261  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why BTC value is growing day by day ? on: November 28, 2017, 04:54:09 AM
As you can see, I'm learning ABC in crypto currencies and studying this for last 3 – 4 months, even after reading all these web pages, forums etc, still I’m having one basic question needed to clear out. I would really thankful if someone can help me with this.

We all know, BTC is making a huge growth for past few years and as a result, people start to invest / trade in BTC. With my little knowledge I assume that no one is going to use BTC / couple of Sathoshi to purchase things as they are really good to keep (HODL) as the value is going high and high. But if you think of any of fiat currency, the value of money is depending on the use of it. For example, if everybody is keeping their money (fiat) in their pocket without spending, the market will not have enough money for trading and value of the currency will not goes up. Why the same principle not applicable for BTC ?

I’ve seen lot of answers like, market will not have morethan 21M BTC and that amount will be saturated by 2140, hence there will not be any inflation etc. But what I do not understand is, if a currency is not using (in trading purpose – you buy something with that money), what is the logic behind the reason of value of the money goes up ?

The growing popularity of bitcoin is attracting a lot of potential investors and investors alike. A grow in the community would mean an increase in the demand and is a factor that contributes to the increase of prices by the day.
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: November 28, 2017, 04:20:09 AM
I've discovered Bitcoin few days ago, but I am skeptical about few things, why would I invest money in Bitcoins at the end of the day,why would I convert money into Bitcoins?

If I want to buy stocks or invest money I can easily invest with real $. Why would I convert my $ to bitcoins?
If I want to gamble , I can simply gamble on websites that require $ as currency, why would I convert it to bitcoins?
What's the difference between Bitcoins and dolars? What does bitcoin bring to the table that real $ don't, less taxes, more income?

I would say liquidity is one big difference between the two. Since bitcoin is a form of an investment, unlike real money where you can readily use it for your convinience. If you decided to go with bitcoins i suggest you start small and if profit is good then go bigtime.
263  Economy / Speculation / Re: why this pump ?? on: November 27, 2017, 04:04:05 AM
I really wonder that see the price of bitcoin price . now price of bitcoin 9038 usd .
can any one explain why this pump??
someone told that bitcoin hard fork is coming that's why this price pump .

Growing fame of bitcoin, i think, is the cause of this pump. Potential investors and investors are increasing and so is the demand that is why prices is pumping.
264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin growth trend on: November 27, 2017, 03:55:43 AM
Some rumorus about Bitcoin going to 10k before Dec2017... is possible?
Definitely bitcoin investors are all smile with these developments. possible that it would reach 10K by the end of the year but lets not be confident about this. Any increase with the price is good enough.
265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: November 27, 2017, 03:44:47 AM
October 29, 2017 Bitcoin price ranges from $6,000 - $6,100 and today, bitcoin price is now $7,000. Are you surprise?

I think, if only those people who planning to invest in bitcoin manage to notice this sudden increase. I think there is a high chance that they will start investing.

It is not actually surprising that bitcoins prices are increasing, since more and more people are becoming eager of bitcoins. Demand is increasing as more people are becoming interested to invest in bitcoins.
266  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin community is rising. on: November 26, 2017, 04:21:47 AM
What do you think a about it? is it good or bad for bitcoin?
More people are getting aware of bitcoin. Bitcoin community is fast growing and definitely it would have an impact on bitcoin. More people engaging with bitcoin would mean more demand and more demand would trigger an increase to the price of bitcoin.
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people sell bitcoins? on: November 26, 2017, 04:18:28 AM
Worldwide, especially in my place, must sell it for profit rather than always keep it!
The government always forbids the use and play bitcoin so that it can not grow fully potential in my place. Surely it remains an advantage if there is a transaction rotation for bitcoin in my country to live.
Cant see any connection with the topic to the government forbidding bitcoins usage. well anyways it is clearly enough the reason why people sell bitcoin is to gain profit out of it no more no less.
268  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin sa pilipinas magkakaroon na ng tax? on: November 26, 2017, 04:12:59 AM
Nakita ko lng sa facebook. if ever may tax n rin? makakabuti b to sa atin?
Ang alam ko lng bitcoin is a decentralized not owned by the govn't.

269  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you really make money on Forex? on: November 26, 2017, 03:49:05 AM
Anyone tried or currently trading forex is it possible to make money on it?
The market for Forex would not be present if it is not profitable would it. If you are planning to engage in it learn the basics of the market and master it as you progress. Begin small and grow later on.
270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so many people against bitcoin? on: November 26, 2017, 03:36:34 AM
I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin?  is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?

Ignorance that is why. These "many people" lack the knowledge and information about bitcoin. People who are lazy and stupid enough to know what bitcoin has to offer them.
271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: November 25, 2017, 05:02:46 AM
I have heard that bitcoin is not supported in some countries. But why ? Is it because bitcoin is risky ? Some countries even declare 6 months jail if her people use bitcoin. Is it fair ? I mined few cryptos and have left mining. It was fun and challenging too. But I never got any clear answer. What does my gpu actually do ? I pay electric bill, my room temperature goes high and I get paid. With actually no skill on pc hardware and software. Whole thing is still pretty unclear to me

Maybe because they see it as a threat to their existing monetary system. If it is generally accepted in a certain country and is used for payments for services and commodities then fees and taxes cannot be collected and it is definitely a bad scenario for a certain government. Another reason is fear that it might be used for illegal activities like money laundering or financing of terrorist groups.

after that I am more curious and interested to join to bitcoin.

I hope the members who have long joined here can share his experience.

273  Economy / Securities / Re: Ponzi scheme on: November 24, 2017, 05:27:30 AM
i used google but Not Know what mean By Ponzi scheme and how used
From Charles Ponzi, a ponzi scheme is a fraudulent act that attracts new investors with a promise of a "to good to be true" return of investment. The money collected from new investors are used as payment from earlier investors. The scheme needs continous investment and funds would soon dry up if investors would stop coming.
274  Economy / Securities / Re: Suggest me your opinion on: November 24, 2017, 05:02:56 AM
I want to invest some money. Is that right time for invest? where i need to invest this time?
Altcoin
BTC

First you have to familiarize yourself in the one you want to invest with wether btc or altcoins. Know the ins and outs and be adept with cryptos. Start small it will eventually grow later on as you progress. lastly the name of cryptos right now is btc thus i think it would be better if you go with it
275  Economy / Economics / Re: Some things to consider before starting a business on: November 23, 2017, 05:39:06 AM
Now we can see a lot of business opportunities that exist around us, be it pure online business or offline business that is go online. However, the number of business opportunities does not necessarily allow us to choose and run the business we want.

There are a few things we need to consider and start preparing the business prepares capital, the second prepares the workforce, the third is the provision of raw materials as well as the techniques in running the business, marketing the business optimally, then profit a business, risk a business, concerning business competition and pay attention to the latest business management is the facility and the fringe
Before putting up a business we have first to consider if it is feasible. Second is the capital, it is not enough to say that you have the needed amount to start a business, it doesnt mean that if you start a business it would give you profit easily. Expect losses on the early stages of business and one must have an extra capital to fill up this losses. Last the profitability of the business and i need not to elaborate on this.
276  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people scam on: November 23, 2017, 05:13:04 AM
Getting a job is not possible for everyone, not everyone has family or [friends] to help them and sometimes they will make the bad situations even worse them. If you've ever really needed money and were very desperate, than you probably know that people would let you starve to death rather than give you $5.

It's weird how people won't toss out just a few dollars to help someone in need, yet they'll spend $10000 or more on their pet that has an average life span of under 5 years.

But then again, if you give the person in need money, they'll keep coming back for it. It's a real crap shoot
Got confused, i dont see any connection with the post and the topic at hand. Anyways, people scam to gain something out of nothing (easy money). Scamming is present because there are people out there who are easily scammed.
277  Economy / Economics / Re: So, you want to be rich? All of you ? on: November 22, 2017, 07:00:44 AM
Just imagine. If ALL OF US would be rich, that means we would live our lives out from dividends, or any passive income of at least $1k a month. Then it would be jawesome, right ? Well, but then I do have a question.
WHO on this Earth would bake the bread for ALL OF US ?
Robots, you might say?
OK, nice idea.
But then, WHO on Earth would maintenance these robots ?
Another robots ?
I don't think so.
Even if so, even if there would be a Skynet of robots, who would not just bake the bread, but also harvest the grains, transport it, deliver to our doors. What then ?
We could eat for free, as much as you want?
Cool, but what about overweight then.
Doctor? But hey wait, NO ONE on this Earth work, so we have no doctors.
OK, we have Doctor Robots.
Who would teach our kids? Robots! Who would change the diapres? Robot!
Even if humans would master all this, we would need to have all the knowledge to teach our robots to work for us. To be slaves for us. (no minds, just pure robotic hands/arms and so on, Tesla's and autopilots)
But even then, there is one huge problem.
I do not want to touch any country, or race, or group of people, but imagine, if you put infinite amount of resources to any kind of animal (including humans), they would reproduce themselves to infinite. Because they simply can. Because parents do not need to parent their kids anymore, because we have robots! So we would need a limit of reproducing, no right to reproduce as much as you can handle (infinite resources), because we would simple have like 50-100billion people on this planet, and there would be no robots who could grow so much grains to bake bread. (perhaps hyper dense pills could be the away).
So, back to the original question, why do people believe, they all can be rich ?
It was, is, and will be, ALWAYS about that who is going to earn more, not enough, but more than the others.
Why?
If there is only one mansion on the Bahamas, which is large enough, sunny enough, sexy enough, there is no freaking way, ALL OF US could buy it. Just one. 1. One. And if only 10 buyers come with their million, to who would seller sell this mansion to? First ? But second also have million and ALL OF US want to be rich (own that one mansion). So second would have to offer 2 million, right?
Wrong.
No one would want to sell such mansion in the first place, as he is already rich. We all are.
Being rich doesn't mean that one should stop working and rely on wealth alone. One must work hard to earn income and profits to protect and shield his wealth from loosing it.
278  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin - New form of Budget for poor countries on: November 22, 2017, 05:30:32 AM
Hello guys, I often read news about poor countries and a new idea came to my mind.
Imagine countries which have budget not more than 10 billion (milliard). Usually these countries import products from other countries and use USD for this. So some of them has national currency and their exchange rate to USD often changes (sometimes on bad side). If their economy fails on some steps, it will affect a lot to people + they depend on nat currency/usd exchange rate. National bank has to sell some usd in order to lower exchange rate and make it a little bit stable but it isn't fix.
I want to say that if they officially invest in bitcoin (they had to do it some months ago).. Imagine price is 2000$, budget is in bitcoin and after some months it rised to 6000$, they get 3x budget.
But no one cares about that.. Bitcoin is a way for them to develope quickly in an ultra fast way.
Well you are stating a scenario on the positive side of it sir but what if (hope not) prices of bitcoin will fall? Bankruptcy is imminent and it would be chaotic. Government would not enter into something of high risk and a lot of uncertainties.
279  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Minimum coin to begin trading? on: November 21, 2017, 07:42:00 AM
I was wondering what's minimum / ideal amount of BTC or ETH I should have in order to start trading activity

If you have any idea or just want to share your first experience in crypto trading, feel free to write them bolow
Well the decision really is up to you and it all depends on how much budget are you willing to invest. Will you go all in or not. For me i would start small and see wether i will gain or not and if the result is the latter then my lose would be minimal.
280  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stocks or crypto ? which has great future? on: November 21, 2017, 05:08:46 AM
i am kinda new to Cryptocurrency .
i am going great in stocks. its really technical and fundamental kinda investments
as i see Cryptocurrency its alot more easy to invest and forget
should i shift to Cryptocurrency and start investing without tension and stress?
You said it yourself that you are doing great with stocks then you can apply your knowledge and skills in trading with bitcoin. Stocks and bitcoin are virtually the same in the sense that they are both a form of investment and with the skills that you posses im pretty sure you will survive.
