261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you prefer the crypto online gambling or regular fiat casinos gambling? on: May 14, 2024, 07:12:12 AM
we can save time and effort using Online casino because time is more important than anything.
Time is more important than anything. I gamble mostly on weekends, be it on physical or online gambling sites. During weekends, I have the time to gamble and I may prefer to go to a casino instead of going to a bar and later ended it at night in a club. There is no how someone can be busy all the time unless he wants to die young, there are times that people needs for relaxation and this should be especially during weekends. If I am busy, I hardly touch my phone because of anything that has to do with gambling but when I am not working during the weekends, I can gambling.
262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where are you hyper focus, online casinos or physical casinos on: May 13, 2024, 04:19:01 PM
So between the two where are you more hyper-focused and how many hours do you spend on one compared to the other?
I focus most on online gambling. This is because it is very easy to access and also that I have privacy. Nobody will know that I am gambling. Offline casinos are the best in term of fun and entertainment but I visit the online casino more often because I can visit the site on my phone and laptop at anytime of the day. I also still feel excited while gambling online.

Between physical and online, I believe physical casinos has distractions as much as online casinos too, let's use married people as examples, when the kids run around it's a bigger distraction because you will certainly be concerned with what they are doing. While in physical casinos you can find drunks making mess of themselves and other things could also serve as distractions so for me it's almost same. It only depends on ones choice where to gamble not even the focus fact.
You can be distracted more on physical casinos than on online casinos. Physical casinos are more lively which is the cause of it.
263  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you prefer the crypto online gambling or regular fiat casinos gambling? on: May 13, 2024, 02:00:02 PM
But gambling with coins will involves of spending more money on the play coins. Which have no value or gain at the moment (if they have value, they wouldn't be play coins, they do just be different kind of currency) So, you’re paying for the privilege of risking something of no value in the hopes of winning something of no value. That doesn’t even count as gambling anymore; that’s paying a fee for the privilege of keeping score on a random number generator. What's your own opinion towards this?
I do not understand what you mean by this. Either you are gambling with coins like bitcoin or you are gambling with fiat, they are money and they both have value.

The only reason I do not like gambling on fiat gambling sites again is because on the international gambling sites that I was using, only wire transfer can be used to withdraw by people in my country, it takes days or weeks before the money will be credited into my account, unlike crypto gambling sites that takes just few minutes to withdraw coins.
264  Economy / Services / Re: [FULL] LiveCasino.io Signature Campaign | Sr. Member+ | 100$ p/w, funds escrowed on: May 12, 2024, 08:19:55 PM
This has been some journey, 100 weeks together, thank you all guys, and keep up the good work  Grin If you notice some changes in spreadsheet that is because I sorted you by length of BTC addy, OCD kicking in.

If anyone asked me how long it'd been, I'm not sure I'd ever have guessed 100! Not sure how to feel about it personally, time flies, but it's a milestone you and Livecasino should be proud about, for sure. Here's to 1000? Wink
I know it is more than a year but I did not know it is almost 2 years.

I am happy to be in this campaign. We have campaign managers that are lenient with us. Instead for them to remove us if we did not perform as expected, they warned us instead. If we performed as expected, they appreciate us.

Thanks Cro2 team (Trofo and cryptofrka).
265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing all your fortune with just 3 years on: May 12, 2024, 05:47:34 PM
So sorry for the man. I wish something like this should never happen. But this is a lesson for people to know that gambling should be done with just little amount of money. Probably if the man is on a forum like this and reading from what we are posting on gambling discussion board, he might have learned some lessons from here instead of going through this hard time.
266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chased loss, got it back and lost everything. on: May 12, 2024, 12:25:09 PM
When I was gambling almost everyday before, there is nothing that I have not experienced. I have posted before that one day I won huge amount of money with several bets, this happened to me only ones before because I won all through that day without any loss. But I lost all the money that I won the following day.

There are many days, countless without number that I would win all the money that I lost but continue to gamble and lose everything later again. There are days that I will be winning but I will continue to gamble and later ended the day with loss.

In the process of chasing losses, the probability that you will recover the losses is very small but it is possible. The probability that is very small for it is the reason people are advised not to gamble after losing some amount of money. But if you recover your losses and continue, definitely you will still lose again because you are really gambling to look for money but which is not good financially for anyone.
267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: May 12, 2024, 09:12:13 AM
Injuries issue is just like a reason used by them to defend their bad performance this season. Even if there is no injuries issue, I still doubt that they can play better. The issue in Manchester United is complex, too many issues in them as a whole team. Need a significant change for them to be better next season, otherwise Manchester United will turn to be mediocre team.
Let us expect Arsenal to win, although it is away an match for Arsenal. I do not need any excuses at all than predicting exactly what you are thinking that Arsenal would win today's match against Manchester United. Arsenal is fit and better than Manchester United. But what I am not just really happy about is if Manchester City won the league again which is too often. I like how EPL was so competitive unlike 10 years ago till now that Manchester City is really dominating the league. Arsenal was my favorite in last season and still my favorite in this season. I guess what will determine the outcome of this season is like the match between Manchester City and Tottenham.
268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are You Using A Journal Spreadsheets Will Pave The Way For Addiction To Gambling on: May 12, 2024, 09:06:00 AM
Nope, I don't take it so serious mate due to unavailability of my funds to be used for gambling. Sometimes I can bet for lottery at the local outlet on streets, but there's no focused emotions in times of losses.
Only luck can tell if winning moments will be for me, and I'm just thankful for those money I've bee using to contribute to gambling businesses particular with online betting. Having fun isn't bad but putting gambling to addiction will be worst.
You are a good gambler and you are gambling responsibly. It is like someone to be asking me if I should be having the money that I spent during weekends on beer on records, which is just small amount of money which is not even on every weekends. I gamble just during weekends because I am always exhausted during the weekdays with work, while I only use just small amount of money on gambling which is not even often. Why having records on a journal for something that is not that irrelevant in my money management.
269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Expertise in Sports and Sports Market Knowledge on: May 12, 2024, 09:00:16 AM
Yes, indeed there is this misunderstanding in sports betting that the greater the knowledge of sports one has, the more likely he or she is to win big. But in reality, it turns out that the more a person bets frequently, the higher his losses could be. This is because frequent betting promotes impulsivity and detracts from a good strategy.
I don't think it will always apply to sports betting it's where the winning will always depends on the one who execute, manage and the game, as well as the athletes. Most if the time the games odds provider tells the outcome, but there is called an upset which is winner who have the lower odds in wins that's why it still unpredictable even though people already know the games and athletes which makes the sports betting interesting.
It applies to both casinos and bookies. Bookies will let you think that betting is more than a game of luck, that you can make some analyses to know the club or the team that would win. But haven't you seen bookies that have no casino but increasing in customers and also having more money and employees? That is how all gambling  sites are, both casinos and bookies or the sites that have both. That is enough to know that gambling or betting is just a game of luck.
270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla may once again accept bitcoin payments whether this is capital snobbery or on: May 11, 2024, 04:43:56 PM
On May 13, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said on Twitter that Tesla has suspended the use of bitcoin to buy cars due to concerns about the burden on the environment caused by the large amount of energy required for bitcoin mining Other cryptocurrencies are also used for computing power mining, such as ETH, which is also a kind of energy consumption. For BTC mining, renewable energy is now used for mining and the protection of environmental pollution has been greatly improved. We all know that Mr Masquerque is a big spender, but why has he become cheap
You need to mention the year which was 2021.

It was a lie that he did not know about the energy bitcoin mining is using, he was only looking for ways to pump doge.

He recently tweeted that Tesla may resume accepting Bitcoin as a payment method
This is not important to bitcoin adoption. He stopped Tesla payment for bitcoin in May 2021, but bitcoin later increased to $69000 that year in November. Bitcoin without Elon Musk also increased to almost $74000 this year.
271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When did you realize you need to be a responsible gambler so you can continue ? on: May 11, 2024, 04:34:16 PM
I was a chronic gambler. I lost interest in gambling addiction because I have been losing over the five years I was actively gambling. I lost huge amount that my family knew about that made me finally think of quitting and I quit gambling addiction at the time. I first quit gambling for a year. Later I gamble and I lost and I quit for like 3 months again. I knew I have stopped the addiction and I started to gamble again but not often again and I use considerably small amount of money while gambling.
272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Rise of Decentralized Autonomous Sportsbooks on: May 11, 2024, 01:41:32 PM
I have visited your gambling site before but what I noticed was that it is a centralized gambling site and there is nothing that is decentralized about it.

There are gambling sites that are offering deposits and withdrawal in crypto but that does not mean that they are decentralized because the gamblers are sending the coins to the casinos and bookies crypto address.
273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: They put an end to online gambling: what do you think it's going to happen? on: May 11, 2024, 12:34:32 PM
Earlier this morning I was going to work in a bus I over heard, some one complaining very badly that if the government tries to put an end to gambling. That many people will die in hungry with this our economy which nothing is working, no work for people food are at higher amount in their and some people are benefiting from gambling this days, that mostly him his benefiting from gambling.
Gamblers are not the ones that are benefitting from gambling because people that are gambling are losing to gambling. People that are benefitting from gambling are the gambling platform owners and their workers. I will agree that this can lead to unemployment.

That with $200 he can stake and win about $100000 daily something that you won't even struggle to get, they can't even pay someone at work monthly up to that amount. So if their is no more online gambling that means definitely there won't be no more gambling at all. So how will you cope in your country if eventually they put an end to online gambling?
$200 to win $1000000 daily? This statement is very wrong.
274  Other / Off-topic / Re: Voting for signature campaign participants: how do you manage the received BTC? on: May 11, 2024, 08:58:40 AM
Solana (SOL) has shown returns of 600-700% (at its peak) over the past 6-9 months, while bitcoin has returned approximately 200%. From the investor’s point of view (profit maximization), it was more rational to invest in some altcoin, like SOL (any other altcoin of your choice, as long as it shows a profitability higher than BTC).
Altcoins will give higher ROI but if the bear market begins, altcoins will give the highest losses.

How do you manage the bitcoin you received for signature campaigns?
- Hodl;
- Exchange for fiat;
- Exchange for altcoins (reinvestment);
- Exchange partially for alts, fiat and partly hodl;
- Another.
I keep some as bitcoin. I exchange some to altcoins. I spend some by converting it to fiat. I hold. So it is all of the above as I also sometimes purchase some items with bitcoin but not so often.
275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ardent admirers on: May 10, 2024, 08:43:06 PM
This is not about gambling, it is more about off-topic.

I do not belong to any club, but I have seen people arguing before about their clubs. It is rubbish to me. But I have noticed that if you are a fan of anyone or club, you will want to defend the person or club.
276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What you think about Casinos rewards? on: May 10, 2024, 07:18:29 PM
Do you research the casino features before playing? Do you find these features useful for the casino and the player at the same time?
The only reward that used to attract me to a new casino before is the deposit bonus, especially if it is 100% or more of my deposited money or coins. I have visited news gambling sites before after I will make some research about the sites and register to have the deposit bonus. But I am not like before, I only just prefer to continue using the old reputed site instead because I am using small amount to bet now. Gone are the days that I will be looking for deposit bonus as reward.
277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Expertise in Sports and Sports Market Knowledge on: May 10, 2024, 04:21:28 PM
The later part is always the fact here. Being knowledgeable on what you are doing especially sports will give you higher winning chance rate since you are partly relying on your skills and not pure luck. Sportsbook has a house too which means being knowledgeable can counter this initial handicap from the casino.
You do not have to be confused, people should see gambling as pure luck. Be it casino games or sport matches on betting sites. It is good to know that casinos are not for sport betting but some sites are both casinos and bookies. Casinos provide casinos games while bookies provide sport matches betting.
278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Expertise in Sports and Sports Market Knowledge on: May 10, 2024, 04:13:07 PM
More often you bet, the more likey you will lose. That is one thing about sport betting. The less often you bet, you will see some better matches which can offer better chance of winning. It is not about the vast knowledge that you have that will make you earn more than lose, it is by gambling with the amount of money you can afford to gamble with but still just pick a game or 2 or 3 games and make it not often but still be expecting losses because gambling should not be a means of making money.
279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the main points of gambling? on: May 09, 2024, 02:12:32 PM
The main point of gambling is having fun. If you are gambling for money, stop gambling because gambling will take from you than you will win from gambling.

As part of your point, I see only one to be valid which is consideration (an amount wagered). I call it gambling budget. 1 to 5% of weekly income. 1% of weekly income is the best.
280  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are You sing A Journal, Spreadsheets Will Fave The Way For Addiction To Gambling on: May 09, 2024, 12:48:19 PM
Does anyone here have their own journal or spreadsheets, and are you taking gambling seriously?
Gambling should just be for fun. I do not see having a journal to be good if you are gambling. What that is most important to gambers is to have a gambling budget and the gambling budget should be of very low amount of money. It is obvious that the guy is taking gambling seriously like he wants to use it to make money but that is just a way to addiction. If it will not lead to addiction, it is still just a way to lose that money.
