2441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can disappear? on: August 09, 2016, 01:51:51 PM
Bitcoin can disappear?
And if bitcoin is a scam, what will happen in world?
People will panic?
I don't think it is a scam, it is just too popular to be a scam. But imho ot can possibly dissappear, as long as it is has an unoperated control.
2442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ether price? on: August 04, 2016, 08:30:36 AM
Hi all

i'm looking on Ether currency, its look nice but are you guys think this over 12-24 mounth wil riase a huge price like Bitcoin hase done, or you think its more stable?
I think it is pretty unstable and it would be almoust impossible for this currency to raise a huge price, because there is already Bitcoin, which seems to be reliable.
2443  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are women taking over the world? on: August 03, 2016, 08:02:37 PM
It is no secret that USA and UK are some of the world's most powerful nations.

With Mrs May becoming Britain's Prime Minister and Mrs Clinton most likely wining the presidential election, it looks like women have somehow managed to take over from men - at least for the time being...

Hmmm, patience can really turn things around Lips sealed
I don't think that women are taking over the world, even though Mrs Clinton mostlikely wining the presidential election, still the majority of the Public Office belongs to man, so no panic.)

Many years talk about global warming, pollution. What do you think about it? Can it be reversed?
I don't believe in all that global warming stuff, but I think, that if it somehow happens government would be the last think which you'd want to rely on)

[PETITION] Stop BOKNAL, the South Korean dog meat festival

http://www.thepetitionsite.com/678/196/320/stop-buknal-korean-dog-meat-festival/

In one month, over 1,000,000 cats and dogs will be tortured to death.

The Boknal Festival in Boknal, Korea will be held on 17/7; 27/7; 16/8. Soon, the dog and cat meat markets of South Korea will begin the mass butchering of dogs, and cats. Many who partake in this festival believe pet meat has medicinal powers. Medical evidence does not support their claims. The most popular delicacy of this festival is Peppery Dog Meat Soup.

These heinous acts of torture and killing must stop now and forever! People and all animal lovers around the world will not tolerate this. We take an oath to not buy any products that are made in Korea, and we will boycott the Olympic games in 2018.

Sign this petition to condemn the Boknal Dog Meat Festival!

What is wrong about eating dogs? I mean, don't keep it wrong, personally I wouldn't eat dogs. But,    objectively, they are as much animals as piggs, calves, turkeys, etc. You don't  mind eating them, do you? So now you just act like most vegetarians do =)
2446  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: July 26, 2016, 09:09:29 PM
The sharing economy is just going to continue to grow, and governments will be challenged to understand and manage its implications while embracing its benefits. However, governments will be at a significant disadvantage if they wait too long and newer technologies and markets will have already been developed that do not follow traditional models. Think of the following: Uber is the world’s largest taxi service and owns no cars. Airbnb provides lodging yet does not own real estate.

How will local governments adapt to these new ways of doing business that are disrupting traditional business models? All we know now is that governments are a long way from even contemplating and accepting this new reality.
I think that government is smart enough to accept this reality and to adjust to this    developments.
2447  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World war 3 will start in 2016-2020 or not? on: July 24, 2016, 05:42:25 PM
I am interested what bitcointalk forum users think about this.
This are my predictions why world war 3 will start:
1.It will start because of  China and America because of theritory.
2.It will start because of expanding NATO.
3.It will start because of Muslims in Europe.
4.It will start because Europe countries are leaving EU and NATO and because they are going to destroy $.
If world war 3 start I want choose option 4 but I domy want war.
Which option you think that is more chance to start that war?
Help me and tell me what option it is good to add in pool.
I think world war 3 might start because of Muslims in Europe, cuz nothing can stop Muslims, they fight to the utmost, they aren't afraid of dying and they've got a huge motivation.
2448  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe the news ? on: July 23, 2016, 12:22:01 PM
Or do you think media is independent ?
No, never believed media. I think it is all about advocacy and controlled by government obviously.
2449  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: July 22, 2016, 11:22:36 AM
for me Bitcoin allows me to hold some saving out of the banking system and the hands of the government.
It is reliable, relatively stable, like you've already said - it is out of the banking system, I agree it is a decent advantage, and the last, but not least: non-conflicting transactions!
2450  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: July 21, 2016, 04:20:27 PM
Maybe not to get rich, but sure as hell to earn a decent amount of money with bitcoins.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?

I don't think that bitcion itself gives the opportunity to earn you a huge amount of money... Of course, fast emerging currency sounds pretty inspirational, but I think that the amount of money you EARN depends on how much you WORK, but not on the way you get paid for your job.
2451  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do islam hates people? on: July 19, 2016, 08:53:04 AM

I am here to just say one thing? Why do YOU hate people? and you should really give a valid reason not a shitty one that says 'Because Jews, Because Christians, Because Atheists'
and Yes, I am a people's person for those who ask, just tell me, come out of your shell and say why you HATE people like myself, and I could be here to clarify things to you, or not...
Also here is something that most muslims mistake about people's person like me is that "Christianity or Buddhism hate other religions" for this I say, Christianity or Buddhism does not hate ANY religion, but they suggest to 'invite' them to Christianity or Buddhism or Judaism, as slowly, and peacefully, even if they refuse, you can try and try, until it's their choice, you stop. and for all the wars that happened, it's because this other religion decided to come into war on Christianity or Buddhism or Judaism.

If you need anything clarified, I may not be here to answer you, don't be scared, I won't be offended by anyone, also haters, you can reply, I won't care Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink Cheesy

In other news ->

Personally I don't hate people at all, you can't judge about people just by their religious commitment, or same thing with political commitment and other attitudes toward anything. Each person has a right to decide what to believe in for himself. But what I do hate about people is their nasty habit to obtrude their opinions. That way they only provoke a negative response. And so ultimately everybody hates everybody, that is how it happens, I think.

2452  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Robots vs Human Who gonna Win in the Future; on: July 18, 2016, 03:50:34 PM
i think, robots will win at the future 99%
Humans makes Mystakes Robots dont make mystakes rule number one.

WHO YOU THINK HE WILL WIN IN THE NEAR
FUTURE

Write your opinion down below
I think humans will definitely win. The capabilities of human's brain are incredible, it's just that..noone is actually using it properly:) I think robots will be able to act like people, maybe memorize smth better, then we can do, but still they will be just some machines, which act due to some algorithms and they'll never have an ability to do something more, then pretending to be humans, to create and develop new things.
2453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: July 17, 2016, 08:14:34 PM
So after reading this article and especially the ending:

Quote
One thing is for certain: having made Bitcoin less of a security worry, transparency will now be key in attracting users to new models, placing control of funds and fees in an upfront way in their own hands.

I'm wondering what's stopping people from using bitcoin?

And now I'm talking about people who already aware of bitcoin and how it works but still not using it.

The price is now pretty much stable for more then a year, security issues are out of the question - so why we can't see in 2015 more companies switching to it, especially considering the unstable condition of moden economy?
Because people have always worried about new innovative things, and especially when it comes to the money question. Even though it is pretty stable, it's still quite a risk to use bitcoin, I mean..you can't even touch it, or see. I think it will be widely used someday, just give it some time.
