on the country we have either found ourselves or situation of things. However, knowing you can work hard and earn a lot from bitcoin really makes the difference and still gives one chance to save at least no matter how little.

I save some of my bitcoin because I think that it's price will grow higher in the future. However, bitcoin price is dropping because a lot of people already dumped their bitcoin because the hard fork was cancelled. This is just temporary because more and more people and even other countries are starting to invest bitcoin.
It is definitely temporary and it is very much expected. Most especially, I have been seeing a lot of whales at work which is normal and very soon, we will start seeing some bullish movement once again for bitcoin. For those who have some cash to spare now, this is just the perfect time to make some purchase before we start seeing those moments.
1451  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin regaining dominance. on: November 14, 2017, 12:23:23 PM
this year bitcoin price bumped a lot it is first time see coin rise more than 700% in one year so hope to keep rise
There is a possibility of falling back and bitcoin remains an option. we see next year whether there is a miracle and BTC will come back.
I prefer stable bitcoin and altcoin will have power. Cool
Unfortunately, we cannot always have it stable every time and it is so crazy that it dominates the market completely. Definitely, altcoins always have a time to do well and for traders to make good profit at this moment, but there is a lot surrounding bitcoin at the moment that can make bitcoin either soar higher or correct hugely.
It is just best to always find the perfect timing and then make very good use of them.
1452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on cryptocurrencies prices on: November 14, 2017, 06:31:24 AM
I really loved the idea of betting on crypto currencies the only problem was amount of choice most the coins available are not sufficient only the main ones live bitcoin, ether and few other coins are available, if they could add more coins it would be more fun and interesting. Nevertheless I'm sure in future this will be trend

Bitcoin binary gambling is quite difficult to predict yet it's was addictive to play.
As I know fortune jack ever also have binary trading so just make sure that you're prepare for lossing rather than winning. ( or you must select long term bet rather than short term betting type )
Betting on the cryptocurrencies prices is a hell fun indeed. But as you have stated the problem is always a limited number of coins offered for the sake of betting.

It hasn't become a common practice even yet but I think that the investors must try to increase the number of coins for betting purposes so that it would eventually be converted into a trendy matter for the consumers of digital currency.
Mostly those that are high valued currencies such as the ethereum and the bitcoins are available on the online gambling sites for the sake of currency price betting. I have also bet upon the price of bitcoins in the time of last fork but it cost me to lose about 5k dollars as the prices didn’t face a downfall. So, I think that betting on the prices of the virtual currencies is not less than a risk because they are a subject to constant fluctuation.
1453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you would win a Jackpot what would you do with the money? on: November 14, 2017, 03:48:16 AM
if i win in a jackpot price in a casino nothing else to is spend the money that you won you can buy a new car buy new house gadget everything you want to buy you can buy.and one I like.is to help other people or poor people give them a food etc.that is the best way to spend money.
Yeaa it is better to spend it all rather than you see the money available and then you get back to gamble.
I am sure when you hold it longer you will lost it all in no time , as you earn that easily you might lost it in the same way.
Regret always come in last , so prevent it by collect your winning for satisfaction.

Well only addiction will make you go back to gambling after winning the jackpot. Most of the jackpot winners i see on tv call it quits afterwards and they invest their wins into a tangible investment but for you to go back there then you are already addicted and so i guess you're better off spending it.
After winning jackpot, going back to the game is just an absurd decision. It is not that easy to win jackpot, you need a miracle and highly awesome fortune to win that jackpot amount. If you really want to enjoy your money, invest it into other things that do not depend on luck for generating profit. You can start your own business, invest into bitcoin and real estate for continuous supply of money.
If anyone would be able to win a jackpot, then obviously it is not that easy to decide what to do with the money. Most of the people would get into the state of confusion due to over excitement and hence it is much possible that they would either spend most of them money for betting again and to increase their winnings.

On the other hand, spending is amounts for the sake of fun is also a habit of those who are rich already so only the need ones are left with the possibility that they would use the money for the sake of investment and increasing their earnings by this or saving it for future.
1454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why I suddenly decided to leave gambling alone. on: November 14, 2017, 03:17:55 AM
i do care for my money now i used to be addicted in the past but now i have been able to settle down and not get any further loss and
im also making good money from trading which has really helped me stabilise
You must be a motivation to all those fools who think gambling as earning source of money.
I think there must be seminars and workshops that includes the topics of harmfulness of gambling for a normal person.
You are so good in this regard. Even you found it late but don’t worry you have done such amazing step by leaving it all sudden. Good luck for your trading.
1455  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin - new Business Opportunities on: November 13, 2017, 08:57:13 AM
For me every transaction that gain money is a business so i can say that to joined this bitcoin is a big oppurtunity to start business
I don’t think there are any new business opportunities coming into Bitcoin as of now. What we still have is the same old business opportunities that has been around for long, even, most of them are fading away, like cloud mining is becoming weak, and faucets are closing down. We’re just left some few opportunities, and it takes your hard work to benefit from them.

Probably higher bitcoin prices are a reason. People are ready to spend their fiat but not their bitcoins. I strongly believe this trend will change and we can see more business are going to be opened in near future once bitcoin prices levels's volatility are becoming as a predictable one.
1456  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 1 Year in Cryptocurrency still no luck earning bitcoin. Need some real advice. on: November 13, 2017, 08:25:07 AM
Which exact steps have you made? Have you tried bounty? Or anything else?
That’s one problem with some newbies, some of them are looking for places where money will be falling like rain, or maybe he doesn’t know how to earn something from bitcoin. Even as of now, a faucet with a withdrawal minimum of 500k Satoshi is quite good to work on, but don’t spend or waste to much of your time there while there are other good opportunities around everywhere.
1457  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin! on: November 13, 2017, 07:34:31 AM
Other parts of the world already accepting bitcoin on thier restaurants , and maybe after 5 to 10 years we will see the impact of bitcoin ,it will be use in different stores ,malls, restaurants ,hotels and even more.
A restaurant can only accept Bitcoin if they have a website that lets their customers order their food online and have it delivered straight to their home.

But if you mean going to the restaurant, having a sit and expecting to eat and pay with bitcoin, then it’s kinda stupid. That’s why restaurants don’t accept Bitcoin. Another thing is that it takes time to get delivered to the receivers wallet.
1458  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: job and trading together.. on: November 13, 2017, 05:45:54 AM
This is difficult to do, because to get konsisten profit in  trading need more time to analysis the market , need time to learn technical and fundamental analysis. If you dont have time to trade, for the better just hold strong fundamental coin like BTC and ETH, this way will more profitable and less risk than trading.

It is very hard but not impossible to profit while trading without being heavily invested in to what you are doing, in terms of time spent. However your results will certainly be worse if you cannot fully dedicate yourself to what you are doing.
Dedication is a normal thing in trading, but not that hard if you are good at what you do. Even while doing our jobs, we still find time to do other things.

In my former job, as busy as I was, I get to work early morning, devote some few time to check my portfolios (I don't go past those portfolios cause of time), and then I look at those I can buy safely and then set my trades down for a good buying position.

I only have to refresh my bittrex wallet to see if the position has been filled, and then I set a perfect sell order. I do not have to keep watching the charts all day as long as there is a stop loss and I know the level of loss I can stomach.
1459  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your current strategy? on: November 13, 2017, 04:25:08 AM
Buy and hold is what I do right now, since I don't have any ability to do trading. Sometimes gambling is just for my extra activity when got bored, just to make me wake up when I am sleepy already. 😂 lol. I guess buy and hold for me has small risk.
Price is currently trading above 7000$ and still people even experience trader tend to buy more. I do no t know what will happen after November, The price will certainly take a dept, and if people will hold bitcoin and will not sell in panic, then certainly the price will again rise up. To me i personally not going to buy more. even i am holding my preset bitcoin that i already have. Because i am a long term trader and not going to sell my bitcoin in next few years. Therefore i do  not care the the little ups and down in the price of bitcoin.

Long term hold is just like investing and letting it sleep for years before considering to sell it. That should be the most relaxing and stress free since you don't care much on small ups and downs. I have my own coins for long term too. When I am not busy I also ride with the waves for short trades.
There is even a stage you would have gotten to if you have held for a long term that you would not even bother selling everything at a point. What I have seen most people do is to diversify offline and find a way they can multiply little out of what they have.

Imagine someone who bought 1000 BTC in 2009/2010, what is the business you cannot set up with just 10 BTC out of that, that would not keep giving you something huge and still keep growing without stress.
1460  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the risk of holding Bitcoin? on: November 13, 2017, 03:50:27 AM

The biggest risk of holding your money is, you may become millionaire in upcoming years and you may not believe it ! ;-)

Well, the risk is always of loosing or there is always goodness of winning. There are only such two things can happen and there is no third output form the bitcoin. The prices for it are not stable so you will never have stable investment. What you will have is either your funds will be growing big or they might be losing value over the time but nothing more than that. Im pretty sure that holding will benefit us in long time but as I said you loose or you win both has got 50-50 chances in the market.
After all, nothing good comes easy, although Bitcoin comes with some heartache along the line; it has still proven to be a worthy investment over time. It is important to understand that so many things and factors can affect the value of bitcoin, but we have to just be patient and believe in the system that would work pretty well until we get the benefit we have so much awaited from it.

One thing I have come to understand in life is that, in every investment, the bigger the risk, the more you get if you succeed.
