1501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: July 07, 2017, 07:27:15 AM
Sorry, I doubt that. It may look like you can win on a daily basis after several winnings, but in the long perspective this is not the case. So be careful, because gambling addiction starts from thinking this way.

I started from this way as well and believe me when you have think like this then it will be very hard to get it out of your mind. If someone ask me wether they should gamble or not then I will say not to gamble because we wont know what will happen when they already started because they could be addicted like me

Yes, that's a dangerous path indeed. But I think in your case, you are not in danger since you realize all the consequences of that kind of thinking and even advise to others to not gamble.
1502  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where should i invest 45 BTC risk free on: July 07, 2017, 07:14:18 AM
May be just put into your cold storage and wait for the bitcoin pump to occur. Grab the interest that you got as ROI after few years. That would be risk free for sure.

Although I see some posts here that invesment in bitcoin is not risk free I agree with you, because I think we can say it's 99% risk free. But you have to hold your bitcoins for that. If you invest them in a business it won't be risk free at all.
Of course, bitcoin is best to invest with least risk of loss. Bitcoin has no comparison in this regard. The longer you hold your bitcoins, the greater are the chances of making immense profit. Keep all bitcoins you have in your wallet and wait till the values go up. Maximum are chances there that values will pump in August.

One more important thing, trading is never risk free. You have already made nice profit. I have a piece of advice for you to buy as much bitcoins as possible for you and keep them in wallet. Good luck.

I agree on trading. It's even more risky than gambling in a way, because you don't risk much when you gamble knowing that you can easily lose it, but you can risk big amount when you trade thinking you will surely be in profit, but the price might drop and finally you will lose a lot.
1503  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-07-05] Unconfirmed Transactions Queue and Bitcoin Fees Drop Considerably on: July 06, 2017, 05:53:13 PM
Great news! And yes, I can confirm, I paid under $1 in fee recently and the transaction was confirmed fast. It was really frustrating paying $2+ for a transaction couple of months ago.
1504  Economy / Services / Re: i want to sell my Youtube channel in 1.5 bitcoin on: July 06, 2017, 05:40:28 PM
1.5 BTC sounds crazy for that account. Are you sure it's possible to make $100+ daily there? IMO 70 subscribers is not that much.

Can you provide a link to the account, please? Not saying I'm buying it but I think thus you can make more people interested.
1505  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io Relaunch - ICO - Earn BKB for bug reports on: July 06, 2017, 05:19:24 PM
Just tried the test version. It's a nice feeling when you are given 20 BTC to play.  Smiley
Made it to 24 BTC then lost it all.

Overall a nice site to play. I love the minimalistic layout and fast bets.

P.S. And then I realized that you can "deposit" as many bitcoins as you want, so I'm still playing there with my favorite 9.9% win chance.  Smiley
1506  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: July 06, 2017, 03:56:46 PM
I agree with the many comments here saying that the volatility of bitcoin can't be controlled.

When the demand is high the price is rising and when the price is so high that people see they will have good profits if they sell now, they start selling and the price is falling. Nothing can be done to change that.
1507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anyone ever tried medicine to control impulsive gambling? on: July 06, 2017, 03:42:08 PM
For those into gambling have you ever tried to took some medicine just to control your impulsive gambling?

Like the Magic Bottle?  Cool
Do you feel the effect? What you mean is an energy drink that can make us not tired of standing or sitting too long when play gambling. Honestly I think it's very unreasonable we need a such drink.

If Magic Bottle is an energy drink then you are absolutely right, the last thing we need to control our impulsive gambling is an energy drink.

However when I tried to google it I haven't found any energy drink with that name. Maybe OP means something else like a soothing drink for example?
1508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: July 06, 2017, 03:01:23 PM
Bitcoin is definitely ahead of Gold. However, Gold is still a much stable entity, Bitcoin is highly volatile due to the sensitivity to its supply and demand.

What's good about that gold is not volatile? I think investors would prefer it was volatile but in the same time rising in price with time.

You can pay no attention to the volatility of bitcoin. Just buy some, forget about it, and look what you have 5 years later.
1509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: July 06, 2017, 02:54:57 PM
You can say yes. Because i can't tell my friends and my family about my gambling habbit. I'm just feel a bit shameful about that, because no one in my family and my friends that gambling to, only me. But i'm okay with that if i can win much money on gambling and use it to make them shut up.

However I dont like the way you are taking gambling. One should not think of gambling as a method to earn money. It is a way to make money no doubt but its mostly losses and less wins because the casino owners are running a business and you are only the customer who will fall for their false promises of becoming a millionaire. If you cannot control your greed then you will surely lose a lot.

There are always gamblers saying to shut up to everyone when they win, but when they lose they keep silent, so we can't have the whole picrutre. One thing is known for sure though, if you gamble with big amounts on a daily basis, you will lose a lot eventually.

Yeah you may loose the bitcoin eventually but that will happen when you do gambling only if you do casino or slot roll alone. If you do sports or any other type of betting you can earn bitcoin easily with out big effort.
If you don't prefer a gambling on daily basis you can choose the trading, mining, lending or any other option

Sorry, I doubt that. It may look like you can win on a daily basis after several winnings, but in the long perspective this is not the case. So be careful, because gambling addiction starts from thinking this way.
1510  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where should i invest 45 BTC risk free on: July 06, 2017, 02:01:57 PM
I think OP is looking for low risk investments options. The risk free statement should not be taken literally.

Anyway, id personally go for lending on poloniex around (0.9% per day) or depositing at freebitco.in (4% annually).
Congrats on the 45 btc.

Good suggestions but still those investments are not risk free. Even if the owners of the sites you've mentioned are honest people (which I personally think is true reagrding those sites), a site can be hacked and at least part of your money will disappear then.
1511  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do not deposit at cryptogames.io. !!!WARNING!!! on: July 05, 2017, 12:15:38 PM
I'm going to post the email word for word because it is the only contact I've had from them in a year at least.  It is a reply to a message I sent on 05/16/2017 about litecoin withdraws sending without a miner fee (which I found a way to solve myself by talking to a litecoin mining pool operator and having him include the TXids every time I would withdraw winnings)  My most recent issue is the fact that two deposits I made never even show up on the site in the history anywhere.    Anyway,

"Hello,

cryptogames.io currently have no operator however no one intended to stole anyone money.

Recently we've noticed that we have lot's of stuck transactions both for deposit and withdrawal and the issue has been resolved yesterday evening.

Hopefully all pending transactions  are processed by now and money is safely landed in a wallet.

FYI: The game will be sold in the nearest future to 3rd party.

Our deepest apologies for the inconvenience and stress we've caused.

Kind Regards"

Which was not my issue at all right now.  I explained in detail what happened and what is missing but no reply at all.  The part bat pisses me off the most is that H know the coins are just sitting in the site wallet and they could give them back to me as easy as sending what I sent originally but that seems to take too much effort.

That's not good. Are they present on this forum? Or do they maybe read what is posted related to them at least?

I still hope your issue will be resolved in your favor. Good luck!

Waiting for the update.

1514  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceMax.com || Jackpot || 0.99% House Edge || Instant Withdrawal on: July 05, 2017, 10:45:18 AM
Today I managed to go to 0.00036081  from the 150 sats faucet playing with 9.90% win chance, meaning that I increased my initial bankroll more than 200 times!!!  Cheesy

I lost it all eventually but it was fun to play there. I'll be back definitely.  Smiley
1515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are? When will you stop and withdrawn? on: July 05, 2017, 09:37:10 AM
I have voted: "x2 is okay for me". If I had 0.01 I would definitely withdraw when 0.02 was reached, but to tell the truth I have never had so large bankroll so far. Well, we'll see, maybe in the future I will.
I find 2X not enough because i gamble with small amounts - and 0.01 is small amount at the moment.
My vote is 0.1btc, but if I could pick another one i would pick more than 0.1 or nothing...
Edit* Yes, I am greedy bastard.

Yes, you are.  Grin Now I'm wondering how's this working out for you? Most people are suffering from being greedy but maybe you are an exception.  Smiley

What is your total profit from gambling? Is it positive or negative?
I am negative in online gambling(not too much).
Look at this please:

I made 2X 0.025btc deposits(i lost first in few minutes). Second deposit was going down too and on very last bet(first and second ID) i hit free spins and i won 0.014. Then i hit many free spins and my balance went up to 0.03, 0.04, 0.05 etc to amazing 0.13btc and then I start losing.

Somehow I remembered this post and I decided to withdraw LOL (profit 0.04BTC  Grin)

Good for you! It's great that you decided to stop and withdraw after remebering the post. And now you have $100+ profit.

So it looks like it worked good for you, first admitting that you are greedy and then actually controlling your greed. Good job!
1516  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular, Oldest & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC | 🎂 on: July 05, 2017, 08:55:28 AM
In case it wasn't mentioned yet: There is a new site under https://giveaways.primedice.com/ where we try to keep track of every contest and giveaway zoltan and I do - hope you'll find something interesting!

If you have ideas on how to make it better let us know!

Thanks for the info!

Just created an account on forum.primedice.com. I love giveaways and contests!!  Smiley

Going to post there from time to time.  Smiley

There was a pay per post too on the forum but they have ended that due to many users creating alts and making nonsense posts. However still many giveaways are still running from time to time.

That's great, but I can't register on the forum still. The confirmation email wouldn't come although I was resenting it three times. Now when I go to PD forum I keep getting this page with "Please confirm your email" and after I hit "Recend Confirmation Email" nothing happens. I've contacted the support already, waiting for reply.

Go here instead.

Primedice.com, there is live support there.
Support names : Irena, Bojana and Vladimir(not sure with the third). You may get a faster response that way.

Thank you very much for your suggestion! I was about to do like you said but when I opened my gamail box today I found even two confirmation emails there.  Smiley So, now I'm officially registered on the forum.primedice.com and I even received one reply to my "Hello world! <3" topic.  Smiley
1517  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do not deposit at cryptogames.io. !!!WARNING!!! on: July 04, 2017, 05:32:19 PM
Guess what?  Someone replied to my cryptogames.io email.   Waiting for my missing funds and then I'll fill in the details.

Such a good news! I'm glad for you, OP. Hopefully you'll have your missing funds back and the good name of cryptogames.io will be restored. First thing came to my mind while reading the OP was that the owners were on a big holiday or something. Glad they are back.  Smiley
1518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: July 04, 2017, 09:58:18 AM
Not at all, what should i feel when i try to make some money for myself, i think i should feel the same way these traders on the stock exchange feel, but shameful is only when i lose lots of money.

If you keep losing with gambling you should be ashamed of yourself for doing that. If you say to yourself "I try to make some money" that's not an excuse. You should have known already that making money with gambling is almost impossible.
1519  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where should i invest 45 BTC risk free on: July 04, 2017, 09:43:43 AM
I have been buying bitcoin when the price was around 400$-450$.Most of my bitcoins are bought at that price around 40 BTC and remaining at less then 600$ price.i have been holding btc in paper wallet since then and already my stash in usd is 6 times.
here is one of my tx

what i want to know is please suggest some ways to invest my bitcoin at zero risk to earn some profit.Even 0.8% to 1% profit per month is good for me but it should be risk free.i don't mind the profit percentage but risk should not be there.if you have some suggestions please post that too,if i should keep holding for more years and if yes how long should i hold?

As many people said in this thread, you've made a good profit already and it's better to not risk your BTC but rather hold it in a cold storage.

For how long it's for you to decide because it depends on whether you need fiat for your daily needs or other things. If I were you I'd be selling only partly when I were in need of fiat.
1520  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceMax.com || Jackpot || 0.99% House Edge || Instant Withdrawal on: July 04, 2017, 09:24:42 AM
Very nice site: fast registration, 0.00000150 faucet every 180 seconds and bets go fast. Also I like the looks of the site in general. Although Jackpot is very small so far, it's just 0.00017816, I guess that's a temporal thing and it will be much greater with time.  Smiley

Good luck, guys, with your project!

The jackpot wont grow too much as it is too easy to hit, the chance to hit the jackpot is the highest I have ever seen. Once it is reach 1mbtc or more then people will try to hit it.

Actually it's so easy to hit the jackpot there. You have to bet at least 0.00001000 BTC and roll the lucky number 55.55, the probability of which is 0.01%. I think when there will be enough players the jackpot amount might reach 0.1 BTC and higher.

EDIT: I meant not so easy of course.  Smiley
