2581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the implications of Hal being Satoshi? on: July 15, 2021, 01:09:46 PM
No, Hal Finey is not Satoshi, you can inspect his profile and all his posts on bitcointalk forum and you will see that he was actually talking with Satoshi.
His style of writing is totally different from Satoshi, but he sure did help in developing and improving of Bitcoin.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=155054.0

Good to read his post Bitcoin and me (Hal Finney):
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=155054.0

This is true. I read most the thread created by Hal and Satoshi during my newbie days and there conversation is genuine. Why they will talk to each other in the early stage of Bitcoin while you need someone to do a task for you to test your creation. Satoshi is very good on hiding his identity so creating an account using real name will be dangerous for him.

that may be true but there are just many coincidences that HAL could be Satoshi. the first transaction that satoshi did was sending some BTC to Hal's address well this is just what I've read as well.  if Hal is indeed SN, then maybe his family could access the wallets which they could have done it already if they have the keys. his family knew better than us.

anyone who knew Hal and a Bitcoin early investor would still think Hal is a visionary as well just like SN. probably sees him as a hero if he is indeed SN that's just an implication.
2582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sexy casinos on: July 15, 2021, 12:09:12 PM
What do you think of sexy casinos? Do you think it's a good thing? Have you ever tried any? What is your favorite one?
Casinos we call it as an entertainment platform so adding another player called sexy casino which is basically having sexy girls as their employees which may attract more and more men into their casinos for sure so its win-win on both perspective as long as we see casino as business and the player as someone who is seeking for entertainment but this sexy casinos may not be suitable for everyone.

it's always going to work for men, this kind of marketing had given the best results of course. skins are going to make men interested, even kids. but i have not seen crypto related casino with nudity on it. it's usually just mascots and chips on the logo of these casinos.

I remember some crypto sexy site but that’s not gambling and I can’t imagine how can you enjoy playing while there’s a sext lady in front of you, that’s too distracting and if that sexy lady is your purpose better to go to the bar and save your money in gambling and spend it on your drinks. I don’t know if sext gambling exist in cryptoworld, there’s none yet.

Distraction is so important for gambling. People have to focus on the table when they are gambling. So, sexy casinos aim to distract people!
I don't like unreal & unnatural things. It's not something that grabs my attention and distracts me just because of it.

if you are not going to be distracted, they'd think you are in the wrong place. a popup message will tell you to chose several macho guys wearing boxers. Cheesy

2583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: July 15, 2021, 09:04:42 AM

Although I've never liked Conor McGregor, but I think a rematch should be done, because the leg injury that Conor McGregor got in the fight a few days ago forced Conor McGregor to give up on the fight and if we look at the re-recording of the fight when Conor McGregor was injured, it was not entirely due to a punch or kick from Dustin Poirier but rather Conor McGregor positioned his foot in the wrong position, resulting in an injury.
And according to the news, if Dana White (UFC boss) has arranged for a rematch between Dustin Poirier vs Conor McGregor, to take place after Conor McGregor recovers from his leg injury and of course if this will be an opportunity for Dustin Poirier to silence Conor McGregor who says if dustin poirier's win a few days ago was a fake win.

the result will be the same, Connor will fail miserably now that he has an injury. even if that broken leg heals, he will never be the same again. it does happen all the time,  the superstar today will be replaced by upcoming stars.

The use of steroids might also be another reason for Conor’s weak bones. Steroid use causes osteoporosis according to some health websites. The bone loss caused by this also happens very quickly.

How quickly can bone loss occur when taking a steroids?
Bone loss occurs most rapidly in the first 6 months after starting oral steroids.

Source https://www.health.ny.gov/publications/1985/index.htm
That is about oral steroids. Athletes use injected steroids which might cause bone loss much quicker than 6 months.

aren't steroids illegal which fighters are examined regularly if they have drug substances?  if they are using these i guess we could also assume Anderson silva had been on steroids for awhile too.
2584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: British police seize $408 million and arrest woman aged 39 on: July 14, 2021, 01:32:59 AM
We had heard a lot of criminals getting caught upon using cryptocurrency and running Ponzi schemes, it might they think that using cryptocurrency is fully anonymous but in fact, you can't.  Probably this is also related to Bitcoin since she was running her own coin and investors night invest using their Bitcoin.

That's a huge amount that has been confiscated, I hope those who had been victims will return the money to them because that's their money.  For sure there are more unrevealed amounts because the investigation is ongoing.  But my question is why the British authorities didn't disclose what cryptocurrency it is.

and it looks like they are going to continue seizing particularly the ones who did some scams. MacAfee, holt (that German Satoshi), and Ruscha Ignatowa the one coin fraudster. if we see an unknown name who are connected to ICO scam back in 2017, i'd really be amazed how they tracked them.
2585  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is Nuxbet legitim ? on: July 12, 2021, 01:30:00 PM
if its unknown to the users here or you can't find any thread about it. dont play nor deposit anything. you'll find this advice very accurate when you already can't withdraw it back because you got scammed already.
2586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling or playing? on: July 12, 2021, 11:29:58 AM
well you may be converting them to be a gamber if it interest the gamer. most gamers have budget. if it works then maybe the KYC is needed. kids often play thise video games.
2587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Self-Proclaimed Satoshi Arrested Over Bitcoin Fraud on: July 12, 2021, 03:04:12 AM

Does anybody think that governments are trying to confiscate their BTC just as how they tried to John Macafee?
Or are they illuminating all Satoshis until the only that's left is Craig?  Grin

All the guys who committed fraud through cryptocurrency may likely be arrested and probably commit suicide as well. I don't wanna make this thread like a conspiracy theory but I think the people who are scamming deserve to pay.

2589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: July 11, 2021, 08:49:34 AM
What the.

That hurts Conor when I've seen how his leg break. My jaw is dropping! It would be a long time to heal that broken legs of his.

Truly more than an ouch.

Yup. I think we’re all now starting to grow tired of McGregor. He’s been talking a lot but not winning fights. At some point you just need to throw in the towel. With this loss, he’d be lucky to get a Jake Paul payday. I think he’s viewed as a broken fighter now in the UFC. I can’t remember the last time I saw him win a match. He should probably fight a cupcake to go out on a win and call it quits.

yep, for dana, he's got no value anymore. did you see now that it's poirer who walk the walk before his joe rogan interview. if he still fights because there will still be fighters wanting revenge, he will have losing streak like the spider.
2590  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any better site like Trading view? on: July 09, 2021, 03:20:52 AM
if you like to install the software just like the metatrader this https://cryptowat.ch is an option, its however a deb file for debian base.  crypto exchange should really have their own metatrader version that traders could download too. they are considered brokers as well.
2591  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic was just a start of chaos, wars, or becoming zombies! on: July 07, 2021, 04:35:28 AM
war will probably happen since China had been preparing for it, they know it's going to come. they were caught having nuclear silos on their deserts just recently.
for me, i'd rather want to watch the war and bombs explode than become a zombie. if it means burned to crisp i guess the end times is worth watching.

I'm pretty sure the zombie idea was taken directly from an old tribe that predicted it and then translated as something Nostradamus included in their prophecies.

I thought zombies was the dead coming back to life in those texts though, perhaps equivelant to the use of cpr and ventilators that are now widespread at least in rich countries.

All countries should have a view to ending the pandemic as the wealthy economies are to blame for it and it's cheap enough to produce the vaccines. (~€250bn to vaccinate the world with 2 doses of the vaccine). There's the other possibility that vaccines will lose their patent in 7 years so that might be what we're waiting for for some poorer countries to get it.

I think China is trying to acquire countries too, they've been trying to do that in Africa and the pandemic might help them do it (since they can't find a way to reduce their population and want a way to increase their quality of life so they look an attractive place to live) - the countries around China seem to be quite strong economic allies of Europe though: Singapore, Thailand, Bangladesh and Taiwan. And there's India off on its own with quite a lot more strength than China (being less isolationist).

it's only India that China had not been successful in making them a trade partner. the Chinese government had really invested a lot of money rebuilding their Belt and Road project which was once the ancient Silkroad. if they become successful with it they could conquer countries without even waging war. they actually improve the lives of the people along where the road goes. African cities are improving because of the trains they built.

2592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: July 07, 2021, 02:33:18 AM
So what is the status now of this Inoue-Donaire re-match? Are we still in speculating stage here? No news yet from both camps to whom they will fight next? Because we are all just speculating that this will happen soon as Donaire called off the Casimero fight.

yes we are in the speculating stage still. i have no idea if there really is inoue-donaire yet but the two admit on social media that they both want to fight again even when the fight ends with UD. there are no talks yet about it but some users said that Arum is about to arrange it which many will think is one reason why they also canceled the fight because of a big offer from Arum.
2593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: July 06, 2021, 10:17:42 PM
They're both aggressive and I didn't expect that they're really a good match but from what I've seen, Inoue has been more aggressive, and his punches hit Donaire so hard. However, I believe that Donaire could win that fight but he only needs to learn how to counter every punch that Inoue might throw him. It was indeed a hard fight for Inoue.
Inoue is a good technical fighter and if there are some possible adjustments made by opponent then he would just simply change his style or he's too observant and he does know
on when to attack and he does know on when to wait for some openings on the opponent.Im not that overrating Inoue but based up on how this kid fight then you could really
say that this is really monster which cant really be easily be beaten up but lets see if Inoue vs Donaire would push through or donaire vs Casimero would still
have the chance to continue or resume.

As of now, the only one who can match up with Inoue is Casimero, they haven't fought yet that's why I'm saying that.

It's good if we can see the prime Casimero and Inoue in the ring, but it would not happen if Inoue will not win against Donaire.

There's no schedule yet, all of this is just rumors, but the fight of Casimero on August 14 (IIRC) will push through, so let's wait for the result, if Casimero will win, he would just wait for the result of the Inoue vs Casimero rematch, whoever wins should give him a chance to fight.

inoue seem to prefer donaire after all he had already studied his fights and donaire also wants inoue. they both could make more money with this match. maybe after their rematch that's when he will fight casimero.

but if donaire fights with casimero and loses, he won't be able to have the 2nd chance against inoue. all these drama is all about money because according to boxing analyst donaire could lose against casimero because of many factors like age and the hard jaw of casimero.

2594  Economy / Economics / Re: A message from my bank saying they will not allow me to purchase from Binance on: July 06, 2021, 11:29:24 AM
I got a message from my UK bank saying they will no longer allow payments from debit/ credit cards to Binance.  This is all to do with the UK FCA ban but I thought it was not going to affect us being able to use the Binance.com site, seems I was wrong  Binance will loose a lot of UK revenue if they do not become FCA regulated like Coinbase has done Sad
Maybe Binance team is working on their side to bring Binance.uk? just my assumption lol. Smiley

Until the issue resolve, the users can use the p2p trading platforms for fiat conversion or other exchanges which is allowing after accepting the regulations of FCA.

its possible for binance.uk. whatever the laws of UK they will comply for them to make business again. it's not just binance is going to lose money. their banks will also lose revenue. is it just binance or other UK base exchanges as well?

they still can't stop people from buying and selling cryptocurrency, they know this so its just a matter of time, it will be restored.
2595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anybody ever used pnxbet? on: July 06, 2021, 11:16:41 AM

there had been many threads about pnxbet which users had connected them to kawbet and 1xbit which they suspect to be part of a scam. i believe they have proven them to be related that's why the accusation spread.

surprisingly the streamers on youtube still promote them. it must take a very influential reputable streamer for an experienced bitcoiner to be lured. if you still register to casino, make sure you didn't use your personal email.
2596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does anyone hold KCS? on: July 06, 2021, 10:46:03 AM
What do you guys think about KCS? Are you holding it on kucoin? How much dividents are you getting daily?
Sold it already. For 10,000 KCS you hold, you are estimated getting 3.83 KCS for each day. Not a bad offer, isn't it?

I have bought KCS when it got dump to $5, but it seems it would be dropped more than that

that should be a good amount of KCS to hold. almost $300+ a week seems good to me. price of the token is too high however today. anyone with an idea that they are sharing profit and the price could be this big will probably buy a lot of this KCS long before the price goes more than $1.

I am currently not holding any Kucoin although I think it is one of the greatest exchanges on the market. In bull run KCS did really awesome rallies. If they can increase use case it has potential to become another BNB. Maybe even better.

even if holding it for dividends is the only usecase of KCS, they will still be holding it.

2597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you know the Cards game..lucky nine, pusoy and tong its on: July 05, 2021, 02:15:55 PM
I do play Lucky Nine but not the other two, isn't Pusoy and Pusoy Dos a different card game? I don't know which is which between the two but the variation that I play is the Chinese Poker where there's only 4 players allowed.

yes. pusoy dos is where the 2 is the highest and has the capability to stop the chain. i'm not even sure how to describe it.  but its like 4As is less than the four 2s. this is a game where you can really plan a strategy upon seeing cards on the table.

there are more games we do play like first 3 cards along with chikicha. a game for 4 people where we have 3 cards as head and 5 for body and legs.
2598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin brings us true freedom of thought on: July 05, 2021, 02:03:28 PM
many users of bitcoin suddenly was.wide awaked when we learned history of money, how money wrks and how it controls society. watching andreas antonop videos can liberate your mind.

i'm probably one of the user who look at it deeper that i started listening to conspiracy theories that today i doubt every thing reported by media for they could be state sponsored. the ideas clashes inside my head actually. but true theres a lot to learn from the posts and exchanges of the users.
2599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: July 05, 2021, 05:47:05 AM
I think Inoue will be the undisputed champion if the fight ever happens. He's young and still undefeated, and he will reign in the bantam class for a long time if he stays in bantam. Anyway, Donaire isn't getting any younger, and judging from their 1st fight, his gas may be last shorter than 9th round. His winning scenario is only if he can KO Inoue in early-mid rounds. That said, I'd put my money on Inoue.

Inoue doesn't look intimidating, his body punch doesn't look like it's heavy but it ruins Donaire's fight plan. donaire slows down even before it.

but they are both champ now which if they are going to unify, donaire has another chance to make it. high chance that it will still be inoue. but give the chance will be good for audiences to watch.
2600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you know the Cards game..lucky nine, pusoy and tong its on: July 04, 2021, 01:44:14 PM

I don't know any of these games. Are they very popular? Playing new card games is always fun, but I wouldn't gamble on it. I only consider gambling on games which I know well and where I think I have an advantage. That is why the only two card games I play with money are poker and blackjack.

These are popular card games in the Philippines, and they are played as past times and on gambling places but not unlike casinos it could be a house or an open space, it's prohibited to play in public if caught you will be fine, my favorite among the three is lucky nine, it's easy to play can be played, lucky nine is a pure luck game and I always play it with my friends and family when we don't have an internet connection, good past times.

you can "hirit" when playing lucky nine. its not a real strategy but its an option in case you have less than 5. kids are usually the ones who plays lucky nine, i was just in grade school when i learned it. in the Philippines, this game will always be popular in funeral wakes which having lots of players more than 6 players around the table. if lucky, you can last the whole night with just PHP10 as capital.

there are facebook apps back in 2008 which pusoy and tongits can be played. there was no real money involved but it's fun to play still. now i believe there is a way for us to play these games with real cash and you can download the games on playstore.
