261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Open 2015 discussion on: September 09, 2015, 06:08:34 PM
I placed 0.5btc on anderson at 2.48 odds, total 0.6btc on him now, the other 0.1btc was 2.36, I bet too early so got lower odds than now, IMO he must be the winner today, let's see.

And don't forget last year marin cilic 3-0 federer, maybe today gasquet will give us some surprises and he has good form now.
Anderson has been playing some impressive tennis. I don't think he can take on his opponent today though. Maybe win a set but will lose the match.

I'm getting 1.40 / 2.15 for the Wawrinka vs Anderson match, which in my opinion is pretty bad. Match will be close but Anderson's run should be over now.

I might try my luck on Wawrinka in 5 sets with 4.75.

I just wonder which site offer this kind of sick odds? It is greedy bastard site, I bet on cloudbet, https://www.cloudbet.com/en/sports/competition/2317

And the current odds are 1.57 / 2.54

I would like to know that as well. As shown on http://www.bitedge.co/odds-comparison/mens-tennis/, all the major bitcoin books are giving at least 1.54 on Wawrinka and at least 2.47 on Anderson.
262  Economy / Gambling / Re: StrikeSapphire :: New Freerolls. Welcome home. on: September 09, 2015, 05:58:44 PM
Just registered and so amazed there is no one online on the poker game. Even there is no one registered on the freerolls both hourly and nightly...
Normal, he requires to upload an ID to play freerolls. I have played and cashed out in pokerstars and they haven't asked for my ID, and with a paypal.

He wants people to upload an ID but he doesn't have legal license to operate in any country or data protection measures. I thought bitcoin had no frontiers.

Is that true, we need to upload ID just to play freerolls? I have registered in the nightly freeroll, but they did not ask me to upload ID. It's weird then..

According to OP's reply in post #6, you will be requested to do an ID check only if their system thinks you are from US and are using a VPN. Not sure how good their system is and how many false positive will there be though.
263  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★ +1.6M bets ★ +80k BTC wagered on: September 09, 2015, 05:52:34 PM
pretty sure luckybit has a few hundred if not a thousand or more BTC in their cold wallets, not to sure how much they store on their hot wallets but im sure they have enough to pay anyone that hits the max bet win of 111btc!

The hot wallet address of Luckybit is in fact public, and you can check its balance on https://blockchain.info/address/1NxaBCFQwejSZbQfWcYNwgqML5wWoE3rK4. At the current moment, there are 107 btc on the address.
264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 09, 2015, 05:42:02 PM
Gambling is not wrong, however if gambling becomes an addiction and hurts you or the people around you, it is wrong.

I think it is completely wrong because after starting slowly most of them will be addicted to this and will loose money in the end. So just avoid it if possible.

yes true, I am also addicted to gambling, but I was lucky I was not to spend money, I play only when it has the money and the money I get for free.
so gambling is not wrong, it all depends on us each.

How do you get money for free?

I don't think its possible to gamble for free, if you could then everybody would be gamblers since there is no risk.

Well on many gambling sites, there are faucets or no deposit bonuses for you to try them without risking your own money. It allows you to gambler for free, but the amount is usually very low.
265  Economy / Gambling / Re: sat.oshi.xyz - MP featured roulette app - 0.27% edge. on: September 09, 2015, 05:18:02 PM

The site is offline? Is there any connection issue? I'm not aware of any downtime. If you have any problem connecting, do let me know

I have used your site 3 times this and last week, and I have not seen any downtime. Maybe he has your old domain roulett.toshi.xyz in bookmark?
266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: September 09, 2015, 05:07:53 PM
As long as dice sites has positive house edge, any strategy eventually will lead you to big losses Roll Eyes
Just set small base bet with martingale for a while & you'll get little profit (or losses)

but you will need a very large amount of bitcoin in your wallet (bankroll) to be able to win in the end. and even then it is not going o be a guaranteed win, and people had 30-40-50 losing streaks which will lead to losing all the bankroll that you had.

If you lose 50 games in a row the game is rigged. The chances of this happening in a real world are lower than those of getting a royal flush three times in a row. In other words it doesn't happen Wink

I don't know if anyone has lost 50 games in a row, but I do know someone has lost 32 games in a row on 49.5% on JD. If your base bet is 1 satoshi, you will need 2^33 = 8589934592 satoshi or 85.9 btc to double your bet 33 times to survive that streak.
267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Open 2015 discussion on: September 09, 2015, 05:04:16 PM
Federer could win easily I think, but the odds on that is a bit low, so I will bet on Under 32.5 instead.
268  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cryptopoker.io | Earn Rewards on: September 09, 2015, 04:47:37 PM

269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: September 09, 2015, 04:35:51 PM
No strategy for dice games.
The only strategy is to invest in the bankroll if possible because you will make a profit if the owner don't run away.

With a positive house edge, the house is likely to get a profit but it is not a guarantee. As an example, Safedice has a house profit of 196 btc a month ago but only 159 btc now. http://dicesites.com/safedice
270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Simple Gambling Trick on: September 09, 2015, 04:10:35 PM
the trick or strategy that OP is explaining can work on any game, you chose a high chance of winning game and then hope for luck, this can even be applied to dice!

And you will hit a loss eventually no matter how low the chance it is, just like the one making some all-in high chance bets on JD 2 years ago.

- Must post a quick reason why you decided to start using Primedice!

TBH, I started to use Primedice mainly because of the faucet and giveaways such as https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=347431.msg3764183#msg3764183.
I decided to continue using Primedice because of the active chat and perfectly functioning dice game.
273  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cashback for your gambling losses on: September 07, 2015, 02:14:04 AM
So basically we have to use your ref links to register an account on those gambling sites, and you will share part of the affiliate payment with us in the form of cashback, right? But I am unable to find the actual cashback % on each site.
274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 99%guarantee on profit on this bet[odds:1.3] on: September 07, 2015, 02:06:06 AM
I think they still have a chance to win but Turkey is not so bad too and in their home. This should be draw or win on Turkey

The match has already ended with Turkey winning 3 -0, a couple of hours before you made the post...
275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BEST FREE FOOTBALL BETS #1 TIPSTER✔(W500/L150)PREMIUM PICKS FOR ONLY 0.01 BTC!!! on: September 07, 2015, 01:58:46 AM
I am interested in playing on this, but can someone please explain the rules and winnings information to me.  I am new to this and do not know much about how it works.  I am not that stupid where i do not understand the odds, I just do not understand the payout and how a winner is determined.  Is it like football where there is a spread?  Any information will be helpful.

There is no game in this thread. OP (Joca97) is a tipster that gives us sports betting suggestions for free. If you trusts his tips, you can follow his suggestions and make a bet in any bitcoin sports book or your local fiat sports book.
276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: September 07, 2015, 01:34:22 AM
Actually, "Sharp Dice" goes as low as 0.01%.

Sharp Dice (thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1145699.0) actually has a house edge of as low as 0.1% . Quantum Dice (thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1169279.0) on the other hand has a random 0.01% - 1% house edge.
277  Economy / Gambling / Re: Anywhere I can bet on rugby world cup 2015? on: September 07, 2015, 01:21:27 AM
Need a site which allows betting on world cup looks like nitrogen the #1 sports betting site doesnt allow it

Nitrogensports has betting system for Rugby world cup. You can try using that.

Not really, there is currently no "World Cup" event under the Rugby Union section. Maybe they will add it before it starts next Friday though.
278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: International Games Prediction Thread on: September 07, 2015, 12:57:03 AM
I think Netherlands will win the coming match, as they cannot afford to lose more points now if they want to qualify.

Sigh, I was so wrong. Who could have thought before the qualifying stage started that Netherlands would play so bad against these "lower ranking" teams?
279  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCOracle : Bet on the future price of bitcoin ! on: September 06, 2015, 10:18:38 AM
Yeah, something like $260. Not sure it is running or not at the moment Huh

Edit: Corrected to real price. Dang! should have bet down. Wink

It is still showing $264.54 to me. The btc price on those running and closed options do look right though.
