2501  Economy / Economics / Re: Will some companies like Amazon really 'store' Bitcoins? on: August 06, 2021, 02:27:58 PM

shopify was posted on news sites which it will be accepting BTC. i'm not an amazon user but i'm almost sure they don't have much difference. so maybe or maybe not. but since bezos is friend of some bitcoin investors, he might be investing in BTC too.

every billionaire these days are looking to find ways so their money won't be confiscated by government especially because they are known to be philantropist and also not paying taxes.
2502  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why people are hype when they hear the words "institutional investment"? on: August 06, 2021, 02:06:40 PM

they are like investors coming to buy BTC they are pouring their money to bet for Bitcoin. that means the demand for BTC increased again.

we accused elon of dumping when the price dips months ago. and just like institutions they also dump, you can say they are also whales after all they want to profit from this market.
2503  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin August 2021 Target? on: August 05, 2021, 02:28:13 PM

well the price of BTC in Nigeria they say is so much higher than what we can see on major exchanges.  the last time i saw this happen was back in 2017, i guess if trulye history always repeats itself we are gong to be in the right track.

the regulation is also pushing forward. results may not be what we want but gradually regulators will know BTC is a rebel that can't be controlled.
2504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should you own at least one Bitcoin? on: August 05, 2021, 01:58:16 PM
what does it mean if you  don't own at least 1BTC?

there are more than hundred million people out there that have not heard of BTC their entire life, sound like they are really in big trouble if they don't have one. some of us here doesnt even have 0.5BTC. i'm about to jump infront of a running train. 😄

anyway well get to see the future i'm sure there is something stored for us. maybe that doge we dump really will be vakuable too and elon was right after all. or maybe not.
2505  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Once a man, twice a child on: August 05, 2021, 01:35:16 PM
thanks i never really understood the idiom but i know i've heard of it before. i just didn't know they are talking about retrogenesis. but i'm sure even up to this day there is a child within me wanting to play all the time. i just couldn't show it to anyone because they'd think i can't get my shit together.

i think the people who learns to play online games like AXIE game are lucky to be once a man, forever a child.
2506  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google starts accepting Bitcoin ads on: August 05, 2021, 06:31:48 AM

this is good news. i have already read the articles of google updating their ad rules for crypto last month, this is just implemented this month. good for everyone who can advertise there i guess if is adopted widely now companies can already advertise and flash their ads to everyone interested whenever they visit some websites. if only casinos are allowed in google adnetwork, they're already there and not here.
2507  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Axie Infinity requirements before being a Grantee / Scholar? on: August 05, 2021, 06:14:36 AM

2509  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do you buy physical items anonymously with Bitcoin? on: August 04, 2021, 12:09:57 AM

there is nothing wrong with collectibles, it's not illegal. hard for the seller to learn where to send it to you when you are not willing to provide your address but if you are willing to reveal your name i guess PO box will do. if i have to do it, i might just send the product to a friend's house bundled with a gift for this friend. but might have to ask permission for it.
2510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: List of gambling sites that allow VPN on: August 03, 2021, 07:28:19 AM

Isn't using VPN the reason why some accounts were frozen when the casino caught them using multiple accounts to cheat?

Casino may not check out your accounts yet but when you are about to withdraw big amount of winning, I think this is when they will really be looking into the account to determine faults and signs of cheat.
2511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best gambling site for a beginner on: August 02, 2021, 02:14:13 PM

you might wanna try the casino with faucets so you could try playing the free btc you have. of just try depositing altcoins like TRX because its cheaper. this will give you experience of same level while not risking a big amount as you learn. some casinos has different interface but once you learn the games you eventually learn them all.
2512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you protect your Bitcoin from market volatility? on: August 02, 2021, 01:28:43 PM

every trader rely to stablecoin when they see the price is getting too huge because they alsk knew price will drop soon. its always the stablecoin as the go to cryptocurrency whenever its about to pop.

holding is a not a good idea. somehos it crosses my mind to go for POS token but their value also drops when bears rule the market.
2513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Women in Gambling on: August 02, 2021, 01:12:38 PM
selbst look so manic. she must be going to gym regularly. nothing that a woman cant do these days. there are soldier women these days.

whenever i'm in a casino, i'm more concern in winning and not looking for ladies willing to hook up with. but most of them that i see are just on the slot machines busy.
2514  Economy / Economics / Re: Why devaluation of currency a big step toward economic growth. on: August 01, 2021, 06:25:30 PM

china devaluing their money is by means of making the prices of products low. If you are going to do this in developed countries like what is going on in US today, it's going to cause inflation to which the buying power of the USD depreciates. what you can buy with $5 today may not be what it can in the next few days. if you still could buy a gallon of gas for $5 today, you may not be able to do so later. maybe half a gallon with $5. that's not growth.

china started low because they were devastated by war. it was like starting over from scratch but maintained their value low and continue to do so even today when they are already industrialized. manipulated as many believed it to be because they wanted to make it attractive to investors.

2515  Economy / Gambling / Re: Moonbet - Become the Owner of a Crypto Sportsbook & Casino on: August 01, 2021, 04:06:56 PM
ICO? Really? Do you still think this is 2017 or something op? The name of your site sounds shady too. The truth is that almost all crypto investors including me lost interest in ICOs after the 2017 rally since majority ended up as scams or failures.

You should have simply advertised your site in this forum without the ICO stuff in my opinion. All the best op!
Looks like the OP find good from  your concern here but still they will push ICO like what 2017 does .. Lets Pray for their success and also pray for the possible Victim of scamming if this one runs like how 2017 scammers does.
Though i am not pointing them as scam but of course possibilities is always there.

it's been the same way actually even with the new projects today it's still ICO that they need to fund their project, they just name it differently today like a private token sale in which only 20% of the tokens are being sent out to the investors. it's just very risky now than it was in 2017 where every ico is funded and listed on the market.

i really don't see this project as different from other dividends casino. been an investor of bethash for a while but casino tokens are not allowed to be listed anymore on exchanges.

2516  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and happiness. on: August 01, 2021, 03:47:26 PM

in the 21st century, money will matter to everyone. you won't be happy being homeless today because everything you do involves money and if you can't provide for your family it really couldn't make you as a whole. you won't be happy when you got evicted from the house you live in for several years of you and your kid's life. many families today move into their parent's houses because of this pandemic crisis.  the effect of having no money is that you are not in control of your life and that's depressing for a man.

2517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm now all in BTC. All eggs in one basket! on: August 01, 2021, 03:38:27 PM
My current plan is more or less the same, which is to hold the coins I have and try to increase my btc investment even more. I know and hope it will give me a big advantage so I have to be patient to wait for it. Right now the market is unstable and down so it's not good to sell assets, it's better to hold them. In addition, when the price of btc is going down like this, we really have to be able to use the time well to buy coins in the market so that we can buy them at low prices, of course it will be profitable. If we can learn to manage our assets well, the results will also be great.

Same as my plan hold for long term is the thing i have to do to change my life, currently i have around 0.093 btc which i keep in Trust Wallet, i am optimistic that bitcoin will skyrocket due to many big institutions and companies buying bitcoin.

its not just BTC that institutions are buying nowadays, they are also accumulating ETH if you have not heard of it. even Reuters is reporting it because they know ETH is going to follow what BTC had become. this year alone ETH had spiked up to $4,370 because it indeed has usecase which they could make them more money. there was an interview that even Grayscale has ETH on their balance sheet. they are diversifying investments because they don't just put their eggs in one basket.

2518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will physical casinos accept crypto someday? on: July 31, 2021, 05:40:49 PM
I've been wondering what's been holding back real world casinos from adopting crypto? It is because they fear a government crackdown? Or because of crypto's volatility? With how popular crypto/Blockchain tech is right now, there should be at least one physical casino you can go to and place your bets with crypto. Thoughts? Huh

1 - real world casinos operate by law, so to accept cryptocurrencies they would need to look at regulatory issues

2 - real world casinos have a customer base that probably doesn't know about cryptocurrencies, they are people who feel pretty good about using fiat, so casinos would have to have a solid customer base that likes cryptocurrencies in order for the casino to place cryptocurrencies

3 - the real world casinos would have to spend money to hire an employee who would implement and manage all the infrastructure that was necessary to accept the cryptocurrencies

how they may adopt cryptocurrency i think will also need the change of games. if the traditional casinos will only accept coins like BTC in exchange for chips, it's easy to do and they can do it today.

but if they integrating games where gamblers will scan QR codes using their phones to the slot machines or to the roulettes, that's quite a work. i'd be very curious how it will work out.

2519  Other / Archival / Re: Paypal and Their Cryptocurrency Wallet on: July 31, 2021, 05:07:42 PM

they didn't allow everyone to withdraw their BTC out of PayPal but now they are developing their own wallet. i'm assuming the plan is to allow the users to withdraw their BTC going to the wallets they've created. nice plan. very clever. i hope they really can establish trust with this kind of scheme. you can easily compare it to the scam casino that only wants players to deposit but suspends users who want to withdraw.
2520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best crypto gambling sites that accept players from USA! on: July 31, 2021, 03:58:42 PM

the list is known to the users here in the forum. but it's good to be reminded that these casinos aren't among the companies that discriminate against race but only age.

Am I the only one think that this kind of topic has been discussed already when I read the title about crypto gambling sites thay accept us players?. As when I did some research if there is a thread like this and I did found one but didn't mentioned about being a friendly with 3rd party software like VPNs. I would still be careful and read Terms and conditions if it is allowed to used VPN or not. best bitcoin casino that allow USA players or accepted use of VPN !

finding an old thread may not be an option for some. but yes there are already users who had talked about such problems. i wonder if using TOR is the same as using VPN and it's still allowed?
