it seems that choosing good quality ico is no longer an importance..it is really hard for the market to be able to win any ico in such a bad situation in this process.I have 4 projects that I have researched and joined in a really good way. All but one of them are in bad shape. I lose much from all of them. There 's nothing I can do.
