And easier? Interested dependence. How much payment for the unit found. Does the reward for the unit from the power asic? All this reading, but how it works here....

when network hash is 1000x of current one.
Do you mean network difficulty, or the total hash rate of the network? I don't expect we'll see either grow 1000 fold again, not without completely new mining technology or bitcoin value going through the roof; neither of which are sure things..

Kawoom, big hashpower at the pool. *** *** and my 3,5 TH/s power {"runtime": 27901, "lastupdate": 1430143423, "Users": 203, "Workers": 962, "Idle": 220, "Disconnected": 15} {"hashrate1m": "3.95P", "hashrate5m": "3.71P", "hashrate15m": "3.32P", "hashrate1hr": "2.32P", "hashrate6hr": "1.42P", "hashrate1d": "1.04P", "hashrate7d": "695T"} {"SPS1m": 200.51956497936243, "SPS5m": 202.83526865256738, "SPS15m": 205.04783085130322, "SPS1h": 202.59504277312976} 4ph/s?! Holy cow, you rented 1% of the entire network! Meanwhile my 750gh/s chugs along... sorry but you missunderstood me, not me rented this power. i'am only look at the stats page and was suprised how mutch power is at the pool. me have only 3,5 th power at the pool. Oh, ok, well that makes much more sense. A 4ph/s rental would probably cost more than a block reward pays!

I sure would like to bring back the S1s back to life i do have a few left.
Fire them up and point them to ck.'s solo pool . Using them on a regular pool is just tossing money out the window... at current prices and difficulty you'll be mining $0.46 per day, but costing $0.96 per day - netting you -$0.50 - with an electricity cost of $0.10 per kWh (assuming 200GH/s at 400W). they would be at solock but for the need of 3 psu@750 watts or one huge one Even overclocked you don't need more than a 500W psu for an S1. You do if you have 6 of 16 left in ownersip 6 of 16 in ownership? Sorry, not sure I understand what you are stating.

If the miner runs non stop turn off your miner and turn it back on to see if you still get that x
no , i turn off miner and turn on but same ghs But when it comes back does it still have the X on the one chip? That is what really matters. (I cleaned up post so not so large) what is X ? On the asic status at bottom right. It's next to signature. If you cant find it just upload image. You are starting to look spammy again just a FYI. What are it X doing? It's a chip not working right I think someone mentioned it a page ago. On status is there still a X in it? is any problem ? is any problem ? Power off the miner for 5 minutes then restart it and see if the 'x' changes back to 'o'.

1) download firmware 2) log into miner 3) go to system, and select update firmware 4) follow prompts 5) update complete There no "take to your mac" involved, not sure what you're getting at there. Make sure your pool information is entered on the config screen.

Good news guys (and fellow gals) -
Just got word from Rollin.io that they want to add a 3rd month to the Twitter campaign!
There will be NO reserving of slots for this campaign. I'll make an announcement as soon as the 3rd campaign is open for signups and it will be first come, first served ONLY.
Cheers!
Cynthia
Right on, hopefully I can find a spot in that one as well. Nothing like a little extra btc in your wallet each week.

Great, hopefully this version will fix the problem where my Core closes randomly with no error and nothing shown in the logs.

I really like all the epay.info faucets. They pay well (for a faucet) and you can set up your account for payouts and btc addresses. Plus several of their faucets have jackpots that are decent amounts, 0.2btc+, so you never know...

someone must have tripped over the power cord Ya, my solo miners are all on fail over...

Holy fu*k Have you ever read the Wheel of Time series of books? The Pattern definitely weaves around you, my friend. Buy Power Ball tickets, or rent someone to buy them for you, whatever works, just keep surfing this wave. Anyone good at statistics and want to figure the odds of 4 solo blocks in this time frame with the current difficulty? Wonder how it compares vs. lottery.

but I still notice high HW error/reject rates like 20%
Wow, 20% is really bad. One of mine no matter what I do I can't get less than 2.5% error.

why antpool sometime show 0 hash while my s5 web interface show full speed (1232 GH)? i notice this happening several times. any solution? i have s3 and s5 but this problem only occur on s5.
Do you have a failover pool set for your S5?

If you delete and re-add the device it comes back showing the correct pool. Easy temp. fix for few miners (1 affected in my case).
Despite my primary pool restarting several times in the last 24h and the miner going to failover pool, the deleted/re-added (since I installed 2.1.0.4-beta) device is currently displaying the correct pool it's mining to (primary). Now, whether or not the display changed to shown the failover pool at the times I cannot say, so it's possible the pool field never changed, but I just wanted to share the observation. Now this miner panel only shows the back-up pool despite my rig not having mined to the back-up in over 12 hours. Deleting and re-adding the device again did not clear it up. After rebooting the rig and restarting cryptoGlance it's now showing the correct pool again. Not sure if any of this helps, if not say so and I won't clutter the thread with these reports.

2nd edit: Is my small 450+GH going to be good enough to be on your pool? Thanks for any replies
You'll get about 0.005 btc / block. Not profitable given electricity costs, but if you're just in it for the satisfaction of mining your own btc then it's perfect.
